This charging seat device includes: a charging stand support 10 and a terminal mounting base 20. The terminal mounting base 20 is installed in the charging-stand support 10 for mounting and holding the charging-stand terminal. The terminal mount 20 includes a housing body 21, 25, 27, and mating catches 26 are formed on the outer surface of the housing body 21, 25, 27, and the mating catches 26 engage with the resilient catches 16 to secure the terminal mount 20 to the end wall 11 of the charging stand 10.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, in the illustrated embodiment, the mating catch 26 is a catch protrusion 26 formed on an outer surface of the holder body 21, 25, 27, and the catch protrusion 26 is caught in the catching groove 162 of the elastic catch 16.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, in the illustrated embodiment, the housing bodies 21, 25, 27 of the terminal mounting base 20 include: a base 21, a peripheral wall 27, and a terminal holding body 25. The peripheral wall 27 is connected to the base 21 and encloses an interior chamber 201 with the base 21. The terminal holding body 25 is located in the internal cavity 201 and connected to the base 21, and has a terminal mounting hole 25a for mounting a charging-stand terminal. A mating catch 26 is formed on the outer surface of the base 21 and/or the peripheral wall 27.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, in the illustrated embodiment, the charging-stand device further includes a seal ring 27a fitted around the outer side of the peripheral wall 27 of the terminal mounting stand 20. At least a part of the peripheral wall 27 of the terminal mounting seat 20 is inserted into the plug port 101, and the seal ring 27a is radially pressed between the inner wall surface of the plug port 101 and the peripheral wall 27 of the terminal mounting seat 20 to effect sealing therebetween.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, in the illustrated embodiment, a seal ring positioning groove 272 is formed on an outer surface of the peripheral wall 27 of the terminal mounting base 20, and a seal ring 27a is mounted in the seal ring positioning groove 272.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, in the illustrated embodiment, a radial positioning surface 101b is formed on an inner wall surface of the insertion port 101, and the radial positioning surface 101b abuts against an end surface of the peripheral wall 27 of the terminal attachment seat 20.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, in the illustrated embodiment, the plug port 101 has an inside opening 101a opened toward the inside of the charging socket holder 10, and the peripheral wall 27 of the terminal mounting socket 20 is inserted into the inside opening 101a of the plug port 101. The inner diameter of the inner opening 101a is larger than the inner diameter of the other portion of the insertion port 101 than the inner opening 101a to form a radially positioned face 101b in the insertion port 101.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, in the illustrated embodiment, the charging stand device further includes a charging stand terminal mounted in the terminal mounting hole 25a of the terminal holding body 25. The terminal holding body 25 is columnar and extends into the plug port 101, and the terminal mounting hole 25a has a mating port on the top surface of the terminal holding body 25 to allow a mating terminal on the charging gun to be inserted into the terminal mounting hole 25a and mated with the charging-stand terminal.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, in the illustrated embodiment, the terminal mounting base 20 further includes drain portions 22, 23 connected to the peripheral walls 27 of the base bodies 21, 25, 27. The drain portions 22, 23 have drain passages 221, 231 communicating with the inner cavity 201 of the seat body 21, 25, 27 to drain water in the inner cavity 201.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, in the illustrated embodiment, an insertion hole 14 is formed on the end wall 11 of the charging stand 10, and the drainage parts 22 and 23 have an insertion part 23 inserted into the insertion hole 14. The drainage passages 221, 231 include drainage holes 231 formed in the plug 23 to allow water in the inner cavity 201 to be drained to the outside of the charging stand cradle 10 through the drainage holes 231.

a main body part connected with the peripheral wall and forming a drainage channel communicated with the inner cavity; and
a plug-in part connected with the main body part and formed with a drain hole communicated with the drain passage,
when the plug-in part is plugged into a jack on the charging base support, the drainage channel is communicated with the outside of the charging base support through the drainage hole to allow water in the inner cavity to be drained to the outside of the charging base support through the drainage hole.
2. The terminal mount of claim 1, wherein:
the drain passage extends downward in the vertical direction from the peripheral wall, and the drain hole extends forward in the horizontal direction from the main body.
3. The terminal mounting block of claim 1, wherein:
a radial projection is formed on an outer surface of an end of the mating part for engaging with a mating projection on a bore wall of the receptacle to lock the mating part in the receptacle.
4. The terminal mounting block of claim 3, wherein:
a plurality of axial grooves are formed on an end of the socket part, the plurality of axial grooves being spaced apart in a circumferential direction such that the end of the socket part is divided into a plurality of lobes to allow the end of the socket part to be elastically deformed in a radial direction.

and a sealing ring positioning groove for mounting a sealing ring is formed on the outer surface of the insertion part.

11. A charging dock terminal module, comprising:
the terminal mount of any one of claims 1-10; and
and the charging seat terminal is arranged in the terminal mounting hole of the terminal holding body and is used for being matched with the matching terminal on the charging gun.
12. The charging-stand terminal module of claim 11, further comprising:
a sealing ring arranged in a sealing ring positioning groove on the outer surface of the insertion part,
the sealing ring is suitable for being radially squeezed between the plug part and the hole wall of the jack so as to realize sealing between the plug part and the hole wall.
13. The charging-stand terminal module of claim 11, further comprising:
a sealing ring installed in a sealing ring positioning groove on an outer surface of the circumferential wall,
the peripheral wall is suitable for being inserted into the plug port on the charging seat support, and the sealing ring is suitable for being radially squeezed between the peripheral wall and the inner wall surface of the plug port so as to realize sealing between the peripheral wall and the inner wall surface of the plug port.
14. The charging-stand terminal module of claim 11, further comprising:
and the sealing plug is inserted into the bottom outlet of the drainage channel to seal the bottom outlet of the drainage channel, so that water in the inner cavity can be drained to the outside of the charging seat support only through the drainage hole.

and the sealing plug is inserted into the drainage hole to seal the drainage hole, so that water in the inner cavity can be drained to the interior of the charging base support only through a bottom outlet of the drainage channel.

and a support protrusion protrudingly formed on an inner wall surface of the end wall and located right below the insertion hole, for supporting the drain part of the terminal mounting seat.
