An embodiment of the utility model provides a clothes treatment equipment, this clothes treatment equipment can be washing machine and wash and dry by the fire all-in-one etc.. It should be noted that the application scenario type of the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the clothes processing apparatus of the embodiment of the present invention.
In the following, the laundry treating apparatus is exemplified as a washing machine, and fig. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the washing machine in a washing state, the cross-sectional view being a section perpendicular to a rotation axis of the washing machine. The embodiment of the utility model provides a clothes treatment equipment includes washing barrel 1 and drain valve 6. The arrows of fig. 4 show the circumferential direction of the washing tub.
As shown in fig. 1, the washing tub 1 has a washing chamber 11 therein, the washing chamber 11 can be used for accommodating the laundry to be treated, and the laundry treating apparatus treats the laundry by steps including, but not limited to, soaking, washing and dehydrating. The washing tub 1 is opened with a drain hole 12 communicating with the washing chamber 11, and the drain hole 12 communicates the washing chamber 11 and the outside of the washing chamber 11. It should be noted that the laundry processing apparatus in the embodiment of the present invention may be a single-tub washing machine or a double-tub washing machine, for example, in a case where the laundry processing apparatus is configured as a single-tub washing machine, the drain hole 12 may communicate the washing chamber 11 with the outside of the laundry processing apparatus, and in a case where the drain hole 12 is opened, the water in the washing chamber 11 may be directly guided out of the laundry processing apparatus through the drain hole 12. Of course, a water receiving tray may be further disposed in the casing of the clothes treatment apparatus outside the washing tub 1, a water collecting cavity is formed between the water receiving tray and the washing tub, the water draining hole 12 may communicate the washing cavity and the water collecting cavity, the water draining hole 12 is opened in a working state of the clothes treatment apparatus in which the clothes treatment apparatus is dehydrated, the water in the washing cavity 11 is guided out to the water collecting cavity by the water draining hole 12, and the water in the water collecting cavity is guided to the outside of the clothes treatment apparatus by the water receiving tray. In the case that the laundry treating apparatus is configured as a dual-tub washing machine, the laundry treating apparatus includes a washing tub 1 and a casing 4, a gap between the casing 4 and the washing tub 1 may form a water collecting chamber, the water collecting chamber is communicated with a drain hole 12, the washing tub 1 is communicated with the water collecting chamber through the drain hole 12, and other parts of the washing tub 1 are closed relative to the water collecting chamber, that is, water in the washing chamber 11 can only be guided out of the water collecting chamber through the drain hole 12, and then the water in the water collecting chamber is guided to the outside of the laundry treating apparatus. It should be noted that, no matter the laundry treatment apparatus in the embodiment of the present invention is a single-tub washing machine or a double-tub washing machine, the drain hole in the embodiment of the present invention can be directly or indirectly communicated with the outside of the laundry treatment apparatus, so as to guide the water in the washing chamber 11 to the outside of the laundry treatment apparatus.
As shown in fig. 1, the drain valve 6 includes a rail body 2 and a movable mechanism 3. The rail body 2 is disposed within the washing chamber 11 and is directly or indirectly connected with the washing tub 1, and the direct connection and the indirect connection will be described in detail later. Wherein, the track body 2 defines a moving channel, and the movable mechanism 3 can move along the moving channel in an arc shape to close and open the drain hole. The movable mechanism 3 closing the drain hole 12 means that the movable mechanism 3 can completely close the drain hole 12, so that the liquid in the washing chamber 11 cannot flow out of the washing tub 1 from the drain hole 12; the movable mechanism 3 opening the drain hole 12 means that the movable mechanism 3 is spaced apart from the drain hole 12 so that the liquid in the washing chamber 11 can flow out of the washing tub 1 from the drain hole 12. The structure of the track body 2 and the manner of defining the movement channel have various manners, the movement channel may be formed in an open space or a closed space, and the following manners will be described as examples to describe the manners of several movement channels, however, those skilled in the art will understand that the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the following manners, and other manners can define the movement channel by the track body, so that the movable mechanism can move along the arc shape thereof.
In addition, the arc-shaped motion of the movable mechanism is used for explaining that the track of the movable mechanism is arc-shaped, and it can be understood that the arc-shaped motion track of the movable mechanism does not limit that each part or component of the movable mechanism can not have relative motion, but only the whole movable mechanism, for example, the motion track of the outline of the movable mechanism, basically presents arc-shaped motion different from linear motion. The curvature radius of the arc can be a value, and the arc can also be a shape formed by smoothly connecting a plurality of arcs with different curvature radii; it will be appreciated that an arcuate trajectory has a longer trajectory length relative to a straight trajectory.
The embodiment of the utility model arranges the moving channel on the track body, and the movable mechanism can open and close the drain hole along the arc motion of the moving channel, on one hand, the movable mechanism can open and close the drain hole through motion, so that the drainage mode is simpler and more convenient; on the other hand, the motion of the movable mechanism is arc-shaped, the length of the motion trail is long, and compared with a structure without a designed track body, the kinetic energy consumed by the movable mechanism in the motion process is large, so that when the movable mechanism moves to a position for closing the drain hole, the impact energy of the movable mechanism on the wall surface of the washing barrel is small, and the generated noise is small. The embodiment of the utility model provides a can have less noise when simplifying clothing treatment facility drainage mode, be favorable to reduce cost and promote user experience.
In some embodiments, the movement passage comprises a support surface, the support surface is formed in an arc shape, and the arc-shaped opening of the support surface faces the washing tub side wall. It can be understood that the supporting surface may be a plane or a curved surface, and the extending direction of the whole supporting surface is an arc, for example, a segment of line rotates by a certain angle around a certain point except the line segment, so as to form an arc-shaped supporting surface. Then, the direction of the arc toward the center of the circle corresponding to the arc can be regarded as the direction of the arc opening, and the arc opening of the supporting surface is arranged toward the side wall of the washing tub, that is, the arc supporting surface formed by the rail body 2 protrudes toward the axis direction of the rotating shaft of the washing tub, so as to form an inward convex shape, so that the movable mechanism 3 moves along the supporting surface to open and close the drainage hole along with the rotation of the washing tub in the process of rotating the washing tub around the axis. The embodiment of the utility model provides a be the arc through setting up the holding surface, be favorable to guiding the arc motion of moving mechanism, reduce the striking to moving mechanism in the arc motion process to be favorable to reducing the produced noise of moving mechanism motion.
In some embodiments, the track body 2 is arc-shaped, and it can be understood that the overall profile of the track body 2 is arc-shaped, and the movable mechanism 3 moves along the arc-shaped supporting surface of the track body 2 and also moves along the arc-shaped track body 2. Wherein the arc shape of the rail body 2 extends in the axial direction of the washing tub. It will be understood that the extension of the arc, i.e. its length, is the direction of the arc from one end to the other. The extending direction of the arc-shaped track body in the embodiment is along the axial direction of the washing barrel, so that the requirement of a chamber for installing the movable mechanism can be lowered, for example, the movable mechanism and the track body can be arranged in the lifting rib, and the lifting rib is fully utilized to be along the longer axial length of the washing barrel.
Wherein the moving mechanism 3 is adapted to slide and/or roll along the support surface. It will be understood that the mobile organ 3 can perform a translation movement with respect to the support surface, i.e. a sliding movement along the support surface; the movable mechanism 3 can be in translation and rotation relative to the supporting surface as long as the overall movement track of the movable mechanism is arc-shaped. The embodiment of the utility model provides a through setting up the movable mechanism into sliding and/or roll to be favorable to promoting the variety of movable mechanism's implementation mode, and can reduce the friction of movable mechanism and holding surface under the rolling condition of movable mechanism part at least, promote the smooth and easy degree of movable mechanism motion process.
In some embodiments, the side of the movable mechanism 3 facing the support surface is provided with an arc-shaped structure adapted to the support surface, the arc-shaped structure being adapted to slide along the support surface. It can be understood that the arc structure on the moving mechanism 3 can be formed in various ways, for example, the arc structure can be an arc surface, and also can be a plurality of convex ribs extending in an arc shape, and spaces are formed between the convex ribs, so long as the outline of one side of the moving mechanism 3 facing the supporting surface presents an arc shape, the arc structure contacts with the arc supporting surface and is suitable for sliding along the supporting surface. The curved structure is then slidable relative to the support surface, and the other parts of the movable mechanism 3 may be fixedly or rotatably connected to the curved structure, thereby enabling the movable mechanism 3 to slide or at least partially roll along the support surface. The embodiment of the utility model provides a through set up the arc structure with the holding surface adaptation on the moving mechanism to be favorable to promoting the smooth and easy degree of moving mechanism along the holding surface motion, reduce the friction among moving mechanism and the holding surface relative motion process.
The following illustrates a specific way of forming the bearing surface by the rail body: first, the rail body 2 itself may be similar to a plane or curved member, which may be considered as a two-dimensional member, the inside of the rail body 2 does not form a cavity, and all or most of the surface of the rail body 2 forms a supporting surface. In a second way, the rail body 2 is a three-dimensional part with a cavity inside, and the surface of a part of the rail body 2 forms a support surface, wherein the cavity may be open on one side of the support surface, i.e. the opening is adjacent to the support surface, or the opening is opposite to the support surface, or the opening comprises multiple directions, both adjacent to the support surface and opposite to the support surface.
The following description will be given taking an example in which the rail body 2 has a cavity 22 therein. As shown in fig. 1-4, the movable mechanism 3 can move along the cavity 22 to close and open the drainage hole 12,
the embodiment of the utility model provides a drain valve 6 includes two kinds with the connected mode of washtub 1, in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the track body 2 is direct to be connected with washtub 1, and the track body 2 sets up in washing chamber 11. In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 17, a lifting rib 5 for lifting the height of the laundry is provided in the washing tub 1, the lifting rib 5 is hollow, the drain valve 6 is provided in the lifting rib 5, and the drain valve 6 is connected to the lifting rib 5, thereby realizing indirect connection with the washing tub 1.
The manner in which the drain valve 6 is directly connected to the washing tub 1 is explained below:
as shown in fig. 1, the rail body 2 is disposed in the washing chamber 11, and the rail body 2 is directly connected to the washing tub 1. The embodiment of the utility model provides an in track body 2 can realize detachable being connected with the mode of washtub 1 through the joint structure, track body 2 still can realize through the welding with washtub 1's permanent fixed. No matter what kind of connection mode is adopted between the rail body 2 and the washing tub 1, as long as the rail body 2 can be kept stationary relative to the washing tub 1 during the laundry treatment process. The washing tub 1 in the embodiment of the present invention may be generally configured as a tubular structure, and the washing tub 1 includes a bottom wall and a side wall disposed around an edge of the bottom wall, and the side wall is disposed around an axial direction of the washing tub 1. The embodiment of the utility model provides a do not prescribe a limit to track body 2 and 1 concretely connected's of washtub position, for example, track body 2 can set up optional position department on the lateral wall of washtub.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the cavity 22 in the track body 2 is communicated with the washing chamber 11, and the liquid in the washing chamber 11 can flow through the cavity 22 to the drainage hole 12, or the liquid in the washing chamber 11 can be directly drained from the drainage hole 12 without passing through the cavity 22.
The path of the liquid flow inside the washing chamber 11 will be described with reference to fig. 2 and 4:
the cavity 22 has an opening 21 (a right end of the rail body 2 shown in fig. 2 and 4) formed at one end thereof and a closed end 23 (a left end of the rail body 2 shown in fig. 2 and 4) formed at the other end thereof, the opening 21 communicates with the cavity 22 and the washing chamber 11, and the closed end 23 separates the cavity 22 from the washing chamber 11. The drain hole 12 is located outside the cavity 22, and the drain hole 12 is opposite to the opening 21, the above-mentioned "opposite" is used to explain the positional relationship of the opening 21 and the drain hole 12, the rail body 2 is provided with one end of the opening 21, if continuing to extend along the contour of the rail body 2, the cavity 22 will cover the drain hole 12 because the drain hole 12 is opposite to the opening 21. The opening 21 is spaced from the drain hole 12 by a certain distance, as shown in fig. 4, when the drain hole is opened, the water in the washing chamber 11 can directly flow from the gap between the drain hole 12 and the opening 21 to the drain hole 12, and then can be discharged from the drain hole 12 to the outside of the laundry treatment apparatus, and of course, when the water in the washing chamber 11 is large, the water can also enter the cavity 22. The embodiment of the utility model provides a cavity 22 sets up to one end open-ended mode, and the wash port 12 can be directly flowed from the clearance between opening 21 and the wash port 12 to the water in the washing chamber 11 to improve clothes treatment facility's dehydration efficiency.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the movable mechanism 3 is movable along the cavity 22 between a first position and a second position to open and close the water discharge hole 12. It should be noted that the specific shape of the cavity 22 does not necessarily affect the motion track of the movable mechanism 3, and the change of the relative position between the movable mechanism 3 and the cavity 22 can be realized by the motion of the movable mechanism 3. Wherein, as shown in fig. 2, the first position represents the position where the movable mechanism 3 protrudes out of the opening 21 and closes the drainage hole 12, the protruding opening 21 may be the position where at least a part of the movable mechanism 3 is located in the cavity 22, another part is located outside the cavity 22, and the part of the movable mechanism 3 protruding out of the opening 21 closes the drainage hole 12, so that the water in the washing chamber 11 cannot flow out of the drainage hole 12. And in this state there is a space between the moving mechanism 3 and the closed end 23 of the rail body 2 so as to provide a moving space in which the moving mechanism 3 can move to the second position.
As shown in fig. 3-4, the second position represents a position where the movable mechanism 3 abuts against the closed end 23 of the rail body 2. The abutting means that the movable mechanism 3 is in contact with the closed end 23, and the movable mechanism 3 and the closed end 23 may or may not have a force of mutual pressing in the abutting state. The closed end 23 and the opening 21 are respectively located at two ends of the extending direction of the cavity 22, the extending direction of the cavity 22 is the direction of the maximum dimension of the cavity 22, that is, in the process of moving from the first position to the second position, the movable mechanism 3 moves from the position partially protruding out of the opening 21 to the position abutting against the closed end 23, and in the state of the movable mechanism 3 at the second position, the movable mechanism 3 can be completely located in the cavity 22, or still be partially located outside the opening 21 but the drain hole 12 is already opened, the movable mechanism 3 is far away from the drain hole 12, that is, the drain hole 12 is opened, and the water in the washing chamber 11 can be drained from the drain hole 12.
The embodiment of the utility model provides a through establishing the wash port in the position relative with the opening of the track body, the moving mechanism moves between primary importance and second place, can realize the automatic switching of wash port, the utility model discloses a drainage structure is simple, is favorable to reducing clothing treatment facility's the manufacturing degree of difficulty and cost. And under the condition that the movable mechanism is positioned at the open drain hole, water in the washing cavity can directly flow to the drain hole through a gap between the opening and the drain hole, so that the water flow limitation and shielding risks of the movable mechanism are reduced, the speed of the drain hole for guiding out the water flow is favorably improved, and the efficiency of discharging the liquid to the outside of the clothes treatment equipment is improved by the shell.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1-4, the cavity 22 is configured as an arc structure, and it should be noted that the arc structure indicates that the cavity 22 extends not in a straight direction but in an arc direction with a certain curvature, and the closed end 23 and the opening 21 are respectively located at two ends of the cavity 22 in the arc direction. As shown in fig. 4, the arc direction may be defined as a direction connecting a closest position between the closed end 23 and the opening 21 (which may be regarded as an extending direction of the inner wall surface 26 of the cavity 22), the arc direction may be defined as a direction connecting a farthest position between the closed end 23 and the opening 21 (which may be regarded as an extending direction of the outer wall surface 25 of the cavity 22), and the arc direction may be defined as a direction connecting a middle position of the closed end 23 and a middle position of the opening 21 (which may be regarded as an extending direction of a center line of the cavity 22), of course, the arc directions defined in the above three manners may be parallel directions, and hereinafter, for convenience of description, the arc direction represents a direction connecting a middle position of the closed end 23 and a middle position of the opening 21 (which may be regarded as an extending direction of a center line of the cavity 22). In some embodiments, the curvature of the arc representing the direction in which the cavity 22 extends may be a fixed value, e.g., the arc is an arc of a circle whose corresponding curvature is constant; in other embodiments, the curvature of the arc representing the extending direction of the cavity 22 may be variable, for example, the arc is formed by connecting several arcs with different curvatures, and the curvature corresponding to the arc may be variable but the curvature does not change abruptly, that is, the cavity 22 has no inflection point. The embodiment of the utility model provides a through setting up the cavity into the arc, be the motion range restriction arc region that the arc structure made the movable mechanism in, be favorable to reducing the collision risk of movable structure and the track body to be favorable to reducing the produced noise of collision.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the track body 2 comprises an outer wall surface 25 and an inner wall surface 26, wherein the inner wall surface 26 is closer to the wall of the washing tub than the outer wall surface 25, i.e. the inner wall surface 26 is farther from the axis of the washing tub than the outer wall surface 25, the outer wall surface 25 and the inner wall surface 26 define the cavity 22 for accommodating the movable mechanism 3 therebetween, and the inner wall surface 26 is connected to the outer wall surface 25 through a bottom wall. In some embodiments, the inner wall surface 26 is formed as a support surface, i.e. the movable mechanism 3 moves in an arc along the inner wall surface 26. In other embodiments the support surface is formed as an arc-shaped slot provided in the bottom wall, i.e. the movable element 3 moves in an arc along the arc-shaped slot formed in the bottom wall. The utility model discloses holding surface can form on each wall of the track body to track body implementation mode's variety has been promoted.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the outer wall surface 25 and the inner wall surface 26 are both curved in the same direction to form an arc, and the arc length of the outer wall surface 25 is greater than that of the inner wall surface 26. The centers of the arcs corresponding to the outer wall surface 25 and the inner wall surface 26 are located on the same side, which means that the two arc directions are the same. As shown in fig. 4, the outer wall surface 25 and the inner wall surface 26 both protrude into the washing chamber 11, and the bending directions of the outer wall surface 25 and the inner wall surface 26 are the same, which does not mean that the curvatures of the two are the same, and the curvatures of the outer wall surface 25 and the inner wall surface 26 may be the same or different. In the case where the extending direction of the cavity 22 is expressed by an arc (the arc may be variously selected as described above), since the outer wall surface 25 is outside the inner wall surface 26, the projection length of the outer wall surface 25 on the arc is larger than the projection length of the inner wall surface 26 on the arc. The embodiment of the utility model provides a through all setting up the internal face with cavity 22 and outer wall into the cambered surface, be favorable to guiding the motion of moving mechanism in curved cavity.
In other embodiments, the inner wall surface 26 may also be a plane, so that the contact area between the inner wall surface 26 and the washing tub may be increased, which is beneficial to improving the stability of the connection between the track body and the washing tub.
In some embodiments, as shown in connection with FIG. 4, the arc of inner wall surface 26 is greater than or equal to 165 degrees and less than or equal to 180 degrees. The curvature of the inner wall surface 26 is represented by the angle of the arc of the inner wall surface 26 represented on a longitudinal section of the rail body 2 (i.e., a section parallel to the extending direction of the rail body shown in fig. 4). As shown in fig. 4, the radian of the outer wall surface 25 is 135 degrees or more and 170 degrees or less. The curvature of the outer wall surface 25 is represented by the angle of the arc line of the outer wall surface 25 represented on the longitudinal section of the rail body 2 (i.e., the section parallel to the extending direction of the rail body shown in fig. 4). The radian of the outer wall surface 25 may be smaller than that of the inner wall surface 26, specifically, the inner wall surface 26 may extend by half a circumference, that is, 180 degrees, one end of the outer wall surface 25 is connected to the closed end 23, and the other end of the outer wall surface 25 is a free end, that is, the other end of the outer wall surface 25 is not connected to or contacted with other solid components, so that the extension angle of the outer wall surface 25 is smaller than half a circumference. Wherein, the free end of the outer wall surface 25 and the end of the inner wall surface 26 far away from the closed end 23 can form an opening 21, and the opening 21 is arranged at a distance from the drainage hole 12. So that the water in the washing chamber 11 can directly flow to the drain hole 12 from the gap between the opening 21 and the drain hole 12 without flowing to the drain hole 12 after flowing through the cavity 22, thereby improving the dehydration efficiency of the laundry treating apparatus.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, both ends of the inner wall surface 26 in the arc length direction are connected to the washing tub 1, and a distance L3 between one end of the opening 21 of the outer wall surface 25 and the washing tub 1 is greater than or equal to a first preset value and less than or equal to a second preset value, where the first preset value is 1/5 × the width of the opening 21, and the second preset value is 1/2 × the width of the opening 21. The embodiment of the utility model ensures that the movement amplitude of the movable mechanism is not too large by limiting the distance from one end of the outer wall surface, which is positioned at the opening, to the washing barrel to be less than or equal to the second preset value, thereby reducing the noise generated by the movement of the movable mechanism; the embodiment of the utility model provides a be located the distance of open-ended one end to the washtub through injecing the outer wall and be greater than or equal to first default for thereby the distance of outer wall and washtub can not be too little be favorable to ensureing rivers to flow to the wash port from the clearance between outer wall and the washtub smoothly.
In some embodiments, the moving direction of the movable mechanism 3 is the same as the extending direction of the cavity 22, so that the impact of the cavity on the movement of the movable mechanism can be further reduced, thereby improving the smoothness of the movement of the movable mechanism, and reducing the noise generated by the movement of the movable mechanism, thereby improving the experience of the user.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the outer surface of the movable mechanism 3 is in smooth contact with the inner surface of the rail body 2, i.e., may be in smooth contact with both the inner wall surface 26 of the cavity 22 and the outer wall surface 25 of the cavity 22. The smooth contact shows that the change trend of the outline of the outer surface of the movable mechanism 3 is consistent with the change trend of the outline of the inner surface of the track body 2, so that the outer surface of the movable mechanism 3 is mutually attached to the inner surface of the track body 2, the improvement of the smoothness of the movement of the movable mechanism relative to the track body is facilitated, the reduction of noise generated by impact between the track body and the movable mechanism is facilitated, and the experience of a user is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the movable mechanism 3 is provided in an arcuate configuration. Specifically, the longitudinal direction (direction in which the dimension is largest) of the entire movable mechanism 3 is not a linear direction but an arc direction having a curvature. For the purpose of distinguishing from the arc direction of the cavity above, the arc direction of extension of the movable mechanism 3 is referred to as a second arc direction. It will be appreciated that the direction of the arc and the direction of the second arc may be parallel, i.e. the cavity may extend in the same direction as the direction of the movable member, or may be non-parallel, i.e. the cavity may extend in a different direction than the direction of the movable member. The embodiment of the utility model provides a set movable mechanism 3 to the arc structure, in movable mechanism is for the cavity motion process for movable mechanism's direction of motion is unanimous with the extending direction of movable mechanism itself, is favorable to realizing the laminating and the separation of movable mechanism and wash port through movable mechanism's motion, is favorable to realizing the switching that movable mechanism moved in little space and realizes the wash port.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the length of the movable mechanism 3 is greater than or equal to 0.7 times the first dimension and less than or equal to 0.9 times the first dimension. Wherein the first dimension is a length from the first position to the second position in an arc direction, the arc direction indicating a direction of extension of the cavity. Note that the length of the movable mechanism 3 is the length in the direction of the maximum dimension of the movable mechanism, and in the case where the movable mechanism 3 is provided in an arc-shaped configuration, the length of the movable mechanism 3 may be the maximum dimension in the direction of the second arc of the movable mechanism itself. The embodiment of the utility model sets the length of the movable mechanism 3 to be less than or equal to 0.9 times of the first size, so that the distance between the movable mechanism and the drain hole is not too close, the interference of the movable mechanism to the drain hole in the second position state is reduced, and the speed of guiding the liquid from the washing cavity to the drain hole is improved; the length of the movable mechanism is set to be larger than or equal to 0.7 times of the first size, so that the movable space between the movable mechanism and the track body is not too large, the movement amplitude of the movable mechanism is further limited, the noise generated by movement of the movable mechanism is reduced, and the user experience is favorably improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the movable mechanism 3 includes a slider 31, a weight 32, and an elastic member 33. In some embodiments, the sliding block 31 can slide relative to the track body 2, and in other embodiments, can also at least partially roll relative to the track body. The slider 31 has a first end 311 and a second end 312 opposite to each other in an extending direction, which indicates a direction of a maximum dimension of the slider 31, and in a case where the slider 31 extends in an arc direction, the first end 311 and the second end 312 of the slider 31 are opposite to each other in the arc direction. Wherein the first end 311 is close to the drainage hole 12, and the second end 312 is close to the closed end 23 of the rail body 2, it can be understood that the position relationship between the first end 311 and the drainage hole 12 is relative to the position relationship between the second end 312 and the drainage hole 12, and the position relationship between the second end 312 and the closed end 23 is relative to the position relationship between the first end 311 and the closed end 23. With the movable mechanism 3 in the first position, the first end 311 of the slider 31 is in contact with the drain hole 12, and the second end 312 is spaced from the closed end 23; with the movable mechanism 3 in the second position, the second end 312 of the slider 31 is in contact with the closed end 23, and the first end 311 is spaced from the drain hole 12. The weight 32 is disposed proximate to the second end 312 of the slider 31, where "proximate" indicates that the weight 32 is closer to the second end 312 than the weight 32 is to the first end 311, e.g., the weight is closer to the second end than 1/2 of the distance between the first and second ends. The elastic member 33 is disposed between the sliding block 31 and the track body 2, and the elastic member 33 has deformation and deformation recovery capabilities, and the elastic member 33 in the embodiment of the present invention includes but is not limited to a spring, a resilient ball, and the like. Taking the elastic member 33 as a spring as an example, the two ends of the spring are not necessarily fixedly connected with the slider 31 and the track body 2, and the spring is regarded as being connected as long as the spring abuts between the slider 31 and the track body 2. In some embodiments, the weight 32 independent from the slider 31 may not be provided, but the mass of the portion of the slider 31 near the second end may be set to be larger. The first end 311 of the slider may be regarded as a valve core for closing the drainage hole 12 under the combined action of the elastic force of the spring, the centrifugal force of the weight block, the gravity, and the like.
With reference to fig. 1 to 4, the following describes the movement of the slider 31:
the laundry treating apparatus of fig. 1 and 2 is in a non-dehydrating state including a soaking state, a washing state, a non-operating state, etc., the first end 311 of the slider 31 abuts against the water drain hole 12 under the elastic force of the elastic member 33, and the movable mechanism 3 is located at a first position closing the water drain hole 12. In the non-dehydration state, the rotation speed of the washing tub 1 is low or the rotation speed of the washing tub 1 is zero, and the centrifugal force generated by the weight 32 due to the slow or non-rotating rotation of the washing tub 1 is low or zero, and the centrifugal force is not enough to overcome the elastic force of the elastic member 33 to the slider 31, so that the slider 31 is stably maintained at the first position for closing the drain hole 12.
The clothes treating apparatus in fig. 3 and 4 is in a dehydration state, the washing tub 1 rotates along a circumferential direction (a direction indicated by an arrow in fig. 4), the rotation speed of the washing tub 1 in the dehydration state is high, the centrifugal force F of the weight 32 is larger along with the increase of the rotation speed, and when the centrifugal force F generated by the weight 32 due to the rotation of the washing tub 1 is larger than a certain value, the centrifugal force F can overcome the elastic force applied to the slider 31 by the elastic member 33, so that the centrifugal force F generated by the weight 32 can drive the slider 31 to move relative to the rail body 2, and the slider 31 moves from the first position of the protrusion opening 21 to the second position abutting against the closed end 23. In the state of being located at the second position, the second end 312 of the slider 31 abuts against the closed end 23, and the first end 311 of the slider 31 opens the drain hole 12, so that the water in the washing chamber 11 can be drained from the drain hole 12 to the outside of the laundry treating apparatus.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4 to 6, in the case that the movable mechanism 3 is integrally of an arc-shaped structure and extends along the second arc direction, the sliding block 31 extends along the second arc direction from the first end 311 to the second end 312, the sliding block 31 is of the arc-shaped structure, the elastic member 33 is disposed at a position of the sliding block 31 close to the first end 311, and the weight 32 is disposed at a position of the sliding block 31 close to the second end, that is, the elastic member 33 and the weight 32 are distributed at two ends of the arc-shaped structure, which is beneficial for guiding the sliding block 31 to move relative to the rail body 2, so as to improve the reliability of opening and closing the drainage hole by the sliding block.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the arc degree of the slider 31 from the first end 311 to the second end 312 is greater than or equal to 90 degrees and less than or equal to 160 degrees, and the slider 31 may be connected along the arc direction from the first end 311 to the second end 312 to form a partial circumference, the arc degree of which is greater than or equal to 90 degrees and less than or equal to 160 degrees, the present invention provides a structure change of the slider not too much by limiting the upper limit value of the arc degree of the slider from the first end to the second end, so as to reduce the interference of the slider on the liquid flow at the drainage hole; the lower limit value of the radian of the sliding block from the first end to the second end is limited, so that the structural change of the sliding block is not too small, and the difficulty of manufacturing the sliding block is reduced.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4 and fig. 5, the slider 31 is provided with a containing cavity 314 for containing the weight 32 at a position close to the second end 312, and the weight 32 is connected to the containing cavity 314, it should be noted that the connection between the weight 32 and the slider 31 includes the weight 32 being disposed in the containing cavity 314, so that the containing cavity 314 limits the position of the weight 32, and the weight 32 does not separate from the containing cavity 314, and it is not necessary that the weight 32 and the slider 31 have a direct connection relationship. In other embodiments, the weight block may be integrally formed with the slider, that is, in the manufacturing process of the movable mechanism, the weight block may be integrally injection-molded with the slider, the weight block may be injection-molded into a structure having a higher density and a heavier mass, and the slider may be injection-molded into a structure having a lighter mass; or the weight 32 may be fixedly connected to the slider 31.
The embodiment of the utility model provides a through with the balancing weight setting hold the intracavity and be connected with the slider for balancing weight and the integrative setting of slider, on the one hand the balancing weight can with slider individual production, reduce the manufacturing degree of difficulty, thereby reduce clothing treatment facility's manufacturing cost, on the other hand, balancing weight and the integrative assembly of slider are favorable to simplifying the structure of moving mechanism and simplifying the moving means's motion, and then simplify single bucket clothing treatment facility's drainage mode.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the slider 31 includes a main body 317 and a mounting portion 318 connected in sequence from the first end 311 to the second end 312, the mounting portion 318 surrounds the receiving cavity 314, and the second end 312 is located at the mounting portion 318. Specifically, the mounting portion 318 may be substantially a spherical structure, and the accommodating cavity 314 formed inside the mounting portion 318 may also be cylindrical, spherical, or the like. The embodiment of the utility model provides an installation department 318 and main part 317 fixed connection, in some embodiments, installation department 318 can pass through integrative injection moulding with main part 317. The embodiment of the utility model provides a through being divided into main part and installation department with the slider for the balancing weight is simple with the assembly methods of slider, is favorable to improving the assembly efficiency of moving mechanism.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the mounting portion 318 is provided with an opening 3141 communicating with the accommodating cavity 314, and the weight 32 can be manufactured separately from the slider 31, and during the assembling process, the weight 32 can be assembled into the accommodating cavity 314 through the opening 3141. Specifically, uncovered 3141's size can be less than the biggest sectional area of balancing weight 32, balancing weight 32 at least part can set up to elastic construction, that is to say, balancing weight 32 can cooperate the less uncovered 3141 of size to take place elastic deformation in the assembling process, after balancing weight 32 moves to holding chamber 314 completely, balancing weight 32 resumes elastic deformation again, make balancing weight 32's biggest sectional area be greater than uncovered size, thereby restrict balancing weight 32 and leave from uncovered 3141 and hold chamber 314 after the assembly. Of course, in other embodiments, a portion of the mounting portion 318 close to the opening 3141 may be provided with an elastic structure, so that during the assembly process of the weight block 32 and the mounting portion 318, the size of the opening 3141 may be increased elastically, and after the assembly process is completed, the size of the opening 3141 is restored to be smaller than the maximum cross-sectional area of the weight block 32. The embodiment of the utility model provides an installation department and balancing weight complex structure include but not limited to above-mentioned two kinds of forms.
As shown in fig. 6, the structure in which the mounting portion 318 is fitted to the weight 32 will be described in detail below. The mounting portion 318 is provided with a plurality of slits 3142 arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the opening 3141, and the slits 3142 communicate with the accommodating chamber 314. The embodiment of the present invention arranges the plurality of slits 3142 at intervals, so that the mounting portion 318 between the slits 3142 has a certain deformation space under the action of external force, for example, before the balancing weight 32 is assembled to the accommodating cavity 314 through the opening 3141, the opening 3141 does not receive the action of external force under the natural state, and the maximum sectional area of the balancing weight 32 is larger than the size of the opening 3141 under the natural state; in the process of assembling the counterweight block 32 into the accommodating cavity 314, the counterweight block 32 is pressed by an external force against the mounting part 318 at the periphery of the opening 3141, the mounting part 318 is elastically deformed by the action force of the counterweight block 32, so that the mounting parts 318 adjacent to the slit 3142 are close to each other, the slit 3142 is narrowed, and the opening 3141 is continuously enlarged to the size through which the counterweight block 32 can pass; in a state where the weight 32 is completely fitted into the accommodating chamber 314, the mounting portion 318 at the periphery of the opening 3141 is not pressed by the weight 32, the mounting portion 318 recovers elastic deformation, the mounting portions 318 adjacent to the slit 3142 are away from each other, so that the slit 3142 is widened, and the opening 3141 recovers to a size smaller than the maximum sectional area of the weight 32, thereby restricting the weight 32 from being detached from the accommodating chamber 314. The embodiment of the utility model provides a through set up a plurality of slits in open circumference, be favorable to improving the elasticity that is close to near uncovered installation department to improve the fatigue resistance of installation department, and can reduce the balancing weight and hold the degree of difficulty of chamber assembly, improve assembly efficiency.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the slider 31 further includes a plurality of ribs 319. The reinforcing ribs 319 include a first reinforcing rib 3191 and a second reinforcing rib 3192. First strengthening rib 3191 sets up along slider 31's length direction, and first strengthening rib 3191 is connected with main part 317, first strengthening rib 3191 can with the integrative injection moulding of main part 317, the embodiment of the utility model provides a through setting up first strengthening rib, both can improve the structural strength of main part, can reduce the material that the slider was made again. The second reinforcing rib 3192 is arranged along the width direction of the slider 31, the second reinforcing rib 3192 is connected with the first reinforcing rib 3191, and at least part of the second reinforcing rib 3192 is adjacent to the groove 313. The length direction of the slider represents the direction in which the size of the slider is the largest, and the width direction represents the direction perpendicular to the length direction. The second reinforcing rib 3192 may be integrally injection-molded with the main body portion 317 and the first reinforcing rib 3191, and the first reinforcing rib 3191 and the second reinforcing rib 3192 may be provided in plurality. The embodiment of the utility model provides a through setting up the second strengthening rib, can further improve the structural strength of main part.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 7, the first end 311 of the slider 31 is configured as a first curved surface, which means that the surface is curved rather than planar, and the curvature of the curved surface is the same or the curvature is different but the smooth transition has no inflection point. Wherein, under the condition that the first end 311 contacts the drain hole 12, since the first end 311 is an arc surface, when the curvature radius of the first arc surface is equal to that of the washing tub, the first arc surface can form surface contact with the wall surface around the drain hole, and when the curvature radius of the first arc surface is smaller than that of the washing tub, the first arc surface can form line contact with the wall surface around the drain hole.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the washing tub is provided with a hem 13 near the drain hole 12, the hem extending in a direction different from the direction in which the original wall of the washing tub extends, and the hem 13 extends toward a side away from the washing chamber 11 with respect to the portion of the wall of the washing tub adjacent thereto. At the position where the first end 311 closes the drainage hole 12, the curvature of the surface of the folded edge 13 is set so that the first end 311 is attached to the folded edge 13, and the first end 311 is considered to be in surface contact with the drainage hole 12. The contact area is increased by surface-contacting the first end 311 of the slider with the folded edge 13 around the drain hole 12, so that the water in the washing chamber 11 is less likely to flow out from between the first end 311 and the drain hole 12 in a state where the movable mechanism is located at the first position, and the sealing property between the first end and the drain hole can be improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the first arcuate surface (referring to first end 311 shown in fig. 7) is a rounded mesa having a diameter L4 that gradually decreases toward the drain hole 12. The circular truncated cone is not a description that the first end 311 of the slider has a standard circular truncated cone shape, but a description that the cross-sectional area (the area of the cross-section perpendicular to the extending direction of the slider) of the first end 311 of the slider decreases toward the drain hole 12, and is called a circular truncated cone, similarly to the change in the cross-sectional area of the circular truncated cone. The sliding block in the embodiment of the utility model can be formed by injection molding, and the first arc surface is arranged as the round table surface, so that the die drawing is convenient in the manufacturing process, and the processing efficiency of the sliding block is improved; and the round table surface is more tightly attached with the periphery of the convex rib, which is beneficial to improving the sealing performance of the clothes treatment equipment in the washing process.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the slider 31 further includes an inner edge 315 and an outer edge 316 connecting the first arc-shaped surfaces, the inner edge 315 being closer to the inner wall surface 26 of the rail body 2 than the outer edge 316, and the outer edge 316 being closer to the outer wall surface 25 of the rail body 2 than the inner edge 315. Wherein, the outer edge 316 can be smoothly connected with the inner edge 315, and the radian of the outer edge 316 is the same as that of the inner edge 315. The embodiment of the utility model provides a set up the outer fringe with the slider and the inner edge to the same radian, be favorable to making the structure of the track body to in order to assemble with the internal cavity of track fast, thereby improve the efficiency of assembly.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the second end 312 of the slider 31 is configured as a second curved surface, which means that the surface is a curved surface rather than a flat surface, and the curved surfaces have the same curvature or have smooth transition without inflection points although the curvature is different. With second end 312 in contact with closed end 23, second end 312 is in point contact with closed end 23; for example, the surfaces of the second end 312 and the closed end 23 of the slider that contact each other are curved and have different bending directions, so that the contact is point contact. The embodiment of the utility model provides a through the setting of the blind end point contact of slider and the track body, be favorable to improving the smoothness degree of slider motion, reduce the risk that the slider blocked in the cavity to improve the efficiency that the slider switched at primary importance and second place.
In some embodiments, as shown in connection with fig. 1, 8 and 9, at least a portion of the mobility mechanism 3 may be rollable. For example, the movable mechanism 3 may be divided into two parts, a first part being movable along the cavity 22 relative to the rail body 2, and a second part being rotatable in another direction relative to the first part, in addition to being movable along the cavity 22 as the first part, so as to enable the movable mechanism 3 part to roll relative to the rail body 2; then, the friction between the portion of the movable structure that is in rolling contact with the rail body 2 and the rail body 2 is rolling friction rather than sliding friction.
For example, one part of the movable mechanism 3 can rotate relative to the other part, as shown in fig. 8, the weight 32 is rotatably connected to the sliding block 31. That is to say, in the process of the movement of the movable mechanism 3 relative to the track body, the surface of the balancing weight 32 contacts with the track body 2, and the friction force between the balancing weight 32 and the track body 2 can drive the balancing weight 32 to rotate relative to the sliding block 31, thereby realizing the rolling of the balancing weight 32 relative to the track body. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the slider 31 is provided with a groove 313, and the extending direction of the groove 313 may coincide with the extending direction of the slider 31. For example, in the case where the slider 31 is disposed in an arc direction, the grooves 313 are disposed in the same arc direction. The track body 2 is provided with a first protrusion 24, the first protrusion 24 at least partially extends into the groove 313, at least partially extends means that the first protrusion 24 can partially extend into the groove 313, and the other part is positioned outside the groove 313; it can also mean that the first protrusion 24 completely extends into the groove 313, and the first protrusion 24 is completely arranged in the groove 313, which is beneficial to reduce the space for assembling the sliding block 31 with the track body 2. Opposite ends of the elastic element 33 respectively abut against the first protrusion 24 and one surface of the sliding block 31 close to the groove 313. The length of the groove 313 is less than the natural length of the elastic element, and the distance from the first protrusion 24 to the closed end 23 is greater than or equal to the distance from one end of the groove 313 close to the closed end 23 to the closed end and less than the distance from one end of the groove 313 far from the closed end 23 to the closed end. The length direction of the groove 313 coincides with the moving direction of the slider 31, and the minimum length of the elastic member 33 is smaller than the length of the groove 313. As shown in fig. 6, in the case where the slider 31 is provided with the main body portion 317 and the mounting portion 318, the groove 313 penetrates the main body portion 317, and both ends of the elastic member 33 abut against the first protrusion 24 and the main body portion 317, respectively. In other embodiments, the length of the groove 313 is greater than the natural length of the elastic member 33, and a portion of the groove 313 is used for accommodating the elastic member 33 and another portion is used for accommodating the first protrusion 24.
The following describes an assembling process of the movable mechanism 3 and the rail body 2 to assemble the drain valve 6. First, the elastic member 33 is installed in the groove 313 of the slider 31, and since the length of the groove 313 is smaller than the natural length of the elastic member 33, the elastic member 33 is compressed; then, the slider 31 and the elastic member 33 are assembled with the rail body 2, specifically, the slider 31 and the elastic member 33 are put into the rail body 2, so that the first protrusion 24 abuts on one end of the elastic member 33 far from the opening 21. Thus, the assembly process in which the elastic member 33 abuts between the slider 31 and the first projection 24 at one end of the groove 313 is completed through the above steps.
Firstly, the slide block is pushed to abut against the closed end 23, the first protrusion 24 is positioned in the groove 313, namely, the position shown in fig. 4, the compression amplitude of the elastic element 33 is maximum, the corresponding elastic force is maximum, after the pushing force for assembly is cancelled, because the first protrusion 24 cannot move, the elastic force of the elastic element 33 can only drive the slide block 31 to move to the position for blocking the drainage hole 12, namely, the position shown in fig. 2, in which the elastic force towards the opening 21 direction is still acted on the slide block by the elastic element 33 because the length of the groove 313 is smaller than the natural length of the elastic element, so that the slide block 31 is stably positioned at the position for blocking the drainage hole 12 in the non-dehydration state.
In the dewatering state, the centrifugal force of the weight 32 is greater than the elastic force, so as to drive the slide block 31 to move to the second position shown in fig. 4, in which the elastic member 33 is pressed to the maximum deformation state, and the corresponding elastic force is the maximum. After the dewatering is completed, the centrifugal force of the weight 32 is reduced or eliminated, and the elastic member 33 exerts an elastic force on the sliding block 31, thereby driving the sliding block 31 to return to the first position shown in fig. 2.
The embodiment of the utility model provides a through set up the recess on the slider, the recess can play spacing effect to the deformation of elastic component and the process of recovering deformation, and the relative motion of recess also can receive first bellied spacing, has injectd the movement track of the relative track body of slider to improve the stability of slider motion, be favorable to reducing the noise that produces because of slider and the striking of the track body, and then improved user's experience degree.

The embodiment of the utility model provides a through the unanimous setting of extending direction with the extending direction of elastic component and slider, be favorable to transmitting the elastic force to the slider on, improve the reliability that the slider supported and leans on the wash port.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the groove 313 for placing the elastic member 33 is spaced apart from the receiving cavity 314 for receiving the weight 32. The spacing indicates that the recess 313 and the accommodating chamber 314 have a certain distance in the extending direction of the slider 31. The embodiment of the utility model provides a separate certain distance setting through with elastic component and balancing weight, be favorable to the independent assembly of balancing weight and elastic component.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the groove 313 and the weight 32 are spaced apart from each other in the length direction of the slider 31, the groove 313 is closer to the first end 311 of the slider 31 than the weight 32, and the distance L1 from the groove 313 to the second end 312 is greater than the distance L2 from the first end 311. It should be noted that the groove 313 has a certain size in the extending direction, and the distance described in the embodiment of the present invention can be expressed by the distance from the central point of the groove to the first end and the second end, respectively. The embodiment of the utility model provides a be greater than the recess to the distance of first end through the distance with recess to second end for the relative second end of recess more is close to first end, is favorable to improving the energy that the elastic force converted first end, thereby is favorable to improving the first end and the wash port of slider and leans on the reliability under non-dehydration state.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 4, the minimum distance L5 between the groove 313 and the weight 32 is greater than or equal to 0.25 times the length of the slider 31. The length of the slider 31 is the maximum dimension of the slider 31 in the arc direction, and can also be expressed by the length from the first end 311 to the second end 312 in the arc direction. The embodiment of the utility model provides a minimum distance through injecing recess and balancing weight to be favorable to improving the first end and the wash port of slider and support to lean on the reliability under the non-dehydration state.
