The rock wool slitting and crossing device 400 can adopt a conventional device, for example, two mechanical arms are arranged, a cutting mechanism is arranged at the tail end of one mechanical arm, a gripping mechanism is arranged at the tail end of the other mechanical arm, and the like.
The rock wool slitting and crossing device 400 provided by the embodiment comprises a slitting frame 410, a material receiving and conveying mechanism 420 and an ejection of compact conveying mechanism which are arranged in the slitting frame 410 in a straight line in sequence, a supporting assembly 440 positioned between the material receiving and conveying mechanism 420 and the ejection of compact conveying mechanism, and a cutting assembly 450 positioned above the supporting assembly 440, wherein the material receiving and conveying mechanism 420 and the ejection of compact conveying mechanism are conventional belt conveying mechanisms and can be directly purchased and obtained from the market, and the material receiving and conveying mechanism 420 and the ejection of compact conveying mechanism are arranged in a straight line in sequence.
The supporting assembly 440 includes a first supporting plate 441 and a second supporting plate 442 located on the same horizontal plane as the conveying surfaces of the material receiving conveying mechanism 420 and the material discharging conveying mechanism, a straight slit 443 is formed between the first supporting plate 441 and the second supporting plate 442, and an acute angle is formed between the straight slit 443 and the conveying direction of the material receiving conveying mechanism 420 or the material discharging conveying mechanism, that is, the straight slit 443 is obliquely arranged, and the specific inclination angle needs to be set according to the actual conveying speed of the material receiving conveying mechanism 420. The cutting assembly 450 comprises a cutting bracket 451 fixedly connected to the slitting machine frame 410, a slide seat 452 horizontally slidably connected to the cutting bracket 451, a sliding motor 453 for driving the slide seat 452 to slide, a feeding cylinder 454 fixedly connected to the slide seat 452 and with a piston rod arranged vertically downward, a cutting motor 455 fixedly connected to a piston rod of the feeding cylinder 454, and a cutter 456 fixedly connected to an output shaft of the cutting motor 455, wherein the specific connection structure between the slide seat 452, the cutting bracket 451, and the sliding motor 453 can be a conventional structure, in the present embodiment, a slide rail 457 and a rack 458 arranged in parallel to each other are fixedly connected to the cutting bracket 451, the slide seat 452 is indirectly slidably connected to the cutting bracket 451 through a sliding connection, a housing of the sliding motor 453 is fixedly connected to the slide seat 152, and a gear (not shown) meshed with the rack 458 is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the sliding motor 453. In addition, the sliding direction of the sliding base 452 is the same as the length direction of the straight cutting slot 443, and the cutting knife 456 and the straight cutting slot 443 are located on the same vertical plane, so that when cutting, the cutting knife 456 can penetrate through the straight cutting slot 443 to avoid contacting with the supporting member 440. When the cutting device is used, the feeding cylinder 454 drives the cutting motor 455 with the cutting knife 456 to move downwards, so that the cutting knife is inserted into the straight cutting slot 443, meanwhile, the cutting motor 455 drives the cutting knife 456 to rotate, then the sliding motor 453 drives the sliding seat 452 to move, and further, the cutting knife 456 moves in the straight cutting slot, and cutting is achieved.
A pressing assembly 130 is arranged above the material receiving and conveying mechanism 420, a pressing bracket 313 of the pressing assembly 130 is fixedly connected to the slitting rack 410, and a pressing roller 133 is horizontally arranged and is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the material receiving and conveying mechanism 420.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the slitting frame 410 is rotatably connected with supporting rollers 460 at positions between the material receiving and conveying mechanism 420 and the supporting assembly 440 and between the supporting assembly 440 and the discharging and conveying mechanism, so as to better support the rock wool strips, and the rock wool strips are clamped on the supporting assembly 440 during conveying.
When the device is used, the rock wool strips are conveyed to the material receiving and conveying mechanism 420 under the driving of the second conveying section, at the moment, if the production process needs to arrange the rock wool strips on the color steel plate in a crossed manner, when the rock wool strips are conveyed to the material receiving and conveying mechanism 420 for the first time, the material pressing roller 133 of the material pressing assembly 130 is used for moving downwards to prevent the rock wool strips from being conveyed on the material receiving and conveying mechanism 420 continuously, then, part of the rock wool strips are manually cut short, so that the length of each rock wool strip conveyed to the material receiving and conveying mechanism 420 for the first time is sequentially and alternately arranged, one end of each rock wool strip, facing the conveying direction of the material receiving and conveying mechanism 420, is arranged in a flush manner, and the other end of each rock wool strip is arranged at intervals; then, the next batch of rock wool strips are conveyed to the material receiving and conveying mechanism 420 through the second conveying section, part of rock wool strips in the rock wool strips conveyed to the material receiving and conveying mechanism 420 in the later process can firstly abut against the end parts of the rock wool strips with relatively longer length in the rock wool strips conveyed to the material receiving and conveying mechanism 420 in the previous batch (namely the end parts of the rock wool strips which are not manually cut short), and the other part of rock wool strips can continue to move under the pushing of the second conveying section until the rock wool strips abut against the end parts of the rock wool strips which are cut short, so that the cross arrangement of the rock wool strips is realized; then, the pressing assembly 130 is reset, so that the rock wool strips which are arranged in a cross manner are driven by the material receiving and conveying mechanism 420 to be conveyed to the material discharging and conveying mechanism through the supporting assembly 440, meanwhile, the cutting assembly 450 is used for cutting the rock wool strips which are arranged in a cross manner according to the preset length, and in the cutting process, the rock wool strips are not stopped to be conveyed, namely, the rock wool strips are cut while being conveyed, and during cutting, the cutter 456 moves from one end of the straight cutting seam 443, which is relatively far away from the material receiving and conveying mechanism 420, to the other end, and therefore, the production efficiency is improved.
The continuous cotton feeding device 500 comprises a continuous cotton frame 510 and a continuous cotton conveying mechanism 520 mounted on the continuous cotton frame 510, and the continuous cotton feeding device 500 can also be used in cooperation with a color steel composite board production line independently, so that the embodiment substantially provides a continuous cotton feeding device.
The continuous cotton conveying mechanism 520 is located right above the panel conveying device 120 and located on the same vertical plane with the panel conveying device 120, the input end of the continuous cotton conveying mechanism 520 is connected with the output end of the discharge conveying mechanism of the rock wool slitting and crossing device 400, the output end of the continuous cotton conveying mechanism 520 penetrates through the through hole in the platform 110 and is close to the conveying plane of the panel conveying device 120, and the gap between the two is slightly larger than the thickness of the color steel rock wool composite board to be produced. Specifically, the continuous cotton conveying mechanism 520 is a belt conveying mechanism, which includes a horizontal conveying section 521 and an inclined conveying section 522 connected to each other, wherein the inclined conveying section 522 may be composed of one conventional belt conveyor or a plurality of conventional belt conveyors connected to each other, and the inclined conveying section 522 is arranged obliquely with respect to the horizontal plane. It should be noted that the horizontal conveying section 521 and the discharging conveying mechanism may be two mechanisms that are independent and connected to each other, or the discharging conveying mechanism may be directly used as the horizontal conveying section 521, or the horizontal conveying section 521 is used as the discharging conveying mechanism, in this embodiment, the horizontal conveying section 521 is used as the discharging conveying mechanism for example, the continuous cotton support 510 and the slitting support 410 are fixedly connected to each other, and some parts (such as a support plate or a support rod) of the continuous cotton support 510 and the slitting support 410 may be integrally connected (i.e. share the same part).
At least one pressing assembly 130 is disposed at one end of the horizontal conveying section 521 relatively close to the inclined conveying section 522 and at one end of the inclined conveying section 522 relatively close to the horizontal conveying section 521, and at least one pressing assembly 130 is disposed at one end of the inclined conveying section 522 far away from the horizontal conveying section 521. It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, "one end" does not only refer to the end portion, but also includes a position close to the end portion. The pressing support 313 of each pressing assembly 130 in the continuous feeding mechanism 520 is fixedly connected to the continuous feeding frame 510, and the pressing roller 133 is horizontally arranged and vertically arranged with respect to the feeding direction 520 of the continuous feeding mechanism. It should be noted that, although the structures of the pressing assemblies 130 in the continuous feeding and conveying mechanism 520 are the same as the structures of the pressing assemblies 130 at other positions, the usage manner is different, and the pressing assemblies 130 in the continuous feeding and conveying mechanism 520 do not block the conveying of the rock wool strips, but ensure that the rock wool strips are tightly attached to the conveying surface of the continuous feeding and conveying mechanism 520 to avoid the rock wool strips from tilting, specifically, when the rock wool strips are conveyed from the horizontal conveying section 521 to the inclined conveying section 522 or conveyed from the cleaning conveying section 522 to the panel conveying device 120, the rock wool strips are tightly pressed on the corresponding conveying surface by the corresponding pressing assemblies 130 to avoid the rock wool strips from tilting.
Preferably, the continuous cotton feeding frame 510 is rotatably connected with at least two unpowered conveying rollers 530 which are respectively arranged in parallel and in sequence with the pressure rollers 133 of the pressure components 130 in the continuous cotton feeding mechanism 520, each unpowered conveying roller 530 is arranged in sequence and jointly forms a transition conveying section connected with one end of the inclined conveying section 520 far away from the horizontal conveying section 510, and meanwhile, the continuous cotton feeding frame 510 is also provided with the pressure components 130 at the position corresponding to the transition conveying section, which is helpful for improving the smoothness when the rock wool strips are conveyed to the panel conveying device 120 from the inclined conveying section 520, ensuring that the rock wool strips are stably placed on the color steel plate on the panel conveying device 120, and improving the conveying stability and reliability.
Preferably, at least one pressing assembly 130 is further disposed on the continuous feeding frame 510 at a side away from the continuous feeding mechanism 520 in the transitional conveying section, the pressing supports 313 of the pressing assemblies 130 are all fixedly connected to the frame of the panel conveying device 120, the pressing rollers 133 are horizontally disposed and are perpendicular to the conveying direction of the panel conveying device 120, and when in use, the pressing rollers 133 ensure that the rock wool bars are tightly attached to the conveying surface of the panel conveying device 120, thereby further improving the conveying stability and reliability.
The material pressing assemblies 130 on one side, far away from the horizontal conveying section 521, of the inclined conveying section 522 are sequentially arranged to form a material pressing combination, in the material pressing combination, two material guiding cylinders 533 which are directly or indirectly fixedly connected to the continuous cotton frame 510 and are oppositely arranged are arranged between two adjacent material pressing assemblies 130, the two material guiding cylinders 533 which are oppositely arranged are respectively located on two sides of the width direction of the inclined conveying section 522, a material guiding frame 531 is fixedly connected to a piston rod of each material guiding cylinder 533, and at least one material guiding wheel 532 is rotatably connected to the material guiding frame 531, so that the corresponding material guiding wheels 532 can be driven to move by the telescopic action of the material guiding cylinders 533, and then the position of the rock wool strips output from the continuous cotton device 500 is finely adjusted, and the rock wool strips are ensured to accurately fall onto the color steel plate located on the panel conveying device 120.
In addition, two sides of the inclined conveying section 522 in the width direction are respectively provided with a limiting frame 523 slidably connected to the continuous feeding rack 510, one opposite side of the two limiting frames 523 is rotatably connected with a plurality of limiting wheels 524 sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the inclined conveying section 522, and the continuous feeding rack 510 is further provided with a locking member (not shown) for relatively fixedly connecting the limiting frame 523 and the continuous feeding rack 510, wherein in this embodiment, the locking member is a locking bolt. The rock wool strips can be guided by the limiting wheels 524, and the position of the limiting frame 523 can be adjusted by loosening the locking bolts.
During the use, the rock wool strip is carried continuous cotton conveying mechanism 520 from ejection of compact conveying mechanism, then carries on the various steel sheet that is located on panel conveyor 120 through continuous cotton conveying mechanism 520, realizes the automatic feeding of rock wool strip.

The rock wool separating device according to claim 4, wherein the steering conveyor assembly includes a plurality of second conveyor rollers parallel to each other and rotatably connected to the separating frame, and a second conveyor motor for driving the second conveyor rollers to rotate, the second conveyor rollers are sequentially arranged in a horizontal straight line to form a second conveyor segment, the conveying direction of the second conveyor segment is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the third belt conveyor mechanism, the conveying surface of the second conveyor segment is flush with the conveying surface of the third belt conveyor mechanism, or the conveying surface of the second conveyor segment is lower than the conveying surface of the third belt conveyor mechanism, the separating frame is provided with a plurality of fixed-length brackets respectively located between two adjacent second conveyor rollers, each fixed-length bracket is provided with a chain conveyor mechanism, each chain conveyor mechanism is located on one side of each third belt conveyor mechanism far away from the second belt conveyor mechanism, each chain conveyor mechanism and each third belt conveyor mechanism are arranged with each other, the conveying surface of each chain conveyor mechanism is lower than the conveying surface of the second belt conveyor segment, and a plurality of chain conveyors are arranged with a plurality of pushing blocks at equal intervals.
