the rotating assembly (40) comprises a first rotating frame (41) and a second rotating frame (42), one end of the first rotating frame (41) is rotatably connected with the middle part of the first adjusting frame (11), one end of the second rotating frame (42) is rotatably connected with the middle part of the second adjusting frame (12), and mounting holes (43) are formed in the first rotating frame (41) and the second rotating frame (42);
and the adjusting bolt (50) is movably arranged in the mounting hole (43) in a penetrating way and is respectively connected with the first rotating frame (41) and the second rotating frame (42).

The antenna fixing and adjusting device according to claim 1, wherein the mounting hole (43) is a threaded hole (431), the adjusting bolt (50) comprises a threaded rod (51), the threaded rod (51) comprises a first threaded section (511) and a second threaded section (512), the thread direction of the first threaded section (511) is opposite to that of the second threaded section (512), the first threaded section (511) is in threaded fit with the threaded hole (431) on the first rotating frame (41), and the second threaded section (512) is in threaded fit with the threaded hole (431) on the second rotating frame (42).
