Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides a scraping assembly 100 including a scraping body 30, wherein the scraping body 30 is suitable for being mounted on a cleaning apparatus.
The cleaning apparatus may be a hand-held floor washer/mopping machine, a self-propelled floor washing/mopping robot or the like. The cleaning apparatus generally includes a spray assembly, a cleaning assembly 201. The spraying assembly sprays cleaning liquid onto the surface to be cleaned, the cleaning assembly 201 typically includes a cleaning tool such as a roller brush and/or a rag, and the cleaning assembly 201 contacts the surface to be cleaned to clean the surface to be cleaned. Some cleaning devices also include a reclamation assembly, which typically includes a vacuum work system for reclaiming debris from the surface to be cleaned to make the surface to be cleaned cleaner.
For convenience of the subsequent description, directions "front" and "rear" are defined with reference to the moving direction of the cleaning apparatus. Directions "up" and "down" are defined with reference to the cleaning device being "up" and the surface to be cleaned being "down". The definition defines the forward direction F of the cleaning device as longitudinal direction and the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction as transverse direction, or width direction W.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, the scraping body 30 is adapted to be disposed adjacent to a cleaning assembly 201 of the cleaning apparatus. More specifically, the scraping body 30 is disposed at a rear side of the cleaning assembly 201. The cleaning assembly 201 of this embodiment is a rolling brush assembly, which can drive the garbage backwards when rotating, and the garbage driven backwards by the rolling brush assembly is blocked by the scraping body 30, and the garbage will move to the recycling assembly along the outer surface 36 of the scraping body 30.
The cleaning assembly 201 extends transversely by a certain length, in order to enable the scraping body 30 to effectively clean the garbage which is driven backwards by the cleaning assembly 201, the transverse extension length of the scraping body 30 can be greater than or equal to that of the cleaning assembly 201, and the cleaning assembly 201 is located within the transverse extension range of the scraping body 30. Therefore, no matter which part of the cleaned component 201 drives the backward garbage, the garbage can move to the recovery component along the outer surface 36 of the scraping body 30, and effective cleaning is realized.
The scraping body 30 comprises a free end 34 opposite the front side for contacting the surface to be cleaned, and the scraping body 30 further comprises a fixed end 35 opposite the rear side adapted for connection to a cleaning device. The scraping body 30 further includes an outer surface 36 extending obliquely upwardly from the free end 34 toward the fixed end 35, the outer surface 36 being configured as a waste guide surface for the scraping body 30, waste being directed along the outer surface 36 into the recycling assembly.
The free end 34 of the scraping body 30 is substantially in contact with the surface to be cleaned when the cleaning device is moved over the surface to be cleaned, so that the function of scraping water and soiling can be effectively achieved. Meanwhile, since the free end 34 of the scraping body 30 contacts with the surface to be cleaned and applies a forward and downward force to the surface to be cleaned, the free end 34 of the scraping body 30 is easily stopped by a threshold or an obstacle such as a brick seam during the movement of the cleaning device, so that the movement of the scraping body 30 and even the cleaning device is difficult.
To solve this technical problem, in the present embodiment, at least a portion of the scraping body 30 has a first position close to the cleaning device and a second position far from the cleaning device, and at least a portion of the scraping body 30 is movable from the second position to the first position by an external force.
Therefore, when the scraping body 30 meets an obstacle, the scraping body 30 moves from the second position to the first position under the action of external force, at least part of the scraping body 30 is lifted, the scraping body 30 can smoothly cross the obstacle, and the whole cleaning device can also move easily.
The external force of this embodiment is derived from the force provided by the obstacle encountered during operation of the cleaning apparatus. Generally, the force provided by the obstacle constitutes a resistance that makes it difficult for the squeegee body 30 and the cleaning device to move forward smoothly, resulting in difficulty in obstacle crossing. This embodiment, a new way is made, and the effort that utilizes the barrier to provide makes the at least part of scraping body 30 lift up to utilize the resistance that might cause obstacle crossing difficulty originally to make scraping body 30 cross the barrier smoothly, design benefit need not to make person's extra operation, and user experience feels splendid.
Referring to fig. 5 to 9, in the present embodiment, the scraping assembly 100 further includes a connecting mechanism, the connecting mechanism is suitable for movably connecting to a cleaning device, and the connecting mechanism can drive the scraping body 30 to move from the second position to the first position under the action of an external force.
The scraping body 30 may be a flexible scraping body, in particular a scraping strip, preferably a rubber scraping strip. The flexible scraping body 30 can well realize the function of scraping water and dirt, and can avoid scraping the surface to be cleaned. The strength of the attachment mechanism is greater than the strength of the scraping body 30. So set up, connection structure more facilitates the effect of transmission power, and connection structure can better drive scraping body 30 and remove from the second position to the first position.
One side of the scraping body 30 is connected to the connecting mechanism and the opposite side is formed as an inclined outer surface 36. Specifically, the rear side of the scraper 30 is connected to the connecting mechanism, and the front side of the scraper 30 forms an inclined outer surface 36 from front to back and from bottom to top to scrape the sewage and shovel water. Rational in infrastructure, make full use of space can be so that scrape body 30 to make cleaning device's structure compacter, promote user experience.
The connecting mechanism comprises a first connecting part 10 and a second connecting part 20, and at least part of the scraping body 30 is arranged on the second connecting part 20.
The first connecting portion 10 includes a contact portion 11 and a driving portion 15 connected to each other, and the contact portion 11 is exposed to an outside of a bottom of the cleaning apparatus. The first connecting portion 10 has a movable stroke in the height direction H of the cleaning apparatus. When the contact portion 11 exposed to the outside of the cleaning device contacts an obstacle, the obstacle can provide an external force to the contact portion 11, the contact portion 11 is displaced towards the direction close to the body of the cleaning device under the action of the external force, and the driving portion 15 abuts against the second connecting portion 20 in the displacement process of the contact portion 11, so that the scraping body 30 mounted on the second connecting portion 20 is driven to move from the second position far away from the cleaning device to the first position close to the cleaning device.
Specifically, at least a part of the contact portion 11 may be located on the front side of the scraping body 30 in the direction in which the cleaning apparatus moves. During the movement of the cleaning device, the contact part 11 will contact an obstacle before the scraping body 30, and when the contact part 11 contacts an obstacle, the obstacle will react to the contact part 11 to lift at least a part of the contact part 11. In the process of lifting the contact part 11, the driving part 15 and the second connecting part 20 drive at least one part of the scraping body 30 to lift upwards, the scraping body 30 moves from the second position far away from the cleaning device to the first position close to the cleaning device, that is, at least one part of the scraping body 30 is far away from the surface to be cleaned, so that the scraping body 30 is prevented from being stopped by an obstacle, and the cleaning device can easily move forwards.
In one embodiment, the contact portion 11 may be extended along the advancing direction F of the cleaning device, and the driving portion 15 is disposed on a side of the contact portion 11 close to the cleaning device and extended from one end of the contact portion 11 along the width direction W of the cleaning device to a position close to the cleaning device. Due to the design, in the process that the contact portion 11 is pushed by the obstacle to displace in the direction away from the surface to be cleaned, the driving portion 15 can simultaneously drive the portion of the second connecting portion 20 disposed above the driving portion to simultaneously lift in the direction away from the surface to be cleaned, and further drive at least a portion of the scraping body 30 to move from the second position to the first position.
In some embodiments, the contact portion 11 and the driving portion 15 may be integrally formed. In other embodiments, the contact portion 11 and the driving portion 15 may be provided separately, which is not limited in the present application.
In order to facilitate contact with an obstacle, the bottom of the contact portion 11 may be formed with a first slope section 16, a second slope section 17, and a flat section 18, and the flat section 18 is disposed between the first slope section 16 and the second slope section 17. Wherein, with the advancing direction F of the cleaning device as the front, the first inclined surface section 16 is arranged at the front side of the second inclined surface section 17, and the inclination degree of the first inclined surface section 16 relative to the plane section 18 is larger than that of the second inclined surface section 17 relative to the plane section 18.
That is, the longitudinal extension of the first inclined surface section 16 is greater than the longitudinal extension of the second inclined surface section 17, and the angle between the first inclined surface section 16 and the plane section 18 is smaller than the angle between the second inclined surface section 17 and the plane section 18. Thereby, the first slope section 16 extends relatively more gently, the first slope section 16 can contact with the obstacle more sufficiently, and the first connecting portion 10 can lift the scraping body 30 more effectively to make the scraping body 30 pass the obstacle effectively.
In order to improve the structural stability, the connecting mechanism may include two contact portions 11, and the two contact portions 11 are adapted to be disposed at both ends of the cleaning apparatus in the width direction W, respectively. Specifically, the two contact portions 11 may be respectively disposed on two sides of the cleaning assembly 201 along the width direction W, so that no matter which end of the cleaning assembly 201 meets the obstacle, the contact portions 11 can effectively lift the scraping body 30 to avoid being stuck by the obstacle.
As described above, the connecting mechanism includes the two contact portions 11, the two contact portions 11 are identical in shape, and the two contact portions 11 are provided at intervals on both end sides of the cleaning assembly 201. Wherein the first contact portion 11 is a part of the first connection portion 10. Therefore, when the first contact part 11 meets an obstacle, the driving part 15 and the second connecting part 20 drive the scraping body 30 to pass through the obstacle, so that the first contact part is prevented from being stuck. The second contact portion 11 and the second connection portion 20 can be directly connected, when the second contact portion 11 contacts an obstacle, the contact portion 15, which is the portion of the second contact portion 11 contacting the second connection portion 20, can directly drive the scraping body 30 to pass through the obstacle through the second connection portion 20, and the structure is relatively simple.

In this embodiment, in the process that the connecting mechanism drives the scraping body 30 to move from the second position to the first position under the action of external force, the free end 34 swings towards the direction close to the fixed end 35. That is, when the scraping body 30 needs to pass over an obstacle, the free end 34 is deformed by a certain amount relative to the fixed end 35, so that the free end 34 swings toward the fixed end 35, and the free end 34 is lifted up to pass over the obstacle.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5 and 10, the flexible scraping body 30 includes a first portion 31 and a second portion 32 disposed below the first portion 31, the fixing end 35 includes the first portion 31, one side of the second portion 32 is connected to the second connecting portion 20, and the other side of the second portion 32 is a free end 34.
That is, the first portion 31 of the upper end of the scraping body 30 forms a fixed end 35, thereby being connected to the cleaning apparatus. Specifically, one of the cleaning device and the first portion 31 is provided with a protrusion 51, and the other is provided with a locking groove 52 matching the shape of the protrusion 51, and the protrusion 51 is tightly fitted with the locking groove 52. The installation is convenient and it is possible to ensure that the first portion 31 of the upper end of the scraping body 30 is reliably connected to the cleaning apparatus and that the scraping body 30 can be reliably connected to the cleaning apparatus even if the second portion 32 of the lower end of the scraping body 30 is deformed and lifted for overcoming the obstacle.
The rear side of the second portion 32 of the lower end of the scraping body 30 is connected to the second connecting portion 20, and the front outer surface 36 of the second portion 32 forms an obliquely extending guide surface to guide the garbage into the recovering assembly. The reasonable utilization space can make the structure of scraping strip and cleaning equipment more compact.
The cross-section of the first portion 31 of the scraping body 30 is rectangular extending up and down. The second portion 32 of the scraping body 30 is generally rounded triangular in cross-section. Specifically, the cross section of the second portion 32 is a right-angled or obtuse-angled triangle as a whole, and besides the right angle or the obtuse angle, the other two corners are not sharp angles but rounded corners, so that the rounded corners of the rear upper side and the front lower side of the second portion 32 still have a certain thickness. An inclined intermediate portion 33 is also provided between the first portion 31 and the second portion 32, the second portion 32 having a bend relative to the first portion 31 at the position of the intermediate portion 33, the second portion 32 being raised to allow the scraper body 30 to pass over an obstacle. The thicknesses of the rear upper ends of the first part 31, the middle part 33 and the second part 32 are approximately equal, the thickness of the second part 32 is small at two ends and large in the middle, effective water scraping and dirt scraping are guaranteed, and the second part is convenient to fold and deform to cross obstacles.

That is, the second connecting portion 20 can move relative to the cleaning device by the cooperation of the first and second engaging mechanisms, and the scraping body 30 can finally pass over the obstacle and be prevented from being stopped.
In this embodiment, when the scraping body 30 is at the first position, the first engaging mechanism abuts against a wall surface of the second engaging mechanism; when the scraper 30 is in the second position, the first engagement mechanism abuts against the other wall surface of the second engagement mechanism.
Specifically, one of the second engagement mechanism and the first engagement mechanism is a guide groove 202, the other is a guide pin 22, at least a part of the guide pin 22 is located in the guide groove 202, and when the scraping body 30 is at the first position, the guide pin 22 abuts against the top wall of the guide groove 202; when the scraping body 30 is in the second position, the guide pin 22 abuts against the bottom wall of the guide groove 202.
At least a portion of the scraping body 30 needs to be lifted up to clear the obstacle, so that the guide groove 202 can extend in the height direction H of the cleaning apparatus, and the guide pin 22 can extend in the width direction W of the cleaning apparatus, so that at least a portion of the guide pin can be accommodated in the guide groove 202. That is, the guide groove 202 provides a space for the movement of the guide pin 22 and limits the moving range of the guide pin 22, thereby providing a space for the movement of the second connecting part 20 and the scraper body 30 and limiting the maximum moving range.
For the sake of simplicity, when the second engagement mechanism is the guide groove 202, the first engagement mechanism may also be the guide pin 22 directly provided on at least one end of the second connection part 20. Alternatively, when the first engagement mechanism is the guide groove 202 provided on at least one end of the first connection part 10, the second engagement mechanism may be the guide pin 22 provided on the second connection part 20.
