The air conditioner performs a refrigeration cycle of the air conditioner by using a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and a heat exchanger. The refrigeration cycle includes a series of processes involving compression, condensation, expansion, and evaporation, and supplies refrigerant to the air that has been conditioned and heat-exchanged.
The compressor compresses a refrigerant gas in a high-temperature and high-pressure state and discharges the compressed refrigerant gas. The discharged refrigerant gas flows into the condenser. The condenser condenses the compressed refrigerant into a liquid phase, and heat is released to the surrounding environment through the condensation process.
The expansion valve expands the liquid-phase refrigerant in a high-temperature and high-pressure state condensed in the condenser into a low-pressure liquid-phase refrigerant. The heat exchanger evaporates the refrigerant expanded in the expansion valve and returns the refrigerant gas in a low-temperature and low-pressure state to the compressor. The heat exchanger may achieve a cooling effect by exchanging heat with a material to be cooled using latent heat of evaporation of a refrigerant. The air conditioner can adjust the temperature of the indoor space throughout the cycle.
The air conditioner includes an indoor air conditioner and an outdoor air conditioner, the outdoor air conditioner refers to a portion of a refrigeration cycle including a compressor and an outdoor heat exchanger, the indoor air conditioner includes an indoor heat exchanger, and an expansion valve may be provided in the indoor or outdoor unit. The indoor unit of the air conditioner is connected to an outdoor unit installed in an outdoor space through a pipe. The outdoor unit may be provided with a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, an outdoor fan, an expander, and the like for a refrigeration cycle, and the indoor unit may be provided with an indoor heat exchanger and an indoor fan.
The indoor heat exchanger and the outdoor heat exchanger serve as a condenser or a heat exchanger. When the indoor heat exchanger is used as the condenser, the air conditioner is used as a heater for a heating mode, and when the indoor heat exchanger is used as the heat exchanger, the air conditioner is used as a cooler for a cooling mode.
The present application proposes an air conditioning indoor unit, which is described in detail below with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3 and fig. 4a to 4d, in one embodiment of the air conditioning indoor unit provided by the present application, the air conditioning indoor unit includes:
the heat exchanger comprises a machine shell 1, wherein a heat exchange air duct 10 is formed in the machine shell 1, and an indoor air inlet 101 and an indoor air outlet 102 are formed in the machine shell 1;
the indoor heat exchanger component 2 is arranged in the heat exchange air duct 10, the indoor air inlet 101 is arranged on one side, close to the indoor heat exchanger component 2, of the machine shell 1, and the indoor air outlet 102 is arranged on one side, far away from the indoor heat exchanger component 2, of the machine shell 1;
the heat exchange air duct 10 comprises an air inlet air duct 11 positioned on the side of the indoor heat exchanger component 2 close to the indoor air inlet 101 and an air outlet air duct 12 positioned on the side far away from the indoor air inlet 101;
the volute tongue component 3 is arranged in the air outlet duct 12, and a first air duct 31 and a second air duct 32 which are arranged side by side are formed inside the volute tongue component 3;
the cross-flow fan 4 is arranged in the first air duct 31 and the second air duct 32 respectively;
the indoor heat exchanger assembly 2 includes:
the heat exchanger comprises a heat exchanger body 21 made of a section of heat exchanger, wherein the heat exchanger body is provided with a bending part 211, and only one bending part 211 is arranged. For example, the heat exchanger body can be made of a straight piece heat exchanger through a bending process.
The application provides an air conditioning indoor unit, the heat exchanger body only has a flexion, consequently, the heat exchanger body is the technology of only once bending in manufacturing process, and the part cooperation installation is simple, and manufacturing process is simpler, and manufacturing efficiency is high, helps the technology to carry the effect. The integrated arrangement of the heat exchanger can improve the manufacturing and assembling efficiency and is beneficial to the process improvement.
The casing can form the integral appearance of the indoor unit of the double-through-flow air conditioner. In the present example, the air conditioning indoor unit is generally cylindrical. The indoor unit of the air conditioner can be in the forms of a cylinder, a square column, an irregular column and the like. Indoor air enters the air inlet duct from the indoor air inlet, then enters the air outlet duct through the indoor heat exchanger, and then is discharged through the indoor air outlet. Indoor air enters the air-conditioning indoor unit from the indoor air inlet, exchanges heat with the indoor heat exchanger assembly at the indoor heat exchanger assembly, and the air after heat exchange is blown out of the air-conditioning indoor unit from the indoor air outlet through the indoor fan.
As shown in fig. 4a and 4b, in one embodiment, the heat exchanger body 21 has a symmetrical structure, the curved portion 211 is located in the middle of the heat exchanger body 21, and the heat exchanger body 21 further includes straight portions 212 extending from both sides of the curved portion 211. The symmetrical heat exchanger can ensure that the air channel flow field is symmetrically distributed along the symmetry axis of the heat exchanger body, ensures that the air outlet flow velocity and the air outlet flow on two sides of the symmetry axis are consistent, and is suitable for scenes needing uniform air outlet.
As shown in fig. 4c and 4d, in one embodiment, the heat exchanger body 21 further includes a straight portion 212 extending from two sides of the curved portion 211, and the straight portion 212 has unequal extension lengths on two sides of the curved portion 211. The straight portions 212 at the two sides of the curved portion 211 have different extending lengths, so that the heat exchanger body 21 has an asymmetric structure. The air conditioner indoor unit adopts a mode of 'rear side air inlet and front side air outlet', and the length of an air duct determines the minimum air speed loss and the cold loss, so that the structural design tends to be more compact, and the size of the space in the casing is more limited. The straight parts 212 extending from the two sides of the curved part 211 have different extending lengths, and the extending length of one side is shortened, so that the asymmetric heat exchanger can reserve more sufficient space for the arrangement and installation of pipelines to better adapt to the size and shape of the shell when the pipeline on one side is complex.
