The water level control system of the traditional electric appliance equipment, such as the water level control structure between the main water tank and the auxiliary water tank in the humidifier or the garment steamer, is often complex and is not accurate enough to control the water level.
Therefore, the utility model provides an electrical equipment, electrical equipment includes a valve body component, valve body component can realize controlling the water level in the water tank comparatively accurately through comparatively simple reliable structure.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment, the structure of an embodiment of an electrical apparatus 100 according to the present invention is shown in the drawings, where the electrical apparatus 100 may be a humidifier, a steamer, or other water level control system having a first cavity 102 and a second cavity 103, and supplying water to the second cavity 103 through the first cavity 102. In the prior art, in particular, in the present embodiment, the electrical apparatus 100 includes a housing 101 and a valve body assembly 10, wherein the housing 101 forms a first receiving cavity 102 and a second receiving cavity 103 distributed in a transverse direction. The valve body assembly 10 is disposed between the first volume 102 and the second volume 103.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, the description about the direction and the orientation is only directed to the state of the electrical apparatus 100 in normal use after the installation is completed, and does not include the state of the electrical apparatus 100 in the processes of production, transportation, installation, sale, and the like. In the present embodiment, the up-down direction means a direction substantially parallel to the gravity. The lateral direction means a direction substantially perpendicular to the up-down direction.
In an embodiment, the electrical apparatus 100 is a humidifier, an atomizer is disposed in the second cavity 103, and the first cavity 102 supplies water to the second cavity 103 through the valve body assembly 10, so that the water level in the second cavity 103 is controlled within a certain range, which is beneficial to the operation of the atomizer. In the conventional humidifier, the first cavity 102 and the second cavity 103 are distributed up and down, and in the present embodiment, the first cavity 102 and the second cavity 103 are distributed at intervals in the transverse direction. In the prior art, the first cavity 102 and the second cavity 103 are generally distributed in the vertical direction, and in the present invention, the position relationship between the first cavity 102 and the second cavity 103 is distributed at intervals in the horizontal direction, please refer to fig. 1, in which the valve body assembly 10 is in the open state, and the direction of water flow when the first cavity 102 replenishes water into the second cavity 103 is shown in the figure. In this embodiment, in order to realize first appearance chamber 102 to the second holds the chamber 103 moisturizing, and realizes right the comparatively accurate control of the second appearance intracavity 103 water level, the utility model also provides a valve body subassembly 10.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in the present invention, the valve body assembly 10 is installed between the first receiving chamber 102 and the second receiving chamber 103, so that the first receiving chamber 102 is replenished with water to the second receiving chamber 103 through the valve body assembly 10. In an embodiment, a partition 104 is disposed between the first cavity 102 and the second cavity 103, a specific structure of the partition 104 is not limited, as long as the partition is used for partitioning the first cavity 102 and the second cavity 103 and communicating the first cavity 102 and the second cavity 103 through a through hole on the partition 104, and the valve body assembly 10 is mounted on the partition 104 and is inserted into the through hole. It is understood that in other embodiments, the valve body assembly 10 may be installed in various ways as long as the first cavity 102 is replenished with water to the second cavity 103 through the valve body assembly 10, and the water level of the second cavity 103 is controlled through the valve body assembly 10.
With continued reference to fig. 1 to 3, in the present embodiment, the valve body assembly 10 includes a first valve body component 11 and a second valve body component 12, the first valve body component 11 is formed with a passage 13, and the passage 13 is used for communicating a first chamber 102 and a second chamber 103. The second valve body part 12 is rotatably arranged relative to the first valve body part 11, the second valve body part 12 comprises a float 121 and a sealing element 122, the float 121 is used for ascending and descending along with the water level change of the second containing cavity 103, the sealing element 122 rotates between a first working position and a second working position along with the ascending and descending of the float 121, the sealing element 122 seals the channel 13 in the first working position, and the channel 13 is opened in the second working position.
In the embodiment provided by the present invention, the specific shape of the channel 13 is not limited as long as the first cavity 102 and the second cavity 103 can be communicated with each other. In some cases, the stored water in the first cavity 102 flows to the second cavity 103 through the passage 13 to supply water to the second cavity 103, so as to raise the water level in the second cavity 103. A water consuming component in the second cavity 103, such as an atomizing device in a humidifier or a steam generator in a steamer, consumes water in the second cavity 103, so that the water level in the second cavity 103 is lowered. The specific structural material of the float 121 is not limited, and may be, for example, a hollow rubber ball, a silica gel ball, or a light material with a large buoyancy, such as a foam member. The buoyancy of the float 121 changes with the change of the water level in the second cavity 103, and the rise and fall of the water level in the second cavity 103 drives the float 121 to rise and fall.
In this embodiment, please refer to fig. 1, the first valve body is rotatably disposed, and the first valve body is not limited in a rotation installation manner, for example, the first valve body may be rotatably fixed to the housing 101, and may also be rotatably fixed to the second valve body. Because the sealing element 122 and the float 121 are both installed on the second valve body, the lifting of the float 121 drives the second valve body to rotate, and further drives the sealing element 122 to rotate, so that the position changes. Specifically, when the water level in the second cavity 103 rises to a certain level, for example, a first level, the float 121 rises, and drives the sealing member 122 to rotate to the first working position, and the passage 13 is blocked. At this time, the water in the first cavity 102 no longer flows to the second cavity 103, if the water consumption component in the second cavity 103 works, the water level in the second cavity 103 will be reduced, when the water level in the second cavity 103 is reduced to a certain height, for example, a second liquid level, the position of the float 121 is reduced, the sealing member 122 is driven to rotate to the second working position, and the passage 13 is opened, and the water in the first cavity 102 flows to the second cavity 103, so that the water level in the second cavity 103 is increased. It will be appreciated that the first level is higher than the second level and that the passage 13 is again blocked when the water level in the second volume 103 rises to the first level again. Thus, the water level in the second cavity 103 is controlled between the first liquid level and the second liquid level, so as to control the water level in the second cavity 103.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, since the second valve body component 12 is rotatably installed, the sealing element 122 rotates along with the lifting of the float 121, and the existence of the rotation power arm amplifies the influence of the buoyancy change of the float 121 on the moving stroke of the sealing element 122, so that even a slight water level change can drive the sealing element 122 to move between the first working position and the second working position, specifically, compared with other technical solutions that the float 121 is directly lifted to open or close the passage 13, the structure of the valve body assembly 10 in this embodiment enables the difference between the first liquid level and the second liquid level to be small, that is, the water level in the second cavity 103 is controlled more accurately, and the overall structure of the second valve body assembly 10 is simple and reliable, and is easy to maintain.
In one embodiment, with continued reference to fig. 1, the second body member 12 has a rotating end and a free end that rotates up and down about the rotating end, the float 121 is disposed at the free end, and the seal 122 is disposed between the rotating end and the free end. In this embodiment, the sealing element 122 rotates upwards as the float 121 rises and rotates downwards as the float 121 falls, and the sealing element 122 closes the passage 13 upwards in the first working position, so that the sealing property of the sealing element 122 to the passage 13 is enhanced by the action of buoyancy. In other embodiments, the rotating end may be located between the sealing member 122 and the float 121, such that the sealing member 122 rotates downward as the float 121 rises and rotates upward as the float 121 falls, and the sealing member 122 closes the passage 13 downward in the first operating position, such that the sealing member 122 opens the passage 13 more easily when the liquid level in the second receiving chamber 103 rises.
On the basis of the above embodiment, please refer to fig. 1 to fig. 3, the first valve body part 11 includes an elastic water sealing part 111, in this embodiment, the elastic water sealing part 111 is a structure made of a material having an elastic deformation characteristic and a certain sealing property, and can cooperate with the sealing member 122 to seal off water flow between the first cavity 102 and the second cavity 103. In this embodiment, the passage 13 is formed in the elastic water sealing member 111, and the sealing member 122 presses against the water outlet end 131 of the passage 13 in the first working position, so as to deform the elastic water sealing member 111 under pressure. That is to say, in this embodiment, when the passage 13 is blocked, the elastic water sealing member 111 is deformed under pressure to have a certain counterforce on the sealing member 122, on one hand, the sealing member 122 and the elastic water sealing member 111 are attached more tightly, and the sealing performance is better, on the other hand, when the water level decreases and the buoyancy is reduced, the counterforce recovered by the elastic sealing member 122 acts on the sealing member 122, so that the sealing member 122 is more easily bounced off, the water flow can enter the passage 13 more smoothly, and the control of the water level in the second cavity 103 by the valve body assembly 10 is more accurate.
The elastic water sealing part 111 and/or the sealing element 122 can be made of various materials, for example, the elastic water sealing part 111 and the sealing element 122 can be made of rubber or silica gel, and preferably, the elastic water sealing part 111 and the sealing element 122 are made of silica gel, so that the elastic water sealing part has good durability, safe components, and is easy to clean and difficult to breed bacteria.
Based on the above embodiment, please continue to refer to fig. 1, in an embodiment, the channel 13 has a water section 132 adjacent to the water outlet end 131 and extending upward and downward, the sealing member 122 is located below the water outlet section 132 and presses against the water outlet section 132 in the first working position, and the inner diameter of the water outlet section 132 at least partially tapers from top to bottom. In this embodiment, it can be seen that the elastic water-sealing member 111 is drum-shaped in the overall shape of the water outlet section 132, so that the elastic water-sealing member 111 is more easily compressed and deformed upwards when the sealing member 122 presses against the water outlet end 131 of the channel 13, thereby accumulating more elastic force and providing better sealing performance for the channel 13.

To this end, in an embodiment, said first valve body member 11 is intended to be removably mounted on a partition 104 between said first housing 102 and said second housing 103. In this way, when a user wants to clean the first valve body part 11 thoroughly, the first valve body part 11 can be detached from the housing 101, so that the elastic water sealing part 111 can be cleaned easily.
Preferably, the valve body assembly can be entirely detached from the partition 104, so that the valve body assembly 10 can be conveniently mounted on one hand, and the valve body assembly 10 can be entirely detached from the housing 101 on the other hand, and can be thoroughly cleaned, so that the situation that the user is influenced by bacteria breeding or the water level is influenced by the blockage of scale can be avoided. To this end, in one embodiment, the first valve body component 11 has a mounting portion, the second valve body component 12 has a mounting engagement portion, and the second valve body component 12 is rotatably mounted to the first valve body component 11 by engagement of the mounting portion with the mounting engagement portion. In this way, the second valve body member 12 is rotatably mounted to the first valve body member 11 instead of the housing 101, and the valve body assembly 10 as a whole can be removed from the housing 101 for maintenance.
On the basis of the above embodiment, one of the mounting portion and the mounting matching portion is a rotating shaft 141, and the other is an open slot 142 for clamping the rotating shaft 141. In one embodiment, the opening groove 142 is provided on the first valve body part 11, the rotating shaft 141 is provided at the rotating end of the second valve body part 12, so that the second valve body part 12 is rotatably mounted on the first valve body part 11, and the first valve body part 11 and the second valve body part 12 can be easily disassembled due to the design of the opening groove 142. When maintenance cleaning of the valve body assembly 10 is required, the first valve body component 11 may be removed from the housing 101 and the first valve body component 11 and the second valve body component 12 may then be separated. After the first body part 11 and the second body part 12 are completely cleaned, the first body part 11 and the second body part 12 may be assembled, and then the first body part 11 may be mounted on the housing 101. Therefore, the valve body assembly 10 is convenient to install and operate, and is easier to clean, and bacterial breeding is avoided.

In this way, the first valve body component 11 is detachably mounted on the housing 101, the tubular portion 112 has a hollow tube core, the elastic water sealing component 111 is mounted at the second end of the tubular portion 112, and the channel 13 in the elastic water sealing component communicates with the tube core, so as to communicate the first cavity 102 and the second cavity 103. The detachable attachment of the first valve body member 11 and the partition member 104 is thus achieved by a simple structure. Preferably, the tubular portion 112 extends in the transverse direction.
The connection manner of the elastic water sealing member 111 and the tubular portion 112 may be various, for example, it may be a snap connection, a screw connection, etc. in this embodiment, the elastic water sealing member 111 is detachably inserted into the tubular portion 112. Specifically, the elastic water sealing member 111 may be sleeved in a tube core of the tubular portion 112, or the elastic water sealing member 111 may be sleeved on an outer circumference of the tubular portion 112, so that the elastic water sealing member 111 and the tubular portion 112 are fixedly connected by the elastic force of the elastic water sealing member 111, and the structure is simple and is convenient to disassemble and assemble. Therefore, when the first valve body component 11 is cleaned, the elastic water sealing component 111 and the tubular part 112 can be detached and cleaned respectively, and the cleaning is more thorough.
