in the process that the pressing cover (12) moves downwards from the initial position to the pressing position, the pressing cover (12) can drive the inner cover (20) to move upwards relative to the outer cover body (11) through the transmission assembly (30), so that the outer edge of the sealing ring (21) is in sealing fit with the inner side wall of the outer cover body (11).
