The main board 1 is a substantially rectangular long board, and has main board folding lines 1A formed thereon, the main board 1 is divided into a first board 10A and a second board 10B arranged in sequence along a width direction Y by the main board folding lines, and a protruding board 15 is connected to an end of the second board 10B.
The first board 10A is connected with the first side board 11 and the second side board 12 respectively by folding lines at two symmetrical opposite side edges in the length direction X, wherein the first side board 11 is formed with a plurality of folding lines parallel to the connecting edge of the first board 10A (i.e. parallel to the width direction Y), the first side board 11 is separated by the plurality of mutually parallel folding lines distributed on the first side board 11 into a first side surface 111 of the first side board, a second side surface 112 of the first side board, a third side surface 113 of the first side board and a fourth side surface 114 of the first side board which are sequentially arranged in the direction (i.e. the length direction X) far away from the first board 10A; the lengths of the first side 111, the second side 112, the third side 113 and the fourth side 114 of the first side plate may all be the same, so that the first side plate 11 may be bent into a first side frame body with square end faces, or the first side 111 and the third side 113 of the first side plate have the same smaller length, while the second side 112 and the fourth side 114 of the first side plate have the same larger length, so that the first side plate 11 may be bent into a first side frame body 11A with square end faces (as shown in fig. 13); in addition, a first adhesive layer 117 may be further disposed on the third side 113 of the first side plate, the first adhesive layer 117 is preferably a double-sided tape, one side of which is adhered to the third side 113 of the first side plate, and the other side of which is covered with a release paper, so that the adhesive can be exposed after the release paper is torn. The second side plate 12 is formed with a plurality of folding lines parallel to the connecting edge of the first plate 10A (i.e. parallel to the width direction Y), and the second side plate 12 is divided into a first side surface 121, a second side surface 122, a third side surface 123 and a fourth side surface 124 of the second side plate sequentially arranged from the direction far away from the first plate 10A (i.e. the length direction X) by the plurality of mutually parallel folding lines distributed on the second side plate 12; the lengths of the first side 121, the second side 122, the third side 123 and the fourth side 124 of the second side can all be the same, so that the second side 12 can be bent into a second side frame with square end faces, or the first side 121 and the third side 123 of the second side have the same larger length, and the second side 122 and the fourth side 124 have the same smaller length, so that the second side 12 can be bent into a second side frame 12A with square end faces (as shown in fig. 14 and 15).
The second board 10B is connected with the third side board 12 and the fourth side board 14 by the folding lines respectively at the two symmetrical opposite sides in the length direction X, wherein the third side board 13 is formed with a plurality of folding lines parallel to the connecting side of the second board 10B (i.e. parallel to the width direction Y), the third side board 13 is divided into a first side surface 131 of the third side board, a second side surface 132 of the third side board, a third side surface 133 of the third side board and a fourth side surface 134 of the third side board which are sequentially arranged from the direction far away from the second board 10B (i.e. the length direction X) by the plurality of mutually parallel folding lines distributed on the third side board 13; the lengths of the first side 131, the second side 132, the third side 133 and the fourth side 134 of the third side can all be the same, so that the third side 13 can be bent into a third side frame with square end faces, or the first side 131 and the third side 133 of the third side have the same smaller length, while the second side 132 and the fourth side 134 of the third side have the same larger length, so that the third side 13 can be bent into a third side frame 13A with square end faces (as shown in fig. 13); in addition, a second adhesive layer 138 may be further disposed on the third side 133 of the third side plate, and the second adhesive layer 138 is preferably a double-sided tape, one side of which is adhered to the third side 133 of the third side plate, and the other side of which is covered with a release paper, so that the adhesive can be exposed after the release paper is torn. A plurality of folding lines parallel to the connecting edge of the second board 10B (i.e. parallel to the width direction Y) are formed on the fourth side board 14, and the fourth side board 14 is divided into a first side surface 141 of the fourth side board, a second side surface 142 of the fourth side board, a third side surface 143 of the fourth side board and a fourth side surface 144 of the fourth side board sequentially arranged in a direction away from the second board 10B (i.e. the length direction X) by the plurality of mutually parallel folding lines distributed on the fourth side board 14; the lengths of the first side 141 of the fourth side plate, the second side 142 of the fourth side plate, the third side 143 of the fourth side plate and the fourth side 144 of the fourth side plate may all be the same, so that the fourth side plate 14 may be bent into a fourth side frame body with square end faces, or the first side 141 of the fourth side plate and the third side 143 of the fourth side plate have the same larger length, while the second side 142 of the fourth side plate and the fourth side 144 of the fourth side plate have the same smaller length, so that the fourth side plate 14 may be bent into a fourth side frame body 14A with rectangular end faces (as shown in fig. 14 and 15).
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first side plate 11 has a first length L1, the third side plate 13 has a second length L2, the second side plate 12 and the fourth side plate 14 have a same third length L3, and the first length L1 and the second length L2 are both smaller than the third length L3, so that the buffer positioning portion formed by the first side plate 11 and the third side plate 13 and the base formed by the second side plate 12 and the fourth side plate 14 contact each other and form a step with each other. The first side plate 11 has a first width W1, the second side plate 12 has a second width W2, and the second width W2 is smaller than the first width W1; two side edges of the fourth side plate 14 and the third side plate 13 are respectively formed with a first step 147, so that the fourth side plate 14 and the third side plate 13 respectively have a third width W3 and a fourth width W4 which are the same, and the third width W3 is greater than the fourth width W4. Therefore, the first side plate 11 and the third side plate 13 can be assembled to form a complete L-shaped cushioning and positioning portion, the second side plate 12 and the fourth side plate 14 can be assembled to form a complete L-shaped base, and when the two protectors are combined, the step is disposed to prevent the combination of the two protectors from protruding (as shown in fig. 16).
The assembly of the protective member of the present invention is described as follows:
first, the sheet material shown in fig. 11 is folded along the main plate folding line 1A to form an L-shaped frame (see fig. 12).
Next, the first side plate 11 and the third side plate 13 are bent along the folding lines thereof to form a first side frame 11A and a third side frame 13A, respectively, that is, the first side frame 11A and the third side frame 13A jointly form a buffer positioning portion (as shown in fig. 13) accommodated in the L-shaped frame, and then the release paper of the first adhesive layer 117 and the second adhesive layer 138 are torn to expose the adhesive. Next, the second side plate 12 and the fourth side plate 14 are bent along the folding lines thereof to form a second side frame 12A and a fourth side frame 14A, that is, the second side frame 12A and the fourth side frame 14A together form a base (as shown in fig. 14 and 15) accommodated in the L-shaped frame, and the first adhesive layer 117 adheres and fixes the opposite surfaces of the first side frame 11A and the second side frame 12A to each other, and the second adhesive layer 138 adheres and fixes the opposite surfaces of the third side frame 13A and the fourth side frame 14A to each other, so as to form the protector (as shown in fig. 14) of the present invention. Further, the protector can be set in various sizes depending on the difference in the size of the article.
Two paper buffer protectors are combined for use, the third glue layer 152 of one paper buffer protector is adhered to the first plate 11 of the other buffer protector, the third glue layer 152 of the other paper buffer protector is adhered to the first plate 11 of the one buffer protector, one end of the first glue layer 117 of the one paper buffer protector is adhered to the fourth frame 14A of the other buffer protector, and one end of the first glue layer 117 of the other paper buffer protector is adhered to the fourth frame 14A of the one buffer protector, so that the two paper buffer protectors are combined and fixed with each other to form the combined protector (as shown in fig. 16).
As shown in fig. 17, by the aforementioned combination protection member of the present invention, since the step is formed between the buffering and positioning portion and the base, the two ends of the article 2 can be inserted into the buffering and positioning portion and supported by the step of the base, and then the article 2 and the two combination protection members are put into the packing box 3 together (as shown in fig. 18) to complete the packing.

The aperture structure 41 spans the first, second and/or third sides of the first and third side panels 11, 13 without interfering with the jack or board. the symmetrical opposite two side edges of the second plate are respectively connected with a third side plate and a fourth side plate in a bending way, and a plurality of folding lines parallel to the connecting edge of the second plate are respectively formed on the third side plate and the fourth side plate, so that the third side plate and the fourth side plate can be respectively bent to form a third side frame body and a fourth side frame body;
the third side plate is provided with at least one third inserting plate, the fourth side plate is provided with at least one second inserting hole and two third inserting holes, the two third inserting holes are positioned at two ends of the fourth side plate, one end edge of the second plate is provided with a protruding plate, and the joint of the protruding plate and the second plate is provided with a fourth inserting hole; or the third side plate is provided with a second adhesive layer, one end edge of the first plate is provided with a protruding plate, and the protruding plate is provided with a third adhesive layer;
when the first side plate and the second side plate are respectively bent to form the first side frame body and the second side frame body and are accommodated in the L-shaped frame body, the first plug board is inserted into the first jack, so that the first side frame body and the second side frame body are mutually fixed; or the first side frame body and the second side frame body are mutually adhered and fixed by the first adhesive layer;
