Description

【0001】
【0043】

[0022]
When the shelf member 5 is attached to a desired position of the support member 7 using the rack connecting member 8 as described above, the shelf member 5 can be easily and quickly attached to a desired position. Also, the shelf member 5 is also sandwiched between the locking portions 15 located above and below the protruding piece portion 16, and each projection 21 is locked in the corresponding hole 20 of the shelf member 5. It will be supported by the support member 7. Therefore, the shelf plate member 5 can be kept horizontal at each corner, and the shelf plate member 5 can be easily mounted horizontally and there is no inclination. In addition, since the horizontal piece 18 of the rack connecting member 8 is locked to the shelf board member 5, it is possible to prevent the rack connecting member 8 from being displaced and attached.
[0023]
FIGS. 4 and 5 show another example of a rack connecting member 8 according to the present invention. The rack connecting member 8 of this example is formed by molding a metal plate member into a shape as shown in the drawing. The main body 10 (angle-shaped portion) having a predetermined length (for example, several centimeters) having an L-shaped cross section and engaging with the outer surface 9 of the support member 10 and the respective surfaces 12a and 12b of the main body 10 are provided. A hole 11 pierced, and a locking portion 15 for bending and forming a piece 15 a projecting laterally from each side near the lower portion of the main body 10 and locking to the side 14 of the support member 7; Projecting portions 16 projecting from both sides from the upper side of the main body portion 10; and upper surfaces 5a of the shelf plate members 5 and rib portions extending from the upper ends of the projecting portions 16 and bent inward. A horizontal piece 18 which is locked to the lower end of the shelf 4; A locking hole 27 for locking the engaging projection 26 provided on the rib portions 4, consisting a plurality of fasteners (not shown).
[0024]
In this example, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the locking projection 26 is formed near a top end near both ends of a metal receiving member 28 formed by bending a band-shaped metal plate having a predetermined length at 90 degrees. 29 is formed, and is fixed to the metal receiving member 28 such that the top 30 protrudes from the inside to the outside of the opening 29. The receiving member 28 has two holes 31 for inserting bolts, which are fixtures (not shown). The locking projection 26 may be directly fixed to the rib 4 near the corner 5b of the shelf 5.
[0025]
When the shelf member 5 is attached to the four support members 7 using the rack connection member 8 described above, the rack connection is first performed from the upper end side (or the lower end side) of the support member 7 as in the example described above. The engaging portions 15 of the member 8 are engaged with the both side portions 14 of the support member 7, and the main body 10 is moved along the outer surface 9 of the support member 7 to a desired position of the support member 7.
[0026]
Next, one corner of the shelf member 5 is engaged between the upper and lower horizontal pieces 18 of the rack connecting member 8 attached to a predetermined position of the support member 7 from the inside of the support member 7.

In this state, bolts (fixing tools) are sequentially inserted from the outside to the matching hole 11 of the rack connecting member 8, the long hole 6 of the support member 7, the round hole 24 of the shelf plate member 5, and the hole 31 of the metal receiving member 28. 22), a nut is screwed into the bolt from the inside of the shelf member 5 to fix one corner of the shelf member 5 to a desired position of the support member 7. In this way, each corner of the shelf member 5 is also fixed to the other support member 7 by the fixture 22 via the rack connecting member 8 and the receiving member 28.
[0028]
Thus, even if the shelf member 5 is attached to a desired position of the support member 7 using the rack connecting member 8 of the above-described example, the shelf member 5 can be easily and quickly attached to a desired position. Further, the shelf member 5 is also sandwiched between the upper and lower horizontal pieces 18 and can be reliably held horizontally, and is twisted between the corners of the shelf member 5 attached to the support member 7 at other locations. Does not occur. In addition, since the upper and lower horizontal pieces 18 are locked to the upper surface 5a of the shelf 5 and the lower end of the rib 4, the rack connecting member 8 is not displaced by itself.
[0029]
FIGS. 8 and 9 show another example of a rack connecting member 8 according to the present invention. The perforated hole 11 and the piece 15a projecting laterally from each of the upper and lower sides of the main body 10 with an interval corresponding to the vertical width 3 of the rib 4 of the shelf member 2 It comprises a locking portion 15 which is bent and locked to both side portions 14 of the support member 7, and a plurality of fixing tools 22.
[0030]
When the shelf plate member 5 is attached to the four support members 7 using the rack connection member 8 of this example, as an example, the rack connection is performed from the upper end side (or the lower end side) of the support member 7 as in the above-described example. The engaging portions 15 of the member 8 are engaged with the both side portions 14 of the support member 7, and the main body 10 is moved along the outer surface 9 of the support member 7 to a desired position of the support member 7.
[0031]
Next, one corner of the shelf member 5 is engaged from the inside of the support member 7 between the upper and lower locking portions 15 of the rack connecting member 8 that engages with the support member 7. At this time, the upper and lower ends of one corner of the shelf member 5 (the lower surface of the upper surface 5a and the lower end of the rib portion 4) are positioned while being sandwiched between the upper and lower locking portions 15 of the rack connecting member 8. become.
[0032]
In this state, bolts (fixing tools 22) are sequentially passed from the outside to the corresponding hole 11 of the rack connecting member 8, the long hole 6 of the support member 7 and the round hole 24 of the shelf member 5, and A nut is screwed to a bolt from the inside to fix one corner of the shelf member 5 to a desired position of the support member 7. In this way, each corner of the shelf 5 is also fixed to the other support member 7 by the fixture 22 via the rack connecting member 8.
[0033]
Thus, even if the shelf member 5 is attached to a desired position of the support member 7 using the rack connecting member 8 of this example, the shelf member 5 can be easily and quickly attached to a desired position. The shelf plate member 5 is also easily sandwiched between the upper and lower locking portions 15 to be easily positioned, the shelf plate member 5 is easily kept horizontal, and a twist is generated between the shelf plate member 5 and a corner attached to the support member 7 at another location. There is no such thing as leaning.
[0034]
FIGS. 10 and 11 show another example of a rack connecting member 8 according to the present invention. The rack connecting member 8 of this example is formed by molding a metal plate member into a shape as shown in the drawing. A main body 10 (angle-shaped portion) having a predetermined length (for example, several centimeters) having an L-shaped cross section and engaging with the outer surface 9 of the support member 10, and respective surfaces 12a and 12b of the main body 10 , And a pair of side portions 14a of the support member 7 formed by bending the side portions 14a projecting laterally from the respective upper and lower sides (in this example, lower side) of the main body portion 10 from the respective sides. And a plurality of fixing tools (not shown).
[0035]
The rack connecting member 8 of this example is mainly used when the shelf member 5 to be mounted on the upper end of the rack 1 is mounted on four support members 7. Of course, you may use it for attaching the shelf board member 5 to the other part of the support member 7. FIG.
[0036]
That is, when the shelf member 5 is attached to the upper end portions of the four support members 7, the locking portions 15 on both sides of the rack connecting member 8 from the upper end side (or the lower end side) of the support member 7 are used. The main body 10 is moved along the outer surface 9 of the support member 7 to the upper end of the support member 7 by engaging the both sides 14.
[0037]
Next, one corner 5b of the shelf member 5 is placed from the inside of the support member 7 on the upper end of the locking portion 15 of the rack connecting member 8 that engages with the support member 7. As a result, the shelf 5 is positioned and supported in a horizontal state.
[0038]
In this state, bolts (fixing tools 22) are sequentially passed through the holes 11 of the rack connecting member 8, the long holes 6 (see FIG. 1) of the support member 7, and the round holes 24 of the shelf 5 from the outside. Then, a nut is screwed to a bolt from the inside of the shelf member 5 to fix one corner of the shelf member 5 to the upper end of the support member 7. In this way, each corner of the shelf member 5 is fixed to the upper end of the support member 7 with the fixture 22 (see FIG. 1) via the rack connecting member 8 with respect to the other support member 7 as well.
[0039]
Thus, even if the shelf member 5 is attached to the upper end of the support member 7 using the rack connecting member 8 of this example, the shelf member 5 can be easily and quickly attached to a desired position. Since the shelf member 5 is also supported by the locking portion 15, the shelf member 5 can be easily kept horizontal, and twisting may occur between the shelf member 5 and a corner attached to the support member 7 at another location. Absent.
[0040]
