Abstract

本实用新型提供一种软管。该软管包括:软管本体,软管本体由内层TPE胶层、中层TPE层、外层TPE胶层、纤维层和氨纶层构成,内层TPE胶层和中层TPE层之间设置氨纶层,中层TPE胶层和外层TPE胶层之间设置纤维层,纤维层为纤维线绕软管,纤维层螺旋缠绕在中层TPE胶层外,氨纶层由多条氨纶线构成,氨纶层沿内层TPE胶层外长向设置,上述三层TPE胶层和纤维层及氨纶层融合为一体。采用上述结构后的软管由于氨纶线伸缩性强,软管通水膨胀后就会使软管沿长向扩展,使软管大大的增长,而纤维层以纤维线螺旋缠绕方式设置,不会限制软管长向的扩张,且环抱缠绕在软管胶层外又可增强软管的防爆性能,软管断水后就大大的收缩,减小收纳体积,方便收纳。

本实用新型涉及一种软管。
背景技术
软管的用途广泛,为了防止软管爆裂,现有一些软管在软管内、外胶层之间融合一层网格状的纤维网来增加软管的强度,但这种软管不具备长向的扩张性,通水使用时和停水收纳时的长度基本不变,这样软管收纳时体积更大,不方便收纳。
实用新型内容
鉴于现有软管所存在的缺陷,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种长向扩张性较好,便于收纳的软管。
为了实现上述目的,根据本实用新型的一个方面,本实用新型是通过如下技术措施实现的:一种软管,包括:软管本体,所述软管本体由TPE胶层、纤维层和氨纶层构成,所述TPE胶层又由内层TPE胶层、中层TPE层和外层TPE胶层构成,所述内层TPE胶层和中层TPE层之间设置氨纶层,中层TPE胶层和外层TPE胶层之间设置纤维层,所述纤维层为纤维线绕软管,纤维层螺旋缠绕在中层TPE胶层外,所述氨纶层由多条氨纶线构成,氨纶层沿内层TPE胶层外长向设置,所述三层TPE胶层和纤维层及氨纶层融合为一体。
本一种软管在内层TPE胶层外附着有沿软管长向的氨纶线,氨纶线伸缩性强,软管通水膨胀后就会使软管沿长向扩展,使软管大大的增长,而纤维层以纤维线螺旋缠绕方式设置,不会限制软管长向的扩张,且环抱缠绕在软管胶层外又可增强软管的防爆性能,软管断水后就大大的收缩。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:增加了软管长向扩张性,便于软管的收纳。

本实施例提供的软管在内层TPE胶层1外附着有沿软管长向的氨纶线,氨纶线伸缩性强,软管通水膨胀后就会使软管沿长向扩展,使软管大大的增长,而纤维层4以纤维线螺旋缠绕方式设置,不会限制软管长向的扩张,且环抱缠绕在软管胶层外又可增强软管的防爆性能,软管断水后就大大的收缩,减小收纳体积,方便收纳。
