Specifically, referring to fig. 1-7, one embodiment of the present application provides a storage basket assembly 1 that may include a beam 10 and a storage basket assembly 20, the storage basket assembly 20 being removably mounted to the beam 10 for holding items.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the basket assembly 20 of the present application may include at least a pair of hooking meshes 21, a storage mesh 22, and one or more fasteners 23. The hooking net 21 is adapted to be hooked to the prepared hole 100 of the beam frame 10 at intervals. The fastening member 23 is fixedly disposed on the object placing mesh 22, and detachably fastens the object placing mesh 22 to the bottom of the hooking mesh 21 through the fastening member 23, so as to form an object placing space 200 between the adjacent hooking meshes 21, thereby placing objects.
It should be noted that, since the hooking mesh 21 of the present application is hooked on the beam frame 10, and the storage mesh 22 is fastened to the hooking mesh 21 through the fastening member 23 to form the storage space 200 for storing articles, when the storage basket 1 is left unused, the hooking mesh 21 can be taken down from the beam frame 10, and then the storage mesh 22 is detached from the hooking mesh 21 to form meshes (i.e., the hooking mesh 21 and the storage mesh 22) with a sheet structure, so as to reduce the occupied space by stacking, and facilitate packaging, transportation, or storage.
In addition, since the reserved hole 100 of the beam frame 10 of the present application is a through hole usually opened when the beam frame 10 is machined, the weight of the beam frame 10 can be reduced while the beam frame 10 has high bearing capacity; therefore this put thing basket support 1 of this application can make full use of these through-holes realize putting the equipment of thing basket stack 20, and need not to carry out secondary operation transformation to the roof beam structure of current goods shelves, just can make current goods shelves possess the function of basket storing to expand the service function of current goods shelves.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the beam frame 10 may include a pair of vertical beams 11 arranged at a left-right interval, wherein the vertical beams 11 have a base wall 111 and a side wall 112 integrally connecting the base wall 111, and the prepared holes 100 of the beam frame 10 are located on the base wall 111 of the vertical beam 11, so that a pair of hooking net pieces 21 are respectively and correspondingly hooked on the prepared holes 100 on the base walls 111 of the pair of vertical beams 11. It is understood that the vertical beam 11 of the beam mount 10 of the present application can be made of, but is not limited to, a steel material such as channel steel, angle steel, i-section steel, or H-section steel.
Exemplarily, taking the vertical beam 11 machined from a channel steel as an example, the vertical beam 11 has a base wall 111 and two side walls 112, where the two side walls 112 are respectively located at the left and right sides of the base wall 111 to form a U-shaped structure, and two rows of preformed holes 100 arranged side by side are provided on the base wall 111 of the vertical beam 11.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, the beam frame 10 may further include a cross beam 12, wherein two ends of the cross beam 12 are fixedly connected to two vertical beams 11, respectively, so as to enhance the structural stability of the beam frame 10.
According to the above-mentioned implementation of the present application, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the hooking pieces 21 of the basket set 20 may include a side piece 211 and one or more hooking pieces 212 fixed to the rear portion of the side piece 211, so as to suspend the side piece 211 from the prepared hole 100 of the beam frame 10 through the hooking pieces 212.
Specifically, the side mesh 211 of the present application may be formed by splicing a plurality of rods. For example, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the side webs 211 may include support bars 2111 and a plurality of side vertical bars 2112, wherein the support bars 2111 extend in a bent manner to form a frame of the side webs 211. The side vertical bars 2112 are connected to the supporting bars 2111 extending vertically to form side walls of the side webs 211. It is understood that the side vertical bars 2112 and the supporting bars 2111 may be connected together by, but not limited to, welding. In addition, the support bar 2111 generally has an outer diameter that is greater than the outer diameter of the side vertical bar 2112 to provide better support.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the supporting bar 2111 of the side net sheet 211 of the present application may be formed by splicing a vertically extending vertical supporting bar 21111 and a longitudinally extending longitudinal supporting bar 21112, that is, the vertical supporting bar 21111 of the supporting bar 2111 is in the up-and-down direction as shown in fig. 1, as well as the extending direction of the vertical beam 11 of the beam frame 10; accordingly, the longitudinal support bar 21112 of the support bar 2111 extends in a direction perpendicular to both the vertical beam 11 and the horizontal beam 12 of the beam frame 10, which is the front-rear direction as shown in fig. 1.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the hooking member 212 of the hooking mesh 21 may include a fixing portion 2121 fixed to the supporting rod 2111 of the side mesh 211 and a hooking portion 2122 extending from the fixing portion 2121 in a bent manner, wherein the hooking portion 2122 of the hooking member 212 is adapted to be inserted into the reserved hole 100 of the beam 10 to hook the beam 10.
For example, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the fixing part 2121 of the hooking part 212 may include a fixing plate 21211 fixed to the vertical support bar 21111 of the support bar 2111 of the side mesh sheet 211 and a pair of support plates 21212 extending rearward from left and right sides of the fixing plate 21211; meanwhile, the hooking portion 2122 of the hooking member 212 may include a pair of hooking arms 21221 extending rearward from upper ends of the pair of supporting plates 21212, respectively, and a pair of hooking arms 21222 extending downward from the pair of hooking arms 21221, respectively, to form a hooking space between the hooking arms 21222 and the corresponding supporting plates 21212. It can be understood that the distance between the two support plates 21212 of the fixing portion 2121 of the hooking element 212 is equal to the distance between the two rows of the preformed holes 100 of the vertical beam 11 of the beam frame 10, so that the two hooking arms 21221 of the hooking element 212 are respectively inserted into the corresponding preformed holes 100, so that the two hooking arms 21222 respectively hook the base wall 111 of the vertical beam 11, thereby achieving stable hooking of the hooking net 21. It can be appreciated that the hooking member 212 of the present application can be, but is not limited to, formed by cutting and stamping a single metal plate, so as to reduce the difficulty of manufacturing the hooking member 212. Of course, in other examples of the present application, the hooking element 212 may also be formed by injection molding of a hard material such as plastic, and the details thereof are not described herein again.

It can be understood that the storage net 22 of the present application is regarded as the bottom wall of the storage space 200, and the two hooking nets 21 are implemented as the left and right side walls of the storage space 200, so that the storage basket 1 has an upward storage opening, which is helpful to improve the carrying capacity of the storage basket 1.
Alternatively, the front mesh 24 may be formed by joining criss-cross rods. For example, as shown in fig. 2 and 7, the front web 24 may include a transversely extending front cross bar 241 and a longitudinally extending front longitudinal bar 242, and the front cross bar 241 and the front longitudinal bar 242 may be connected together by welding.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2 and 7, the front mesh 24 and the storage mesh 22 may be integrally formed; that is, the front vertical bar 242 of the front mesh panel 24 can extend obliquely upward from the bottom vertical bar 222 of the storage mesh panel 22 to enlarge the storage opening of the storage basket 1 for easy storage and taking. It can be understood that, in other examples of the present application, the front mesh 24 and the object placing mesh 22 may also be separated, and the front mesh 24 can still be detachably mounted on the hooking mesh 21 by means of a buckle or the like, which is not described herein again.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3 and 7, the supporting bar 2111 of the side panel 211 of the hooking panel 21 is recessed downward at the front of the side panel 211 to form an overlapping groove 21113 matched with the front rail 241, wherein the front rail 241 of the front panel 24 extends into the overlapping groove 21113 of the supporting bar 2111 to overlap the supporting bar 2111 of the side panel 211.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 7, the front web 24 further includes stoppers 243 disposed at two ends of the front rail 241, and the stoppers 243 are disposed at the outer sides of the supporting bars 2111 of the side webs 211 to limit the front rail 241 from transversely moving out of the overlapping groove 21113. In other words, the stoppers 243 are disposed at the two ends of the front rail 241, so as to increase the size of the end of the front rail 241 to be larger than the longitudinal size of the overlapping slot 21113, thereby preventing the front rail 241 from being laterally removed from the overlapping slot 21113 while allowing the front rail 241 to be placed into the overlapping slot 21113 from top to bottom, and improving the overall structural stability of the storage basket 1.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the set of baskets 20 of the present application may further include a rear net sheet 25, the rear net sheet 25 is detachably mounted at the rear portion of the hooking net sheet 21 to form a rear wall of the storage space 200, so as to prevent the articles placed in the storage space 200 from sliding out of the rear portion of the storage net sheet 22 and falling off.
Alternatively, the rear mesh 25 may be formed by splicing bars which are staggered transversely and vertically. For example, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the rear mesh 25 may include a laterally extending rear cross bar 251 and a vertically extending rear vertical bar 252, and the rear cross bar 251 and the rear vertical bar 252 may be connected together by welding.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the hooking member 212 of the hooking mesh 21 may further include hooking holes 2123 disposed on the fixing portion 2121, wherein the rear mesh 25 further includes hooking arms 253 integrally extending downward from two ends of the rear cross bar 251, respectively, and the hooking arms 253 of the rear mesh 25 are adapted to be inserted into the hooking holes 2123 of the hooking mesh 212 to hook the rear mesh 25 at the rear portion of the hooking mesh 21 to form a rear wall of the storage space 200.
Optionally, the hooking hole 2123 of the hooking element 212 transversely penetrates the supporting plate 21212 of the fixing part 2121, so that the rear mesh 25 is located at the rear side of the side mesh 211.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be combined without changing the basic principle of the present invention, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, the combinations should be considered as the scope of the present description.
The above examples only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the claims. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application.
