Abstract

Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electrical equipment, in particular to an outdoor cabinet.
Background
In the prior art, an outdoor cabinet with a multi-compartment structure generally comprises two compartments, namely an equipment compartment 01 and a battery compartment 02, wherein the equipment compartment dissipates heat through active refrigeration or heat exchange equipment, and the battery compartment dissipates heat through natural ventilation or straight ventilation.
As shown in fig. 1, which is a schematic structural diagram of an outdoor cabinet in the prior art, as shown in fig. 2, which is a heat dissipation airflow diagram of an outdoor cabinet in the prior art, an equipment compartment 01 dissipates heat through a heat exchange device 011, and a battery compartment 02 has an air inlet 021 and an air outlet 022, dissipates heat through a natural ventilation or direct ventilation manner, wherein when the battery compartment dissipates heat through a natural ventilation manner, the air inlet 021 has a dust screen, and the air outlet 022 has an air outlet cover to protect the battery compartment 02; when the battery compartment radiates heat in a straight ventilation mode, the dust screen is arranged at the air inlet 021, and the fan and the air outlet cover are arranged at the air outlet 022, so that hot air in the battery compartment can be conveniently discharged.
However, in practical applications, due to the change of customer requirements, the outdoor cabinet needs to have a higher protection level, and the battery compartment needs a more sealed and dustproof heat dissipation mode. Therefore, how to arrange a more sealed and dustproof heat dissipation manner of the battery compartment becomes a problem to be solved urgently by technical staff.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an outdoor cabinet, which realizes a more sealed and dustproof heat dissipation mode and improves the protection grade of the outdoor cabinet.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
an outdoor cabinet comprising an equipment compartment and a battery compartment, and a median septum between the equipment compartment and the battery compartment; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

Optionally, a detachable threading plate is arranged on the middle partition plate, and threading holes communicated with the equipment cabin and the battery cabin are formed in the threading plate.
Optionally, the second fan is disposed on the threading plate.
Optionally, a threading sheath is arranged at the edge of the threading hole.
Optionally, a waterproof lock is installed on the middle partition plate.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the present invention provides an outdoor cabinet, which includes an equipment compartment 1, a battery compartment 2, and a middle partition plate 3 located between the equipment compartment 1 and the battery compartment 2; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the equipment cabin 1 is internally provided with a heat exchange device 11 for converting hot air in the equipment cabin 1 into cold air and a first fan 12 for feeding the hot air in the equipment cabin 1 into the heat exchange device 11;
the middle partition plate 3 is provided with a second fan 311 for sending cold air in the equipment cavity into the battery compartment 2 and an air vent 33 for introducing hot air in the battery cavity into the equipment compartment 1.
The outdoor cabinet provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises an equipment cabin 1, a battery cabin 2 and a middle clapboard 3 positioned between the equipment cabin 1 and the battery cabin 2, wherein the equipment cabin 1 is internally provided with a heat exchange device 11 for converting hot air in an equipment cavity into cold air and a first fan 12 for sending the hot air in the equipment cabin 1 into the heat exchange device 11, because the second fan 311 and the ventilation opening 33 are arranged on the middle partition plate 3, as shown in fig. 5, the hot air in the battery compartment 2 can be directly introduced into the equipment compartment 1 through the ventilation opening 33, the hot air is heat exchanged by the heat exchanging device 11 in the equipment compartment 1 to form cold air, the second fan 311 sends the cold air in the equipment compartment 1 into the battery compartment 2 to dissipate the heat of the battery compartment 2, compared with the prior art, the battery compartment 2 does not need to be provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, so that a more sealed and dustproof heat dissipation mode is realized, and the protection grade of the outdoor cabinet is improved.
In the equipment compartment 1, the heat exchange device 11 may be a heat exchanger or an air conditioner, which is not limited herein and may be determined according to actual situations.
In a possible embodiment, the partition board 3 may be provided with a detachable threading board 31, as shown in fig. 6, the threading board 31 has threading holes communicating with the equipment compartment 1 and the battery compartment 2, and cables connected between the equipment compartment 1 and the battery compartment 2 may be connected by passing through the threading board 31.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the second fan 311 may be disposed on the threading board 31, and has a simple structure and is easy to replace and maintain.
Specifically, the threading hole edge is provided with a threading sheath 312, and the cable connecting the equipment compartment 1 and the battery compartment 2 can be protected by the threading sheath 312.
In a possible embodiment, the intermediate partition 3 is equipped with a watertight lock 32, as shown in fig. 8, for the sealing of the cables.
Specifically, the air outlet can be a mounting hole for installing the waterproof lock head 32, and the air outlet and the mounting hole for installing the waterproof lock head 32 are manufactured by the same process, so that the structure and the manufacturing process of the outdoor cabinet can be simplified.
In a possible implementation mode, the battery compartment 2 may have a first opening 21 and a second opening 22 communicated with the outside air, and the first opening 21 and the second opening 22 have detachable sealing structures, so that the battery compartment 2 can be ensured to be in a sealing state, a more sealed and dustproof heat dissipation mode is realized, and the protection level of the outdoor cabinet is improved.
In particular, the side of the sealing structure contacting the housing of the battery compartment 2 may also have a sealing strip 212, which can further ensure the sealing of the battery compartment 2.
Specifically, the sealing structure is a detachable sealing plate 211, as shown in fig. 9, or a sealing cover 221, as shown in fig. 10.
For example, as shown in fig. 11, a sealing plate 211 is provided at the first opening 21 of the battery compartment 2, and as shown in fig. 9, a sealing strip 212 is provided at a side of the sealing plate 211 connected to the battery compartment 2. For example, as shown in fig. 12, a sealing cover 221 is provided at the second opening 22 of the battery compartment 2 to improve the sealing performance of the battery compartment 2.
In a possible embodiment, the outdoor cabinet may further include a controller and a temperature sensor located in the battery compartment 2, the temperature sensor being in signal connection with the controller; the temperature sensor is used for detecting the temperature in the battery compartment 2; the controller is used for: acquiring the temperature in the battery compartment 2; and controlling the second fan 311 to be started when the temperature in the battery compartment 2 is higher than the preset temperature. The outdoor cabinet structure can intelligently regulate and control the temperature of the battery compartment 2, and the purpose of heat dissipation of the battery compartment 2 is achieved.
In order to meet the requirements of rapidness and convenience for transformation and upgrading of field equipment and save equipment cost, the battery compartment in the embodiment of the invention can be transformed from a natural ventilation or straight ventilation battery compartment.
As shown in fig. 13, in the prior art, a middle partition plate between an equipment compartment and a battery compartment has a threading plate 031 and a waterproof lock 032. Specifically, the threading plate 031 may be replaced by the threading plate 31 having the second fan 311 in fig. 7, and some waterproof locking heads 032 are removed, so as to complete the arrangement of the second fan 311 and the arrangement of the ventilation openings 33 in the embodiment of the present invention, so that an air flow is formed between the battery compartment and the equipment compartment.
As shown in fig. 14 and 15, in the prior art, a dust screen 04 is disposed at an air inlet 021 of a battery compartment 02 that dissipates heat in a natural ventilation manner, and an air outlet cover 05 is disposed at an air outlet. Specifically, the dust screen 04 can be detached and replaced by the sealing plate 211 in fig. 9, and the air outlet cover 05 can be detached and replaced by the sealing cover 221 in fig. 10, so that the air inlet and the air outlet of the battery compartment are completely sealed, the battery compartment is completely isolated from the outside, and a higher protection level is realized. The dust screen 04 is arranged at the air inlet 021 of the battery compartment 02 which radiates heat in a straight air flowing mode, the fan and the air outlet cover 05 are arranged at the air outlet, the dust screen 04 can be detached and replaced by the sealing plate 211 in the figure 9, the fan and the air outlet cover are detached and replaced by the sealing cover 221 in the figure 10, the air inlet and the air outlet of the battery compartment are completely sealed, the battery compartment is completely isolated from the outside, and the higher protection level is realized
The transformation method of the outdoor cabinet is simple and rapid, complex tools and procedures are not needed in the maintenance field, and cold air in the cabin body with the heat exchange device is led into the naturally ventilated or directly ventilated cabin body by utilizing the wire passing holes among the existing cabin bodies, so that the equipment in the naturally ventilated or directly ventilated cabin body is cooled. Meanwhile, the air inlet and the air outlet in the natural ventilation or direct ventilation cabin can be plugged by replacing/adding components, so that higher protection level and heat dissipation effect are achieved.

Claims (10)
1. An outdoor cabinet is characterized by comprising an equipment cabin, a battery cabin and a middle clapboard positioned between the equipment cabin and the battery cabin; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the equipment room is internally provided with a heat exchange device for converting hot air in the equipment room into cold air and a first fan for feeding the hot air in the equipment room into the heat exchange device;
and the middle partition plate is provided with a second fan for sending cold air in the equipment cavity into the battery chamber and a vent for introducing hot air in the battery cavity into the equipment chamber.
2. The outdoor cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the middle partition board is provided with a detachable threading board, and the threading board is provided with threading holes communicated with the equipment compartment and the battery compartment.
3. The outdoor cabinet according to claim 2, wherein the second fan is disposed on the stringing board.
4. Outdoor cabinet according to claim 2, characterized in that the threading hole edge is provided with a threading sheath.
5. The outdoor cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the middle partition plate is provided with a waterproof lock head.

10. The outdoor cabinet according to any one of claims 1-9, further comprising a controller and a temperature sensor located in said battery compartment, said temperature sensor being in signal connection with said controller;
the temperature sensor is used for detecting the temperature in the battery compartment;
the controller is configured to:
acquiring the temperature in the battery compartment;
and when the temperature in the battery compartment is higher than the preset temperature, controlling the second fan to be started.
