Further, due to different material properties of the key panel 22, the pressing experience of the key switch 100 is different, specifically, the plastic panel may generate large elastic deformation due to the material properties, so that the pressing stroke generated when the plastic panel is pressed is large, and the metal panel has small elasticity, so that the pressing stroke generated when the plastic panel is pressed is small, and the pressing stroke generated when the plastic panel is pressed is small, meanwhile, the glass panel does not have elasticity, and basically does not generate elastic deformation, so that the pressing stroke generated when the plastic panel is pressed is small, that is, the pressing stroke difference of the key switches 100 made of three materials is large, that is, the pressing hand feeling difference of the key switches 100 made of three materials is large, and thus when a user uses one key switch 100 made of one material for a while to replace another key switch 100 made of another material for use, the user may obtain different pressing hand feelings, and may need a certain time to adapt, which brings inconvenience to the user; therefore, referring to fig. 1, fig. 11, fig. 16, fig. 17 and fig. 25, in the present invention, the triggering member 8 has a first triggering portion 81 and a second triggering portion, when the key panel 22 is a plastic panel, the key 2 generates the pivoting motion to be close to the housing 1, and a displacement with a stroke X in a first direction is applied to the first triggering portion 81, so that the triggering member 8 triggers the detecting member 5; when the key panel 22 is a metal panel or a glass panel, the key 2 performs the pivot motion to be close to the housing 1, and a displacement with a stroke of Y in the first direction acts on the second trigger part, so that the trigger part 8 triggers the detection part 5; wherein X-Y ≦ Z, Z is set to [ -0.7,0.7]; the first direction is the thickness direction of the key switch; the direct action position of the key 2 made of various materials on the trigger piece can be adjusted to change the pressing stroke of the key 2, so that the pressing strokes of the key 2 made of three materials are close and even the same, namely Z is more than or equal to-0.7 and less than or equal to 0.7, namely the difference of the pressing strokes of the keys 2 made of three materials is too small, a user cannot feel the pressing difference manually when using the key, namely the pressing handfeel of the keys made of three materials is the same, and good pressing experience is provided for the user. Furthermore, in order to control the pressing strokes of the three types of keys 2, the pressing strokes of the three types of keys 2 are similar or even the same, the first trigger part 81 is arranged right opposite to the detection part 5, the second trigger part is arranged on one side of the first trigger part 81 close to the pivot shaft, the distance between the first trigger part 81 and the first trigger part 81 is less than or equal to 10mm, and the research and development personnel perform multiple tests to obtain the three types of keys, so that the positions of the first trigger part 81 and the second trigger part are arranged, and the pressing handfeel of the three types of keys 2 can be guaranteed to be the same. More specifically, through multiple tests of research personnel, it is found that when the distance between the second trigger part and the first trigger part 81 is 5mm, the pressing strokes of the keys 2 made of the three materials are the closest, and the experience of the user is better.
It should be noted that, the trigger 8 can be located the casing 1, also can locate the button 2, and is concrete in some embodiments of the present invention, the trigger 8 is located the casing 1, and is more specific, please refer to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 11-fig. 21, fig. 25 and fig. 26, in some embodiments of the present invention, the trigger 8 is an elastic trigger arm, the casing 1 includes a bottom shell 11 and a middle cover 12, the detachable cover of the middle cover 12 is located at least partially the electronic component holding cavity is formed on the bottom shell 11, the electronic component holding cavity is located in the holding cavity, the PCB board 3, the detecting part 5, the communication module 6 and the power supply unit 4 are located in the electronic component holding cavity, the middle cover 12 has an upper wall close to the button 2, the upper wall corresponds to the detecting part 5 has been seted up a trigger through hole, the elastic trigger arm is located the trigger through hole, meets the electricity utilization safety specification, is both suitable for wireless switch products, is also suitable for wall switch products, and improves the practicality.
Further, in some embodiments of the present invention, the trigger 8 corresponds to the auxiliary trigger 9 is disposed between the keys 2, and when the key panel 22 is a plastic panel, the auxiliary trigger 9 corresponds to the first trigger 81, when the key panel 22 is a metal panel or a glass panel, the auxiliary trigger 9 corresponds to the second trigger, so that the position of the auxiliary trigger 9 can be adjusted to change the direct action position of the keys 2, so as to adapt to different materials of the key panel 22, and further improve the trigger efficiency.
It should be noted that, the auxiliary triggering member 9 may be disposed on the triggering member 8, and may also be disposed on the key 2, specifically, please refer to fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present invention, the auxiliary triggering member 9 is disposed on one side of the key main board 21 facing the detecting member 5, so as to avoid the key 2 of the key switch 100 interfering with the other auxiliary triggering members 9 which are not corresponding when the key 2 acts on the opposite auxiliary triggering member 9 when the auxiliary triggering member 9 is disposed on the bottom case 11, and the key 2 is set as a single key switch according to the user requirement, so as to influence the use of the user when the key 2 of the key switch 100 interferes with the other auxiliary triggering members 9 which are not corresponding to the key 2. More specifically, referring to fig. 3, 7 and 27, in some embodiments of the present invention, the auxiliary trigger 9 is a trigger boss disposed on the key 2.
Specifically, the pressing part 24 of the detection piece 5 can be provided with a silica gel cap, so that the pressing hand feeling of the key switch 100 is improved, the pressing sound is more crisp, the silica gel cap is right for the detection piece 5 has a protection effect, and the detection piece 5 is prevented from being damaged when the key 2 is pressed.
Specifically, because the metal has effects such as reflection, absorption and offset to the electromagnetic wave, can influence the strong and weak of circuit signal, consequently works as when keypad 22 is metal panel, metal panel covers by a large scale PCB board 3 with electronic component such as communication module 6 influences the strong and weak of the outside transmission signal of key switch 100 influences key switch 100's control effect, to this, communication module 6 electricity is connected with external antenna 61, external antenna 61 is kept away from communication module 6's one end with the lateral wall butt that holds the chamber makes external antenna 61 keeps away from metal panel's coverage area strengthens signal strength, guarantees key switch 100 can outwards normally send wireless message.
It should be noted that, the external antenna 61 and the connection mode of holding the cavity side wall can be bonding, also can be joint and so on, specifically, in some embodiments of the present invention, the external antenna 61 and the holding cavity side wall are bonded, the operation is simple and convenient, and the cost is low.
Further, the external antenna 61 is electrically connected to the communication module 6 through the PIN 31, specifically, please refer to fig. 11, 12 and 14, in some embodiments of the present invention, the PIN 31 is disposed on the PCB 3, the PIN 31 is used to abut against the external antenna 61, so that the external antenna 61 is electrically connected to the PCB 3, and the PIN 31 is simple to assemble and low in cost.

Specifically, referring to fig. 1, fig. 16, fig. 17, and fig. 22-fig. 24, in some embodiments of the present invention, when the key switch 100 is a wireless switch, the power supply unit 4 includes a button battery 41 and a battery elastic sheet 42, the battery elastic sheet 42 includes a positive elastic sheet 421 and a negative elastic sheet 422, the positive elastic sheet 421 and the negative elastic sheet 422 are respectively electrically connected to a positive electrode and a negative electrode of the button battery 41 and are respectively electrically connected to the PCB 3, so that the button battery 41 supplies power to the PCB 3; the accommodating cavity is internally provided with a battery accommodating cavity with an opening facing the key 2 and used for accommodating the button battery 41, the PCB 3 is provided with a first accommodating hole 32 for accommodating the button battery 41 in a penetrating manner, and the battery accommodating cavity comprises the first accommodating hole 32; the first accommodating hole 32 of the PCB 3 is used for accommodating the button battery 41, so that the installation space can be saved, the thickness of the housing 1 can be reduced, the light and thin design of the key switch 100 can be facilitated, the overall size of the key switch 100 can be reduced, and the carrying, transportation and installation are convenient.
Further, please refer to fig. 17, 23 and 24, in some embodiments of the present invention, the positive elastic piece 421 includes a positive current-carrying piece 4211 and a positive elastic contact arm 4212, the positive current-carrying piece 4211 is disposed on the PCB 3 for contacting with the PCB 3 for conducting, the positive elastic contact arm 4212 is connected with the positive current-carrying piece 4211 and disposed corresponding to the battery accommodating cavity for contacting with the positive electrode of the button battery 41 for conducting, so as to electrically connect the button battery 41 and the PCB 3. It should be noted that the contact manner between the positive current-carrying tab 4211 and the PCB 3 is not limited, and the positive current-carrying tab may be welded or clamped. In addition, generally, the positive electrode range of the button cell 41 includes the upper wall and the peripheral wall of the button cell 41, and therefore, the positive electrode elastic contact arm 4212 is in contact with the upper wall and the peripheral wall of the button cell 41 to achieve electric conduction.

Of course, referring to fig. 17, 23 and 24, in some embodiments of the present invention, an included angle between the conductive plate and the connecting plate may also be an acute angle, and a side surface of the conductive plate facing away from the connecting plate is used for abutting against the outer peripheral wall of the button cell 41, so that the button cell 41 and the conductive plate are pressed against each other by designing the size of the cell accommodating cavity, thereby ensuring good contact.
Specifically, please refer to fig. 11 and 17, in some embodiments of the present invention, the negative electrode elastic piece 422 includes a negative electrode current-carrying piece 4221 and a negative electrode elastic contact arm 4222, the negative electrode current-carrying piece 4221 is clamped and fixed between the accommodating cavity bottom wall and the PCB 3 for contacting with the PCB 3 for conduction, the negative electrode elastic contact arm 4222 is connected with the negative electrode current-carrying piece 4221 and is disposed corresponding to the first accommodating hole 32 to be electrically conductive with the negative electrode of the button battery 41, so as to realize that the button battery 41 is electrically connected with the PCB 3, and the negative electrode current-carrying piece is clamped and fixed between the accommodating cavity bottom wall and the PCB 3, thereby ensuring that the negative electrode current-carrying piece 4221 is stably contacted with the PCB 3. In addition, generally, the negative electrode range of the button cell 41 includes the bottom wall of the button cell 41, so that the negative electrode current-carrying sheet 4221 is in contact with the bottom wall of the button cell 41 to realize electric conduction, and compared with a general assembly process, a welding process of the negative electrode current-carrying sheet 4221 and the PCB 3 is reduced, a production cycle is shortened, and production efficiency is improved.
Furthermore, the bottom wall of the accommodating cavity is provided with an elastic piece placing groove 111, the negative current-carrying piece 4221 is arranged in the elastic piece placing groove 111, the arrangement of the elastic piece placing groove 111 limits the negative current-carrying piece 4221 in a direction parallel to the bottom wall of the accommodating cavity, and the PCB 3 and the bottom wall of the accommodating cavity limit the negative current-carrying piece 4221 in a direction perpendicular to the bottom wall of the accommodating cavity, so that the negative current-carrying piece 4221 is jointly fixed, and the contact stability of the negative elastic piece 422 and the PCB 3 is improved; more specifically, the depth of the elastic piece placing groove 111 is equal to or slightly greater than the thickness of the negative current-carrying sheet 4221, so that the PCB 3 is tightly attached to the bottom wall of the accommodating cavity, the negative current-carrying sheet 4221 is fixed in a reinforcing manner, meanwhile, the placing space of the negative current-carrying sheet 4221 is saved, and the thickness of the shell 1 is further reduced.
Specifically, the bottom wall of the accommodating cavity is provided with at least one positioning column 112, the negative current-carrying sheet 4221 is provided with a positioning hole 4221a corresponding to the positioning column 112, the positioning hole 4221a is matched with the positioning column 112 so as to allow the positioning column 112 to penetrate through to position the negative current-carrying sheet 4221, the positioning column 112 is arranged in a direction parallel to the bottom wall of the accommodating cavity to limit the negative current-carrying sheet 4221, and the PCB board 3 and the bottom wall of the accommodating cavity are arranged in a direction perpendicular to the bottom wall of the accommodating cavity to limit the negative current-carrying sheet 4221, so that the negative current-carrying sheet 4221 is jointly fixed, and the contact stability between the negative elastic sheet 422 and the PCB board 3 is improved; more specifically, the PCB 3 is provided with an avoiding hole corresponding to the positioning column 112, so that when the PCB 3 is mounted, the positioning column 112 penetrates through the avoiding hole, and the PCB 3 and the positioning column 112 are prevented from interfering with each other to affect assembly; more specifically, the size of dodging the hole is greater than the diameter of reference column 112 prevents to make because of factors such as machining error PCB board 3 with reference column 112 takes place to interfere, guarantees PCB board 3 installs smoothly.

Specifically, the negative current-carrying tab 4221 is provided with a first elastic contact pin, the first elastic contact pin is obliquely extended from one end of the first elastic contact pin connected with the negative current-carrying tab 4221 in a direction towards the PCB 3, so that when the negative elastic piece 422 is mounted on the PCB 3, the first elastic contact pin is elastically compressed on the PCB 3 under stress, and when the wireless switch moves, particularly under vibration, a gap is generated between the stressed movement of the PCB 3 and the negative current-carrying tab 4221, but the first elastic contact pin can elastically move within a certain range due to the elasticity of the first elastic contact pin so as to be in stable contact with the PCB 3, so that continuous conduction is ensured.
Specifically, the negative electrode elastic contact arm 4222 is in a strip shape, the negative electrode elastic contact arm 4222 is obliquely extended from one end of the negative electrode elastic contact arm 4222 connected with the negative electrode current-carrying piece 4221 in a direction towards the middle of the battery accommodating cavity, and one end of the negative electrode elastic contact arm 4222 far away from the negative electrode current-carrying piece 4221 is bent to form a first contact terminal, the first contact terminal is parallel to the negative electrode current-carrying piece 4221, so that the contact area between the negative electrode elastic contact arm 4222 and the button battery 41 is increased, the contact reliability is improved, and the negative electrode elastic contact arm 4222 and the button battery 41 are ensured to be smoothly conductive.
Specifically, please refer to fig. 20 and 21, in some embodiments of the present invention, based on the above, the housing 1 includes a bottom shell 11 and a middle cover 12, the middle cover 12 is detachably covered on at least a portion of the bottom shell 11 to form an electronic component accommodating cavity, the electronic component accommodating cavity is located in the accommodating cavity, the PCB 3, the detecting element 5, the communication module 6 and the power supply unit 4 are located in the electronic component accommodating cavity, a pressing rib 128 abutting against the PCB 3 is convexly disposed on a side surface of the middle cover 12 facing the bottom shell 11, so as to press and fix the PCB 3, that is, the middle cover 12 presses the PCB 3 in a direction facing the bottom shell 11, so as to further enhance a clamping and fixing effect of the bottom wall of the accommodating cavity and the PCB 3, and improve a contact stability between the negative elastic piece 422 and the PCB 3.
Further, please refer to fig. 11-13 and fig. 19-21, in some embodiments of the present invention, the middle cover 12 has a second receiving hole 121 corresponding to the first receiving hole 32, the second receiving hole 121 is communicated with the first receiving hole 32, the battery receiving cavity includes the second receiving hole 121, the middle cover 12 has a spring piece receiving hole 129 corresponding to the positive spring piece 421 for receiving the positive spring piece 421, so as to save the installation space of the button battery 41 by the second receiving hole 121 of the middle cover 12, further reduce the thickness of the casing 1, and facilitate the light and thin design of the key switch 100; and the arrangement of the elastic sheet accommodating hole 129 facilitates the positive elastic sheet 421 to be in contact with the positive electrode of the button cell 41 for conduction. More specifically, a shielding cover is disposed at an end of the elastic sheet accommodating hole 129 away from the bottom case 11, and the shielding cover is disposed corresponding to the positive elastic sheet 421 to shield the positive elastic sheet 421, so as to prevent the positive elastic sheet 421 from protruding the middle cover 12, and improve the appearance of the middle cover 12.
Specifically, in order to avoid that the button cell 41 is separated from the cell accommodating cavity when the key switch 100 is moved (for example, impacted or dropped), please refer to fig. 11 to 13 and fig. 19 to 21, in some embodiments of the present invention, the housing 1 is provided with a movable elastic buckle 13, the movable elastic buckle 13 has a fixing portion 131 connected to the housing 1 and a fastening portion 132 movable relative to the fixing portion 131, the fastening portion 132 is disposed on a side of the fixing portion 131 close to the cell accommodating cavity, and a movable space is formed between the fixing portion 131 and the fixing portion 132, so that the fastening portion 132 can be close to or away from the cell accommodating cavity, and when the fastening portion is close to the cell accommodating cavity, the button cell 41 is fixed together with the bottom wall of the cell accommodating cavity, and a joint between the fastening portion 132 and the fixing portion 131 is configured as an arc surface, so that the button cell 41 can be detached and installed by rotating the fastening portion 132, and the operation is simple and convenient; in addition, the connection between the fastening portion 132 and the fixing portion 131 is an arc surface, so that the connection is prevented from being broken, and the service life of the movable elastic buckle 13 is prolonged. More specifically, based on the above, in the embodiment that the casing 1 includes the bottom shell 11 and the middle cover 12, the middle cover 12 is detachably covered and disposed on at least part of the bottom shell 11 to form the electronic component accommodating cavity, the electronic component accommodating cavity is located in the accommodating cavity, the PCB 3, the detecting element 5, the communication module 6 and the power supply unit 4 are located in the electronic component accommodating cavity, the movable elastic buckle 13 may be disposed on the bottom shell 11, or may be disposed on the middle cover 12, please refer to fig. 11, in some embodiments of the present invention, the movable elastic buckle 13 is disposed on the middle cover 12, which can shorten the setting length compared to the bottom shell 11, and the production cost is lower.
Further, please refer to fig. 20 and 21, in some embodiments of the present invention, a reinforcing rib 14 is disposed on a side of the fixing portion 131 of the movable elastic buckle 13 opposite to the fastening portion 132, one end of the reinforcing rib 14 is connected to the housing 1 to support the fixing portion 131, so as to avoid the situation that the movable elastic buckle 13 deforms too much after being used for many times, resulting in weakening the fixing effect of the button cell 41 and reducing the installation stability of the button cell 41, thereby prolonging the service life of the movable elastic buckle 13 and improving the practicability.
Furthermore, the housing 1 is further provided with a fixed limiting part, the fixed limiting part is arranged opposite to the movable elastic buckle 13, and is used for fixing the button battery 41 together with the movable elastic buckle 13, so that the button battery 41 is uniformly stressed, and the installation stability of the button battery 41 is improved. More specifically, based on the embodiment that the end of the elastic sheet accommodating hole 129 away from the bottom case 11 is provided with the shielding cover, and the shielding cover is disposed corresponding to the positive elastic sheet 421 to shield the positive elastic sheet 421, the fixed limiting member includes the shielding cover, and the shielding cover is disposed opposite to the movable elastic buckle 13.

1. A key switch, comprising:

the detection piece is arranged on the PCB and can be triggered in response to the pivoting motion;
the communication module is arranged on the PCB and is electrically connected with the detection piece through the PCB and the power supply unit; and (c) a second step of,
a key reset member configured to support a key corresponding thereto, and configured to be deformed in direct or indirect response to the pivotal movement, and to generate a reset force against the deformation to reset the key;

The key switch of claim 7, wherein the positive spring plate includes a positive current-carrying piece and a positive elastic contact arm, the positive current-carrying piece is disposed on the PCB for contacting with the PCB to conduct electricity, and the positive elastic contact arm is connected to the positive current-carrying piece and disposed corresponding to the battery accommodating cavity for contacting with a positive electrode of the button battery to conduct electricity.

The key switch of claim 7, wherein the negative electrode spring piece comprises a negative electrode current-carrying piece and a negative electrode elastic contact arm, the negative electrode current-carrying piece is clamped and fixed between the bottom wall of the accommodating cavity and the PCB for contacting and conducting with the PCB, and the negative electrode elastic contact arm is connected with the negative electrode current-carrying piece and arranged corresponding to the first accommodating hole for contacting and conducting with the negative electrode of the button cell.
10. The key switch of claim 9, wherein the bottom wall of the accommodating cavity is provided with a spring piece placing groove, and the negative current-carrying piece is arranged in the spring piece placing groove; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

the middle cover is provided with an elastic piece accommodating hole corresponding to the positive elastic piece and used for accommodating the positive elastic piece.

The pushbutton switch according to claim 7, wherein the housing has a movable elastic clip, the movable elastic clip having a fixing portion connected to the housing and a holding portion movable relative to the fixing portion, the holding portion being disposed on a side of the fixing portion close to the battery accommodating chamber, and a movable space being formed between the holding portion and the fixing portion, so that the holding portion can be close to or away from the battery accommodating chamber and can fix the button battery together with a bottom wall of the battery accommodating chamber when the holding portion is close to the battery accommodating chamber;
the joint of the buckling part and the fixing part is an arc surface.

16. The key switch of claim 15, wherein the negative spring plate comprises:
the negative current-carrying piece is clamped and fixed between the bottom wall of the accommodating cavity and the PCB and is used for being in contact with the PCB to conduct electricity; and the number of the first and second groups,
the negative electrode elastic contact arm is connected with the negative electrode current-carrying sheet and arranged corresponding to the first accommodating hole so as to be in contact with the negative electrode of the button battery;
the elastic piece comprises the negative electrode elastic contact arm.
17. The key switch of claim 7, wherein the first receiving hole is disposed corresponding to a middle portion of the housing and is disposed at an edge of the PCB in a semicircular shape.
18. The key switch according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the power supply unit includes a power supply board electrically connected to the PCB board and an external power supply to supply power to the detecting member and the communication module;

the face cover middle frame is provided with a first frame opening end and a second frame opening end which are oppositely arranged along a first direction, the first frame opening end cover is provided with the key, and the key resetting piece is arranged on the face cover middle frame; and (c) a second step of,

the key is provided with a connecting part connected with the first end of the middle frame and a pressing part which can move relative to the connecting part in response to the operation force, the pressing part moves between an initial position and a pressing position and triggers the detection piece when moving to the pressing position;
the key reset piece is arranged corresponding to the pressing part of the key and used for supporting the pressing part when the pressing part is located at the initial position, and the pressing part deforms under stress and generates a reset acting force in the process of moving from the initial position to the pressing position, so that the pressing part is reset from the pressing position to the initial position;
one of the first end of the middle frame and the second end of the middle frame is pivotally connected with the connecting part of the key, and the other end of the middle frame is clamped with the pressing part of the key;
the second direction and the first direction are arranged perpendicular to each other in a horizontal plane.

the key is provided with a light hole corresponding to the light emitting piece, and a light guide piece is arranged between the light emitting piece and the light hole.

the key panel is a metal panel and is bonded with the key mainboard; or the like, or a combination thereof,
the key panel is a glass panel and is bonded with the key mainboard.
30. A push switch, comprising:
the shell is provided with an accommodating cavity;
at least one key which is detachably arranged at the opening end of the accommodating cavity, and at least part of the key can generate pivoting motion relative to the shell in response to an operating force;
the PCB board and the power supply unit are arranged in the accommodating cavity, and the PCB board is electrically connected with the power supply unit;
the detection piece is arranged on the PCB and can be triggered in response to the pivoting motion;
the communication module is arranged on the PCB and is electrically connected with the detection piece through the PCB and the power supply unit; and the number of the first and second groups,
a key reset member configured to support a key corresponding thereto, and configured to be deformed in direct or indirect response to the pivotal movement, and to generate a reset force against the deformation to reset the key;
each key comprises a key mainboard connected with the shell and a key panel arranged on one side of the key mainboard, which is back to the key reset piece, wherein the key panel is at least one of a plastic panel, a metal panel and a glass panel.

The key switch of claim 30, wherein the key motherboard has a decoration surface facing the key panel and abutting against the key panel, the decoration surface is matched with the key panel, the decoration surface is an arc surface with a radian smaller than pi/12 or an arc surface with a radian equal to 2n pi, wherein n is an integer greater than or equal to 0.

when the key panel is a metal panel or a glass panel, the key performs the pivoting motion to be close to the shell, and the displacement with the stroke of Y in the first direction is acted on the second trigger part, so that the trigger part triggers the detection part;
