In the technical solution of the present invention, since the keys 2 are detachably mounted on the key switch 100, the number of the keys 2 is variable, that is, the keys 2 can switch between a single key and multiple keys to configure the number, so that the key switch 100 has any one of a first key distribution state, a second key distribution state and a third key distribution state, that is, the state of the key switch 100 is variable, thereby realizing the switching of the one-way or multi-way control function of the key switch 100 and improving the practicability of the key switch 100; no matter how the configuration number of the keys 2 is changed, that is, how the state of the key switch 100 is changed, the number of the reset pieces 11 corresponding to each key 2 in three states is the same, that is, when any one of the three states is changed to another state, the number of the reset pieces 11 corresponding to each key 2 in the key switch 100 before the state change is the same as the number of the reset pieces 11 corresponding to each key 2 in the key switch 100 after the state change, so that the reset acting force responded by the key 2 of the key switch 100 before the state change is similar to or the same as the reset acting force responded by the key 2 of the key switch 100 after the state change, and thus, a user has the same use experience feeling before and after the change of the number of the keys 2, and the use of the user is facilitated.
It should be noted that the first direction is a thickness direction of the key switch 100, please refer to fig. 1 to 7, and the first direction is a direction F1.

In addition, in an embodiment of the present invention, the reset element 11 is an elastic arm, and in the production process, no matter how many keys 2 are configured on the key switch product, the key switch with six elastic arms can be uniformly produced first, and then the number of the elastic arms is reduced by cutting, breaking and other technological methods according to actual requirements, and is changed into four or two, so as to be adapted to the double key switch or the single key switch.
Further, the key switch 100 further has a housing 31, and the connection manner of the carrier 12 and the housing 31 is not limited, and may be a detachable connection, such as a snap connection, or a fixed connection, such as an integral molding, or the like. More specifically, in an embodiment of the present invention, the supporting member 12 and the housing 31 are integrally formed, so that when the number of the resetting members 11 is changed, the number of the different resetting members 11 can be changed by directly replacing the supporting members 12, which are provided with different numbers of the resetting members 11, and the operation is simple and convenient.
The present invention further provides a key switch 100, please refer to fig. 1, fig. 3 and fig. 5, the key switch 100 includes a housing 31, at least one key 2, at least one reset member 11, and at least one mounting position 121, the housing 31 has a receiving cavity, the key 2 is detachably mounted at the opening end of the receiving cavity, and at least a part of the key 2 can respond to an operation force to generate a pivot motion relative to the housing 31, the reset member 11 is configured to support a corresponding key 2 in a first direction, and is configured to be capable of directly or indirectly responding to the pivot motion to generate a deformation and generate a reset acting force to overcome the deformation, so as to reset the key 2 when the operation force is removed, and the mounting position 121 is configured to receive the reset member 11; the keys 2 are provided with two opposite side surfaces 21 in the second direction, each key 2 at least corresponds to one reset piece 11, and the horizontal distance between the side surface 21 of each key 2 and the reset piece 11 adjacent to the side surface 21 is set to be L which is less than or equal to 2cm; the number of the keys 2 is X, the number of the reset pieces 11 is Y, and the number of the mounting positions 121 is Z, so that the following relationships are formed: Y/X is less than or equal to Z/X; when Y/X = Z/X, each of the mounting positions 121 accommodates the reset element 11, and X = Xmax, xmax is the maximum number of the keys 2 that can be accommodated by the key switch 100; when Y/X is less than Z/X, at least one mounting position 121 does not contain the resetting piece 11; the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other.

Specifically, taking the example of the key switch 100 having three maximum setting numbers of the keys 2 and six maximum setting numbers of the mounting locations 121 as an example, before the number of the keys 2 is changed, the key switch 100 is set to be a double key switch (see fig. 3 and 4), that is, two keys 2 are provided, and correspondingly, four of the six mounting locations 121 accommodate the reset piece 11, that is, each key 2 is correspondingly provided with two reset pieces 11 for supporting and resetting, at this time, a relationship between the setting number X of the keys 2, the setting number Y of the reset pieces 11, and the setting number Z of the mounting locations 121 satisfies Y/X < Z/X, an actual setting number of the reset pieces 11 corresponding to each key 2 is different from an actual setting number of the mounting locations 121 corresponding to each key 2, wherein two mounting locations 121 do not accommodate the reset pieces 11; after the number of the keys 2 is changed, the key switch 100 may be set as a single-key switch or a triple-key switch, wherein when the key switch 100 is set as a single-key switch (please refer to fig. 1 and 2), one key 2 is provided, and correspondingly, two mounting positions 121 may be provided in six mounting positions 121 to accommodate the reset pieces 11, that is, the key 2 is provided with two reset pieces 11 correspondingly, at this time, a relationship between the set number X of the keys 2, the set number Y of the reset pieces 11, and the set number Z of the mounting positions 121 also satisfies that Y/X is less than Z/X, and the actually set number of the reset pieces 11 corresponding to each key 2 is different from the actually set number of the mounting positions 121 corresponding to each key 2, wherein four mounting positions 121 do not accommodate the reset pieces 11, so that each key 2 and each key 2 in a single-key switch are supported by two reset pieces 11 to be reset, so that a difference between a reset acting force applied to the key 2 in the single-key switch and an acting force applied to each key 2 in the double-key switch is negligible and the difference between the reset acting forces applied to the small key 2 is negligible when a user is used; when the key switch 100 is set as a three-key switch (see fig. 5 and 6), the number of the keys 2 is three, and correspondingly, the six installation positions 121 all contain the reset pieces 11, at this time, the relationship among the set number X of the keys 2, the set number Y of the reset pieces 11, and the set number Z of the installation positions 121 satisfies Y/X = Z/X, when the number of the keys 2 in the key switch 100 is set as three, the number of the reset pieces 11 matches with the number of the installation positions 121, the reset pieces 11 are also six, and meanwhile, each key 2 in the three-key switch and each key 2 in the double-key switch are supported and reset by two reset pieces 11, so that the difference between the reset acting force applied to each key 2 in the three-key switch and the reset acting force applied to each key 2 in the double-key switch is small, and the difference is negligible when the user uses the three-key switch.
It should be further noted that the form of the resetting element 11 is not limited, and may be an elastic arm, or an elastic sheet, specifically, please refer to fig. 1 to 7, in some embodiments of the present invention, the resetting element 11 is an elastic arm, and is disposed to incline toward the direction of the key 2 from one end of the resetting element connected to the mounting position 121.

Further, the key switch 100 further includes a PCB 4, a power supply unit 5, a detecting element 6, and a communication module 7, wherein the PCB 4 and the power supply unit 5 are disposed in the accommodating cavity, the PCB 4 is electrically connected to the power supply unit 5, the detecting element 6 is disposed on the PCB 4 and can be triggered in response to the pivoting motion, and the communication module 7 is disposed on the PCB 4 and electrically connected to the detecting element 6 through the PCB 4 and the power supply unit 5, for receiving a trigger signal of the detecting element 6 and sending a control signal to the outside; the PCB 4 is provided with at least one light-emitting piece 8, the key 2 is provided with a first light hole 2222 corresponding to the light-emitting piece 8, and a light-guiding piece 9 is arranged between the first light hole 22 and the light-emitting piece 8, so that when the detecting piece 6 is triggered, the light-emitting piece 8 is electrified, emits light and flickers once, and light is transmitted to the first light hole 22 of the key 2 through the light-guiding piece 9 to display light, so as to prompt a user and facilitate the use of the user; the light guide member 9 has the functions of collecting and guiding light, which is beneficial to reducing loss in light transmission and improving display brightness. More specifically, in the present invention, the light emitting member 8 includes an LED lamp.
It should be noted that the detecting member 6 may be a micro switch, a tact switch, a membrane switch, a piezoelectric switch, or the like.
It should be further noted that the form of the light guide member 9 is not limited, and may be a light guide column, or a light uniformizing film 91, and the like, specifically, the light guide member 9 may be selected according to the material of the key 2, and more specifically, when the material of the key 2 is a plastic material or a metal material, the light guide member 9 may be a light guide column, and the light guide column is in interference fit with the first light transmission hole 22, so that the light guide column and the key 2 are stably assembled, and the light display effect of the key 2 is ensured; when the key 2 is made of glass, the light guide member 9 is more suitable as the light homogenizing film 91 because of the higher transparency of the glass, so that the halo displayed by the key 2 is more uniform, softer and fuller, and the attractiveness is improved.
Further, please refer to fig. 3, in some embodiments of the present invention, each of the buttons 2 includes a button main board 23 connected to the housing 31 and a button panel 24 disposed on a side of the button main board 23 opposite to the reset member 11, the button panel 24 is a glass panel 241, the light guide member 9 is a light-homogenizing film 91, and the uniformity of the halo displayed by the glass panel 241 is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 1, fig. 3 and fig. 5, the casing 31 includes a bottom shell 31 and a middle cover 32, the middle cover 32 is detachably covered on a portion of the bottom shell 31 to form an electronic component accommodating cavity, the accommodating cavity includes the electronic component accommodating cavity, and the PCB 4, the power supply unit 5, the detecting element 6 and the communication module 7 are disposed in the electronic component accommodating cavity; the middle cover 32 is configured to protect electronic components such as the PCB 4, the detecting element 6, the communication module 7, and the power supply unit 5, and has an electrical isolation function, referring to fig. 6, when the key switch 100 is a wall switch, the power supply unit 5 includes a power supply board, the power supply board is electrically connected to the PCB 4 and an external power supply to supply power to the detecting element 6 and the communication module 7, and since the power supply board carries a strong current, the middle cover 32 is configured to prevent a user from having an electric shock risk after detaching the key 2, improve safety performance, and meet related safety standard designs. More specifically, referring to fig. 1, fig. 3 and fig. 5, the middle cover 32 is provided with a second light hole 321 corresponding to the light emitting element 8, and the light homogenizing film 91 is provided on the middle cover 32 and is provided corresponding to the second light hole 321 to enhance the light effect. Certainly, the light guide member 9, which may be a light guide pillar, or a light homogenizing film 91, may be further disposed on the key 2, so as to further enhance the display effect.
Further, the middle cover 32 faces the side of the key 2 and faces one side of the bottom case 31 to form a light guide groove in a concave manner, the bottom wall of the light guide groove corresponds to the light emitting element 8, the second light hole 321 is formed, and the light homogenizing film 91 is attached to the bottom wall of the light guide groove and corresponds to the second light hole 321. Of course, a light homogenizing film 91 may be provided on the key 2, the light homogenizing film 91 may be provided corresponding to the first light transmitting hole 22, and the light homogenizing film 91 may be provided on the side of the key main board 23 facing the housing 31, or may be provided on the side of the glass panel 241 facing the housing 31, so as to further enhance the light-emitting effect.

It should be noted that, the key 2 and the bearing component 12 are not limited to the connection mode of the cloth key frame, specifically, in an embodiment of the present invention, the key 2 and the mounting plate are all detachably connected to the cloth key frame, so as to facilitate replacement and use.

It should be noted that the key board 23 is made of plastic, and has elasticity, so that it is convenient to assemble with the housing 31, and has low cost and simple and convenient processing.
It should be further noted that the connection mode between the key panel 24 and the key motherboard 23 is not limited, and may be bonding, or may be clamping, and specifically, in an embodiment of the present invention, the key motherboard 23 and the key panel 24 are bonded by a double-sided adhesive tape, which is simple in operation and low in cost.

Claims (14)

1. the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other.
2. The reduction structure of claim 1, wherein the reduction member comprises a resilient arm, a spring, a resilient tab, and/or foam.
3. The reset structure of claim 1, wherein the reset force of the reset element is set to be less than or equal to 20N.
4. A key switch, comprising:
at least one key; and the number of the first and second groups,
a reset structure according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the reset member of the reset structure supports the key and is arranged to be deformed in response to actuation of the key directly or indirectly and to generate a reset force against the deformation to reset the key when the force on the key is removed.
5. A key switch, comprising:

at least one key which is detachably arranged at the opening end of the accommodating cavity, and at least part of the key can respond to an operation force to generate pivoting motion relative to the shell;
at least one reset member configured to support a corresponding one of the keys in a first direction and configured to deform in direct or indirect response to the pivotal movement and to generate a reset force to overcome the deformation to reset the key when the manipulation force is removed; and the number of the first and second groups,
at least one mounting location configured to receive the reset member;
the keys are provided with two opposite side surfaces in the second direction, each key at least corresponds to one resetting piece, the horizontal distance between the side surface of each key and the resetting piece adjacent to the side surface is set to be L, and the L is less than or equal to 2cm;
the setting quantity of button is X, the setting quantity of piece that resets is Y, the setting quantity of installation position is Z, forms the following relation: Y/X is less than or equal to Z/X;
when Y/X = Z/X, each mounting position contains the reset piece, and X = Xmax, wherein Xmax is the maximum number of the keys which can be contained by the key switch;
when Y/X is less than Z/X, at least one mounting position does not contain the resetting piece;
the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other.
6. The key switch of claim 5, wherein the key switch further comprises:
the PCB and the power supply unit are arranged in the accommodating cavity, and the PCB is electrically connected with the power supply unit;
the detection piece is arranged on the PCB and can be triggered in response to the pivoting motion; and the number of the first and second groups,
the communication module is arranged on the PCB, is electrically connected with the detection piece through the PCB and the power supply unit, and is used for receiving the trigger signal of the detection piece and sending a control signal to the outside;
the PCB is provided with at least one light-emitting piece;
the key is provided with a first light hole corresponding to the luminous piece, and a light guide piece is arranged between the first light hole and the luminous piece.
7. The keyswitch of claim 6, wherein each of the plurality of keys includes a key board connected to the housing and a key panel disposed on a side of the key board facing away from the reset member, the key panel being a glass panel, and the light guide member being a light spreading film.

a bottom case; and the number of the first and second groups,
the middle cover is detachably covered on part of the bottom shell to form an electronic component accommodating cavity, the accommodating cavity comprises the electronic component accommodating cavity, and the PCB, the power supply unit, the detection piece and the communication module are arranged in the electronic component accommodating cavity;
the middle cover is provided with a second light hole corresponding to the light-emitting piece, and the light homogenizing film is arranged on the middle cover and corresponds to the second light hole.

The key switch of claim 5, wherein each of the keys includes a key main board connected to the housing and a key panel disposed on a side of the key main board opposite to the reset element, the key panel is a glass panel, a side of the glass panel facing the key main board is laser etched to form a key mark, and the key mark includes at least one of a character and a pattern.
10. A push switch, comprising:
the shell is provided with an accommodating cavity;
at least one key which is detachably arranged at the opening end of the accommodating cavity, and at least part of the key can generate pivoting motion relative to the shell in response to an operation force;
the PCB and the power supply unit are arranged in the accommodating cavity, and the PCB is electrically connected with the power supply unit;
at least one light-emitting component arranged on the PCB; and the number of the first and second groups,
at least one reset member configured to support a corresponding one of the keys in a first direction and configured to deform in direct or indirect response to the pivotal movement and to generate a reset force to overcome the deformation to reset the key when the manipulation force is removed;
the keys are provided with two opposite side surfaces in the second direction, each key corresponds to at least one reset piece, the horizontal distance between the side surface of each key and the reset piece adjacent to the side surface is set to be L, and the L is less than or equal to 2cm;
the key is provided with a first light hole corresponding to the luminous piece, and a light guide piece is arranged between the first light hole and the luminous piece;
the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other.
11. The key switch of claim 10, wherein each of the keys includes a key main board connected to the housing and a key panel disposed on a side of the key main board away from the housing, the key panel is a glass panel, and the light guide member is a light-spreading film.
12. The key switch of claim 11, wherein the housing comprises:
a bottom case; and the number of the first and second groups,
the middle cover is detachably covered on part of the bottom shell to form an electronic component accommodating cavity, the accommodating cavity comprises the electronic component accommodating cavity, and the PCB and the power supply unit are arranged in the electronic component accommodating cavity;
the middle cover is provided with a second light hole corresponding to the light emitting piece, and the light homogenizing film is arranged on the middle cover and corresponds to the second light hole.
13. The keyswitch of claim 10, wherein the housing defines at least one mounting location configured to receive the reset member;
