本实用新型水壶防垢器，属于家庭用防垢除垢技术。
目前生活中使用的铝水壶，因使用一段时间后会在壶的内壁生成厚厚的水垢，人们在实践中采用了各种防垢除垢方法，如在水壶内放置纱布，由纱布吸附水垢，待纱布吸垢饱和后再进行更换，但由于在倒水时纱布容易堵塞壶嘴而使人们不愿继续使用。还有一种除垢方法，就是在使用一段时间后用盐酸等物质除垢。但以上这些方法防垢除垢效果均不理想。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种防垢除垢均很方便，且效果好的水壶防垢器。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：在水壶的内壁覆设一层由无毒塑料压烫成与水壶内壁形状相同的防垢器，该防垢器在壶口部分开有与壶口大小相同的袋口并在铝壶壶口部位用压紧装置固定，壶嘴部位用钢丝卡簧固定。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。

本实用新型由壶身（1）、防垢器（2）、压紧装置（3）、壶嘴卡簧（4）等组成，该防垢器（2）由无毒塑料片制成，先将塑料片截成壶底、壶身、壶口、壶嘴等几个片状，然后将各部分压烫成型，放入已制好的铝水壶内，塑料防垢器（2）与压紧装置（3）的边缘粘接，用压紧装置（3）与壶沿固定；将塑料防垢器（2）壶嘴部分开口从铝壶壶嘴翻出来，用壶嘴钢丝卡簧固定。这样就在铝壶内壁覆设一层塑料防垢器。使用时往铝壶（1）里注水，靠水的压力使防垢器（2）底部与铝壶（1）紧密接触，烧水时不至于将壶底烧坏。
本实用新型水壶防垢器制作、使用简便，造价低，除垢、更换容易，降低了饮水中的水垢和杂质的含量。同时由于铝壶内覆设了防垢器，壶壁上不结垢，从而延长了铝壶的使用寿命。本实用新型还可用在其它烧水器具上，使用范围广阔。

1、一种水壶防垢器，其特征在于：在水壶内壁覆设一层由无毒塑料片压烫成与水壶内壁形状相同的防垢器。
2、根据权利要求1所述的水壶防垢器，其特征在于：该防垢器在壶上处由壶口压紧装置固定，壶嘴部分由钢丝卡簧固定。
