SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
An object of this application embodiment is to provide a lawn mower, aim at solving the problem of how to improve the security and the reliability of the first connector and the second connector connection of lawn mower.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the application is as follows:
there is provided a lawn mower comprising:
a fuselage body having an installation cavity;
the cutter head module comprises a cutter head cover, a connecting seat and a cutter assembly, and at least part of the cutter assembly is accommodated in the cutter head cover; one end of the connecting seat is connected with the cutter head cover, and the other end of the connecting seat is positioned in the mounting cavity and detachably connected with the machine body main body; the cutter head cover, the connecting seat and the inner wall of the mounting cavity are limited together to form a protection area;
the first connector is electrically connected with the machine body main body and is contained in the protection region; and
and the second connector is electrically connected with the cutter assembly and is contained in the protection section, and the second connector is detachably inserted in the first connector.
In some embodiments, the body main body includes a housing, the mounting cavity is located in the housing, and the housing covers the connecting seat through the mounting cavity and is detachably connected to the connecting seat.
In some embodiments, the cover abuts a surface of the cutter head cover.
In some embodiments, a threading notch is formed in the surface of the cover shell, which is abutted against the cutter head cover, and the threading notch is communicated with the protection zone; the lawn mower further comprises a first lead, the first lead penetrates through the threading notch, one end of the first lead is connected to the mower body, and the other end of the first lead is connected to the first connector.
In some embodiments, the housing includes a top plate and a surrounding plate, the surrounding plate is sleeved outside the connecting seat, the top plate is connected to one end of the surrounding plate away from the cutter head cover, and the protective region is formed among the connecting seat, the surrounding plate and the cutter head cover.
In some embodiments, the enclosing plate comprises an enclosing part and a protruding part, the enclosing part is sleeved outside the connecting seat, and the protruding part is arranged on one side of the enclosing part, which faces away from the connecting seat; the installation cavity is including being located enclose first cavity in the portion of closing and being located second cavity in the bellying, the bellying is equipped with the orientation the first opening of connecting seat and orientation the second opening of cutter head cover, the second cavity passes through first opening with first cavity intercommunication, the connecting seat covers at least part first opening, the cutter head cover covers the second opening, with form in the second cavity between the guard interval.
In some embodiments, the shape of the second cavity is adapted to the outer shape of the first and second connectors.
In some embodiments, the lawn mower further includes a second wire, a surface of the connecting seat facing the enclosing portion is provided with a groove, the groove is located on a side of the connecting seat away from the cutter head cover, the groove is communicated with the second cavity through the first opening, one end of the second wire is connected with the second connector, and the other end of the second wire penetrates into the groove through the first opening and penetrates through a groove bottom of the groove to be connected with the cutter assembly.
In some embodiments, the main body further includes a vehicle body, a swing mechanism and a rotating arm, the swing mechanism is disposed on the vehicle body, one end of the rotating arm is connected to the swing mechanism, the other end of the rotating arm is rotatably connected to the housing, and the first connector is electrically connected to the swing mechanism.
In some embodiments, the cutter assembly comprises a cutter and a cutter head driver, the cutter is accommodated in the cutter head cover, and the cutter head driver is accommodated in the connecting seat and is in transmission connection with the cutter so as to drive the cutter to rotate; the second connector is electrically connected with the cutter head driver.
The beneficial effect of this application lies in: through set up the installation cavity in the fuselage main part, the cutter head cover, the inner wall of connecting seat and installation cavity forms the protection interval jointly to all set up first connector and second connector in the protection interval, and first connector electrical property grafting second connector, thereby avoid first connector and second connector to suffer the erosion of external factors such as rainwater or dust, improved reliability and security that first connector and second connector are connected. And the inner walls of the cutter head cover, the connecting seat and the mounting cavity are jointly limited to form a protection area, after the connecting seat is detached from the machine body, the cutter head cover can be opened to form the protection area, so that the first connector and the second connector are exposed outside, and the first connector and the second connector can be conveniently detached or plugged.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" or "disposed on" another element, it can be directly on the other element or be indirectly on the other element. When an element is referred to as being "connected to" another element, it can be directly or indirectly connected to the other element. The terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", and the like indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description, but do not indicate or imply that the referred devices or elements must have a specific orientation, be constructed in a specific orientation, and operate, and thus are not to be construed as limiting the present application, and the specific meanings of the above terms may be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations. Currently, some lawn mowers have a cutterhead module and a body that are electrically connected by first and second pluggable connectors.
However, in order to facilitate the insertion of the first connector and the second connector when the cutter head module and the machine body are assembled, the first connector and the second connector are directly exposed outside the machine body and the cutter head module, and are easily corroded by external factors such as rainwater and dust, and are not effectively protected, so that the reliability and safety of the connection of the first connector and the second connector are insufficient.
Therefore, the embodiment of the application provides a mower, which can improve the connection reliability and safety of a first connector and a second connector.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present application provides a lawn mower 100, which includes a body 10, a cutter module 20, a first connector 411, and a second connector 412 capable of being plugged into and mated with the first connector 411.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, optionally, the main body 10 has a mounting cavity 131; one end of the mounting cavity 131 has an opening to allow other structures to be inserted into the mounting cavity 131 through the opening. Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the opening of the mounting cavity 131 is disposed downward, that is, the opening of the mounting cavity 131 is disposed toward the ground when the lawn mower 100 performs a mowing operation, and the mounting cavity 131 only has the opening toward the ground.
The cutter head module 20 comprises a cutter head cover 22, a connecting seat 21 and a cutter assembly 23, wherein at least part of the cutter assembly 23 is accommodated in the cutter head cover 22; one end of the connecting base 21 is connected with the cutter head cover 22, and the other end of the connecting base 21 is positioned in the mounting cavity 131 and detachably connected with the machine body 10; referring to fig. 4, the cutter cover 22, the connecting seat 21 and the inner wall of the mounting cavity 131 together define a protection region 132. In this embodiment, the connecting base 21 is in a column shape and is disposed in a hollow interior, one end of the connecting base 21 is connected to the cutter head cover 22, and the other end of the connecting base 21 is inserted into the mounting cavity 131 and detachably connected to the body 10. The blade guard 22 is located at the opening of the mounting cavity 131 and at least partially covers the opening of the mounting cavity 131.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the first connector 411 is electrically connected to the main body 10 and is accommodated in the protection region 132; the second connector 412 is electrically connected to the tool assembly 23 and is received in the protection region 132. The second connector 412 is detachably attached to the first connector 411. Alternatively, the first connector 411 is a plug and is connected to one end of a wire, and the other end of the wire is electrically connected to the body 10. The second connector 412 is a socket and is connected to one end of another wire, the other end of which is electrically connected to the cutter element 23. The first connector 411 and the second connector 412 are electrically connected to each other to electrically connect the two wires. It is understood that in other embodiments, the first connector 411 may be a socket and the second connector 412 may be a plug, which is not limited herein and may be selected according to the actual situation. Optionally, the first connector 411 and the second connector 412 are both waterproof connectors to further improve the waterproof performance.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the installation cavity 131 is formed in the main body 10, the cutter cover 22, the connection seat 21 and the inner wall of the installation cavity 131 together form a protection region 132, the first connector 411 and the second connector 412 are both disposed in the protection region 132, and the first connector 411 is electrically connected to the second connector 412, so that the first connector 411 and the second connector 412 are prevented from being corroded by external factors such as rain or dust, and the safety and reliability of connection between the first connector 411 and the second connector 412 are improved. When the connecting section 21 is detached from the body 10, the cutter cover 22 can open the protection section 132 to expose the first connector 41 and the second connector 42 to the outside, thereby facilitating the insertion of the first connector 41 and the second connector 42 or the detachment of the first connector 41 and the second connector 42.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in some embodiments, the main body 10 includes a housing 13, the mounting cavity 131 is located in the housing 13, and the housing 13 is covered outside the connecting seat 21 through the mounting cavity 131 and is detachably connected to the connecting seat 21. Alternatively, the housing 13 is made of a plastic material, and the plastic material is integrally formed with the housing 13 through an injection molding process.
It can be understood that, can realize dismantling through buckle structure between connecting seat 21 and the housing 13 and be connected, for example set up first buckle at the inner wall of installation cavity 131, and set up the second buckle with first buckle adaptation at the surface of connecting seat 21, after connecting seat 21 inserted installation cavity 131, first buckle lock joint second buckle to realize the dismantled connection of connecting seat 21 and housing 13, can improve the convenience that blade disc module 20 dismantled or installed.
Referring to fig. 5, the connecting base 21 and the housing 13 are detachably connected by a fastener 115. Fastener 115 is fastening bolt, and fastening bolt's one end has seted up the external screw thread, has seted up fastening hole 116 on the housing 13, correspond the position of fastening hole 116 on connecting seat 21 and seted up the screw hole 117 with the external screw thread adaptation, fastening bolt's screw thread end is worn to establish fastening hole 116 and the lock by screw in the screw hole 117 of connecting seat 21 to connecting seat 21 and cover subassembly 141's detachable connection has been realized.
Optionally, a hand nut is fixedly connected to an end of the fastener 115 exposed outside the housing 13, and a user can unscrew the fastener 115 by hand without using an external tool by screwing the nut by hand, which is convenient to operate.
Alternatively, the number of the fastening bolts may be plural, and the plural fastening bolts may be arranged at intervals in the vertical direction. Correspondingly, a plurality of fastening holes 116 are provided, and each fastening hole 116 is arranged at intervals in sequence along the vertical direction. Threaded holes 117 are formed in the positions, corresponding to the fastening holes 116, of the connecting seat 21, the number of the fastening bolts is matched with the number of the fastening holes 116, the fastening bolts are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and namely the threaded ends of the fastening bolts are screwed in the threaded holes 117 respectively. By providing a plurality of fastening bolts, the reliability of the connection socket 21 and the jacket assembly 141 can be improved. In this embodiment, the number of the fastening members 115 is two, and in other embodiments, the number of the fastening members may also be three or more, which is not limited herein and may be selected according to actual situations.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in some embodiments, the cover 13 abuts against a surface of the cutter head cover 22. Accordingly, the cutter cover 22 can cover the guard section 132 at the opening of the attachment cavity 131 to form a completely closed guard section 132, and the protection performance of the guard section 132 can be further improved. It can be understood that, by opening the abutment between the cutter head cover 22 and the cover case 13, the first connector 411 and the second connector 412 can be placed in the guard section 132, or the first connector 411 and the second connector 412 can be taken out from the guard section 132, which improves the convenience of mounting or dismounting the first connector 411 and the second connector 412.
Of course, in other embodiments, due to problems such as assembly or manufacturing precision, the cover 13 may not contact the surface of the cutter cover 22, for example, the cover 13 is slightly clearance-fitted to the surface of the cutter cover 22, so that the shielding region 132 can still provide good shielding for the first connector 411 and the second connector 412 due to the shielding effect of the cover 13.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, in some embodiments, a threading notch 51 is formed in a surface of the housing 13, which is opposite to the cutter head cover 22, and the threading notch 51 is communicated with the protection zone 132; the lawn mower 100 further includes a first wire 41, the first wire 41 is inserted into the threading notch 51, one end of the first wire 41 is connected to the main body 10, and the other end of the first wire 41 is connected to the first connector 411. It will be appreciated that the threading notch 51 is located at the edge of the housing 13 to facilitate removal of the first conductor 41 from the housing 13 and removal of the first connector 411 from the shielded area 132 when the cutterhead module 20 is removed.
In this embodiment, the shape of the threading notch 51 is adapted to the shape of the first lead 41, so as to reduce the size of the threading notch 51 as much as possible, and avoid the problem that the threading notch 51 is too large and the protection zone 132 is prone to water inflow and dust inflow.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, in some embodiments, the housing 13 includes a top plate 133 and a surrounding plate 135, the surrounding plate 135 is sleeved outside the connecting seat 21, the top plate 133 is connected to an end of the surrounding plate 135 away from the cutter head cover 22, and a protection region 132 is formed between the connecting seat 21, the surrounding plate 135 and the cutter head cover 22. It is understood that the top plate 133 and the enclosing plate 135 together form the mounting cavity 131, the opening of the mounting cavity 131 is located at one end of the enclosing plate 135, the top plate 133 is located at the other end of the enclosing plate 135, and the top plate 133 serves to cover the mounting cavity 131.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, in some embodiments, the enclosing plate 135 includes an enclosing portion 134 and a protruding portion 136, the enclosing portion 134 is sleeved outside the connecting seat 21, the protruding portion 136 is disposed on a side of the enclosing portion 134 away from the connecting seat 21, and the protruding portion 136 is provided with a first opening 1313 facing the connecting seat 21 and a second opening 1314 facing the cutter head cover 22; the mounting cavity 131 includes a first cavity 1311 located in the enclosing portion 134 and a second cavity 1312 located in the protruding portion 136, the second cavity 1312 is communicated with the first cavity 1311 through a first opening 1313, the connecting seat 21 covers at least a portion of the first opening 1313, and the cutter head cover 22 covers the second opening 1314, so as to form a protection region 132 in the second cavity 1312. By forming the guard section 132 in the protruding portion 136, the volume of the enclosure portion 134 can be reduced as much as possible, thereby reducing the overall volume of the housing 13.
Optionally, the enclosure portion 134 includes a front panel 1341, a rear cover 1343, and two oppositely disposed side panels 1342, wherein the front panel 1341 and the rear cover 1343 are oppositely disposed, and the protrusion 136 is disposed on the rear cover 1343. The two sides of each side plate 1342 are respectively connected to the front panel 1341 and the rear panel 1343, so that the enclosing part 134 is arranged in a ring shape as a whole.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, it can be understood that the first connector 411 and the second connector 412 are both located in the second cavity 1312, so that the first connector 411 and the second connector 412 are protected from rain and dust, and the safety of the first connector 411 and the second connector 412 is improved. By separating the blade cover 22, the second opening 1314 can be opened, thereby facilitating the mounting or dismounting maintenance of the first connector 411 and the second connector 412.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, in some embodiments, the shape of the second cavity 1312 is adapted to the shape of the first connector 411 and the second connector 412, so that the first connector 411 and the second connector 412 can be kept stable in the guard space 132 to prevent the first connector 411 and the second connector 412 from shaking in the guard space 132 when the lawn mower 100 is operating.
Referring to fig. 3 and 7, in some embodiments, the lawn mower 100 further includes a second wire 42, a groove 211 is formed on a surface of the connecting base 21 facing the enclosing portion 134, the groove 211 is located on a side of the connecting base 21 away from the cutter head cover 22, the groove 211 is communicated with the second cavity 1312 through a first opening 1313, one end of the second wire 42 is connected to the second connector 412, and the other end of the second wire 42 penetrates through the groove 211 through the first opening 1313 and is connected to the cutter assembly 23 through a groove bottom of the groove 211. By providing the groove 211 on the connection seat 21, the second wire 42 can penetrate into the protection region 132 through the groove 211 to connect the second connector 412, thereby improving the convenience of the arrangement of the second wire 42.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in some embodiments, the main body 10 further includes a body 14, a swing mechanism 11 and a rotating arm 12, the swing mechanism 11 is disposed on the body 14, one end of the rotating arm 12 is connected to the swing mechanism 11, the other end of the rotating arm 12 is rotatably connected to the housing 13, and the first connector 411 is electrically connected to the swing mechanism 11. It can be understood that the swing mechanism 11 is provided with a first threading hole 52, one end of the first wire 41 is connected to the swing mechanism 11 through the first threading hole 52, and the other end of the first wire 41 penetrates into the protection region 132 through the threading notch 51 and is connected to the first connector 411.
In this embodiment, the rotating arm 12 includes two first sub-arms disposed oppositely and two second sub-arms disposed oppositely, and the first sub-arms and the second sub-arms are arranged along the vertical direction, one end of the first two first sub-arms is respectively rotatably connected to the two side plates 1342, and the other end of the two first sub-arms is rotatably connected to the swing mechanism 11. One end of each of the two second sub-arms is rotatably connected to the two side plates 1342, and the other end of each of the two second sub-arms is rotatably connected to the swing mechanism 11.
Referring to fig. 7, it can be understood that the connection seat 21 is provided with a second threading hole 53, the second threading hole 53 is communicated with the inside of the connection seat 21 and located at the bottom of the groove 211, one end of the second wire 42 penetrates the protection section 132 through the groove 211 and is connected to the second connector 412, and the other end of the second wire 42 penetrates the connection seat 21 from the second threading hole 53.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the cutter assembly 23 includes a cutter 232 and a cutter head driver 231, the cutter 232 is accommodated in the cutter head cover 22, and the cutter head driver 231 is accommodated in the connecting seat 21 and is in transmission connection with the cutter 232 to drive the cutter 232 to rotate; the second connector 412 is electrically connected to the deck driver 231 via a second wire 42 to transmit power and control signals to the deck driver 231. Optionally, the deck drive 231 is a drive motor.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the vehicle body 14 includes a front axle 101, a rear axle 102, a girder 103, front wheels 104, and rear wheels 105, the girder 103 extends from the front axle 101 toward the rear axle 102, and one end of the girder 103 is connected to the front axle 101 and the other end of the girder 103 is connected to the rear axle 102. A front wheel 104 is respectively arranged on two sides of the front axle 101, a rear wheel 105 is respectively arranged on two sides of the rear axle 102, and a driving motor is arranged in the rear axle 102 and used for driving the rear wheel 105 to rotate so as to drive the vehicle body 14 to move.
The swing mechanism 11 is mounted on the front axle 101. The swing mechanism 11 is internally provided with a swing driver, and under the driving of the swing driver, the swing mechanism 11 can swing left and right relative to the front axle 101, so as to drive the cutter head module 20 to swing left and right.
