Description

本实用新型属于微生物学装置的技术领域。
现在微生物固体斜面和固体平板培养基的灌装主要使用分液漏斗和吸管等仪器，在使用分液漏斗灌装时极易使培养基冷却而不能灌装。在用吸管时，制好的培养基要不断加热以防冷却，但培养基易糊底，且吸管头也易被堵塞。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种保温、不破坏营养成份，易保藏、计数的灌装仪。
这种保温灌装仪包括灌装漏斗，套在灌装漏斗外部其上口和下口分别与灌装漏斗的侧壁连为一体的且有侧口的外套，装在灌装漏斗下端口上的开关。
这种灌装仪由于有外套和开关，使得在外套中装入热水即可对灌装漏斗中的培养基保温，需要灌装多少时，有开关控制，量很好掌握，且有利于培养基的保藏。

形，设在外套（2）上的侧口在外套（2）与漏斗（1）间隔大的一侧，在侧口上塞有塞子（6），在塞子（6）上并排插有电热水器（4）和排气管（5）。在使用时在外套（2）和灌装漏斗（1）间注满水，用电热水器（4）对水加温，就可保证灌装漏斗（1）中处于熔溶状态的培养基不冷却，使之灌装容易。
