the cabinet comprises a cabinet body, wherein an installation cavity is formed in the cabinet body, the top of the installation cavity is used for installing a heat dissipation device, the heat dissipation device is provided with an air outlet area, the cabinet body comprises a top plate, an air outlet is formed in the top plate, a fan cover is arranged on the inner side of the top plate and surrounds the air outlet, the lower end of the fan cover is used for covering the air outlet area, and the cabinet body is further provided with a front side opening;
the front door is mounted on the front side of the cabinet body and used for opening or closing the front side opening, and a shutter with a downward opening is arranged on the outer side of the lower part of the front door;
the top cover is installed on the top of the cabinet body and covers the top plate, and the top cover and the top plate are arranged at intervals.

The vehicle-mounted cabinet according to claim 2, further comprising a connecting member, wherein one end of the connecting member is connected to the first side of the top cover, and the other end of the connecting member is provided with a limiting portion for abutting against a side of the top plate facing away from the hood; the distance from the limiting part to the end part of the connecting piece connected with the top cover is larger than the height of the first water retaining edge.

The vehicle rack of claim 6, further comprising a crimp fixedly attached to an interior side of the front door and compressively securing the dust filter to the front door; the compression joint piece is fixedly connected to the top plate and compresses and fixes the dustproof filter piece on the top plate.
8. The vehicle rack of claim 7, further comprising waterproof seals disposed between the crimp and the front door, between the crimp and the top panel, and between the front door and the cabinet body.
9. The vehicle-mounted cabinet according to claim 1, wherein a first heat dissipation device insertion position, at least one first box insertion position, a second heat dissipation device insertion position, a second box insertion position and a connecting assembly insertion position are sequentially arranged in the installation cavity from top to bottom, and the height of the second box insertion position is larger than that of the first box insertion position.
10. An in-vehicle control system, comprising an insert box, a heat sink, and the in-vehicle cabinet of any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the insert box and the heat sink are both mounted within the in-vehicle cabinet.
