The surface of the existing control panel needs to be provided with a surface sticker to prevent water and dust and protect the internal circuit components of the control panel. However, the control panel assembly adopting the surface paste generally cannot be provided with physical keys, so that on one hand, the user has poor operation hand feeling, on the other hand, the production cost is high, and the installation efficiency is low.
To this end, the present invention provides a control panel assembly 100, and an electric appliance having the control panel assembly 100. The electrical appliance may be an air conditioner, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a washing machine, or the like, and the control panel assembly 100 is provided to the electrical appliance to control the operation of the electrical appliance.
In this embodiment, the electrical equipment is a refrigerator, and the control panel assembly 100 is used to control the compartment temperature of the refrigerator. For example, when the refrigerator is in a freezing mode, the control panel assembly 100 may adjust the temperature of the compartment of the refrigerator to-20 to-5 degrees, and when the refrigerator is in a refrigerating mode, the control panel assembly 100 may control the temperature of the compartment of the refrigerator to 0 to 5 degrees. The control panel assembly 100 is installed at a case of the refrigerator.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the control panel assembly 100 includes a mounting box 10, an operation panel 20, a main control panel 30 and keys 40. The mounting box 10 has an opening facing the front side, and it should be noted that the mounting box 10 is used for fixedly mounting the control panel assembly 100 to the electrical equipment. For example, the mounting box 10 may be pre-buried in the heat insulation layer of the refrigerator, and the open side of the mounting box faces the outside of the refrigerator, so as to facilitate the installation of the main control board 30, the operation panel 20, the keys 40, and the like, and facilitate the operation of the operation panel 20 by the user in the later period. The specific material of the mounting box is not limited. In the present invention, the front direction is the direction of the operation surface of the operation panel 20, i.e. the direction of the control panel assembly 100 when the user operates the operation panel 20. The rear is a direction in which the bottom wall of the mounting box 10 faces. In the preferred embodiment, the front-rear direction extends substantially in the horizontal direction, but the direction of the operation panel 20 and the embedding direction of the mounting box 10 may be changed according to the design requirements, depending on the type of the electric device.
