Specifically, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, when the guiding and positioning mechanism 51 is a guiding hole, the hole wall of the guiding hole may be provided with an inward-concave glue overflow groove 52, the extending direction of the glue overflow groove 52 is the same as the extending direction of the guiding hole, and two ends of the glue overflow groove 52 are arranged in a penetrating manner. After the optical fiber fixing clamp 40 is adhered to the side part of the workbench 10, a certain curing time is needed, and in the glue curing process, the positioning tool is kept installed on the side part of the workbench 10, so that the optical fiber fixing clamp 40 is limited and protected, and the phenomenon that the optical fiber fixing clamp 40 inclines under the action of self gravity or external force and even falls off in the glue curing process is reduced; and after the glue is solidified, the positioning tool is detached.

A positioning tool is used for positioning the installation of an optical fiber fixing clamp (40) in a grating measurement system and is characterized by comprising a positioning base (50), wherein the positioning base (50) is provided with a connecting and positioning mechanism which is detachably connected with a workbench (10) of the grating measurement system so as to position the positioning base (50) at the side part of the workbench (10); the positioning base (50) is provided with a guiding and positioning mechanism (51) with a guiding direction facing the side part of the workbench (10), and the guiding and positioning mechanism (51) is used for guiding the corresponding optical fiber fixing clamp (40).

The positioning tool according to claim 1, wherein the positioning base (50) comprises a first seat body (100), and the first seat body (100) corresponds to a side of the workbench (10) where the reading head fixing seat (20) is arranged; the connecting and positioning mechanism comprises a positioning groove (110) arranged on the bottom surface of the first seat body (100), and the positioning groove (110) is matched with the reading head fixing seat (20).
3. The positioning tool according to claim 1, characterized in that the positioning base (50) comprises a second seat (200), and the second seat (200) corresponds to a side of the workbench (10) where the horizontal motor (30) is disposed;
the connecting and positioning mechanism comprises a connecting part arranged on the second seat body (200), and the connecting part is used for being correspondingly connected with the mounting position of the outer side wall of the horizontal motor (30); and/or the connecting part is used for correspondingly connecting with the installation position of the workbench (10) corresponding to the horizontal motor (30).

The positioning tool according to claim 3, wherein the second seat (200) comprises a seat body (210) and a connector (220), the connector (220) is detachably connected to the seat body (210), the guiding and positioning mechanism (51) is disposed on the seat body (210), and the connecting portion is disposed on the connector (220).

The positioning tool according to claim 3, wherein the connecting portion comprises at least two first connecting holes (221), the mounting position comprises at least two second connecting holes arranged on the outer side wall of the horizontal motor (30), the second connecting holes correspond to the first connecting holes (221) in a one-to-one manner, and the corresponding first connecting holes (221) and the second connecting holes can be connected through threaded connectors (60);
and/or the connecting part comprises a plug, the workbench (10) is used for installing a mounting groove (11) of the horizontal motor (30) as the mounting position, and the plug is matched with the mounting groove (11).

The positioning tool according to claim 1, wherein the guiding and positioning mechanism (51) comprises a guiding hole, the positioning base (50) comprises a first base body (100) and a second base body (200), the first base body (100) corresponds to a side of the workbench (10) where the reading head fixing base (20) is arranged, the second base body (200) corresponds to a side of the workbench (10) where the horizontal motor (30) is arranged, and a through groove (300) is respectively arranged at adjacent ends of the first base body (100) and the second base body (200); when the first seat body (100) and the second seat body (200) are connected and positioned with corresponding side edges through the connecting and positioning mechanism, the notches of the two adjacent through grooves (300) are oppositely arranged and spliced to form one guide hole.

The positioning tool according to claim 1, characterized in that the positioning base (50) comprises a first base part and a second base part from top to bottom, the second base part protrudes outwards relative to the first base part to form a bearing platform (400), the guiding and positioning mechanism (51) comprises a guiding hole, and part or all of the guiding hole is positioned in the first base part.
