In other words, when the user kicks the grill 220, the kick plate 200 is subjected to a torque centered on the stopper rib 232, and if the torque is greater than the magnetic torque between the magnet 250 and the case 110, the kick plate 200 is flipped down to be separated from the case 110. And backstop muscle 232 is through its top surface and box 110 diapire butt for the pivot of rotation when baseboard 200 overturns downwards leans on more the back, thereby has reduced the moment that the user applyed baseboard 200 and order about baseboard 200 upset downwards. Therefore, the stopper rib 232 can effectively prevent the kick panel 200 from being separated from the case 110 when kicked by a user.
As shown in fig. 5, a plurality of limiting ribs 233 are disposed on one side of the end cap 230 close to the grille 220, and the limiting ribs 233 abut against the rear side of the grille 220. Further, the two limiting ribs 233 are preferably provided, and a locking position (not marked in the figure) is formed between the two limiting ribs 233 and is used for locking one transverse rib 222 of the grating 220 so as to limit the displacement of the grating 220 in the up-down direction.
Those skilled in the art can understand that the limiting rib 233 abutting against the rear side of the grille 220 and the blocking position of the blocking transverse rib 222 can effectively prevent the grille 220 from turning over relative to the end cover 230, thereby effectively avoiding the grille 220 from moving backwards when being kicked by a user.
With continued reference to fig. 5, end cap 230 is also provided with securing holes 234, which securing holes 234 are aligned with threaded holes 216 in plaque 210. In the assembled state of the skirting board 200, the screw 260 is screwed together with the screw hole 216 through the fixing hole 234, thereby fixing the end cap 230 to the plaque 210.
With continued reference to fig. 5, a rib (not labeled) is disposed between the insertion portion 231 and the fixing hole 234 on a side of the end cap 230 near the plaque 210. In a state where the skirting board 200 is assembled, the insertion rib is inserted between the first and second insertion grooves 211 and 212, and optionally abuts against outer sidewalls of the first and second insertion grooves 211 and 212, respectively.
As shown in fig. 4, the movable buckle 240 is provided with a second receiving structure 241 and a hook 242. The second receiving structure 241 is for receiving the magnet 250. Also, at least one side wall of the second receiving structure 241 is provided with a gap structure to enable a user to pry the magnet 250 out of the second receiving structure 241 by a pry pin, lever or bar. In particular, the at least one side wall is provided as a plurality of spaced apart conical structures. The hook 242 is matched with the hook hole 215 on the decorative plate 210. In a state that the skirting board 200 is assembled, the movable latch 240 is inserted into the second slot 212 of the decorative board 210, and the hook 242 is inserted into the latch hole 215.
As can be seen in FIG. 4, movable catch 240 is a J-shaped structure, i.e., movable catch 240 includes a long side portion, a short side portion, and an engagement portion connecting the long and short side portions together. The second receiving structure 241 is disposed on the long side portion, and the hook 242 is disposed at an end of the short side portion away from the engaging portion. Preferably, the second receiving structure 241 is located outside the short side portion.
The method for assembling the skirting board 200 according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be briefly described with reference to fig. 3 and 4.
The step of mounting the grill 220 is to place the grill 220 on the left or right side of the trim panel 210, align the slider 221 with the first slot 211, and then insert the slider 221 into the first slot 211, thereby fixing the grill 220 to the trim panel 210.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 11, there are three front-side limiting ribs 2331, and the three front-side limiting ribs 2331 are spaced apart such that the end of the transverse rib 222 is caught between two adjacent front-side limiting ribs 2331.
Further, as shown in fig. 11, the rear side surfaces of the three front-side limiting ribs 2331 are all inclined surfaces, and the front side surface of the rear-side limiting rib 2332 is also inclined surface to fit the inclined vertical rib 223, so that the rear side surface of the vertical rib 223 is abutted against the front side surface of the rear-side limiting rib 2332.
Still further, as shown in fig. 11, the end cap 230 is provided with a slip 236 matching with the first slot 211. In a state where the end cover skirting board 200 is assembled, the insert 236 is inserted into the first insertion groove 211.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that in the fifth embodiment of the present invention, the vertical ribs 223 of the grille 220 are inclined backward from the front to the bottom thereof, so that the bottom of the grille 220 which is easy to be kicked by the user is more backward, which is beneficial to reducing the frequency of kicking the grille 220 by the user.
A skirting board 200 according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 12 and 13.
It should be noted that, for convenience of description and to enable a person skilled in the art to quickly understand the fifth embodiment of the present invention, only the differences between the skirting board 200 of the fifth embodiment and the skirting board 200 of the second embodiment will be described in detail hereinafter. Other structures of the skirting board 200 in the fifth embodiment can refer to the description of the skirting board 200 in the second embodiment.
As shown in fig. 12, in a fifth embodiment of the present invention, a plaque 210 and a grill 220 are integrally formed. One skilled in the art will appreciate that the fascia 210 and grille 220 may be integrally formed using any suitable process or connection. For example, the fascia 210 and the grill 220 are formed by an extrusion process followed by an extrusion process; alternatively, the tile 210 and the grill 220 are separately formed and then welded together. Wherein the grill 220 is preferably a sheet metal and the vent holes therein are stamped using a stamping process.
As shown in fig. 13, the end cap 230 is provided with a slip 236 matching with the first slot 211, and a stop surface 2361 is formed at the bottom of the slip 236. In a state where the skirting board 200 is assembled, the insertion strip 236 is inserted into the first insertion groove 211, and the stop surface 2361 abuts against an end surface of the side wall of the first insertion groove 211.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, since the stop surface 2361 abuts against the end surface of the side wall of the first slot 211, the first buckle 2311 is clamped (specifically hooked) with the first clamping groove 213, and the second buckle 235 is clamped (specifically hooked) with the second clamping groove 2221, so that the middle of the end cover 230 receives a pushing force away from the plaque 210, and the two ends of the end cover 230 receive a pulling force directed to the plaque 210, so that the end cover 230 is more firmly fixed with the plaque 210 and the grille 220, and the end cover 230 is prevented from shaking.
Although not shown in the drawings, in the sixth embodiment of the present invention, unlike any of the previous embodiments, the back surface of the magnet 250 is provided with an adhesive layer and a release layer. So that a user can select the skirting board 200 including the tile and the grating fixed or molded together and then remove the magnet 250 from the skirting board 200 as described in any of the previous embodiments. The release layer on the magnet 250 is then removed and the magnet 250 is adhered to the fascia or grill by its adhesive layer, thereby allowing the user to mount his or her selected skirting board 200 to the refrigerator 100 via the magnet 250.
Although not shown, in other embodiments of the present invention, one skilled in the art may also mount magnet 250 directly to tile 210 and/or grid 220, as desired.
So far, the technical solution of the present invention has been described in connection with the foregoing embodiments, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is not limited to these specific embodiments. Without deviating from the technical principle of the present invention, those skilled in the art can split and combine the technical solutions in the above embodiments, and also can make equivalent changes or substitutions for related technical features, and any changes, equivalent substitutions, improvements, etc. made within the technical concept and/or technical principle of the present invention will fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
