When the waist pad is installed, the installation piece 3 is installed on the heightening pad body 1, and then the lower end of the waist pad body 2 is inserted into the installation groove 35; in the process of inserting the bustle body 2, the inside wall of mounting groove 35 can extrude fixture block 22 to force first elastic part 21 to take place deformation, thereby make in fixture block 22 can get into mounting groove 35, when a draw-in groove 36 of fixture block 22 downstream to the top aligns, deformation is resumeed to first elastic part 21, so that fixture block 22 joint in a draw-in groove 36 of the top, can restrict bustle body 2 and slide from top to bottom in mounting groove 35, can realize fixed the installation to bustle body 2. When the lumbar pad body 2 is further pressed down with force, the first elastic part 21 is forced to deform, so that the lumbar pad body 2 slides downwards in the mounting groove 35, namely, the height of the lumbar pad body 2 is reduced, and when the fixture block 22 is clamped in the next fixture groove 36, the fixation of the lumbar pad body 2 can be realized again, so that the height of the lumbar pad body 2 is kept unchanged; similarly, when the lumbar pad body 2 is pulled up with force (the fixture block 22 is not clamped in the uppermost one of the clamping grooves 36), the fixture block 22 can be clamped in the last clamping groove 36, so that the lumbar pad body 2 slides upwards in the mounting groove 35, that is, the height of the lumbar pad body 2 is raised; that is to say, when the height of the lumbar pad body 2 needs to be adjusted, only the lumbar pad body 2 needs to be pulled up or pressed down with force, the adjustment operation is simpler and more convenient, and the adjustment efficiency is high.
Referring to fig. 9, 13 and 16, in some embodiments of the present application, the lumbar pad further comprises an adjusting member 4, the adjusting member 4 is embedded in the lumbar pad body 2, the adjusting member 4 can be slidably connected to the lumbar pad body 2 up and down, and the upper end of the adjusting member 4 extends to above the mounting groove 35; when the adjusting member 4 slides to be aligned with the first elastic portion 21, the adjusting member 4 is used to limit the deformation of the first elastic portion 21, so that the latch 22 cannot be disengaged from the latch slot 36. When the height of the waist pad body 2 needs to be adjusted, the adjusting piece 4 is firstly slid, so that the adjusting piece 4 is separated from the first elastic part 21, and the limiting effect on the first elastic part 21 is facilitated, and the height of the waist pad body 2 can be adjusted by forcibly pulling up or pressing down the waist pad body 2; after the regulation, slide regulating part 4 again for regulating part 4 aligns with first elastic component 21 again, takes place deformation with first elastic component 21 in the restriction, can guarantee in the use that the height of bustle body 2 can not change, and stability is higher.
Referring to fig. 9, 13 and 16, in some embodiments of the present application, a stopper 211 protrudes from the first elastic portion 21, and a stopper slope 212 is disposed on the stopper 211; the adjusting member 4 is provided with an abutting inclined surface 41, and when the adjusting member 4 slides downwards relative to the lumbar pad body 2, the abutting inclined surface 41 gradually approaches the stopping inclined surface 212. Under the gravity and the sliding resistance of the adjusting member 4, the abutting inclined surface 41 cannot be easily separated from the stopping inclined surface 212 (as shown in fig. 13), that is, the adjusting member 4 can abut against the stopping block 211 (i.e., the first elastic portion 21) through the abutting inclined surface 41 and the stopping inclined surface 212, so as to limit the deformation of the first elastic portion 21; in addition, in the process that the adjusting element 4 slides downwards, the gap between the abutting inclined surface 41 and the stopping inclined surface 212 is gradually reduced, that is, the abutting inclined surface 41 does not directly contact the stopping inclined surface 212, so that the blocking phenomenon between the adjusting element 4 and the stopping block 211 is avoided. When the height of bustle body 2 is adjusted to needs, only need upwards mention regulating part 4 earlier, make regulating part 4 for bustle body 2 upward movement, can make conflict inclined plane 41 and backstop inclined plane 212 separation, can be through pulling up hard or pushing down bustle body 2, adjust the height of bustle body 2.
Referring to fig. 9, in some embodiments of the present application, the lumbar pad further comprises an elastic member 5, the elastic member 5 is disposed between the lumbar pad body 2 and the adjustment member 4, and the elastic member 5 is used for forcing the adjustment member 4 to slide downward relative to the lumbar pad body 2 until the abutting inclined surface 41 abuts against the stop inclined surface 212. Under the action of the elastic member 5, the abutting inclined surface 41 is less easily separated from the stopping inclined surface 212, and the stability is higher. Specifically, as shown in fig. 14 and 17, in order to facilitate mounting and fixing the elastic member 5, the lumbar pad body 2 is provided with an upper mounting seat 24, the adjusting member 4 is provided with a lower mounting seat 43, and the elastic member 5 is mounted between the upper mounting seat 24 and the lower mounting seat 43. Through the upper mount 24 and the lower mount 43. In a natural state, the elastic member 5 props the upper mounting seat 24 (i.e., the lumbar pad body 2) and the lower mounting seat 43 (i.e., the adjusting member 4) apart, so that the adjusting member 4 slides downward relative to the lumbar pad body 2 (as shown in fig. 14); when the adjusting piece 4 is lifted, the lumbar pad body 2 (i.e. the upper mounting seat 24) is not moved, and the adjusting piece 4 (i.e. the lower mounting seat 43) moves upwards, namely the elastic piece 5 can be compressed (as shown in fig. 17); when the adjusting piece 4 is loosened, the elastic potential energy of the elastic piece 5 forces the adjusting piece 4 to automatically reset, and the operation is simpler. The specific structure of the elastic member 5 is not limited in the present application, and may be, for example, a spring, an elastic block, or the like.
Referring to fig. 1 and 9, in some embodiments of the present application, the adjusting member 4 is embedded in the front surface of the lumbar pad body 2, and the back surface of the adjusting member 4 is provided with a handle 42; the front surface of the waist cushion body 2 is provided with a back cushion 20 for covering the upper end of the adjusting piece 4, and the back surface of the waist cushion body 2 is provided with a abdicating opening 23 for operating the handle 42. The comfort of supporting the waist can be improved through the back cushion 20 on the one hand, and on the other hand can cover the upper end of the adjusting part 4 (namely the position of the handle 42), and simultaneously can cover the abdicating opening 23, so that the backrest is more attractive. In addition, when the height is adjusted, facing to the heightening pad (namely the waist pad body 2), the thumb of one hand is placed on the front surface (namely the back cushion 20) of the waist pad body 2, the rest four fingers are placed on the back surface of the waist pad body 2, the handle 42 is forcefully held by the four fingers through the abdicating opening 23, the adjusting piece 4 can be lifted (namely, the adjusting piece 4 slides upwards relative to the waist pad body 2) so as to relieve the limiting effect on the first elastic part 21, and then the whole hand is forcefully pulled upwards or downwards to press the waist pad body 2 so as to adjust the height of the waist pad body 2, so that the operation process is simpler and more convenient and conforms to the ergonomics.
Referring to fig. 3, 9 and 11, in some embodiments of the present application, the inner side wall of the installation groove 35 is provided with a sliding groove 37 (as shown in fig. 3) along the up-down direction; the adjusting piece 4 (or the waist pad body 2) is connected with a slide block 45 through a second elastic part 44, and the lower end of the slide block 45 is provided with a slope structure 451 (as shown in fig. 11); when the lower end of the waist pad body 2 is inserted into the mounting groove 35, the upper end of the mounting groove 35 forces the second elastic part 44 to deform through the inclined surface structure 451, and when the sliding block 45 moves to the position of the sliding groove 37, the second elastic part 44 recovers deformation, so that the sliding block 45 is connected to the sliding groove 37 in an up-and-down sliding manner; when the latch 22 is latched to the uppermost latch slot 36, the slide slot 37 is used to limit the slide block 45 from sliding upwards. During installation, the limiting part 26 firstly passes through the notch 48, and then the adjusting piece 4 slides downwards, so that the sliding block 25 slides into the strip-shaped hole 47, and the limiting part 26 slides into the strip-shaped groove 46; under the effect of cooperation elastic component 5, elastic component 5 forces adjusting part 4 to slide downwards for bustle body 2 promptly, and until spacing portion 26 slides to the top of bar groove 46, and sliding block 25 slides to the top of bar hole 47, and spacing portion 26 can not pass through bar hole 47 to guarantee that adjusting part 4 can not drop from bustle body 2. When the lower end of the waist pad body 2 is inserted into the mounting groove 35 and the adjusting piece 4 is lifted (i.e. the adjusting piece 4 slides upwards relative to the waist pad body 2), even if the lifting amplitude is large, the limiting portion 26 moves to the position of the notch 48, and under the resistance of the mounting groove 35, the limiting portion 26 cannot exit from the notch 48, i.e. the adjusting piece 4 cannot fall off from the waist pad body 2.
Referring to fig. 10, in some embodiments of the present application, the upper end of the first elastic part 21 is integrally connected to the lumbar pad body 2, the lower end of the first elastic part 21 is folded to form at least one elastic support section 213 having a V-shaped structure, and the end of the elastic support section 213 is integrally connected to the lumbar pad body 2. When the waist pad body 2 is injection molded, the first elastic part 21 and the elastic support section 213 can be formed at the same time, so that the processing is more convenient; in addition, the structure can fully utilize the elasticity of the plastic, additional parts are not needed, the structure is simpler, and the installation is more convenient; in addition, as shown in fig. 13, the elastic support section 213 can effectively support the first elastic portion 21, so as to improve the strength and elasticity of the first elastic portion 21, so that the first elastic portion 21 is not easily broken during use, and has higher stability and longer service life.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments of the present application, a yielding hole 11 is formed at the rear upper end of the heightening pad body 1, and a mounting hole 12 and a plurality of limiting grooves 13 are formed inside the heightening pad body 1; the installed part 3 is located the inside that increases pad body 1, and bustle body 2 extends to the back upper place that increases pad body 1 through the hole of stepping down 11. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, at least one of the left and right ends of the mounting member 3 is provided with a bolt 31 in a protruding manner, and the bolt 31 is rotatably provided in the mounting hole 12 around the axis in the left-right direction; as shown in fig. 5, at least one of the left and right ends of the mounting member 3 is connected to a limiting block 32 through a third elastic portion 33, and the limiting block 32 is clamped in one of the limiting grooves 13; when the lumbar pad body 2 is forcibly pulled in the front-rear direction, the third elastic part 33 deforms, so that the lumbar pad body 2 and the mounting part 3 rotate around the rotation axis of the bolt 31, and the limiting block 32 is clamped in the other limiting groove 13. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, when the bolt 31 is rotatably installed in the installation hole 12 around the axis in the left-right direction and the limit block 32 is clamped in one of the limit grooves 13, the installation and fixation between the lumbar pad body 2 and the heightening pad body 1 can be realized. When the angle of bustle body 2 is adjusted to needs, only need to pull bustle body 2 hard along the fore-and-aft direction, can force third elastic component 33 to take place deformation, make stopper 32 and spacing groove 13 separation, thereby make bustle body 2 and installed part 3 can take place to rotate around the axis of rotation of bolt 31, bustle body 2 changes along the inclination of fore-and-aft direction promptly (the angle of bustle body 2 has been adjusted promptly), when stopper 32 joint is in another spacing groove 13, again can lock installed part 3 (bustle body 2 promptly), change with the angle of restriction installed part 3 (bustle body 2 promptly). The whole adjusting process is simple and convenient to operate and high in adjusting efficiency.
Referring to fig. 6, 7 and 8, in some embodiments of the present application, the number of mounting holes 12 is two; both ends all bulge about installed part 3 has bolt 31, and two bolt 31 be rotatable coupling respectively in two mounting holes 12, and two mounting holes 12 can restrict that installed part 3 removes. When two bolts 31 are rotatable respectively and are installed in two mounting holes 12, two mounting holes 12 can restrict installed part 3 and take place to remove along left and right directions to need not to prescribe a limit to installed part 3 in left and right directions, it is more convenient to install. In addition, through the rotatable coupling between two bolts 31 and two mounting holes 12, can improve installed part 3 (being lumbar pad body 2) and increase the intensity of interconnect between the pad body 1, stability is higher, and life is longer.
Referring to fig. 3, 4, 6 and 7, in some embodiments of the present application, the inner diameter of the mounting hole 12 is adapted to the outer diameter of the latch 31, and the latch 31 is adapted to be connected to the mounting member 3 by a fourth resilient portion 34; when the two pins 31 are pressed toward each other, the two fourth elastic portions 34 are deformed toward each other to force the two pins 31 to move toward each other, so that the two pins 31 are inserted into the two mounting holes 12, respectively. During the installation, only need hard to push two bolts 31 (or two fourth elastic parts 34) in opposite directions, can force two fourth elastic parts 34 to take place deformation in opposite directions, make two bolts 31 move in opposite directions (interval between two bolts 31 shortens promptly), thereby make two bolts 31 can direct motion to between two mounting holes 12, remove exogenic action again, make two fourth elastic parts 34 resume deformation, make two bolts 31 insert respectively in two mounting holes 12, can realize the rotatable installation between bolt 31 and the mounting hole 12, the installation operation is simple and convenient more.
Referring to fig. 12, in some embodiments of the present application, when the lumbar pad body 2 is inserted into the installation groove 35, the lumbar pad body 2 is adapted to limit the deformation of the two fourth elastic parts 34 toward each other. When the waist pad is installed, the two bolts 31 (or the two fourth elastic parts 34) are firstly extruded in opposite directions until the two bolts 31 are respectively inserted into the two installation holes 12, then the lower end of the waist pad body 2 is inserted into the installation groove 35, and the two fourth elastic parts 34 can be respectively limited by the left side and the right side of the waist pad body 2 so as to limit the opposite deformation of the two fourth elastic parts 34; that is, under the condition that the lumbar pad body 2 is not removed, the two bolts 31 cannot be taken out of the two mounting holes 12, that is, the mounting pieces 3 cannot fall off, and the stability is higher.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, in some embodiments of the present application, a guiding inclined surface 311 is disposed at an end of the latch 31 away from the fourth elastic portion 34; when the latch 31 moves inward in the radial direction of the mounting hole 12, the heightening pad body 1 presses the two latches 31 toward each other by the two guide slopes 311. Under the effect of the guiding inclined planes 311, during installation, only the mounting part 3 needs to be held, the mounting part 3 is pressed forcefully along the radial direction of the mounting holes 12, and the heightening pad body 1 can automatically press the two bolts 31 in opposite directions through the two guiding inclined planes 311 so as to force the two fourth elastic parts 34 to deform in opposite directions until the two bolts 31 are respectively inserted into the two mounting holes 12. The whole installation process does not need to manually and forcibly extrude the two bolts 31 (or the two fourth elastic parts 34) in opposite directions, and the operation is simpler. It should be noted that the orientation of the guiding inclined surface 311 is adapted to the assembling direction of the mounting member 3, for example, when the guiding inclined surface 311 is oriented upward (as shown in fig. 6), the assembling is required to be performed from bottom to top, that is, from the right below to the top of the mounting hole 12; similarly, when the guide slope 311 is directed downward, the assembly is performed from the top to the bottom, that is, from the right above the mounting hole 12.
Refer to fig. 6, 7 and 8; in some embodiments of the present application, the left and right ends of the mounting member 3 are connected to the limiting blocks 32 through the third elastic portions 33; the plurality of limiting grooves 13 are divided into two groups, each group of limiting grooves 13 comprises at least two limiting grooves 13, and the two groups of limiting grooves 13 are respectively matched with two limiting blocks 32. Through the two limit blocks 32 respectively matching with the two sets of limit grooves 13, on one hand, when the lumbar pad body 2 is pulled to adjust the angle, the clamping force between the two limit blocks 32 and the limit grooves 13 needs to be overcome twice, that is, under the condition of the same other conditions, the force needed for pulling the lumbar pad body 2 is doubled, so that the angle of the lumbar pad body 2 cannot be easily changed when a child backs the lumbar pad body, and the stability is higher; on the other hand, the connecting strength between the mounting part 3 and the heightening pad body 1 is also improved, which is favorable for prolonging the service life thereof. As shown in fig. 8, in order to increase the strength of the stopper groove 13, a reinforcing rib 14 is provided between the stopper groove 13 and the heightening pad body 1.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, in some embodiments of the present application, a latch 31 is located at an upper end of the mounting member 3, and a stopper 32 is located below the latch 31. When the waist pad body 2 is pulled to adjust the angle of the waist pad body 2, the waist pad body 2 and the mounting piece 3 rotate around the rotation axis of the bolt 31; that is, as the latch 31 is closer to the upper end of the installation member 3, the distance from the upper end of the lumbar pad body 2 to the latch 31 is shorter (i.e., the moment arm for pulling the lumbar pad body 2 is shorter), and the power required for pulling the lumbar pad body 2 is larger under the same other conditions. To sum up, when bolt 31 is located the upper end of installed part 3, can improve and pull the required dynamics of bustle body 2 for children can not make bustle body 2's angle change easily when the back, and stability is higher. In addition, when the bolt 31 is positioned at the upper end of the mounting piece 3, the whole mounting piece 3 is hidden in the heightening pad body 1, and the appearance is more attractive.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments of the present application, the rear end of the third elastic part 33 is integrally connected to the mounting part 3, the front end of the third elastic part 33 is folded to form at least one elastic buffering section 331 having a V-shaped structure, and the end of the elastic buffering section 331 is integrally connected to the mounting part 3. When the mounting piece 3 is injection molded, the third elastic part 33 and the elastic buffer section 331 can be formed at the same time, so that the processing is more convenient; in addition, the structure can fully utilize the elasticity of the plastic, additional parts are not needed, the structure is simpler, and the installation is more convenient; in addition, the elastic buffer section 331 can effectively support the third elastic portion 33, so as to improve the strength and elasticity of the third elastic portion 33, so that the third elastic portion 33 is not easily broken in the using process, the stability is higher, and the service life is longer.
Referring to fig. 1-17, one embodiment of the present application provides a booster pad including a lumbar pad as described above. The heightening pad with the waist pad can adjust the height of the waist pad body 2, and can simultaneously adjust the angle of the waist pad body 2 under the condition of arranging the bolt 31, the limiting block 32, the mounting hole 12 and the limiting groove 13, so that the functions are more diversified; in addition, no matter the height adjustment or the angle adjustment, the operation of the adjusting process is simple and convenient, and the adjusting efficiency is high.
