The second branch pipe 52 is formed in an inverted L shape as a whole. The lubricating oil flowing out of the main pipe 53 is divided into two paths, wherein one path of lubricating oil sequentially flows to the first transverse pipe 51-1, the first bent pipe 51-2, the first vertical pipe 51-3 and the first nozzle 62; the other path of lubricating oil flows to the second transverse pipe 52-1, the second elbow pipe 52-2, the second vertical pipe 52-3 and the second nozzle 72 in sequence.
The left avoidance groove 21 is designed for placing the first vertical pipe 51-3, the first nozzle 62, the first row of brushes 63 and the first fixing plate 61; the first vertical pipe 51-3, the first nozzle 62 and the first row brush 63 can be positioned between the left front wheel 23 and the left rear wheel 24, collision damage during forward and backward movement of the trolley frame is prevented, and safety of the first vertical pipe 51-3, the first nozzle 62 and the first row brush 63 is guaranteed.
The right avoiding groove 22 is designed for placing the second vertical pipe 52-3, the first nozzle 62, the first row of brushes 63 and the second fixing plate 71; the second vertical pipe 52-3, the first nozzle 62 and the first row of brushes 63 can be positioned between the right front wheel 25 and the right rear wheel 26, collision and damage during advancing and retreating of the trolley frame are prevented, and safety of the second vertical pipe 52-3, the first nozzle 62 and the first row of brushes 63 is guaranteed.
In order to improve the uniformity of the lubricating oil flowing to the first branch pipe 51 and the second branch pipe 52, in some embodiments of the present application, the land bridge trolley track lubricating device further comprises a distributor 40.
A distributor 40 installed at a middle position of a top end surface of the carriage 20, the distributor 40 having an inlet, a first outlet, and a second outlet; the first outlet is close to the left side surface of the trolley frame 20, the second outlet is close to the right side surface of the trolley frame 20, the distance d1 between the first outlet and the left side surface of the trolley frame is equal to the distance d2 between the second outlet and the right side surface of the trolley frame, and the distances d1 and d2 are equal.
The inlet of the distributor 40 is connected to the outlet end of the main pipe 53, the first outlet of the distributor 40 is connected to the inlet end of the first branch pipe 51 (specifically, the inlet end of the first transverse pipe 51-1), and the second outlet of the distributor 40 is connected to the inlet end of the second branch pipe 52 (specifically, the inlet end of the second transverse pipe 52-1).
By providing the distributor 40, the lubricant flowing out from the main pipe 53 is equally divided into two paths, so that the lubricant flowing to the first branch pipe 51 and the second branch pipe 52 is relatively uniform. The lubricant flowing out from the main pipe 53 is divided into two paths after passing through the distributor 40, wherein one path of lubricant enters the first branch pipe 51, and the other path of lubricant enters the second branch pipe 52.
In order to control the on-off of the first branch pipe 51 conveniently, a first valve is arranged on the first branch pipe 51, and the controller controls the on-off of the first valve. When the first valve is turned on, the first branch pipe 51 is a passage through which the lubricating oil can pass; when the first valve is opened, the first branch pipe 51 is opened, and the lubricant cannot pass through.
In order to control the on/off of the second branch pipe 52, a second valve is arranged on the second branch pipe 52, and the controller controls the on/off of the second valve. When the second valve is opened, the second branch pipe 52 is a passage through which lubricating oil can pass; when the second valve is opened, the second branch pipe 52 is cut off and the lubricant cannot pass through.
In order to monitor the left rail 11, a first camera is further installed on the bottom end face of the first fixing plate 61, the first camera faces the left rail 11, the first camera collects image signals of the left rail 11, and sends the collected image signals to the controller. The controller is according to opening of received image signal control hydraulic pump and the break-make of first valve, and moreover, the controller can also upload image signal to the host computer, makes things convenient for remote monitoring personnel in time to know the lubricated condition of left track 11.
In order to monitor the right rail 12, a second camera is further installed on the bottom end surface of the second fixing plate 71, the second camera faces the right rail 12, the second camera collects image signals of the right rail 12, and sends the collected image signals to the controller. The controller controls the start and stop of the hydraulic pump and the on-off of the second valve according to the received image signals, and the controller can also upload the image signals to the upper computer, so that remote monitoring personnel can conveniently know the lubrication condition of the right rail 12 in time.
In some embodiments of the present application, the lubricating device for the track of the quayside container crane further comprises an alarm, wherein the alarm is installed on the trolley frame 20; be provided with the oil level sensor in the oil tank, the oil level sensor detects the oil level in the oil tank, and the oil level sensor is connected with the controller electricity to send oil level signal to controller, the operation of controller according to received oil level signal control alarm, and with oil level signal transmission to the host computer, make things convenient for remote personnel in time to learn the oil level of oil tank.
When the oil level signal is lower than the threshold value, the controller sends an alarm signal to the alarm, and the alarm operates to remind field personnel to fill lubricating oil into the oil tank in time; meanwhile, the controller also sends an alarm signal to the upper computer to remind remote monitoring personnel.
The bank bridge trolley track lubricating device of the embodiment is installed on a trolley mechanism with the height of 40 meters, is specially used for lubricating a bank bridge trolley track, is sufficient in lubrication, can achieve the effect of reducing abrasion, can control the oil injection amount of lubricating oil, and prevents oil pollution. The lubricating device can continuously spray oil for lubrication, and also can spray oil for lubrication intermittently and discontinuously to meet the lubricating requirement of the trolley track of the high-altitude shore bridge, for example, spray oil once every three days, spray oil for one meter intermittently, spray oil for one meter again, and circulate in such a way.
The operation of the whole lubricating device is controlled by the controller, after the lubricating oil in the oil tank passes through the distributor 40, the lubricating oil is conveyed to the first nozzle 62 and the second nozzle 72 through the first branch 51 and the second branch 52, and is sprayed onto the left rail 11 and the right rail 12 through the first nozzle 62 and the second nozzle 72, and the first row of brushes 63 and the second row of brushes 73 are aligned to the upper surfaces of the left rail 11 and the right rail 12 to uniformly coat the lubricating oil. The lubricating mode is suitable for a traction type shore bridge trolley (an independent braking system is provided, friction braking of small wheels and a rail is not needed), and the service life of the small wheels (the small wheels comprise a left front wheel, a left rear wheel, a right front wheel and a right rear wheel) and the service life of the trolley rail can be greatly prolonged.
The bank bridge trolley track lubricating device of the embodiment adopts lithium-based grease lubricating oil, and after the lubricating oil is sprayed to the track, the lubricating oil is uniformly smeared on the track with a row brush, so that the effect of lubricating the track is achieved, and the lubricating oil is prevented from dripping.

the hydraulic station is arranged on the top end face of the trolley frame and comprises a control box, a hydraulic pump and an oil tank; a controller in the control box controls the operation of the hydraulic pump, and the hydraulic pump pumps out the lubricating oil in the oil tank;
the oil supply pipeline is arranged on the trolley frame and comprises a main pipe, a first branch pipe and a second branch pipe; the inlet end of the main pipe is connected with the oil outlet of the oil tank, and the outlet end of the main pipe is respectively connected with the inlet ends of the first branch pipe and the second branch pipe;
the oil coating structure comprises a first oil coating part and a second oil coating part;
the first oiling part comprises a first nozzle and a first row of brushes; the first nozzles and the first row of brushes are arranged at intervals along the moving direction of the trolley frame; the first nozzle is positioned above the left rail, and an oil injection hole of the first nozzle faces to the top end face of the left rail; an oil inlet of the first nozzle is connected with an outlet end of the first branch pipe, a brush handle of the first row of brushes is fixed with the first branch pipe, and bristles of the first row of brushes are in contact with the top end face of the left rail;
the second oiling part comprises a second nozzle and a second row of brushes; the second nozzles and the second row of brushes are arranged at intervals along the moving direction of the trolley frame; the second nozzle is positioned above the right rail, and an oil injection hole of the second nozzle faces to the top end face of the right rail; the oil inlet of the second nozzle is connected with the outlet end of the second branch pipe, the brush holder of the second row of brushes is fixed with the second branch pipe, and the bristles of the second row of brushes are in contact with the top end face of the right track.
2. The quay crane trolley rail lubricating device as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the first oiling part further comprises a first fixing plate, the first fixing plate is located above the left rail and is parallel to the top end face of the left rail, the first fixing plate is provided with a first mounting hole which is communicated up and down, and the bottom end face of the first fixing plate is provided with a first mounting groove with a downward opening; brush holders of the first row of brushes are arranged in the first mounting groove; the first branch pipe penetrates through the first mounting hole and is fixed with the first mounting hole;
the second oiling part further comprises a second fixing plate, the second fixing plate is located above the right rail and is parallel to the top end face of the right rail, the second fixing plate is provided with a second mounting hole which is communicated up and down, and the bottom end face of the second fixing plate is provided with a second mounting groove with a downward opening; the brush holders of the second row of brushes are arranged in the second mounting groove; the second branch pipe penetrates through the second mounting hole and is fixed with the second mounting hole.

the second branch pipe comprises a second transverse pipe, a second bent pipe and a second vertical pipe which are connected in sequence; the second transverse pipe is connected with the outlet end of the main pipe, and the second vertical pipe is connected with the second nozzle; the second transverse pipe is transversely arranged on the top end face of the trolley frame, and the second vertical pipe is vertically arranged in the right avoidance groove.
