Description

本实用新型属于装饰材料,为一种由高分子镭射膜与塑料复合而成的装饰板。
镭射玻璃是一种以玻璃为基体,具有华丽外观,产生镭射光彩的高档玻璃装饰材料,但由于它属玻璃制品,防震性差、易碎怕碰、无韧性,造价昂贵,所以它的应用范围受到一定限制。
为了能够取得与镭射玻璃同样装饰效果的装饰材料,又能克服它的不足,达到韧性好、强度高、成本低、制作方便,本实用新型提供了一种镭射塑料装饰板,达到了上述目的。
镭射塑料装饰板,包括塑料板层和高分子激光全息镭射膜层,以塑料为基体,高分子镭射膜与之复合为一体。
作为基体的塑料板层,可以是玻璃钢板或PVC塑料板或聚烯烃塑料板。
图1是本实用新型的结构示意图。

塑料板1与高分子镭射膜2直接复合,实现了塑-塑间的直接复合,之间采用胶粘剂。胶粘剂采用我厂生产的S-203复膜胶粘剂或聚氨脂类等塑-塑复合胶。
本实用新型的制作工序主要为:在高分子镭射膜的镀铝面涂胶粘剂,后在烘箱内烘干,然后与塑料经热压复合在一起。
本实用新型的优点:1、在光线的照射下,能够产生美丽全息镭射光彩,随着光源的移动或观察点的变换,会产生变幻的镭射颜色图案,豪华气派。
2、成本低,制作工艺简单,便于流水线高质量生产。
3、韧性好、强度高,因而应用范围广。
因此,本实用新型开辟了一种新的装饰材料。

Claims (3)

1、一种镭射塑料装饰板,特征在于包括基体塑料板层和高分子激光全息镭射膜层,高分子激光全息镭射膜与塑料板复合为一体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的装饰板,特征在于所述作为基体的塑料板为玻璃钢板或PVC塑料板或聚烯烃塑料板。
3、根据权利要求1、2所述的装饰板,特征在于高分子激光全息镭射膜通过胶粘剂与塑料复合。
