When the driving shaft 122 is driven to rotate by the platform driving device 140, the driving shaft 122 provides power input for the third right-angle commutator 145, so as to drive the synchronizing shaft 147 to rotate, and the synchronizing shaft 147 provides power input for the fourth right-angle commutator 146, so as to drive the driven shaft 132 to rotate, so that the driving shaft 122 and the driven shaft 132 rotate synchronously, and the phenomena of slipping and the like are prevented.
Referring to fig. 1, in an example of the numerical control crane for facilitating quick assembly and disassembly of the present invention, the rack encoder 300 of the main frame 110 is installed at an end of the first longitudinal beam 113 or the second longitudinal beam 114. Further, the rack encoder 300 is installed at an end portion of the first longitudinal beam 113 or the second longitudinal beam 114 connected to the driving wheel assembly 120.
Referring to fig. 3, in an example of the numerical control hoist for facilitating quick assembly and disassembly of accessories according to the present invention, a first roller assembly 450 and a second roller assembly 460 are respectively installed at both ends of the hoist 400, the hoist driving device 410 includes a main hoist driving device 411 and a standby hoist driving device 412, and the main hoist driving device 411 and the standby hoist driving device 412 are respectively in transmission connection with the first roller assembly 450 and the second roller assembly 460. The chain driving device 420 drives the chain 431 to be stored, the chain 431 drives the pulley 432 to ascend and descend, and the pulley 432 drives the lifting hook 440 to ascend and descend through the fixing plate 433.
Referring to fig. 7, in an example of the present invention, in a numerical control crane, the hook 440 includes a hook body 441, a hook mounting platform 442 and a hook driving motor 443, the hook body 441 is rotatably mounted at the bottom of the hook mounting platform 442, the top of the hook mounting platform 442 is fixedly connected to the fixing plate 433, the hook driving motor 443 is connected to the hook body 441 through a transmission assembly, and the hook driving motor 443 is electrically connected to the controller. The hook driving motor 443 drives the hook body 441 to rotate through the transmission assembly, so that the direction of the hook body 441 is adjusted, and the article can be hoisted more conveniently.
