The present disclosure relates to the field of battery technologies, and particularly, to a battery device.
Background
With the development and progress of technology, electric vehicles are increasingly used. In an electric vehicle, a battery device, such as a battery pack, is provided for storing electric energy and supplying energy to the electric vehicle. The battery device comprises a box cover and a box body, wherein the box cover and the box body are connected to form an accommodating space for accommodating a battery. At present, the sealing performance between the box cover and the box body is poor, so that external impurities easily enter the interior of the battery device.

The battery device provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, the cover of the box cover 12 on the installation panel 112 is realized through the first flange 122 arranged on the cover main body 121, the cover of the box cover 12 on the bottom plate 111 is realized through the second flange 123 arranged on the cover main body 121, and at least part of the orthographic projection of the second flange 123 on the installation panel 112 coincides with the installation panel 112, so as to realize the shielding of the second flange 123 on the installation panel 112, thereby effectively improving the sealing performance of the box body 11 and the box cover 12, and thereby avoiding the dust, the moisture and other impurities from entering the battery device.
The following will explain each part of the battery device provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure in detail:
as shown in fig. 2, the box body 11 includes a bottom plate 111 and a mounting panel 112, the mounting panel 112 is disposed on the bottom plate 111, and the mounting panel 112 protrudes from the top surface of the bottom plate 111. In the disclosed embodiment, at least one side of the bottom plate 111 is not provided with the mounting panel 112. Illustratively, the mounting panels 112 are respectively disposed at both ends of the base plate 111, the two mounting panels 112 are disposed opposite to each other, and the region between the base plate 111 and the mounting panels 112 at both ends thereof is used for placing the battery.
The bottom plate 111 may include a plate body 101 and a rim 102, the rim 102 is provided to the plate body 101, and the rim 102 protrudes from a surface of the plate body 101. The rim 102 has a ring structure, and the rim 102 surrounds the plate body 101 to form a bottom plate 111 having a recess.
Illustratively, the base 111 may be a rectangular parallelepiped or an approximately rectangular parallelepiped structure. The convex edge 102 comprises a first side edge, a second side edge, a third side edge and a fourth side edge, the first side edge, the second side edge, the third side edge and the fourth side edge are sequentially connected end to form a rectangular frame, the rectangular frame is arranged on the top surface of the plate main body 101, and rectangular depressions are formed on the top surface of the plate main body 101.
In a possible embodiment of the present disclosure, the plate body 101 and the flange 102 may be a unitary structure, for example, the concave accommodating portion may be formed on a plate-shaped profile by milling, or the bottom plate 111 may be formed by casting or the like.
In another possible embodiment of the present disclosure, the plate body 101 and the flange 102 may be a separate structure, for example, the flange 102 may be connected by welding, bolting, or gluing. When the plate main body 101 and the flange 102 are of a split structure, when the plate main body 101 and the flange 102 are connected, the sealing performance of the plate main body 101 and the flange 102 needs to be ensured. For example, a gasket 60, a sealant, or the like may be provided between the collar 102 and the plate body 101.
The air outlet holes 104 in the bottom plate 111 can be provided in the rim 102, and the air outlet holes 104 are provided in the rim 102 that contacts the mounting panel 112. The air outlet holes 104 extend through the rim 102, i.e., the air outlet holes 104 extend from the inside of the rim 102 to the surface of the rim 102 that contacts the mounting panel 112.
The mounting panels 112 are respectively disposed at two ends of the bottom plate 111, for example, the bottom plate 111 is a rectangular bottom plate 111, and the mounting panels 112 may be respectively disposed at two ends of the bottom plate 111 in the length direction.
The cover 12 is coupled to the case 11 to form a closed receiving space. As shown in fig. 4, the cover 12 may include a cover main body 121, a first folded edge 122 and a second folded edge 123, the cover main body 121 and the base plate 111 are oppositely disposed to form an accommodating space for accommodating the battery on the top surface side of the base plate 111, the first folded edge 122 extends from the cover main body 121 to the top surface of the mounting panel 112, the second folded edge 123 extends from the cover main body 121 to the base plate 111, and an orthographic projection of the second folded edge 123 on the mounting panel 112 at least partially coincides with the mounting panel.
The first flap 122 is disposed at a first edge of the cover main body 121, the first edge of the cover main body 121 is an edge of the cover main body 121 opposite to the mounting panel 112, and the first flap 122 extends from the first edge of the cover main body 121 to a top surface of the mounting panel 112. The first flap 122 may extend from the cover body 121 to an outer edge of the top surface of the mounting panel 112.
For example, the cover main body 121 may have a rectangular structure, and first flaps 122 are provided at both short sides of the cover main body 121, respectively, and the first flaps 122 extend from the first edge of the cover main body 121 to the top surface of the corresponding mounting panel 112. Second flaps 123 are provided at both long sides of the cover main body 121, respectively, and the second flaps 123 extend from the cover main body 121 to the bottom plate 111.
The second flange 123 includes a flange body 201 and a projection 202, the flange body 201 being provided at the second edge of the cover body 121, and the flange body 201 extending from the second edge of the cover body 121 to the base plate 111, the second edge and the first edge of the cover body 121 intersecting; the protrusion 202 is provided at an end of the hemming body 201, and the protrusion 202 extends from the end of the hemming body 201 to a side of the mounting panel 112 away from the receiving space. That is, the protrusion 202 extends from the end of the hemming body 201 to the edge of the side of the mounting panel 112 away from the accommodation space. The mounting panel 112 is not provided on the side of the base plate 111 corresponding to the second flange 123.
The second folded edge 123 may extend from the cover body 121 to the top surface of the bottom plate 111, and a folded edge portion 203 is further disposed at an end of the second folded edge 123 close to the bottom plate 111, where the folded edge portion 203 and the top surface of the bottom plate 111 are disposed opposite to each other. That is, the hemming portion 203 is provided at the lower end of the hemming main body 201 and the protruding portion 202, but the hemming portion 203 may be provided only at the lower end of the hemming main body 201, and the embodiment of the present disclosure is not particularly limited thereto.
In order to achieve the sealing between the case 11 and the case cover 12, the battery device provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure may further include a gasket 60, and the gasket 60 is disposed between the case 11 and the case cover 12. By providing the sealing gasket 60 between the case 11 and the case cover 12, the case 11 and the case cover 12 are sealed, and external impurities are prevented from entering the inside of the battery device.
As shown in fig. 3, the gasket 60 includes: a first sealing body 61, a second sealing body 62 and a third sealing body 63, wherein the first sealing body 61 is arranged between the mounting panel 112 and the first folding edge 122; the second sealing body 62 is arranged on the side surface of the installation panel 112, the second sealing body 62 is connected with the first sealing body 61, the side surface of the installation panel 112 is a surface adjacent to the top surface and the end surface of the installation panel 112, and the end surface of the installation panel 112 is a surface opposite to the installation panel 112 and the accommodating space; the third sealing body 63 is provided between the bottom plate 111 and the second flange 123.
The lower edge of the second sealing body 62 is lower than the top surface of the bottom plate 111, or the lower edge of the second sealing body 62 is flush with the top surface of the bottom plate 111, and the lower edge of the second sealing body 62 is the edge of the second sealing body 62 away from the first sealing body 61. The third seal 63 is provided between the top surface of the bottom plate 111 and the burring 203. The orthographic projection area of the third sealing body 63 on the installation panel 112 is at least partially overlapped with the installation panel 112, that is, the end of the third sealing body 63 exceeds the inner surface of the installation panel 112, and the inner surface of the installation panel 112 is the surface of the installation panel 112 facing the accommodating space.
A protrusion may be disposed on the top surface of the mounting panel 112, and the protrusion is disposed at a position on the top surface of the mounting panel 112 close to the accommodating space. The first sealing body 61 and the protruding portion of the attachment panel 112 do not overlap, that is, the first sealing body 61 may be provided outside the protruding portion. The base plate 111 has a first region and a second region, the top surface of the first region is higher than the top surface of the second region, and the second region is located outside (on the side away from the battery) the projection area of the second flange 123 on the base plate 111, and the third sealing body 63 is provided in the first region.
The first region and the second region on the bottom plate 111 may be both disposed on the convex edge 102 of the bottom plate 111, the first region may be a boss on the convex edge 102, and the third sealing body 63 is disposed on the boss to ensure that the third sealing body 63 and the bottom plate 111 are compacted by the case cover 12, thereby improving the sealing performance.
The cover 12, the gasket 60, and the case 11 are connected by bolts. In practical applications, the box cover 12, the sealing pad 60 and the box 11 may be connected by other means, such as riveting or gluing, for example, and the embodiment of the disclosure is not limited thereto.
In one possible embodiment of the present disclosure, the gasket 60 is a one-piece gasket 60. That is, the first sealing body 61, the second sealing body 62, and the third sealing body 63 may be integrally molded. In practical applications, the sealing gasket 60 may include two first sealing elements 61, two second sealing elements 62 and two third sealing elements 63, and the sealing gasket 60 may be formed by injection molding or stamping.
In another possible embodiment of the present disclosure, the gasket 60 may be a split structure. That is, the first sealing body 61, the second sealing body 62, and the third sealing body 63 are molded separately, and the first sealing body 61, the second sealing body 62, and the third sealing body 63 are attached to the corresponding positions at the time of assembly.
In order to realize the hoisting of the battery device, the battery device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can further comprise a hoisting beam 103, the hoisting beam is arranged on the outer side of the box body 11, and hoisting holes are formed in the hoisting beam 103. For example, the hoisting beams 103 may be respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the box 11. The hoisting beam 103 can be provided with an energy-absorbing cavity therein, and the energy-absorbing cavity is used for absorbing energy generated by side collision of the battery device.

The battery in the embodiment of the present disclosure may be a cylindrical battery or a square battery.
The battery device provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, the cover of the box cover 12 on the installation panel 112 is realized through the first flange 122 arranged on the cover main body 121, the cover of the box cover 12 on the bottom plate 111 is realized through the second flange 123 arranged on the cover main body 121, and at least part of the orthographic projection of the second flange 123 on the installation panel 112 coincides with the installation panel 112, so as to realize the shielding of the second flange 123 on the installation panel 112, thereby effectively improving the sealing performance of the box body 11 and the box cover 12, and thereby avoiding the dust, the moisture and other impurities from entering the battery device.
