Abstract

本实用新型揭示了一种全天候防紫外防眩光安全眼镜,由镜架,基片和多层光学干涉薄膜组成。基片为变色镜片,镜片上的多层光学干涉薄膜呈金属与电介质的混合结构,且各膜层厚度不等。本实用新型完全滤除了紫外线,部分滤除了眩目的紫、蓝、绿光,保留了较高的黄光透射率。在强烈阳光下衰减眩目光的程度可随光的强度变化,在防眩光的同时,既具有适当的增视效果,又有防止眼睛疲劳的作用。在眩光下,仍能看清前方车辆和道路。

全天侯防紫外防眩光安全眼镜
本实用新型涉及一种安全滤光眼镜,特别是涉及一种全天侯防紫外防眩光安全眼镜。
现有的安全滤光眼镜尽管能衰减刺目光,如CN2177957Y所揭示的“多功能眼镜片”,CN2092766U揭示的“安全驾驶眼镜片”。但其通常仅适用于夜间,在白天的强烈阳光下无特别效果。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能完全滤除紫外线,又部分滤除眩目光的全天侯防紫外防眩光安全眼镜。
本实用新型的任务是这样实现的:由镜架,基片和多层光学干涉薄膜组成全天侯防紫外防眩光安全眼镜。基片为变色镜片,镜片上的多层光学干涉薄膜呈金属与电介质的混合结构,且各膜层厚度不等。
本实用新型的进一步任务是这样实现的:由镜架,基片和多层光学干涉薄膜组成全天侯防紫外防眩光安全眼镜。多层光学干涉薄膜的膜层厚度最薄为10~30nm,最厚为100nm左右。
由于本实用新型采用了变色镜片作为基片,使防紫外线的能力大大提高,在白天的强烈阳光下衰减眩目光的程度能随光的强度变化,有较好的滤光效果;
镜片上的多层光学干涉薄膜采用了金属与电介质的混合结构,且各膜层厚度不等,既可部分滤除眩目的紫,蓝,绿光,又可保留较高的黄光透射率。在防眩光的同时,具有适当的增视效果,和防止眼睛疲劳的作用。在眩光下,仍能看清前方车辆和道路,适用于广大汽车驾驶员,以及其他人员。

                     实施例
由镜架1,基片和多层光学干涉薄膜组成的一种全天侯防紫外防眩光安全眼镜。基片采用普通的变色镜片2,镜片上设有多层光学干涉薄膜,为金属与电介质的混合结构3。且各膜层厚度不等。在白天的强烈阳光下,变色镜片衰减眩目光的程度能随光的强度变化,其防紫外线,防眩光的效果远优于普通太阳镜;而在夜间,变色镜片恢复到通常的透明度,并与多层光学干涉薄膜一起构成夜视镜。此时,其除了具有防紫外线,防眩光功能和防止眼疲劳的作用外,由于保留了约80%的黄光透视率,部分保留了绿蓝光,还具有一定的增视效果。在眩光下,仍能看清前方车辆和道路。镜片上设置的干涉薄膜膜层厚度最薄仅为10~30nm,最厚可达100nm左右。

1.一种由镜架(1),基片和多层光学干涉薄膜组成的全天侯防紫外防眩光安全眼镜,其特征在于所述的基片为变色镜片(2),变色镜片(2)上的多层光学干涉薄膜呈金属与电介质的混合结构(3),且各膜层厚度不等。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全天侯防紫外防眩光安全眼镜,其特征在于所述的膜层厚度最薄为10~30nm,最厚为100nm左右。
