The apparatus of claim 3, further comprising a liquid level sensor disposed on the top of the leachate collection tank, wherein the liquid level sensor is connected to the controller, the liquid level sensor is used for monitoring whether the leachate collection tank is full, and the controller receives a signal from the liquid level sensor and controls the suction pump and the drain valve.
6. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising an activated carbon filter unit disposed at the top of the leachate collection tank at the vent.
7. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a trash can placing opening is arranged on the side of the trash can placing area, a closing door is arranged at the trash can placing opening, and a sealing structure and an electronic lock are arranged between the closing door and the box body.
