Referring to fig. 10, the upper positioning device 7 includes a first hoop 71, a positioning ring 72, and a connecting rod 73. The first hoop 71 comprises two oppositely arranged first hoop plates, and the two first hoop plates are connected through bolts; the positioning ring 72 is an annular structure formed by splicing two sections; the first hoop 71 is arranged in the positioning ring 72; two sections of the positioning ring 72 respectively correspond to the two first hoop plates of the first hoop 71 one by one; each segment of the positioning ring 72 is connected to the corresponding first strap by a connecting rod 73 with adjustable length. Preferably, the connecting rod 73 is a screw structure with adjustable length.
When the installation and positioning are carried out, the first hoop 71 is firstly installed at the set position of the upper hoisting post 12, then the length of the connecting rod 73 is adjusted, the positioning ring 72 is in contact with the central post 90, the central post 90 is firmly supported, and the central post 90 and the hoisting post 1 are kept concentric. Preferably, the positioning ring 72 is provided with an elastic material such as rubber, and the elastic material is in contact with the central column 90 during the positioning process, so as to prevent the central column 90 from being damaged during the positioning process. In order to axially limit the upper positioning device 7 and prevent the upper positioning device 7 from moving on the upper suspension post 12, it is preferable that the upper suspension post 12 is provided with a positioning ring groove, and the first hoop 71 is installed in the positioning ring groove.
Referring to fig. 3, in the center column hoisting tool provided in the embodiment of the present invention, a transportation fixing device 8 is further installed on the hoisting column 1; the transport fixture 8 is arranged between the upper positioning means 7 and the shackle assembly 5.
The transportation fixing device 8 is used for fixing the stay cable 10 during transportation. In this embodiment, the transport fixture 8 is removably mounted to the upper davit 12.
Referring to fig. 11, the transportation fixing device 8 includes a second anchor ear 81 and a connecting plate 82; the second hoop 81 comprises two second hoop plates which are oppositely arranged and connected through a bolt; a plurality of connecting plates 82 are welded on each second hoop plate; each connecting plate 82 is provided with a connecting hole. During transportation, referring to fig. 14, the second anchor ear 81 is first installed at a set position of the upper suspension post 12, then the lower end of the diagonal rope 10 is connected to the transfer vehicle 21, and the upper end of the diagonal rope 10 is connected to the connecting hole of the connecting plate 82.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the shackle assembly 5 comprises a shackle transverse shaft 51 and a shackle plate 52; the number of the lifting lug plates 52 is two, the two lifting lug plates 52 are respectively arranged on two sides of the upper end of the lifting column 1, and the two lifting lug plates 52 are connected with the upper end of the lifting column 1 through lifting lug transverse shafts 51; each shackle plate 52 is provided with an elongated shackle hole 53. When in hoisting, the lifting lug hole 53 of the lifting lug plate 52 is connected with a lifting hook of hoisting equipment through a shackle.

Claims (10)

1. The center column hoisting tool is characterized by comprising a hoisting column (1) which is vertically arranged; the hoisting column (1) is provided with a positioning cylinder (2) and an anti-rotation positioning block (3); the lower end of the hoisting column (1) is provided with a bearing disc (4); and a lifting lug assembly (5) is installed at the upper end of the hoisting column (1).

The center column lifting tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bearing plate (4) is sleeved on the lifting column (1) and can move along the axial direction of the lifting column (1); a ring key (6) is arranged below the bearing disc (4) through a bolt; the ring key (6) is formed by splicing two parts, and the inner diameter of the ring key (6) is clamped in the clamping groove on the outer peripheral surface of the hoisting column (1).
3. The center column lifting tool as claimed in claim 2, wherein the bearing plate (4) comprises a sleeve (41) and an annular bottom plate (42); the sleeve (41) is coaxially fixed in the inner hole of the annular bottom plate (42).
4. The center column handling tool of claim 3, wherein the bearing plate (4) further comprises an insulating pad (43) disposed on the upper surface of the annular bottom plate (42).
5. The center column hoisting tool as set forth in claim 1, wherein the lower end of the hoisting column (1) is provided with a guiding positioning hole (11).

The center column lifting tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lifting column (1) comprises an upper lifting column (12) and a lower lifting column (13) which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the lower end of the upper hanging column (12) is connected with the upper end of the lower hanging column (13) through a threaded structure.

The center column lifting tool as claimed in claim 6, wherein the threaded structure comprises an internal threaded hole (15) formed in the upper end surface of the lower lifting column (13), and an external threaded section (14) arranged on the upper lifting column (12) and matched with the internal threaded hole (15).
8. The center column lifting tool as recited in claim 7, characterized in that an anti-rotation structure is arranged between the upper lifting column (12) and the lower lifting column (13);
the anti-rotation structure comprises a flange (16) fixed on the outer peripheral surface of the upper hanging column (12), a positioning hole (19) vertically penetrating through the flange (16), a positioning groove (18) arranged on the upper end surface of the lower hanging column (13), and a positioning pin (17) penetrating through the positioning hole (19) and with the lower end arranged in the positioning groove (18).
9. The center column lifting tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein an upper positioning device (7) is mounted on the lifting column (1); the positioning cylinder (2) and the anti-rotation positioning block (3) are arranged between the upper positioning device (7) and the bearing disc (4).
10. The center column lifting tool as claimed in claim 9, wherein a transportation fixing device (8) is further mounted on the lifting column (1); the transportation fixing device (8) is arranged between the upper positioning device (7) and the lifting lug assembly (5).
