As shown in fig. 9, according to an embodiment of the present invention, since the distance between the light emitting element 21 and the panel body 10 is small, in order to prevent the light emitting element 21 from illuminating the panel body 10 or generating halation on the panel body 10, the panel assembly 100 further includes a light shielding cover 40, the light shielding cover 40 has a plurality of first light shielding portions 41, the plurality of first light shielding portions 41 are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of light emitting elements 21, and each first light shielding portion 41 is covered on the corresponding light emitting element 21, thereby surrounding or shielding the light emitting element 21, and preventing the light emitted by the light emitting element 21 from being projected onto the panel body 10, thereby avoiding halation and light leakage.
As shown in fig. 9, in some examples, the first light shielding portion 41 includes a top plate 411 and a side wall plate 412, the top plate 411 is disposed above the light emitting member 21, and the side wall plate 412 surrounds a portion of the light emitting member 21, so that the first light shielding portion 41 may surround the light emitting member 21, and light emitted from the light emitting member 21 can only be projected onto the corresponding light guide bar 31, so as to avoid halation light leakage generated by light projection from the light emitting member 21 onto the panel body 10.
In some examples, the first light shielding part 41 includes a top plate 411, and the top plate 411 is disposed above the light emitting member 21, so that the first light shielding part 41 may space the light emitting member 21 from the panel body 10 to achieve a shielding effect, thereby preventing light emitted from the light emitting member 21 from being projected on the panel body 10 to generate halation light.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, in some specific examples, the light shielding cover 40 is disposed on a side of the light guiding member 30 facing away from the circuit board 20, the light emitting member 21 is mounted on the mounting portion 32 of the light guiding member 30, and the first light shielding portion 41 is disposed on the mounting portion 32, that is, after the light shielding cover 40 is mounted in place, the first light shielding portion 41 is disposed on the mounting portion 32 and the circuit board 20, and the first light shielding portion 41 can prevent bright light at the mounting portion 32 from being displayed on the panel body 10, so as to further avoid halation and the like on the panel body 10.
As shown in fig. 9 and 11, in some examples, due to the adoption of the integral light guide member 30 structure, when one light guide bar 31 is shiny, the adjacent light guide bars 31 are also easy to be illuminated under the dark environment, so that the light between the light guide bars 31 is in a light-stringing condition, therefore, the second light shielding part 42 is further designed on the light shielding cover 40, the second light shielding part 42 corresponds to the light guide bars 31, and the second light shielding part 42 surrounds at least a part of the corresponding light guide bar 31 so as to separate the corresponding light guide bar 31 from the light guide bars 31 adjacent to the corresponding light guide bar, thereby avoiding the light-stringing between the two adjacent light guide bars 31, improving the visual experience of users and further improving the grade of products.
The number of the second light shielding portions 42 may correspond to the number of the light guiding strips 31, that is, the outer side of each light guiding strip 31 surrounds a corresponding second light shielding portion 42, and the second light shielding portion 42 surrounds the corresponding second light shielding portion to prevent light of each light guiding strip 31 from leaking to the outside, so as to achieve the effect of preventing light from being mixed.
Of course, the number of the second light shielding portions 42 may be smaller than the number of the light guide strips 31, and only the second light shielding portions 42 are required to be provided between any two adjacent light guide strips 31, so that light strings between two adjacent light guide strips 31 can be avoided.
In the present embodiment, by integrating the first light shielding portion 41 and the second light shielding portion 42 on the same light shielding cover 40, the structure is simplified, the cost is reduced, and the convenience of assembly is improved.
As shown in fig. 9 and 11, in some examples, a first slot 43 is defined between the first light shielding portion 41 and the second light shielding portion 42, and the light guide member 30 is adapted to be in plug-in fit with the first slot 43, so that the light shielding cover 40 and the light guide member 30 are assembled, and by inserting a portion of the light guide member 30 into the first slot 43 between the first light shielding portion 41 and the second light shielding portion 42, the stability of the overall structure can be improved, shaking or the like of the light guide member 30 or the light shielding cover 40 is avoided, light leakage or the like of the light emitting member 21 is avoided, and the reliability of the overall structure is improved.
As shown in fig. 6 and 11, in some examples, the light guide 30 includes support ribs 33, two adjacent support ribs 33 are supported at two ends of one light guide bar 31, and the mounting portion 32 is disposed between the two adjacent support ribs 33, a second slot 34 is defined between the support ribs 33 and the mounting portion 32, and when the light shield 40 is assembled, the first light shielding portion 41 may be inserted into the second slot 34, thereby shielding the mounting portion 32 and the light emitting member 21; meanwhile, the supporting ribs 33 and the light guide strips 31 can be inserted into the first slots 43 to realize double insertion and matching, so that the stability and reliability of the whole structure are further improved, and the effects of halation prevention and light cross prevention are improved.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, in some examples, the light shield 40 has a first through hole 44, and the upper end of the light guide bar 31 may be inserted into the first through hole 44, so that the bright light of the light guide bar 31 may be displayed.
