Abstract

Technical Field

The present application relates to a package, and in particular to a kit containing a swab.

Background

The existing swab is sealed and packaged by generally adopting a flexible packaging bag, but the swab in the packaging bag cannot be protected due to the flexibility of the swab. In the prior art, the swab is provided with a breaking point for convenient sampling and storage, and the swab head is stressed and broken at the breaking point in the transportation process due to the adoption of the package, so that the swab cannot be used in use, and the user experience is very poor.

SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

The application provides a kit that contains swab, is convenient for transport and carry, has multiple functional and convenience of customers's function of using the swab simultaneously.

A kit containing a swab, comprising:

a swab;

the bearing piece is provided with a first surface and a second surface which are opposite, the bearing piece is provided with a plurality of accommodating cavities, each accommodating cavity is provided with a cavity part and a cavity opening part which are communicated, the cavity opening parts are arranged on the first surface, and the cavity parts are arranged by protruding out of the second surface;

a seal disposed in a peelable manner on the first surface, the seal for sealing a cavity opening of the housing cavity.

The plurality of accommodating cavities comprise at least one wiper cavity and at least one accessory cavity; the swab cavity is for receiving at least a portion of a swab, and the accessory cavity is for receiving a functional accessory.

In one embodiment, the plurality of receiving cavities further includes an operating cavity, the swab cavity extends along a first direction, and the operating cavity is arranged on two sides of the swab cavity along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and is communicated with the swab cavity; and/or

The bearing piece is further provided with a protruding structure, and the protruding structure is arranged in the cavity of the swab cavity and used for supporting the swab.

In one embodiment, the protruding structure is located at a position where the swab cavity communicates with the intersection of the operating cavity.

In one embodiment, the supporting member is an integral plate-shaped structure, and at least the cavity portion of the accommodating cavity is transparent.

In one embodiment, the swab includes a swab handle and a swab head, one of the swab handle and the swab head having a plug post for removably connecting to a plug sleeve and the other of the swab handle and the swab head having a plug sleeve.

In one embodiment, a plurality of the accommodating cavities further comprise a spare part cavity, the wiper handle is accommodated in the wiper cavity, and the wiper head is accommodated in the spare part cavity.

Referring to fig. 1 to 9, the present application provides a swab-containing kit, comprising a carrier 1, a swab 2 and a sealing member 3; this will be explained in detail below.

The carrier 1 is an integrated plate-shaped structure and has a first surface 11 and a second surface 12 opposite to each other, the carrier 1 is provided with a plurality of accommodating cavities, and the plurality of accommodating cavities are arranged in the carrier 1 in an array. Furthermore, the sealing element 3 is arranged on the first surface 11 in a peelable manner, the sealing element 3 is used for sealing and covering the opening of the accommodating cavity, the sealing element 3 can be a transparent membrane structure made of a plastic material, so that a user can observe the condition of articles in the accommodating cavity conveniently, and the sealing element can also be a structural body made of a paper material, so that the printing is facilitated, and the texture is improved.

In the present embodiment, the first direction represents an axial direction of the wiper cavity 13, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction, specifically referring to fig. 3, wherein y is the first direction and x is the second direction.

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1-5, the plurality of cavities includes a swab cavity 13 and at least one accessory cavity 14, the swab cavity 13 contains the entire swab 2, i.e., the swab handle 21 and the swab head 22, and the accessory cavity 14 contains the functional accessory.

With reference to fig. 1 to 5, the accessory cavity 14 may be located on the top of the wiper cavity 13, may be located on the side of the accessory cavity 14, and may be located at the edge of the wiper cavity 13. Of course, the accessory cavities 14 may be arranged in an array on one side, two sides, etc. of the wiper cavity 13.

In other embodiments, the swab cavities 13 may be several in number, and are arranged side by side on the carrier 1, and the accessory cavities 14 are arranged around the sides of the swab cavities 13.

In one embodiment, referring to FIG. 6, the plurality of receiving cavities further comprises spare part cavities 16, at least one of the number of spare part cavities 16 being for receiving a swab head 22 suitable for swab 2 replacement; in this embodiment, the swab chamber 13 houses a removably attachable swab 2. Since the swab 2 comprises a swab handle 21 and a swab head 22, the swab chamber 13 houses either the swab handle 21 or a complete swab 2 capable of being attached to a replacement swab head 22.

Further, describing the removably attachable swab 2, one of the swab handle 21 and the swab head 22 has a plug-in post 23, the other has a plug-in sleeve 24, and the plug-in post 23 is used to removably attach the plug-in sleeve 24, as shown in fig. 7.

1. A kit containing a swab, comprising:

a swab (2);

the bearing piece (1) is provided with a first surface (11) and a second surface (12) which are opposite to each other, the bearing piece (1) is provided with a plurality of accommodating cavities, each accommodating cavity is provided with a cavity part and a cavity opening part which are communicated with each other, the cavity opening parts are arranged on the first surface (11), and the cavity parts are arranged in a protruding mode on the second surface (12);

a sealing member (3), wherein the sealing member (3) is arranged on the first surface (11) in a peelable manner, and the sealing member (3) is used for sealing and covering the cavity opening part of the accommodating cavity;

the plurality of receiving cavities comprise at least one wiper cavity (13) and at least one accessory cavity (14); the swab chamber (13) is adapted to receive at least a portion of a swab (2), and the accessory chamber (14) is adapted to receive a functional accessory.

2. The kit comprising a swab according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of receiving cavities further comprises an operating cavity (15), the swab cavity (13) being arranged to extend in a first direction, the operating cavity (15) being disposed on either side of the swab cavity (13) in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and communicating with the swab cavity (13); and/or

4. The swab-containing kit according to claim 2, wherein the carrier (1) is of one-piece plate-like construction, at least the cavity portion of the receiving cavity being transparent.

The swab-containing kit according to claim 1, wherein the swab (2) comprises a swab handle (21) and a swab head (22), one of the swab handle (21) and the swab head (22) having a plug-in post (23) and the other having a plug-in sleeve (24), the plug-in post (23) being for detachable connection to the plug-in sleeve (24).

6. The swab-containing kit of claim 5 wherein a plurality of said receiving cavities further comprise a spare part cavity (16), said swab handle (21) being received in the swab cavity (13), said swab head (22) being received in the spare part cavity (16).

7. The swab-containing kit according to claim 1, wherein the carrier (1) is provided in a plurality in number;

the bearing parts (1) are arranged side by side in a mutually separated mode, the sealing element (3) is arranged to cover the first surfaces (11) of the bearing parts (1), and a tearing structure (17) is arranged at the position, between two adjacent bearing parts (1), of the sealing element (3);

or a plurality of the bearing parts (1) are arranged side by side and connected, a tearing structure (17) is arranged between every two adjacent bearing parts (1), and at least one sealing element (3) is correspondingly arranged on the first surface (11) of each bearing part (1).

8. The swab-containing kit of claim 1, wherein the second surface (12) has a support surface protruding from a side of the cavity facing away from the mouth of the cavity.

9. The swab-containing kit of claim 8 wherein said support surface is located at a rim or corner of said chamber portion.

10. The swab-containing kit according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of said receiving cavities are arranged in an array in the carrier (1).
