8. The garment steamer device of claim 5 wherein the hanger is adjustable in length in the transverse direction.

The garment steamer device of claim 5 wherein the hanger assembly further comprises an expansion bracket mounted to the main shaft and positioned below the hanger bracket, the expansion bracket including a plurality of struts circumferentially distributed about the main shaft, each strut extending radially outwardly from the outer periphery of the main shaft.
10. The garment steamer device as set forth in claim 9 wherein each of the struts is pivotally mounted to the main shaft to have a contracted state pivoted toward the main shaft and an expanded state pivoted away from the main shaft.
11. The hanging ironing device according to any one of claims 1 to 10, further comprising a cover for covering the periphery of the hanging assembly.
12. The garment steamer device as claimed in any one of claims 3 to 10, wherein at least some of the steam outlets are adjustable in their open and closed positions.
13. The garment steamer device according to claim 12, wherein the base body is provided with a control device, the control device is electrically connected to the steam generator and the drive assembly and used for controlling the steam generator and the drive assembly to operate, and the control device is further used for controlling at least part of the opening and closing states of the steam outlets.
14. The garment steamer device as set forth in claim 13, wherein the spindle extends upwardly from the upper end of the base, a water tank is disposed in the base, and the steam generator is in communication with the water tank.
