Referring to fig. 1-3, the food processor 100 can be used for grinding flour, pulping soybean milk, squeezing juice, etc. The food processor 100 comprises a main frame 50, a cup body assembly 70 detachably mounted on the main frame 50, and a cup cover assembly 40 covering the cup body assembly 70.
The cup assembly 70 is used for containing food materials, and the cup assembly 70 comprises a cup body 71 and a knife assembly 72. The main machine 50 includes a motor 51, and the motor 51 drives the knife assembly 72 to rotate, so as to grind, whip and the like the food material. The main unit 50 further includes a control circuit board (not shown) for providing power and control signals to control the operation of the food processor 100.
The cap assembly 40 is detachably fitted over the cup assembly 70. When the food processor 100 works, the cup cover assembly 40 can be covered on the cup body assembly 70 and used for sealing the cup mouth of the cup body assembly 70. After the food processor 100 is finished, the cup cover assembly 40 can be taken down from the cup body assembly 70.
The cap assembly 40 includes a cap 10 and a vent cap 20. The cup cover 10 is provided with an exhaust hole 11 and a peripheral wall 12 surrounding the exhaust hole 11. The exhaust cover 20 is installed on the cup cover 10, and the exhaust cover 20 is provided with an exhaust port 21.
The exhaust cover 20 is provided with a convex rib 22, the circumferential wall 12 is provided with a limiting groove 13 which extends along the circumferential direction and is installed in a matching manner with the convex rib 22, and a plurality of protrusions 14 which are in abutting press fit with the convex rib 22 are arranged in the limiting groove 13, or the convex rib 22 is provided with a plurality of protrusions which are in abutting press fit with the upper wall and/or the lower wall of the limiting groove 13.
In the cup cover assembly 40, the exhaust cover 20 is provided with the convex rib 22, the peripheral wall 12 is provided with the limiting groove 13 extending along the circumferential direction, the exhaust cover 20 rotates forwards relative to the cup cover 10, so that the convex rib 22 enters the limiting groove 13, and the exhaust cover 20 can be installed on the cup cover 10; the exhaust cover 20 is rotated reversely relative to the cup cover 10, so that the convex rib 22 is separated from the limit groove 13, and the exhaust cover 20 and the cup cover 10 can be detached. Therefore, the cup cover assembly 40 is convenient and quick to disassemble and wash. In addition, the plurality of protrusions 14 in the limiting groove 13 are abutted against the convex ribs 22, so that the exhaust cover 20 and the cup cover 10 can be assembled more reliably, and cannot rotate relatively in use and are not easy to separate.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, the exhaust cover 20 includes a top wall 23 and a side wall 24 extending downward from the top wall 23, the top wall 23 is provided with the exhaust opening 21, the side wall 24 surrounds the exhaust opening 21, and the rib 22 is disposed outside the side wall 24. In this embodiment, the side wall 24 is provided at the edge of the top wall 23, and the side wall 24 is cylindrical. The ribs 22 extend circumferentially along the side wall 24. Thus, the exhaust cover 20 has a simple structure and is conveniently assembled with the cup cover 10.
Preferably, the length of the rib 22 along the circumferential direction of the side wall 24 ranges from 6 mm to 8 mm; and/or the width of the rib 22 along the radial direction of the side wall 24 ranges from 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm; and/or the height of the convex rib 22 along the up-down direction of the side wall 24 ranges from 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm. In this way, the rib 22 can be well fitted to the stopper groove 13 and the plurality of projections 14.
In some embodiments, the length of the bead 22 along the circumference of the sidewall 24 may be 6 mm, 7 mm, 8 mm, or any value therebetween. The width of the rib 22 in the radial direction of the sidewall 24 may be 0.8 mm, 0.9 mm, 1 mm, 1.1 mm, 1.2 mm, or any value therebetween. The height of the rib 22 along the sidewall 24 in the up-down direction may be 0.8 mm, 0.9 mm, 1 mm, 1.1 mm, 1.2 mm, or any value therebetween.
Preferably, the width of the limiting groove 13 ranges from 0.7 mm to 1.3 mm. Thus, the limit groove 13 can reliably limit the convex rib 22. In some embodiments, the width of the retaining groove 13 may be 0.7 mm, 0.8 mm, 0.9 mm, 1 mm, 1.1 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.3 mm, or some value between any two of the foregoing.
Preferably, 2, 3 or 4 ribs 22 are disposed on the outer side of the side wall 24, and 2, 3 or 4 limiting grooves 13 are correspondingly disposed on the peripheral wall 12. Therefore, the assembly of the exhaust cover 20 and the cup cover 10 is more stable and reliable, and the structure is simple.
Preferably, the upper wall and the lower wall of the limiting groove 13 are respectively provided with 2, 3 or 4 protrusions 14. Therefore, the convex rib 22 can be better pressed, so that the assembly of the exhaust cover 20 and the cup cover 10 is more stable and reliable.
In another embodiment, the upper wall of the limiting groove 13 is provided with 2, 3 or 4 protrusions 14 which are in press fit with the convex rib 22, and the lower wall is not provided with the protrusions 14. In yet another embodiment, the lower wall of the retaining groove 13 is provided with 2, 3 or 4 of the protrusions 14, and the upper wall is not provided with protrusions 14.
Preferably, the length and width of the protrusion 14 range from 0.8 mm to 1 mm, the height range from 0.5 mm to 0.8 mm, and the top of the protrusion 14 is rounded. Thus, the protrusion 14 can better press the rib 22, and the rib 22 can enter the limiting groove 13 more smoothly.
In some embodiments, the length and width of the protrusion 14 may be 0.8 millimeters, 0.9 millimeters, 1 millimeter, or some value between any two adjacent of the foregoing. The height of the protrusions 14 may be 0.5 mm, 0.6 mm, 0.7 mm, 0.8 mm, or some value between any two of the foregoing.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the peripheral wall 12 is provided with an inlet slot 15 penetrating through the top thereof, and the inlet slot 15 is communicated with the limiting slot 13. Through setting up entrance slot 15 for protruding muscle 22 can get into spacing groove 13 through entrance slot 15 more easily, and the assembly is more swift.
In the illustrated embodiment, a guide groove 16 is provided at a connection portion between the limiting groove 13 and the inlet groove 15, and a width of the guide groove 16 gradually increases from the limiting groove 13 to the inlet groove 15. In this way, the rib 22 can more easily enter the stopper groove 13 through the guide groove 16. In this embodiment, the guide groove 16 is formed by providing chamfers on the upper and lower walls where the stopper groove 13 and the inlet groove 15 are connected.
