The scheme has the characteristics of stable oil supply amount, convenient observation of flow of each area and accurate adjustment; not only the oil supply amount is stable, but also the oil amount of each oil outlet regulating valve 2 can be clearly observed and independently regulated, and a uniform oil layer can be formed on the surface of the rotary die; the oil dripping amount of each area can be independently adjusted according to the structures and production speeds of different grids, so that the grids are uniformly demoulded from the cavities of the rotary die, the bonding condition can not occur in the grid demoulding process, the phenomena of grid demoulding deformation, burrs and broken ribs in the production process are effectively avoided, the product quality and the production efficiency are improved, the abrasion between the rotary die and the fixed die can be effectively reduced, the temperature of the stable die is reduced, the deformation of the die is reduced, and the service life of equipment is prolonged; the oil pump oil supply mode is adopted, the problem that oil cannot be supplied midway in the air pressure mode due to the fact that air pressure is unstable and the oil supply quantity is large in fluctuation in the production process is effectively avoided, and meanwhile, the scheme is compatible with the original air pressure mode so as to meet the use requirements under different working conditions, and particularly, the oil pump oil supply mode can be used as a standby oil supply source when an oil pump device fails.
More specifically, the scheme is mainly used for lubricating a grid continuous casting die and smoothly forming and demoulding the grid; the lubricating oil is stably supplied to the oil outlet assembly above the rotary die in an oil supply pump 102 or air pressure mode; the oil dripping amount of the single oil outlet regulating valve 2 is accurately controlled through a micro regulating valve in the oil outlet assembly, so that the oil amount of each area on the felt is moderate and uniform, and the oil amount coated on the surface of the continuous casting rotary die and in the cavity is uniform; the demoulding of the grid is easy, and the generation of defective products such as grid deformation and broken ribs is reduced; meanwhile, the flow of lead liquid in the rotary die cavity is increased, and the grid is easy to cast and form; in addition, the lubrication between the fixed die and the rotating die is increased, the surface temperature of the rotating die is reduced and stabilized, the surface temperature of the rotating die cannot be too high due to frictional heat generation, the die is prevented from being damaged by pulling, and the service life of the die is prolonged.

the oil outlet assembly comprises an auxiliary mounting frame, an oil outlet regulating valve, an oil immersion piece and an oil immersion piece mounting seat;
the oil outlet regulating valve is arranged at a preset position I through an auxiliary mounting frame, the oil immersion piece is arranged on the auxiliary mounting frame through an oil immersion piece mounting seat,
the oil immersion piece mounting seat is provided with an oil supply channel, the oil supply channel is provided with an oil inlet end of the oil supply channel and an oil outlet end of the oil supply channel,
the oil inlet end of the oil supply channel is communicated with the oil outlet of the oil outlet regulating valve, the oil outlet end of the oil supply channel is communicated with the oil inlet of the oil immersion piece, the oil entering the oil immersion piece is diffused to a preset position II in an exudation mode,
the oil supply channel is provided with an observation port which is positioned between the oil inlet end and the oil outlet end of the oil supply channel, the flow of the oil flowing through the oil supply channel is monitored through the observation port,
the oil outlet regulating valve is arranged on the auxiliary mounting frame through an oil valve mounting seat, the oil valve mounting seat is provided with an oil delivery oil passage, the oil delivery oil passage is provided with an oil inlet end of the oil delivery oil passage and an oil outlet end of the oil delivery oil passage,
the oil inlet end of the oil delivery oil channel is used for introducing oil into the oil delivery oil channel, the oil outlet end of the oil delivery oil channel is communicated with the oil inlet of the oil outlet regulating valve,
the oil outlet regulating valves are arranged on the oil valve mounting seat in a set arrangement mode, and the oil supply channels correspond to the oil outlet regulating valves one to one.

The oil outlet assembly for grid continuous casting of claim 1, wherein: the oil outlet assembly further comprises an exhaust piece, the exhaust piece is arranged between the oil immersion piece and the oil immersion piece mounting seat, and the exhaust piece is provided with an exhaust hole for guiding out gas in the oil immersion piece.

The oil outlet assembly for grid continuous casting of claim 2, wherein: the top surface of the oil immersion member mounting seat in the height direction protrudes upwards to form an upper connecting part, the bottom surface of the oil immersion member mounting seat in the height direction is sunken upwards to form a lower connecting part, the oil supply channel is a straight oil channel which penetrates through the upper connecting part and the lower connecting part in the height direction, the oil inlet end of the oil supply channel is located at the upper connecting part, and the oil outlet end of the oil supply channel is located at the lower connecting part;
the observation port is a through hole which is arranged on the upper connecting part in a penetrating way through the oil supply channel, and the aperture size of the through hole is larger than that of the oil supply channel; the oil outlet regulating valve is arranged at the top of the oil supply channel in the height direction, and the oil immersion piece is fixed on the lower connecting part;
the oil outlet regulating valve is provided with an oil nozzle for introducing oil to the oil inlet end of the oil supply channel, and the oil nozzle extends into the oil inlet end of the oil supply channel; the oil outlet of the oil nozzle is exposed to the observation port, and oil passing through the oil outlet regulating valve is led into the oil immersion part in a dripping mode through the oil nozzle.
4. The oil outlet assembly for grid continuous casting of claim 3, wherein: the exhaust member comprises a bleed air portion and an exhaust portion;
the air entraining part is formed by extending the top of the exhaust part upwards along the height direction, is attached to the outer surface of the oil immersion part and is limited in a lower connecting part formed by the oil immersion part mounting seat;
the exhaust part is formed by extending a lower connecting part downwards from the bottom of the exhaust piece along the height direction and bending towards the direction departing from the setting direction of the oil immersion piece;
the exhaust hole is a strip-shaped hole continuous in the height direction, the top of the exhaust hole in the height direction is located in the air entraining portion, and the bottom of the exhaust hole in the height direction is located in the exhaust portion.

The oil drain assembly for continuous grid casting of claim 4, wherein: the oil immersion piece mounting seat is in a strip shape extending along the transverse direction, a plurality of oil outlet regulating valves are uniformly distributed on the oil valve mounting seat along the transverse direction, and a plurality of oil supply channels which are in one-to-one correspondence with the oil outlet regulating valves are arranged on the oil immersion piece mounting seat;
