In the present embodiment, the lock is fixed to the slatted door 20 by the fixing assembly 13, which is not highly applicable and poorly compatible, and is embodied in that the fixing of the horizontal-opening padlock 1 to the door by the bracket 132 is only applicable to the slatted door 20, and if the size of a single batten does not match the interval between the right side plate 1323 and the left side plate 1325 of the bracket 132 or the door itself is made of a single piece of iron sheet, the bracket 132 cannot be fixed to the door. The fixing of the horizontally-opening padlock 1 to the wicket door 20 by the fixing assembly 13 requires at least six nuts 133 (as shown in fig. 2 and 7, two threaded holes 1322 are provided on the front plate 1321 of the bracket, two threaded holes 1324 are provided on the right side plate 1323, and two threaded holes 1326 are provided on the left side plate 1325), so that the installation is complicated. The nut 533 with the diameter of 2-3mm is used for fixing the lock with the weight of 1 kilogram, and the fixing is not firm, so that the lock is easy to fall off and can damage a human body. The price of the lock is about 300 yuan RMB, and the price is high, so that the daily requirements of users cannot be met.
To this end, with reference to fig. 8 to 10, in another possible embodiment of the present application, the padlock and the nose 21 of the door 2 are fixed together by means of a fixing 16. The padlock is fixed on the door 2 through the fixing piece 16, the structure is simplified, and the installation is easy; and parts are saved, and the cost is reduced.
Fig. 8 shows one of the usage scenarios of the horizontally-opening padlock 1, the horizontally-opening padlock 1 being fixed to the nose 21 of the door 2. The padlock of the present application is suitable for use with various types of doors having a lock nose 21. Fig. 9 is an enlarged view of fig. 8 at a, and fig. 9 shows the horizontal padlock 1 fixedly connected to the plate-shaped lock nose 211 by the fixing member 16. Fig. 10 is an enlarged view of fig. 8 at B, and fig. 10 shows the horizontal padlock 1 fixedly connected to the rod-shaped lock nose 212 through the fixing member 16.
Referring to fig. 9 to 11, in the present embodiment, the padlock is a horizontally opening type padlock 1. The horizontal opening padlock 1 includes a shackle 12 and a lock body 11. The shackle 12 is linear. The lock body 11 is provided with two shackle holes 110, and the two shackle holes 110 are provided at intervals in the insertion direction of the shackle (I direction shown in fig. 9 to 11). A recess 15 is provided between the two bridge holes 110, the recess 15 being adapted to receive a locking nose 21 (as shown in figures 9 and 10). When the door is locked, the lock noses 21 are accommodated in the grooves 15, and the lock beams 12 are inserted into one of the lock beam holes 110 (for example, the lock beam hole 110 on the right side shown in fig. 9 and 10), pass through the lock noses 21 and are inserted into the other lock beam hole 110 (for example, the lock beam hole 110 on the left side shown in fig. 9 and 10), so that the door is locked.
In the present embodiment, the fixing member 16 can penetrate through the lock nose 21 (shown in fig. 9 and 10) of the door 2 (shown in fig. 8) and extend into one of the lock beam holes 110 (in fig. 9 and 10, the fixing member 16 is inserted into the left lock beam hole 110 through the lock nose 21) to connect the lock beam hole 110 with the lock nose 21, so that the horizontally-opened padlock 1 can be fixed on the door 2 through the fixing member 16, the padlock is prevented from being lost or dropped, and the use is convenient for the user. The fixing member 16 is provided with a through channel 1601 (as shown in fig. 12), and the channel 1601 is used for the shackle 12 to pass through, so that after the horizontal-open-type padlock 1 is fixedly connected with the lock nose 21 through the fixing member 16, the shackle 12 can pass through the channel 1601 (without affecting the insertion of the shackle 12 into the shackle hole 110), and the door locking is realized.
In some possible embodiments, the fixture 16 is a hollow nut. Referring to fig. 11, in this embodiment, the shackle hole 110 is provided with internal threads 1100. Referring to fig. 12, the fixing member 16 includes a fixing body 160, the fixing body 160 is provided with an external thread 1602, and the fixing body 160 can be threaded through the lock nose 21 (as shown in fig. 9 and 10) to be connected with the bridge hole 110, so that the horizontal-open-type padlock 1 can be fixed on the lock nose 21 by the fixing member 16.

Illustratively, the diameter of the fixing member 16 of the light-weight laterally-opening padlock 1 is 10mm or more. Compared with the mode that the bracket 132 and the transversely-opening padlock 1 with the weight of 1 kilogram are fixed together by using the nut 133 (shown in figure 2) with the length of 2-3mm, the transversely-opening padlock 1 with the lighter weight is fixed by using the fixing piece 16 with the large size (namely more than 10 mm), the fixing effect is better, the transversely-opening padlock 1 is less prone to falling off from a door, the use by a user is facilitated, the risk of losing or falling of the padlock is reduced, and the safety is high.
In some possible embodiments, the two beam holes 110 of the horizontally-opening padlock 1 are provided with internal threads 1100, and a user can select any beam hole 110 to be in threaded connection with the fixing member 16 according to personal use habits, so as to fix the horizontally-opening padlock 1 on the door 2 (as shown in fig. 8), thereby improving the operation convenience of the user.
With continued reference to fig. 12, the fixing member 16 further includes a flange 161 provided at one end of the fixing body 160, and the flange 161 abuts against the lock nose 21 (shown in fig. 9 and 10) in the insertion direction I of the shackle, so that the lock nose 21 is clamped by the flange 161 of the fixing member 16 and the lock body 11, and the fastening force between the horizontal padlock 1 and the lock nose 21 on the door 2 is raised, so that the horizontal padlock 1 is fixed on the door 2 (shown in fig. 8).
Referring to fig. 9, the locking nose 21 of the door 2 (shown in fig. 8) is a plate-shaped locking nose 211, that is, the locking nose 21 is a plate provided with a through hole 2110, and the plate-shaped locking nose 211 is fixedly connected with the door 2. The fixing body 160 is screwed into the shackle hole 110 through the through hole 2110 so that the flange 161 of the fixing member 16 is fitted to the plate-shaped locking nose 211 in the insertion direction I of the shackle. The horizontally-opening padlock 1 is fixed to the door 2 by the clamping action of the flange 161 and the lock body 11 on the plate-shaped lock nose 211.
Referring to fig. 10, the lock nose 21 of the door 2 (as shown in fig. 8) is a rod-shaped lock nose 212, that is, the lock nose 21 is a C-shaped rod, and two ends of the rod are fixedly connected with the door 2. Referring to fig. 10 and 13, the horizontally-opening padlock 1 further includes a gasket 14, the gasket 14 is provided with a through hole 142, the fixing body 160 can sequentially pass through the through hole 142 and the rod-shaped lock nose 212 to extend into one of the lock beam holes 110, so that the gasket 14 is attached to the rod-shaped lock nose 212 along the insertion direction I of the lock beam, and the flange 161 is abutted to the gasket 14 along the insertion direction I of the lock beam. The horizontal padlock 1 is fixed to the door 2 by the clamping action of the flange 161, the washer 14, and the lock body 11 in common to the lever-shaped lock nose 212.
Referring to fig. 13, in the present embodiment, the gasket 14 further includes clamping portions 141, and the clamping portions 141 are respectively disposed at two ends of the gasket 14 in the extending direction and are used for clamping the rod-shaped locking noses 212. As shown in fig. 10, the distance between the two clamping portions 141 on the spacer 14 matches the distance between the two ends of the rod-shaped lock nose 212, so that the opposite inner sides of the clamping portions 141 can clamp the rod-shaped lock nose 212, that is, the spacer 14 clamps the rod-shaped lock nose 212 along the first direction (L direction shown in fig. 10), so that the spacer 14 is fixed relative to the rod-shaped lock nose 212. As described above, the fixing member 16 causes the shim 14 to abut against the rod-shaped key nose 212 in the insertion direction I of the shackle, and the flange 161 abuts against the shim 14 in the insertion direction I of the shackle. That is, the clamping portion 141 clamps the rod-shaped lug 212 in the first direction L, and the flange 161, the spacer 14, and the lock body 11 clamp the rod-shaped lug 212 in the insertion direction I of the shackle, so that the horizontally-opening padlock 1 is fixed to the door 2.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, the flange 161 and the spacer 14 of the fixing member 13 of the present application can be customized according to actual needs to meet personalized needs of different users. For example, the spacer 14 is dimensioned to fit the rod-shaped locking nose 212 such that the spacer 14 is sufficient to securely hold the rod-shaped locking nose 212. For another example, for better aesthetics, the gasket 14 may be provided with a recess corresponding to the flange 161 so that the assembled flange 131 and gasket 14 are located on the same plane.
