As used in the description of this application, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
Considering that the cross beams, the vertical beams and the shelves of the existing goods shelves are usually provided with the forming holes exposed outside, although a part of the forming holes have certain effect on assembly and splicing, most of the forming holes are not used, but are easy to accumulate dust, difficult to manage and not beautiful. In order to solve the problem, the application provides a cover plate set and a goods shelf for the goods shelf, which can avoid dust accumulation in forming holes on the goods shelf and are convenient to manage.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 to 17, an embodiment of the present application provides a shelf 1, which may include a shelf cover assembly 10 and a shelf body 20, wherein the shelf cover assembly 10 is assembled to the shelf body 20 to cover a forming hole 200 on the shelf body 20, so as to prevent the forming hole 200 on the shelf body 20 from being exposed to the outside and accumulating dust, and thus, the shelf is convenient to clean.
It is noted that the shelf body 20 of the present application generally includes vertical beams 21, cross beams 22, supports 23, and shelving members 24, as shown in fig. 1 and 2A. The cross beam 22 laterally supports the two vertical beams 21 to improve the overall structural stability of the pallet body 20. The bracket 23 is mounted on the vertical beam 21 to support the object 24 through the bracket 23, so that the object 24 is used for placing articles. It is understood that the cross beam 22 of the present application can be connected to the vertical beam 21 by, but not limited to, welding, screwing, or clipping; the bracket 23 may be detachably mounted to the vertical beam 21 by, but not limited to, hooking or the like.
In addition, the vertical beams 21 and the horizontal beams 22 in the shelf body 20 of the present application are usually formed with through holes and/or grooves as the forming holes 200 of the shelf body 20, which helps to reduce the weight of the beam frame while ensuring high bearing capacity of the beam frame. However, considering that the molding holes 200 on the vertical beam 21 and the cross beam 22 are exposed, and are easy to deposit dust and inconvenient to manage, the vertical beam cover plate 11 and the cross beam cover plate 12 of the cover plate set 10 for a shelf of the present application are correspondingly connected to the vertical beam 21 and the cross beam 22 respectively to cover the molding holes 200 thereon, so that the molding holes 200 on the vertical beam 21 and the cross beam 22 are hidden, which not only can avoid dust deposition and is convenient to manage, but also can improve the overall beauty of the shelf body 20.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the deck plate assembly 10 for a shelf may include a mullion deck plate 11. The vertical beam cover plate 11 has a snap groove 1101 for matching with the vertical beam 21 of the shelf body 20 and a smooth surface 1102 facing away from the snap groove 1101, and when the snap groove 1101 of the vertical beam cover plate 11 is snapped to the vertical beam 21, the smooth surface 1102 of the vertical beam cover plate 11 is used for partially wrapping the vertical beam 21 to cover the forming hole 200 on the vertical beam 21.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the vertical beam 21 of the shelf body 20 of the present application may be, but is not limited to, machined from channel steel to have a U-shaped cross section; that is, the vertical beam 21 may include a vertical beam base wall 211 provided with the molding hole 200 and a pair of vertical beam sidewalls 212 integrally connected to the vertical beam base wall 211. It can be understood that, since the forming holes 200 of the vertical beam 21 are vertically distributed on the vertical beam base wall 211, once the forming holes 200 of the vertical beam 21 are exposed, they are easily deposited with dust and are not easily cleaned, resulting in the aesthetic deterioration of the appearance of the shelf body 20. The vertical beam cover plate 11 of the present application can cover the molding hole 200 of the vertical beam 21 at a high level, and has a smooth surface 1102, which is convenient for being managed, and improves the overall beauty of the shelf body 20.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the vertical beam cover plate 11 of the present application may include an arc plate body 111 and a pair of snap plate bodies 112 extending gradually and codirectionally from left and right edges of the arc plate body 111 to form the snap groove 1101 between the two snap plate bodies 112, and the smooth surface 1102 of the vertical beam cover plate 11 is provided by an outer surface of the arc plate body 111 and an outer surface of the snap plate body 112. It can be understood that the arc panel body 111 of the vertical beam cover plate 11 is provided with a through hole (not shown) at a position corresponding to the hooking position of the bracket 23, so as to allow the bracket 23 to pass through the forming hole 200 of the vertical beam cover plate 11 and hook on the vertical beam 21, which will not be described herein again.
It is worth noting that, since the buckle plate 112 of the present application extends gradually from the left and right edges of the arc plate 111, so that the distance between the positions of the arc plate 111 far away from the buckle plate 112 is smaller than the distance between the positions of the arc plate 111 near the buckle plate 112, the vertical beam cover plate 11 of the present application can be stably buckled to the vertical beam 21 through the buckle plate 112, so that the buckle plate 112 of the vertical beam cover plate 11 is wrapped outside the vertical beam side wall 212 of the vertical beam 21, and the arc plate 111 of the vertical beam cover plate 11 is wrapped outside the vertical beam base wall 211 of the vertical beam 21, so as to cover the forming hole 200 on the vertical beam base wall 211. It can be understood that this perpendicular roof beam apron 11 of this application not only can be through the mode of buckle by this perpendicular roof beam 21 of this goods shelves body 20 of dismouting convenient to cover the shaping hole 200 on this perpendicular roof beam 21, but also can conveniently manage through this smooth surface 1102, improve this goods shelves body 20's whole pleasing to the eye.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 4 and fig. 5, the vertical beam cover plate 11 of the present application may further include a pair of limiting plate bodies 113, where the limiting plate bodies 113 extend inward and protrude along the connection between the cambered plate body 111 and the fastening plate body 112, and are used to abut against the vertical beam base wall 211 of the vertical beam 21 when the vertical beam cover plate 11 is fastened to the vertical beam 21, so as to limit the fastening depth of the vertical beam cover plate 11 on the vertical beam 21, which helps to ensure that different vertical beam cover plates 11 can maintain the same fastening depth, so that the smooth surfaces 1102 of a plurality of vertical beam cover plates 11 fastened to the same vertical beam 21 can be aligned with each other, which is convenient for handling and improves the appearance.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the buckle plate 112 integrally extends from the arc plate 111 in a tapered manner, so that the thickness of the buckle plate 112 close to the arc plate 111 is greater than the thickness of the buckle plate 112 away from the arc plate 111, so as to ensure that the arc plate 111 can smoothly transition to the buckle plate 112, and when the buckle plate 112 is buckled outside the vertical beam sidewall 212 of the vertical beam 21, the free end of the buckle plate 112 is better close to the outer surface of the vertical beam sidewall 212, thereby avoiding forming a higher step on the outer surface of the vertical beam sidewall 212, and facilitating the processing.
It should be noted that, since the vertical beam base wall 211 of the vertical beam 21 in the shelf body 20 faces forward and the vertical beam side wall 212 of the vertical beam 21 extends backward, the vertical beam cover 11 of the present application can cover the vertical beam base wall 211 of the vertical beam 21 only by being fastened to the outer side of the vertical beam side wall 212 from front to back, so as to cover the forming hole 200 on the vertical beam base wall 211. It is understood that, in the above embodiments of the present application, the molding hole 200 on the vertical beam 21 may refer to a through hole opened on the base wall 211 of the vertical beam.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the beam 22 in the shelf body 20 generally includes a beam base wall 221, an upper side wall 222 extending from an upper edge of the beam base wall 221 in a bending manner, and a lower side wall 223 extending from a lower edge of the beam base wall 221 in a bending manner. However, since the beam base wall 221 of the beam 22 faces generally rearward and the upper side wall 222 and the lower side wall 223 face generally forward, the beam cover 12 of the present application needs to be installed between the upper side wall 222 and the lower side wall 223 from front to rear to cover the forming hole 200 on the beam 22 frontally. It is understood that in the above embodiments of the present application, the shaped aperture 200 on the beam 22 may refer to a groove between the upper sidewall 222 and the lower sidewall 223.
The shelf cover stack 10 may further include a beam cover 12 according to the above-described embodiments of the present application. The beam cover 12 is detachably fastened to the beam 22 of the shelf body 20 to cover the forming hole 200 of the beam 22.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, according to the above-mentioned embodiment of the present application, the beam cover 12 of the cover set 10 for a shelf may include a plane plate 121, an upper hook plate 122 extending from an upper edge of the plane plate 121 in a bending manner, and a lower hook plate 123 extending from a lower edge of the plane plate 121 in a bending manner, so that when the upper hook plate 122 and the lower hook plate 123 are respectively hooked on the upper side wall 222 and the lower side wall 223 of the beam 22, the plane plate 121 covers the forming hole 200 on the beam 22, so as to prevent dust from accumulating and being difficult to clean.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 6 and 8, the upper hook plate 122 of the beam cover 12 is adapted to the upper sidewall 222 of the beam 22, and the lower hook plate 123 of the beam cover 12 is adapted to the lower sidewall 223 of the beam 22, so that when the upper hook plate 122 and the lower hook plate 123 are respectively and correspondingly hooked on the upper sidewall 222 and the lower sidewall 223 of the beam 22, the plane plate 121 of the beam cover 12 is vertically disposed, thereby reducing dust deposition on the plane plate 121 and facilitating cleaning.
For example, as shown in fig. 6 and 8, the upper side wall 222 of the beam 22 generally extends forward from the upper edge of the beam base wall 221 and then downward to form an L-shaped side wall; and the lower side wall 223 of the beam 22 extends forward from the lower edge of the beam base wall 221, then downward and rearward to form a U-shaped side wall. In order to adapt to the cross beam 22, the upper hooking plate 122 of the cross beam cover 12 of the present application extends obliquely downward from the upper edge of the planar plate 121, and then extends upward to form an upper hooking structure with an upward opening, so as to be hooked on the upper sidewall 222 of the cross beam 22; meanwhile, the lower hook plate 123 of the cross beam cover plate 12 of the present application extends horizontally from the lower edge of the plane plate 121, then extends upward, and extends downward in a slant manner, so as to form a downward hook structure with an opening inclined downward, so that after the upper hook plate 122 of the cross beam cover plate 12 hooks on the upper side wall 222 of the cross beam 22, the lower hook plate 123 of the cross beam cover plate 12 hooks on the lower side wall 223 of the cross beam 22 easily, which is helpful for dismounting the cross beam cover plate 12 on the cross beam 22.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 6 and 8, the beam cover 12 may further include a reinforcing rib 124, and the reinforcing rib 124 integrally extends from the plane plate 121 to the upper hooking plate 122 to reinforce the overall strength of the upper hooking structure and prevent the upper hooking structure from deforming and losing hooking ability.
It should be noted that, in other examples of the present application, when the structures of the vertical beam 21 and/or the horizontal beam 22 in the shelf body 20 are changed, the structures of the vertical beam cover 11 and/or the horizontal beam cover 12 of the present application can be correspondingly adjusted to correspondingly match the vertical beam 21 and/or the horizontal beam 22 of the shelf body 20, so as to implement the cover forming hole 200, thereby ensuring the aesthetic effect.
In addition, in the shelf body 20 of the present application, besides the vertical beams 21 and the horizontal beams 22 need to be covered for cleaning due to the forming holes 200, the bracket 23 and/or the object 24 in the shelf body 20 also usually have the forming holes 200, and also need to be covered to prevent dust deposition. For convenience of description, the article 24 of the shelf body 20 is exemplified by a shoe shelf and/or a drawer cabinet to further illustrate the features and advantages of the cover plate assembly 10 for the shelf of the present application.
Illustratively, in the first example of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, 9 and 10, the object placing piece 24 in the shelf body 20 may include an object placing mesh 241 and a shelf 242. The bracket 23 is hooked to the molding hole 200 of the vertical beam 21. The storage net 241 is fastened to the stand 23. The shelf 242 is covered above the net 241 so as to cover the net 241 from above while placing shoes and the like, thereby preventing dust from being accumulated between the vertical and horizontal bars of the net 241. It can be understood that, since the shelf 242 of the bracket 23 of the present application is generally made of PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride), the end surface of the shelf 242 has many molding holes, which are easy to deposit dust and affect the aesthetic appearance of the shelf body 20.
To solve this problem, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the cover assembly 10 for shelving of the present application may further include an end cover 13, wherein the end cover 13 is mounted on the object placing member 24 of the shelving body 20 to cover the forming hole 200 on the shelf 242 of the object placing member 24, which helps to improve the appearance of the object placing member 24 while preventing dust from being deposited in the forming hole 200 on the shelf 242.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the end cover plate 13 may include an end cover plate 131 and a plurality of latch members 132 protruding from the end cover plate 131, wherein the latch members 132 are configured to be inserted into the molding holes 200 of the shelf 242 to be clamped and fitted to the end surface of the shelf 242 and cover the molding holes 200 of the shelf 242 through the end cover plate 131.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the latch member 132 may be implemented as a rib 1321 integrally extending from the end cover plate 131, and a plurality of ribs 1321 are distributed on the side of the end cover plate 131 in a staggered manner, so that after the rib 1321 is inserted into the forming hole 200 of the shelf 242, the rib 1321 will be clamped to the shelf 242 in a staggered manner, thereby stably inserting the end cover plate 13 to the shelf 242.
It should be noted that when the ribs 1321 are disposed on the side of the end cover plate 131 in a vertically staggered manner, the ribs 1321 of the end cover plate 13 will be clamped to the shelf 242 vertically; when the ribs 1321 are distributed on the side surface of the end cover plate 131 in a left-right staggered manner, the ribs 1321 of the end cover plate 13 are clamped to the shelf 242 left and right; of course, the rib 1321 of the present application can also clamp the shelf 242 from other directions, which is not described in detail herein.
In addition, in the first example of the present application, since the shelf 242 of the object 24 is located above the support frame 23, the molding hole 200 of the support frame 23 can be covered, so that the present application does not need to additionally provide a support frame cover for the support frame 23. However, in other examples of the present application, when the object placing member 24 cannot cover the forming hole 200 on the bracket 23, the present application needs to separately provide a bracket cover for the bracket 23 to cover the forming hole 200 on the bracket 23, so as to prevent dust from accumulating and being difficult to clean.
Specifically, in the second example of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 13, the cover plate set 10 for a shelf may further include a bracket cover plate 14, and the bracket cover plate 14 is mounted to the bracket 23 of the shelf body 20 to cover the forming hole 200 on the bracket 23, which helps to improve the aesthetic appearance of the bracket 23 while preventing dust from being accumulated in the forming hole 200 on the bracket 23.
For example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, when the placement member 24 is implemented as a drawer 243, a plurality of drawers 243 may be supported by the rack 23 to form a drawer cabinet. For example, the drawer 243 may be supportably hooked in the forming hole 200 of the supporter 23 by a hook. At this time, although the shelf 23 located between two adjacent drawers 243 is easy to deposit dust because it cannot be covered by the drawers 243, the shelf cover plate 14 of the present application can cover the forming hole 200 on the shelf 23, so as to ensure the aesthetic appearance of the shelf 23 while being managed.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 14 and 15, the rack cover 14 of the present application may include a rack cover 141 and an engaging head 142 protruding downward from the rack cover 141, wherein the engaging head 142 is configured to be detachably inserted into a portion of the molding hole 200 of the rack 23, so that the rack cover 141 securely covers the rack 23.
It is noted that, as shown in fig. 14 and 15, the bracket 23 of the present application may be, but is not limited to being, implemented as a triangular bracket, and the molding hole 200 of the bracket 23 may include a hook groove 201 on both sidewalls of the bracket 23 and a groove 202 between both sidewalls of the bracket 23. Accordingly, the engaging head 142 of the bracket cover 14 is correspondingly engaged with the hook 201 of the bracket 23 to cover the groove 202 of the bracket 23 by the bracket cover 141, thereby preventing dust deposition.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 15 and 17, the engaging head 142 of the bracket cover 14 may include an engaging arm 1421 extending downward from the edge of the bracket cover 141 and an arc-shaped end 1422 protruding forward from the engaging arm 1421, so that the arc-shaped end 1422 is inserted into the hook groove 201 of the bracket 23 through the engaging arm 1421 for engaging. It should be noted that the curved end 1422 of the present application can also project rearward from the engaging arm 1421, and can be guided by the curved structure of the curved end 1422 to slide into the groove 202 for engaging.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, the bracket cover 141 of the bracket cover plate 14 may include an upper cover 1411 extending longitudinally and a front cover 1412 extending downwardly from a front end of the upper cover 1411, so that when the engaging head 142 is inserted into the hook groove 201 of the bracket 23, the upper cover 1411 of the bracket cover 141 covers the groove 202 from above the bracket 23, and at the same time, the front cover 1412 of the bracket cover 141 covers the groove 202 from the front of the bracket 23, so as to cover the groove 202 from multiple directions, thereby improving the overall aesthetic appearance of the bracket 23.
It should be noted that, in addition to the hook groove 201 on the bracket 23 of the present application being capable of being embedded into the embedding head 142 of the bracket cover 14, the hook groove 201 on the bracket 23 may also be used for a beam of a mesh to penetrate, so as to support the mesh. Optionally, when the fitting head 142 of the rack cover 14 is inserted into the hook groove 201 of the rack 23, the opening of the hook groove 201 is blocked by the rack cover 14, so as to prevent the cross beam of the storage net from sliding out of the opening of the hook groove 201.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 16 and 17, the bracket cover 141 of the bracket cover plate 14 may further include a side cover 1413 extending downward along left and right edges of the upper cover 1411 and a reinforcing plate 1414 integrally extending from the side cover 1413 to the engaging arm 1421 of the engaging head 142, the reinforcing plate 1414 having a thickness smaller than that of the side cover 1413 to form a step at a connection between the reinforcing plate 1414 and the side cover 1413. Thus, when the engaging head 142 of the bracket cover 14 is inserted into the hook groove 201 of the bracket 23, the side cover 1413 of the bracket cover 141 abuts against the upper surface of the bracket 23, and the reinforcing plate 1414 of the bracket cover 141 abuts against the side surface of the bracket 23, so as to prevent the bracket cover 141 from shifting relative to the bracket 23, thereby better sealing the forming hole 200 of the bracket 23.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 16 and 17, the outer surface of the reinforcing plate 1414 in the bracket cover 141 is flush with the outer surface of the side cover 1413 to form a step on the inner side of the reinforcing plate 1414, so that the reinforcing plate 1414 of the bracket cover 141 will abut against the outer side surface of the bracket 23 to better cover the gap between the bracket 23 and the drawer 243. It is understood that in other examples of the present application, the inner surface of the reinforcing plate 1414 in the bracket cover 141 may be flush with the inner surface of the side cover 1413 to form a step on the outer side of the reinforcing plate 1414, so that the reinforcing plate 1414 of the bracket cover 141 will abut against the inner side surface of the bracket 23 to prevent the bracket cover 14 from interfering with the drawer 243, which is not described in detail herein.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be combined without changing the basic principle of the present invention, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, the combinations should be considered as the scope of the present description.
The above examples only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the claims. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, and these are all within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the appended claims.
