The special equipment for electric power rush repair under complicated conditions as claimed in claim 7, the lifting mechanism comprises a fourth motor (19), a bidirectional screw rod (22), an internal thread sleeve (21) and a scissor mechanism (7), the bidirectional screw rod (22) is rotatably arranged on the upper surface of the bottom plate (1), the fourth motor (19) drives the motor bidirectional screw rod (22), the fourth motor (19) is fixedly arranged on the bottom plate (1), the thread sections at both sides of the bidirectional screw rod (22) are both connected with an internal thread sleeve (21) in a threaded manner, the internal thread sleeve (21) is connected with the upper part of the bottom plate (1) in a sliding way, the bottom ends of two connecting rods at the bottom of the scissors mechanism (7) are respectively hinged with the tops of the two internal thread sleeves (21), the top ends of two connecting rods at the top of the scissor fork mechanism (7) are hinged with first sliding blocks (9), and the first sliding blocks (9) are connected with the bottom of the supporting plate (8) in a sliding manner.
