When the reversing piece 117 is located at the first position and the delivery device 213 is located at the ticket collecting position, the sheet-like medium conveying device 100 can be located at any one of the plurality of ticket collecting positions to be opposite to the corresponding ticket discharging device 211, so that the lottery tickets output by the ticket discharging device 211 can enter the first conveying channel 108 through the first transition channel 111; when the lottery ticket entering the first conveying channel 108 is identified as a qualified lottery ticket by the identification component 181, the lottery ticket needs to be activated, then the cutting component 183 cuts the lottery ticket, and the roller component 185 outputs the lottery ticket to the ticket receiving cavity of the ticket receiving mechanism 215, at this time, the delivery device 213 is controlled to move to the ticket outlet position, so that the ticket receiving mechanism 215 can be opposite to the ticket outlet 209, and a user can take out the lottery ticket in the ticket receiving cavity through the ticket outlet 209; when the lottery ticket entering the first conveying passage 108 is identified as an unqualified lottery ticket with dirty surface, incomplete surface and the like by the identification component 181, the reversing member 117 is controlled to move to the second position and the delivery device 213 moves to the recovery position, so that the second transition passage 112 is communicated with the inlet of the recovery box 219, the lottery ticket is cut off by the cutting component 183, and the lottery ticket is conveyed to the second transition passage 112 by the roller component 185, so that the lottery ticket can enter the recovery box 219 through the second transition passage 112.
In this embodiment, the cabinet 201 includes a cabinet 203, a cabinet door 207, and a gate 210, the cabinet 203 has an opening 205, the cabinet door 207 is pivotally connected to the cabinet 203 for opening or closing the opening 205, the ticket gate 209 is disposed on the cabinet door 207, and the gate 210 is movably connected to the cabinet door 207 for opening or closing the ticket gate 209. When the cabinet door 207 opens the opening 205, the ticket issuing device 211 and the delivery device 213 in the cabinet 203 can be maintained. In other embodiments of the present invention, the ticket gate 209 may be disposed on the cabinet 203, and this embodiment is not limited.
It should be noted that, referring to fig. 5, in order to ensure that the delivering device 213 can move among the three of the ticket receiving position, the ticket issuing position and the retrieving position, in this embodiment, a cross beam 221, a vertical beam 223, a first driving mechanism and a second driving mechanism are arranged in the cabinet 201, the cross beam 221 is arranged at a position near the opening 205 at the top or the bottom in the cabinet 203 and extends along the left-right direction, the vertical beam 223 is arranged at a position near the opening 205 in the cabinet 203 and extends along the up-down direction, the first driving mechanism is connected between the cross beam 221 and the vertical beam 223 in a transmission manner for driving the vertical beam 223 to move along the cross beam 221, the second driving mechanism is connected between the delivering device 213 and the vertical beam 223 in a transmission manner for driving the delivering device 213 to move along the vertical beam 223, that is, the first driving mechanism is used for driving the delivering device 213 to move along the left-right direction, and the second driving mechanism is used for driving the delivering device 213 to move along the up-down direction. The specific structure of the first driving mechanism and the second driving mechanism can refer to the related art, and will not be described herein.
Optionally, the first motor 167 is in transmission connection with the second conveying roller 161, and when the second conveying roller 161 is driven by the first motor 167 to rotate, the lottery ticket can be driven by the second conveying roller 161 to move along the second transition channel, and the moving lottery ticket drives the first conveying roller 151 to rotate. This arrangement improves the stability of the first motor 167 driving the first and second conveying rollers 151 and 161 to nip the lottery ticket for movement.
Optionally, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the rack 101 includes a first channel plate 102 and a second channel plate 103 that are disposed opposite to each other and at an interval, and a first conveying channel 108 is formed between the first channel plate 102 and the second channel plate 103; the frame 101 further includes a first guide plate 104 connected to the first channel plate 102 at an angle and a second guide plate 106 connected to the second channel plate 103 at an angle, a first guide surface 105 is disposed on the first guide plate 104, a second guide surface 107 is disposed on the second guide plate 106, a second conveying roller 161 is mounted on a side of the second guide plate 106 away from the second guide surface 107, when the reversing member 117 is located at the first position, one end of the reversing member 117 close to the first conveying channel 108 is inserted into the second guide plate 106, so that the first transition channel 111 is communicated with the first conveying channel 108, and the communication between the second transition channel 112 and the first conveying channel 108 is blocked, when the reversing member 117 is located at the second position, one end of the reversing member 117 close to the first conveying channel 108 is inserted into the first guide plate 104, so that the second transition guide plate 112 is communicated with the first conveying channel 108, and the communication between the first transition channel 111 and the first conveying channel 108 is blocked. The arrangement improves the reliability of switching the lottery ticket conveying path. In other embodiments of the present invention, the sheet-like medium conveying device 100 further includes a first conveying belt and a second conveying belt disposed on the frame 101, the conveying surface of the first conveying belt forms the first guide surface 105, and the conveying surface of the second conveying belt forms the second guide surface 107.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the second conveying surface 121 has a first end and a second end spaced apart from each other along the moving direction of the sheet-like medium (i.e., lottery ticket), the first end is disposed adjacent to the first conveying path 108, the first conveying roller 151 is disposed adjacent to the second end, the reversing member 117 is rotatably connected to the frame 101, and the rotation axis of the reversing member 117 is disposed between the first end and the second end and is parallel to and spaced apart from the axis of the first conveying roller 151. This arrangement further improves the reliability of switching the lottery ticket conveying path and the reliability of the cooperation of the first conveying roller 151 and the second conveying roller 161.
Fig. 7 is a first schematic structural diagram of the reversing element 117 and the first conveying roller 151 of the sheet-type medium conveying device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 8 is a second schematic structural diagram of the reversing element 117 and the first conveying roller 151 of the sheet-type medium conveying device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 7 and fig. 8, in the present embodiment, the reversing element 117 includes a rotating shaft 123 and a plurality of guide plates fixedly disposed on the rotating shaft 123 and arranged at intervals along an axial direction of the rotating shaft 123, each guide plate includes a first end surface 135 and a second end surface 137, the first end surfaces 135 of the plurality of guide plates form a first conveying surface 119, and the second end surfaces 137 of the plurality of guide plates form a second conveying surface 121; the first conveying roller 151 comprises a supporting shaft 153 and a roller 159 arranged on the supporting shaft 153, wherein the supporting shaft 153 is jointly supported by at least two guide plates; the roller 159 protrudes from the second conveying surface 121 to engage with the second conveyor roller 161. The arrangement reduces the friction between the lottery tickets and the first conveying surface 119 or the second conveying surface 121 by reducing the contact area between the lottery tickets and the first conveying surface 119 or the second conveying surface 121, and improves the supporting strength of the reversing member 117 on the first conveying roller 151.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the second conveying roller 161 includes a spindle 163 and a conveying wheel 165 fixedly sleeved on the spindle 163, and the spindle 163 is rotatably disposed on the frame 101; when the reversing element 117 is in the first position, the roller 159 and the conveying wheel 165 are arranged at intervals; when the diverter 117 is in the second position, the roller 159 and transport wheel 165 are in a snug or press fit within the second transition path 112 to grip the ticket and drive it along the second transition path 112. The arrangement improves the clamping force and the driving force of the first conveying roller 151 and the second conveying roller 161 to the lottery when the first conveying passage 108 and the second transition passage 112 are communicated.
It should be noted that in other embodiments of the present invention, when the switch 117 is located at the second position, the roller 159 and the conveying wheel 165 are opposite and spaced a set distance, and the set distance is smaller than the thickness of the lottery ticket, so that the roller 159 and the conveying wheel 165 can generate a clamping force for the lottery ticket. The present embodiment is not limited as long as the first conveying roller 151 and the second conveying roller 161 can reliably clamp the lottery ticket to move when the reversing member 117 is located at the second position.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in the present embodiment, the first conveyor roller 151 includes two rollers 159, and the support shaft 153 includes a first shaft section 155 connected between the two rollers 159; the plurality of guide plates comprises two first guide plates 129, the reversing element 117 further comprises a connecting portion 139 connected between the two first guide plates 129, the two first guide plates 129 and the connecting portion 139 together supporting the first shaft section 155, wherein the connecting portion 139 is provided with a guide surface 141, and the guide surface 141 forms part of the second transport surface 121. The provision of the connecting portion 139 not only improves the supporting strength of the first conveying roller 151, but also improves the smoothness of the movement of the sheet-like medium along the second transition path 112.
Specifically, the lottery ticket moves in the second transition passage 112 along the length direction of the second transition passage 112, the connecting portion 139 is arranged in the center with respect to the width direction of the second transition passage 112, and the two rollers 159 are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the connecting portion 139. The arrangement enables the lottery tickets in the second transition passage 112 to keep moving direction all the time under the driving of the first conveying roller 151 and the second conveying roller 161, so as to avoid deflection, thereby further improving the smoothness of the movement of the lottery tickets through the second transition passage 112.
Referring to fig. 7, in the embodiment, the supporting shaft 153 further includes two second shaft segments 157, the two second shaft segments 157 are respectively connected to ends of the two rollers 159, which are far away from the first shaft segment 155, the plurality of guide plates further include two second guide plates 131, and the two second guide plates 131 respectively support the two second shaft segments 157. The arrangement is such that each roller 159 is located between a pair of first guide plates 129 and second guide plates 131, and the support shaft 153 is supported by the two first guide plates 129, the two second guide plates 131, and the connecting portion 139, further improving the support strength of the first conveyor roller 151 by the diverter 117.
Optionally, the first shaft section 155 and the two second shaft sections 157 are integrally formed, and the two rollers 159 are rotatably or fixedly sleeved on the supporting shaft 153. In other embodiments of the present invention, the support shaft 153 and the two rollers 159 are integrally formed by an injection molding process.
Specifically, referring to fig. 7, the two second guide plates 131 are both provided with first open slots 145, the two first guide plates 129 and the connecting portion 139 are jointly provided with second open slots 147, the two second shaft sections 157 respectively penetrate through the openings of the corresponding first open slots 145 and are embedded in the first open slots 145, and the first shaft sections 155 penetrate through the openings of the second open slots 147 and are embedded in the second open slots 147; the first conveying assembly 149 further includes two pressing plates (not shown) respectively connected to the two second guide plates 131 by fasteners, and respectively closing the openings of the two first opening grooves 145. The installation of first conveying roller 151 of being convenient for is so set up, has improved the maintenance efficiency to first conveying roller 151. In this embodiment, the pressing plates are spaced from the second shaft sections 157 embedded in the corresponding first opening grooves 145, and the first conveying assembly 149 further includes two pressing springs (not shown), the two pressing springs respectively and elastically abut between the two second shaft sections 157 and the corresponding pressing plates, and the pressing springs are used for enabling the rollers 159 to always have a movement tendency of being matched with the conveying wheels 165. The arrangement is such that the first shaft section 155 is floatably inserted into the second opening groove 147 and the second shaft section 157 is floatably inserted into the first opening groove 145, so that when the reversing member 117 is located at the second position, the first transporting roller 151 and the second transporting roller 161 can generate enough clamping force for the lottery ticket therebetween to reliably drive the lottery ticket to move. In other embodiments of the present invention, the size of the first opening groove 145 is adapted to the outer diameter of the second shaft section 157, the size of the second opening groove 147 is adapted to the outer diameter of the first shaft section 155, so that the first shaft section 155 is embedded in the second opening groove 147, and the rotation of the reversing element 117 can be relied on to press the roller 159 of the first conveying roller 151 against the conveying wheel 165 of the second conveying roller 161, so that the first conveying roller 151 and the second conveying roller 161 can generate sufficient clamping force for the lottery ticket. The present embodiment is not limited to the installation form of the first transporting roller 151 as long as the first transporting roller 151 and the second transporting roller 161 can be reliably engaged.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in the present embodiment, the pressing portions 143 in the shape of circular arcs are disposed on the second end surfaces 137 of at least two of the guide plates supporting the supporting shaft 153, the pressing portions 143 are disposed coaxially with the rollers 159, and the diameter of the pressing portions 143 is larger than that of the rollers 159, that is, the pressing portions 143 protrude from the second conveying surface 121. By arranging the pressing part 143 protruding out of the second conveying surface 121 to a height higher than the height of the roller 159 protruding out of the second conveying surface 121, when the first conveying roller 151 and the second conveying roller 161 nip the lottery ticket, the pressing part 143 adjacent to the roller 159 can press the lottery ticket against the conveying wheel 165 of the second conveying roller 161, and the pressure between the conveying wheel 165 and the lottery ticket is increased, so that the driving force of the first conveying roller 151 on the lottery ticket is increased.
In this embodiment, the pressing portions 143 are disposed on the second end surfaces 137 of the two first guide plates 129 and the second end surfaces 137 of the two second guide plates 131, so that each roller 159 is located between two adjacent pressing portions 143. This arrangement further enhances the driving force of the first transporting roller 151 against the lottery ticket when the direction changing member 117 is located at the second position. In other embodiments, only the second end surfaces 137 of the two second guide plates 131 are provided with the pressing portions 143, i.e., the two rollers 159 are located between the two pressing portions 143.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments of the present invention, the plurality of guide plates may include a plurality of first guide plates 129 and a plurality of second guide plates 131 for jointly supporting the supporting shaft 153, wherein the number of the first guide plates 129 and the number of the second guide plates 131 may be set according to requirements, and the present embodiment is not limited thereto.
Alternatively, a plurality of third guide plates 133 may be further included among the plurality of guide plates, and the plurality of third guide plates 133 may be arranged at both sides of the first conveying roller 151 in the axial direction thereof. The arrangement is such that the lottery ticket can be reliably introduced between the first and second transfer rollers 151 and 161 by the guide of the third guide plate 133. The number of the third guide plates 133 may be set as required, and in the present embodiment, it is exemplarily given that the number of the third guide plates 133 is four, and the four third guide plates 133 are symmetrically arranged at both sides of the first conveying roller 151 in the axial direction thereof.
Optionally, referring to fig. 7 and 8, the reversing element 117 further includes a frame body 125 fixedly sleeved on the rotating shaft 123, all the guide plates are disposed on the frame body 125 at intervals and integrally formed with the frame body 125, wherein the frame body 125 is provided with a connecting surface 127 coinciding with the second conveying surface 121, and the connecting surface 127 is connected to the second end surfaces 137 of all the guide plates. This arrangement not only improves the overall strength of the diverter 117, but further improves the smoothness of the lottery ticket moving along the second transition passage 112.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a sheet-like medium conveying apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 9, in order to realize that the reversing element 117 rotates between the first position and the second position, in this embodiment, the sheet medium conveying device 100 further includes a driving mechanism 169, the driving mechanism 169 includes a reversing motor (not shown), a transmission member 171, a cam 174, and an elastic member (not shown), the reversing motor is disposed on the frame 101, the transmission member 171 includes a connecting portion 172 and an abutting portion 173 that are disposed at an interval, the connecting portion 172 is fixedly connected to the reversing element 117, the cam 174 is in transmission connection with the reversing motor, and the cam 174 can abut against the abutting portion 173; when the reversing motor drives the cam 174 to rotate, the cam 174 drives the connecting part 172 through the abutting part 173 to drive the reversing piece 117 to rotate to one of the first position and the second position; the elastic member is connected between the frame 101 and the transmission member 171, and is used for enabling the transmission member 171 to always have a movement tendency of driving the reversing member 117 to rotate to the other of the first position and the second position. Illustratively, when the reversing motor drives the cam 174 to rotate, the cam 174 drives the connecting portion 172 to drive the reversing element 117 to rotate to the second position through the abutting portion 173, and the elastic element is used for enabling the transmission member 171 to always have a movement tendency to drive the reversing element 117 to rotate to the first position. Specifically, the transmission member 171 has a rod shape, and the connecting portion 172 and the abutting portion 173 are respectively disposed at both ends of the transmission member 171 in the length direction thereof.
Specifically, the rack 101 further includes a first side wall 113 and a second side wall 115 that are disposed opposite to each other and at an interval, the first channel plate 102, the second channel plate 103, the first guide plate 104, the second guide plate 106, the frame body 125 of the reversing element 117, and all the guide plates are disposed between the first side wall 113 and the second side wall 115, the rotating shaft 123 of the reversing element 117 is respectively inserted into the first side wall 113 and the second side wall 115 and is supported by the first side wall 113 and the second side wall 115, the transmission element 171, the cam 174, and the second elastic element are disposed on a side of the second side wall 115 that is away from the first side wall 113, and the first end of the transmission element 171 is fixedly connected to an end of the rotating shaft 123 that extends out of the second side wall 115. The arrangement reasonably utilizes the installation space on the two sides of the second side wall 115, and is beneficial to improving the structural compactness of the sheet medium conveying device 100.
Fig. 10 is a schematic partial structural view of the sheet-like medium conveying device 100 according to another embodiment of the present invention when the reversing element 117 is located at the first position, and fig. 11 is a schematic partial structural view of the sheet-like medium conveying device 100 according to another embodiment of the present invention when the reversing element 117 is located at the second position. Optionally, referring to fig. 10 and 11, the sheet-like medium conveying device 100 further includes a second conveying assembly 175 and a second motor 180, the second conveying assembly 175 includes a third conveying roller 177 and a fourth conveying roller 179, the third conveying roller 177 is rotatably disposed on the reversing member 117 and partially protrudes from the first conveying surface 119, and the fourth conveying roller 179 is rotatably disposed on the frame 101 and partially protrudes from the first guide surface 105; when the diverter 117 is in the first position, the third conveyor roller 177 and the fourth conveyor roller 179 cooperate; when the direction changer 117 is located at the second position, the third conveying roller 177 is separated from the fourth conveying roller 179; the second motor 180 is drivingly connected to one of the third transport roller 177 and the fourth transport roller 179, and is used for driving the sheet-like medium clamped by the third transport roller 177 and the fourth transport roller 179 to move along the first transition path 111. The arrangement of the third conveying roller 177 and the fourth conveying roller 179 increases the driving force for the lottery ticket entering the first transition passage 111, and further improves the smoothness of the lottery ticket moving through the reversing member 117.
Optionally, with continued reference to fig. 10 and fig. 11, the rack 101 may further include a second conveying passage 109 and a third conveying passage 110 as needed, the reversing element 117 is disposed at an intersection of the first conveying passage 108, the second conveying passage 109, and the third conveying passage 110, when the reversing element 117 is located at the first position, the first transition passage 111 communicates the first conveying passage 108 and the second conveying passage 109, and one end of the reversing element 117 close to the first conveying passage 108 is inserted into the second guide plate 106 to block communication between the first conveying passage 108 and the third conveying passage 110; when the reversing member 117 is located at the second position, the second transition passage 112 communicates with the first conveying passage 108 and the third conveying passage 110, and one end of the reversing member 117 near the first conveying passage 108 is inserted into the first guide plate 104 to block communication between the first conveying passage 108 and the second conveying passage 109. When the reversing piece 117 is located at the first position and the delivery device 213 is located at the ticket receiving position, the sheet-like medium conveying device 100 can be opposite to one of the plurality of ticket discharging devices 211, so that the lottery tickets output by the ticket discharging devices 211 can sequentially enter the first conveying channel 108 through the second conveying channel 109 and the first transition channel 111; when the reversing member 117 is located at the second position and the delivering device 213 is located at the recovering position, the third transporting passage 110 is communicated with the inlet of the recovering box 219, so that the lottery tickets in the first transporting passage 108 can be returned to the recovering box 219 through the second transition passage 112 and the third transporting passage 110 in sequence.
In this embodiment, the lottery selling machine 200 further includes at least one of a banknote receiving device 225, a barcode scanning device 227, a printing device 229 and a certificate card recognition device 231, wherein the banknote receiving device 225 can be used for receiving the banknotes of the user when the user purchases the lottery, the barcode scanning device 227 can be used for scanning the barcode to complete the payment or obtain the lottery information, the printing device 229 can be used for printing the transaction certificate for retention, and the certificate card recognition device 231 can recognize the identity card or the bank card to assist the ticket taking operation.
To sum up, the embodiment of the present invention provides a thin slice medium conveying device 100 and a lottery vending machine 200, the cooperation of the first conveying roller 151 and the second conveying roller 161 increases the driving force of the thin slice medium that turns into the second transition passage 112 from the first conveying passage 108 or turns into the first conveying passage 108 from the second transition passage 112, and improves the smoothness of the thin slice medium moving when the reversing piece 117 turns.

Claims (10)

1. The sheet medium conveying device is characterized by comprising a rack, a reversing piece, a first conveying assembly and a first motor, wherein the rack is provided with a first conveying channel, a first guide surface and a second guide surface which form an included angle; the reversing piece is positioned between the first guide surface and the second guide surface and is movably connected with the rack, and the reversing piece is provided with a first conveying surface and a second conveying surface which form an included angle; a first transition channel is formed between the first guide surface and the first conveying surface, a second transition channel is formed between the second guide surface and the second conveying surface, the conveying direction of the second transition channel forms an included angle with the conveying direction of the first conveying channel, and the reversing piece is used for alternatively communicating the first transition channel and the second transition channel with the first conveying channel; the first conveying assembly comprises a first conveying roller and a second conveying roller, the first conveying roller is arranged on the reversing piece and partially protrudes out of the second conveying surface, and the second conveying roller is arranged on the rack and partially protrudes out of the second guide surface; the reversing piece can move relative to the rack and is provided with a first position and a second position, when the reversing piece is located at the first position, the first transition channel is communicated with the first conveying channel, and the first conveying roller is separated from the second conveying roller; when the reversing piece is located at the second position, the second transition channel is communicated with the first conveying channel, and the first conveying roller is matched with the second conveying roller; the first motor is in transmission connection with one of the first conveying roller and the second conveying roller and is used for driving the sheet-like medium clamped by the first conveying roller and the second conveying roller to move along the second transition channel.

The sheet-like medium conveying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the second conveying surface has a first end and a second end in a moving direction of the sheet-like medium, the first end is disposed adjacent to the first conveying path, the first conveying roller is disposed adjacent to the second end, the reversing member is rotatably connected to the frame, and a rotation axis of the reversing member is located between the first end and the second end and is disposed parallel to and spaced from an axis of the first conveying roller.

The sheet-like medium conveying device according to claim 1, wherein the reversing member includes a rotating shaft and a plurality of guide plates fixedly disposed on the rotating shaft and arranged at intervals in an axial direction of the rotating shaft, each of the guide plates includes a first end surface and a second end surface, the first end surfaces of the plurality of guide plates form the first conveying surface, and the second end surfaces of the plurality of guide plates form the second conveying surface; the first conveying roller comprises a supporting shaft and a roller arranged on the supporting shaft, and the supporting shaft is supported by at least two guide plates together; the roller wheel protrudes out of the second conveying surface to be matched with the second conveying roller.

The sheet-like medium conveying apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the first conveying roller includes two of the rollers, and the supporting shaft includes a first shaft segment connected between the two of the rollers; a plurality of including two first deflector in the deflector, the switching-over piece is still including connecting in two connecting portion between the first deflector, two first deflector with connecting portion support jointly first shaft segment, wherein, connecting portion are equipped with the spigot surface, the spigot surface forms a part of second transport surface.

The sheet-like medium conveying device according to claim 4, wherein the supporting shaft further includes two second shaft sections, the two second shaft sections are respectively connected to ends of the two rollers, which are far away from the first shaft section, and the plurality of guide plates further includes two second guide plates, and the two second guide plates respectively support the two second shaft sections.

The sheet medium conveying device according to claim 3, wherein the second end surfaces of at least two of the guide plates supporting the support shaft are provided with pressing portions in an arc shape, the pressing portions are arranged coaxially with the rollers, and diameters of the pressing portions are larger than diameters of the rollers.
