Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the structure of the latch device according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.
The invention relates to a spring bolt device capable of ejecting, which mainly comprises the following parts: the bolt assembly 1, the locking mechanism 2, the release mechanism 3 and the first elastic element (not shown in the figure).
The bolt assembly 1 comprises a bolt 11, a guide rod 12 and a limiting structure. Spring bolt 11 and limit structure set up respectively at the both ends of guide bar 12, spring bolt 11 sets up the front end at guide bar 12, limit structure adopts a sliding plate 13 in this embodiment, this sliding plate 13 sets up the rear end at guide bar 12, guide bar 12 should be less than the size of sliding plate 13 towards guide bar 12 one side in radial direction, that is to say, sliding plate 13 can bulge in the periphery of guide bar 12, make things convenient for locking mechanism 2 to support sliding plate 13 towards guide bar 12 one side with spring bolt 11 shrink in lock shell 4, in other embodiments, limit structure also can adopt and let guide bar 12 rear end 90 degrees buckle, form a part of bulge in the guide bar periphery, also can carry on spacingly with locking mechanism 2 cooperation. The limiting device 43 is further arranged in the lock case 4, the guide rod 12 penetrates through the limiting device 43, the limiting device 43 limits the guide rod 12 to move along the axial direction of the guide rod, namely, the lock tongue 11 is limited to move along the axial direction of the guide rod 12, in the embodiment, the limiting device 43 adopts two limiting columns, one limiting point can be formed by the two limiting columns, then the lock hole corresponding to the lock tongue 11 in the lock case 4 can form another limiting point, and the two limiting points limit the lock tongue assembly 1 to move in the axial direction of the guide rod. The first elastic element of this embodiment is a spring, which is disposed between the position-limiting device 43 and the rear end of the latch bolt, and when the latch bolt assembly 1 is retracted into the lock housing 4, the spring is compressed, and generates an elastic force along the spring-out direction of the latch bolt. In other embodiments, the spring may be replaced by a spring plate and arranged at the corresponding position according to the characteristics of the spring plate. The bolt is the oblique bolt in this embodiment, in other embodiments, can also adopt other existing bolts such as cross bolt. The limiting device 43 can also adopt other structures such as a limiting ring and the like for limiting besides the limiting column.
The invention discloses a locking mechanism 2 for limiting and locking a bolt (bolt component) in a lock shell 4, wherein the locking mechanism 2 is positioned at the right side of the bolt component 1, the locking mechanism 2 adopts a locking arm (also called as a locking plate), one end of the locking arm close to the bolt is rotatably connected with the lock shell, the end is called as a hinged end, the other end is called as a free end, a bayonet 22 is arranged on the free end, and the bayonet 22 is abutted against one surface of a sliding plate 13 facing a guide rod, so that the bolt component 1 is locked and limited in the lock shell. The left side of the locking arm between free end and hinged end is equipped with an arc breach, driving lever 42 links with the actuating mechanism of tool to lock, its orientation towards the arc breach extends one and has the tip of chamfer with the arc breach mutually supporting, when unlocking tool such as key unblanks, actuating mechanism moves, the tip that drives driving lever 42 moves along the direction of arc breach towards the picture below, thereby drive the direction motion of locking arm towards the picture below, because the bayonet socket 22 butt of free end is on the sliding plate, can drive the direction motion of spring bolt subassembly 1 towards the picture below like this, spring bolt 11 contracts to in the lock shell 4, the tool to lock is the state of unblanking. A projection 21 is also provided on the hinged end of the locking arm, in this embodiment the projection 21 is spatially perpendicular to both its axis of rotation and the guide bar, the projection 21 being part of the structure of the automatic pop-up latch which will cooperate with the release mechanism 3, the first resilient member, to automatically release the latch 11.
The release mechanism 3 of the present invention specifically comprises a driving arm 32 having a free end and a butting end 33, the driving arm 32 and the guide rod 12 are parallel to each other, the free end is located at the same end as the bolt 11, a part of the free end can extend out of the lock case 4 as the bolt 11, the free end is chamfered towards the closing side and the opening side of the door body, the butting end 33 is connected with the lock case 4 through a second elastic member, and a poking rod (not shown in the figure) linked with the protrusion 21 of the locking mechanism 2 is further arranged on the driving arm between the free end and the butting end. When the door body is closed, the free end is pressed by the door frame and moves towards the inside of the lock shell 4 like the bolt 11, so that the release mechanism 3 is contracted in the lock shell 4, and at the moment, the second elastic element (a spring is adopted in the embodiment) is compressed to generate elastic force towards the free end. When the door body is opened, because there is not the suppression external force of door frame, under the effect of second elastic component elasticity, the free end moves outside lock shell 4, and the poker rod moves outside lock shell 4's direction promptly, stirs arch 21 for the locking arm rotates around its axis of rotation, and the bayonet socket of the free end of locking arm loosens sliding plate 13, and spring bolt subassembly 1 also moves outside lock shell 4's direction under the effect of first elastic component's elasticity, pops out spring bolt 11 automatically.
In order to prevent the release mechanism 3 from deviating from its axial direction of movement when retracted into the lock housing 4, the invention provides a stop 31 at the free end of the actuating arm 32, and correspondingly provides a stop in the lock housing 4 to limit the stop 31 from fully entering the lock housing. In this embodiment, the driving arm is disposed at a side of the lock case 4, the limiting block 31 is disposed at a side of the driving arm facing the side, a notch 41 is disposed at a corner of the side of the lock case 4 facing the limiting block 31 to form a blocking portion, when the driving arm moves toward the inside of the lock case, the limiting block moves to the notch 41 to limit the driving arm to further move toward the inside of the lock case, so that a small portion of the free end of the driving arm always protrudes slightly from the lock case 4, and the driving arm cannot completely fall into the lock case 4, resulting in shifting the axial movement direction thereof.
Besides the bolt device, the lock adopting the bolt device also belongs to the protection scope of the invention.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
