In a specific embodiment, after the first wheel 2 dials the first protrusion 511 of the first dial piece 51, the first connection hole and the second connection hole formed on the first dial piece 51 and the second dial piece 52 drive the movable piece 62 to move along the first slide and the second slide formed on the movable piece 62 through the first connection post 63 and the second connection post 64, and the first rack formed on the second dial piece 52 is engaged with the second rack formed on the third dial piece 53, so that the third dial piece 53 is driven to move together when the second dial piece 52 moves.
As shown in fig. 1, when the square tongue 61 is unlocked, the convex block of the first dial wheel 2 dials the sliding block 4, the sliding block 4 slides from top to bottom along the sliding rail 3, and simultaneously drives the first protruding portion 511 to slide together, the first dial piece 51 rotates along the first connecting column 63, the second dial piece 52 connected to the upper side of the first dial piece rotates counterclockwise, the movable piece 62 retracts into the lock body under the action of the first sliding way, the second sliding way, the first connecting column 63 and the second connecting column 64, and drives the square tongue 61 to retract into the lock body together, and simultaneously the third dial piece 53 engaged with the second dial piece 52 rotates clockwise, until the second protruding portion 531 is separated from the stop pin 54, the unlocking process of the square tongue 61 is completed.
The stop pin 54 can prevent the first rack of the second pulling piece 52 and the second rack of the third pulling piece 53 from being meshed due to excessive rotation to a certain extent, and can limit the dead bolt 61 from being ejected excessively and being unable to be successfully retracted, thereby affecting the unlocking condition of the intelligent lock and the overall safety of the intelligent lock.
In the embodiment, the lock further comprises a second bolt assembly 7, a second thumb wheel 8 and a linkage assembly 9, wherein the second bolt assembly 7 is movably connected to the lock shell 1 and is arranged on the side part of the first bolt assembly 6 at intervals, and one end of the second bolt assembly 7 is provided with a locking position extending out of the edge strip 11 and an unlocking position retracting into the lock shell 1; the second thumb wheel 8 is rotatably connected to the lock case 1 and is adapted to drive the second bolt assembly 7 to move, the second thumb wheel 8 is located between the second bolt assembly 7 and the first thumb wheel 2, and the third thumb piece 53 is sleeved on the second thumb wheel 8; the linkage assembly 9 comprises a first linkage piece 91 and a second linkage piece 92, wherein the first linkage piece 91 is rotatably connected with the first connecting column 63 and is positioned between the movable piece 62 and the rear shell; the second linkage sheet 92 is sleeved outside the second thumb wheel 8; a third protruding portion 911 and a fourth protruding portion 912 are respectively disposed on two sides of the first linking piece 91, a fifth protruding portion 921 and a sixth protruding portion 922 are respectively disposed on two sides of the second linking piece 92, the third protruding portion 911 is in sliding fit with the slider 4, the fourth protruding portion 912 is in sliding fit with the fifth protruding portion 921, and the sixth protruding portion 922 is connected with the second latch bolt assembly 7.
In this embodiment, the second bolt assembly 7 includes a latch tongue 71, a connecting rod 72, a first stopper, a spring 74 and a second stopper 73, the latch tongue 71 has a locking position extending out of the edge strip 11 and an unlocking position retracting into the lock housing 1; one end of the connecting rod 72 is connected with the latch tongue 71; the first limiting piece is sleeved outside the connecting rod 72 in a sliding manner and is fixedly connected with the lock shell 1; the spring 74 is sleeved outside the connecting rod 72 and abuts against the latch tongue 71 and the first limiting piece; the second limiting member 73 is connected to the other end of the connecting rod 72, and the sixth protruding portion 922 is connected to the second limiting member 73.
The latch bolt 71 is connected with a connecting rod 72, a spring 74 is sleeved outside the connecting rod 72, and the spring 74 can enable the latch bolt 71 to be automatically ejected, so that the door can be conveniently closed and locked, and potential safety hazards caused by the fact that the bolt is not ejected when a customer closes the door can be effectively avoided.
As shown in fig. 1-4, during unlocking, the first dial wheel 2 dials the slider 4, the slider 4 slides along the slide rail 3 from top to bottom, and simultaneously drives the first protrusion 511 to slide together, the first dial piece 51 rotates along the first connecting post 63, the second dial piece 52 connected above the first dial piece rotates counterclockwise, the movable piece 62 retracts into the lock body under the action of the first slideway, the second slideway, the first connecting post 63 and the second connecting post 64, and drives the square tongue 61 to retract into the lock body together; and the third protrusion 911 on the first linkage piece 91 in sliding fit with the slider 4 slides from top to bottom along the slide rail 3, the first linkage piece 91 rotates counterclockwise around the first connecting post 63 as an axis, the fourth protrusion 912 toggles the fifth protrusion 921 of the second linkage piece 92, the second linkage piece 92 rotates clockwise around the second dial wheel 8 as an axis, the sixth protrusion 922 of the second linkage piece 92 toggles the connecting rod 72 to move towards the inside of the lock body, the latch tongue 71 connected with the connecting rod 72 retracts towards the inside of the lock body together, and meanwhile, the spring 74 is compressed, thereby completing the unlocking process of the latch tongue 71. After the unlocking is completed, the latch tongue 71 can be ejected by the elastic force of the spring 74.
When the lock is locked, the first dial wheel 2 reversely dials the slide block 4, the slide block 4 slides from bottom to top along the slide rail 3, meanwhile, the first protrusion 511 is driven to slide together, the first dial piece 51 rotates along the first connecting column 63, the second dial piece 52 connected above the first dial piece rotates clockwise, the movable piece 62 extends to the outside of the lock body under the action of the first slideway, the second slideway, the first connecting column 63 and the second connecting column 64, the square tongue 61 is driven to extend out of the edge strip 11 together, and the square tongue 61 reaches a locking position, so that the locking of the square tongue 61 is completed; and the third protrusion 911 on the first link plate 91 in sliding fit with the slider 4 slides from bottom to top along the slide rail 3, the first link plate 91 rotates clockwise with the first connecting post 63 as an axis, the fourth protrusion 912 pulls the fifth protrusion 921 of the second link plate 92, the second link plate 92 rotates counterclockwise with the second dial wheel 8 as an axis, the sixth protrusion 922 of the second link plate 92 pulls the connecting rod 72 to move to the outside of the edge strip 11, the latch tongue 71 connected with the connecting rod 72 extends to the outside of the edge strip 11 together, and the latch tongue 71 reaches the outside of the edge strip 11, thereby completing the locking process of the latch tongue 71.
In this embodiment, a second groove is disposed on the rear surface of the body 41; the number of the second convex columns 43 is two, and the two second convex columns 43 are respectively arranged on two sides of the second groove; the third protrusion 911 is connected to the first link 91 through a step portion, and the third protrusion 911 extends into the second groove.
The second groove is formed, so that the third protruding portion 911 is better matched with the sliding block 4, and the first dial wheel 2 can smoothly drive the latch bolt 71 to retract when the sliding block 4 is dialed by the first dial wheel, so that the unlocking process of the intelligent lock is completed.

Claims (10)

1. A lock body, comprising:
a lock case (1) comprising a regula (11);
the first thumb wheel (2) is provided with a convex block at the periphery, and the first thumb wheel (2) is rotatably connected to the lock shell (1);
the sliding rail (3) is connected to the lock shell (1) and is positioned on one side of the first thumb wheel (2);
the sliding block (4) is slidably arranged on the sliding rail (3), and the lug can rotate to the sliding rail (3) and drive the sliding block (4) to slide;
the pick assembly (5) comprises a first protruding part (511) which is in sliding fit with the sliding block (4);
the first lock tongue component (6) is movably connected in the lock shell (1) and is in sliding connection with the plectrum component (5), and one end of the first lock tongue component (6) is provided with a locking position extending out of the edge strip (11) and an unlocking position retracting into the lock shell (1) under the driving of the plectrum component (5).
2. A lock body according to claim 1, characterized in that the lock shell (1) further comprises a front shell and a rear shell which are oppositely arranged, and both ends of the edge strip (11) are respectively connected with the corresponding ends of the front shell and the rear shell;
the slide rail (3) comprises:
the first sliding plate is connected to the front shell and provided with a first arc-shaped slide way;
the second slide is connected on the backshell, is equipped with second arc slide, first arc slide with second arc slide is relative and coaxial setting, slider (4) one end slidable ground sets up in the first arc slide, and other end slidable ground sets up in the second arc slide.

a body (41) in sliding engagement with the first projection (511);
at least one first stud (42) provided projecting on a front surface of said body (41) facing said first sliding plate, said first stud (42) being slidably arranged inside said first arc-shaped slide;
at least one second boss (43) provided projecting on a rear surface of said body (41) facing said second slide plate, said second boss (43) being slidably arranged within said second arcuate slide.

A lock body according to claim 3, characterized in that said body (41) is provided with a first recess (44) on the front surface thereof, said first projection (511) extending between said body (41) and said first slide plate; the plectrum subassembly (5) still includes the traveller, one end slidable of traveller sets up in first recess (44), the other end with first bulge (511) rotationally is connected.
5. A lock body according to claim 4, characterized in that said first studs (42) have two, and that two of said first studs (42) are arranged on either side of said first recess (44).
6. A lock body according to claim 3 or 4, characterized in that the first bolt assembly (6) comprises:
at least one dead bolt (61) having a locking position in which it extends beyond said edge strip (11) and an unlocking position in which it is retracted inside said lock case (1);
the movable piece (62) is movably arranged in the lock shell (1), one end of the movable piece is connected with at least one square tongue (61), and a first slide way and a second slide way are arranged on the movable piece (62); the first slide way is arranged at one end, far away from the square tongue (61), of the movable sheet (62), is positioned at the side part of the slide rail (3) and is vertical to the edge strip (11); one end of the second slide way is positioned between the first slide way and the square tongue (61), and the other end of the second slide way is positioned between the slide rail (3) and the square tongue (61) and extends towards the square tongue (61) in an inclined manner; a first connecting hole and a second connecting hole are respectively formed in the two ends of the shifting piece assembly (5);
one end of the first connecting column (63) is connected with the rear shell, and the other end of the first connecting column sequentially penetrates through the first slide way and the first connecting hole to be connected with the front shell;
and one end of the second connecting column (64) is connected in the second slideway in a sliding manner, and the other end of the second connecting column is rotatably connected with the second connecting hole.

a first paddle (51) provided with the first projection (511);

the third shifting piece (53) is rotatably connected in the lock shell (1) and arranged on one side, back to the sliding rail (3), of the second shifting piece (52), a second rack is arranged on one side of the third shifting piece (53), a second protruding part (531) is arranged on the other side of the third shifting piece, and the first rack is meshed with the second rack;
a stop pin (54) connected in the lock shell (1) and suitable for limiting the second bulge (531).

the second bolt assembly (7) is movably connected to the lock shell (1) and is arranged on the side part of the first bolt assembly (6) at intervals, and one end of the second bolt assembly (7) is provided with a locking position extending out of the edge strip (11) and an unlocking position retracting into the lock shell (1);
the second thumb wheel (8) is rotatably connected to the lock shell (1) and is suitable for driving the second bolt assembly (7) to move, the second thumb wheel (8) is positioned between the second bolt assembly (7) and the first thumb wheel (2), and the third thumb piece (53) is sleeved on the second thumb wheel (8);
the linkage assembly (9) comprises a first linkage sheet (91) and a second linkage sheet (92), wherein the first linkage sheet (91) is rotatably connected with the first connecting column (63) and is positioned between the movable sheet (62) and the rear shell; the second linkage sheet (92) is sleeved outside the second thumb wheel (8); the lock bolt assembly comprises a first linkage piece (91), a second linkage piece (92) and a third protrusion part (911) and a fourth protrusion part (912) which are arranged on two sides of the first linkage piece (91) respectively, a fifth protrusion part (921) and a sixth protrusion part (922) which are arranged on two sides of the second linkage piece (92) respectively, wherein the third protrusion part (911) is in sliding fit with a slider (4), the fourth protrusion part (912) is matched with the fifth protrusion part (921), and the sixth protrusion part (922) is connected with the second lock bolt assembly (7).

a latch tongue (71) having a locked position extending out of the edge strip (11) and an unlocked position retracted into the interior of the lock housing (1);
one end of the connecting rod (72) is connected with the latch tongue (71);

the spring (74) is sleeved outside the connecting rod (72) and abuts against the inclined tongue (71) and the first limiting piece;
and the second limiting piece (73) is connected to the other end of the connecting rod (72), and the sixth protruding part (922) is connected with the second limiting piece (73).
