Description

本实用新型涉及一种保护眼睛的多功能眼镜片。
为了使机动车司机在强光或弱光环境下看清物体,避免肇事,研制多功能的安全适用的眼镜是十分必要的。我国专利91212649.3所提供的《安全驾驶眼镜片》,将SnO2和SiO-NiO或MgF2等物质镀在普通镜片上,形成二层复合镀膜,既有“衰减刺目光”功能,又有弱光中“增视”能力,不是一种新型的眼镜。但尚不能消除视觉瞬盲期,由于对兰、紫、绿光反射率过高,影响对景物颜色的分辨;MgF2属于软膜,不够牢固。
本实用新型的目的是采用新膜系,制成适用于机动车司机在强光或弱光下看清物体,既消除视觉瞬盲期,又能分辨景物颜色的多功能眼镜片。
本实用新型的技术方案:
在普通光学眼镜片上交替镀上TiO2-ZrO2混合物膜和SiO2膜,其中TiO2-ZrO2混合物的质量比为5:3,共镀三层,SiO2镀二层,各层膜厚均为90-100nm。为增强膜系的牢固性,也可以在最外层镀一层膜厚为200nm的SiO2,起保护膜作用。

1、一种多功能眼镜片,由普通光学眼镜片(1)和多层无机电介质膜系(2)、(3)组成,其特征是在镜片上交替镀上TiO2-ZrO2混合物膜和SiO2膜,形成多层膜系。
2、如权利要求1所述的多功能眼镜片,其特征是TiO2-ZrO2混合物的重量组成比例为5:3,共镀三层,SiO2镀二层,各膜层厚度为90-100nm。
