5. The spray assembly of claim 2, further comprising an actuating member drivingly connected to the second end of the dispenser for rotating the dispenser about its axis.
6. The spray assembly of claim 5, wherein the drive member is a motor, the second end of the dispenser defines an axially extending mounting hole, and the output shaft of the drive member is axially received in the mounting hole.
7. The liquid spray assembly of claim 2, wherein the distributor has a plurality of the nozzles, and the plurality of nozzles are sequentially spaced along an axis of the distributor.
8. A cleaning device, comprising:
a shell body, a plurality of first connecting rods and a plurality of second connecting rods,
the cleaning brush is rotatably arranged on the shell;
