A plurality of folding lines parallel to the connecting edge of the second board 10B (i.e. parallel to the width direction Y) are formed on the fourth side board 14, and the fourth side board 14 is divided into a first side surface 141 of the fourth side board, a second side surface 142 of the fourth side board, a third side surface 143 of the fourth side board and a fourth side surface 144 of the fourth side board, which are sequentially arranged in a direction away from the second board 10B (i.e. the length direction X), by the plurality of mutually parallel folding lines distributed on the fourth side board 14; the lengths of the first side 141 of the fourth side plate, the second side 142 of the fourth side plate, the third side 143 of the fourth side plate and the fourth side 144 of the fourth side plate may all be the same, so that the fourth side plate 14 may be bent into a fourth side frame body with square end faces, or the first side 141 of the fourth side plate and the third side 143 of the fourth side plate have the same larger length, while the second side 142 of the fourth side plate and the fourth side 144 of the fourth side plate have the same smaller length, so that the fourth side plate 14 may be bent into a fourth side frame body 14A with square end faces (as shown in fig. 6 and 7); in addition, a second insertion hole 145 formed in a straight shape corresponding to an end edge of the third insertion plate 135 by a press-molding technique may be further provided on the third side face 143 of the fourth side plate.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first side plate 11 has a first length L1, the third side plate 13 has a second length L2, the second side plate 12 and the fourth side plate 14 have the same third length L3, and both the first length L1 and the second length L2 are smaller than the third length L3, so that the buffer positioning portion formed by the first side plate 11 and the third side plate 13 and the base formed by the second side plate 12 and the fourth side plate 14 contact each other and form a step. The first side panel 11 has a first width W1, the second side panel 12 has a second width W2, and the second width W2 is less than the first width W1; two side edges of the fourth side plate 14 form a first step 147, one side edge of the third side plate 13 forms a first step 147, the other side edge of the third side plate 13 forms a second step 137, so that the fourth side plate 14 has a third width W3 and a fourth width W4, the third side plate 13 has a third width W3, a fourth width W4 and a fifth width W5, the third width W3 is greater than the fourth width W4, and the fourth width W4 is greater than the fifth width W5. Thus, the first side plate 11 and the third side plate 13 can be assembled to form a complete L-shaped cushioning and positioning portion, the second side plate 12 and the fourth side plate 14 can be assembled to form a complete L-shaped base, and when the two protectors are combined, the step is provided to prevent the combination of the two protectors from protruding (as shown in fig. 8).
The assembly of the protective member of the present invention is described as follows:
first, the paper shown in FIG. 3 is folded along the main plate folding line to form an L-shaped frame (as shown in FIG. 4).
Next, the first side plate 11 and the third side plate 13 are bent along the folding lines thereof to form a first side frame 11A and a third side frame 13A, respectively, that is, the first side frame 11A and the third side frame 13A jointly form a buffer positioning portion (as shown in fig. 5) accommodated in the L-shaped frame, and at this time, the first insert plate 115, the second insert plate 125 and the third insert plate 135 are all bent downward. Next, the second side plate 12 and the fourth side plate 14 are bent along the folding lines thereon to form a second side frame 12A and a fourth side frame 14A, respectively, that is, the second side frame 12A and the fourth side frame 14A together form a base (as shown in fig. 6 and 7) accommodated in the L-shaped frame, further, the first insertion plate 115 of the first side frame 11A is inserted into the first insertion hole 125 of the second side frame 12A to fix the first side frame 11A and the second side frame 12A to each other, the third insertion plate 135 of the third side frame 13A is inserted into the second insertion hole 145 of the fourth side frame 14A to fix the third side frame 13A and the fourth side frame 14A to each other, and the second insertion plate 116 of the first side frame 11A is inserted into the third insertion hole 146 of the fourth side frame 14A to fix the first side frame 11A and the fourth side frame 14A to each other, so as to form the protector of the present invention (as shown in fig. 6).
Two paper buffer protection members are combined and used, the fourth inserting plate of one paper buffer protection member is inserted into the fourth inserting hole of the other buffer protection member, the fourth inserting plate of the other paper buffer protection member is inserted into the fourth inserting hole of one buffer protection member, the second inserting plate of one paper buffer protection member is inserted into the third inserting hole of the other buffer protection member, and the second inserting plate of the other paper buffer protection member is inserted into the third inserting hole of one buffer protection member, so that the two paper buffer protection members are combined and fixed with each other to form the combined protection member (as shown in fig. 8).
As shown in fig. 9, by the combined protection member of the present invention, since the step is formed between the buffer positioning portion and the base, both ends of the article 2 can be inserted into the buffer positioning portion and supported by the step of the base, and then the article 2 is put into the packing box 3 together with the two combined protection members (as shown in fig. 10) to complete the packing.
Example two
Fig. 11 shows a planar development of the protector of the present invention, which is obtained by cutting a paper sheet and then punching the cut paper sheet by a machine, wherein the paper sheet is formed by a plurality of formed folding lines (as shown by the dotted lines in fig. 11) to form a main plate 1, a first side plate 11, a second side plate 12, a third side plate 13, a fourth side plate 14 and a protruding plate 15. The main board 1 is a substantially rectangular long board, and has main board folding lines 1A formed thereon, the main board 1 is divided into a first board 10A and a second board 10B arranged in sequence along a width direction Y by the main board folding lines, and a protruding board 15 is connected to an end of the second board 10B.
The opposite symmetrical two side edges of the first board 10A in the length direction X are respectively connected with the first side board 11 and the second side board 12 by folding lines, wherein the first side board 11 is formed with a plurality of folding lines parallel to the connecting edge of the first board 10A (i.e. parallel to the width direction Y), the first side board 11 is divided into a first side surface 111 of the first side board, a second side surface 112 of the first side board, a third side surface 113 of the first side board and a fourth side surface 114 of the first side board which are sequentially arranged in the direction away from the first board 10A (i.e. the length direction X) by the plurality of mutually parallel folding lines distributed on the first side board 11; the lengths of the first side 111, the second side 112, the third side 113 and the fourth side 114 of the first side plate may all be the same, so that the first side plate 11 may be bent into a first side frame body with square end faces, or the first side 111 and the third side 113 of the first side plate have the same smaller length, while the second side 112 and the fourth side 114 of the first side plate have the same larger length, so that the first side plate 11 may be bent into a first side frame body 11A with square end faces (as shown in fig. 13); in addition, a first adhesive layer 117 may be further disposed on the third side 113 of the first side plate, the first adhesive layer 117 is preferably a double-sided tape, one side of which is adhered to the third side 113 of the first side plate, and the other side of which is covered with a release paper, so that the adhesive can be exposed after the release paper is torn. The second side plate 12 is formed with a plurality of parallel lines parallel to the connecting edge of the first plate 10A (i.e. parallel to the width direction Y), and the second side plate 12 is divided into a first side surface 121, a second side surface 122, a third side surface 123 and a fourth side surface 124 of the second side plate sequentially arranged from the direction far away from the first plate 10A (i.e. the length direction X) by the plurality of parallel lines distributed on the second side plate 12; the lengths of the first side 121, the second side 122, the third side 123 and the fourth side 124 of the second side can all be the same, so that the second side 12 can be bent into a second side frame with square end faces, or the first side 121 and the third side 123 of the second side have the same larger length, and the second side 122 and the fourth side 124 have the same smaller length, so that the second side 12 can be bent into a second side frame 12A with rectangular end faces (as shown in fig. 14 and fig. 15).
The second board 10B is connected to the third side board 12 and the fourth side board 14 by the folding lines respectively at two opposite symmetrical sides in the length direction X, wherein the third side board 13 is formed with a plurality of folding lines parallel to the connecting side of the second board 10B (i.e. parallel to the width direction Y), the third side board 13 is divided into a first side surface 131 of the third side board, a second side surface 132 of the third side board, a third side surface 133 of the third side board and a fourth side surface 134 of the third side board sequentially arranged in the direction away from the second board 10B (i.e. the length direction X) by the plurality of mutually parallel folding lines distributed on the third side board 13; the lengths of the first side 131, the second side 132, the third side 133 and the fourth side 134 of the third side can all be the same, so that the third side 13 can be bent into a third side frame with square end faces, or the first side 131 and the third side 133 of the third side have the same smaller length, while the second side 132 and the fourth side 134 of the third side have the same larger length, so that the third side 13 can be bent into a third side frame 13A with square end faces (as shown in fig. 13); in addition, a second adhesive layer 138 may be further disposed on the third side 133 of the third side plate, and the second adhesive layer 138 is preferably a double-sided tape, one side of which is adhered to the third side 133 of the third side plate, and the other side of which is covered with a release paper, so that the adhesive can be exposed after the release paper is torn. A plurality of folding lines parallel to the connecting edge of the second board 10B (i.e. parallel to the width direction Y) are formed on the fourth side board 14, and the fourth side board 14 is divided into a first side surface 141 of the fourth side board, a second side surface 142 of the fourth side board, a third side surface 143 of the fourth side board and a fourth side surface 144 of the fourth side board, which are sequentially arranged in a direction away from the second board 10B (i.e. the length direction X), by the plurality of mutually parallel folding lines distributed on the fourth side board 14; the lengths of the first side 141 of the fourth side plate, the second side 142 of the fourth side plate, the third side 143 of the fourth side plate and the fourth side 144 of the fourth side plate may all be the same, so that the fourth side plate 14 may be bent into a fourth side frame body with square end faces, or the first side 141 of the fourth side plate and the third side 143 of the fourth side plate have the same larger length, while the second side 142 of the fourth side plate and the fourth side 144 of the fourth side plate have the same smaller length, so that the fourth side plate 14 may be bent into a fourth side frame body 14A with rectangular end faces (as shown in fig. 14 and 15).
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first side plate 11 has a first length L1, the third side plate 13 has a second length L2, the second side plate 12 and the fourth side plate 14 have the same third length L3, and both the first length L1 and the second length L2 are smaller than the third length L3, so that the buffer positioning portion formed by the first side plate 11 and the third side plate 13 and the base formed by the second side plate 12 and the fourth side plate 14 contact each other and form a step. The first side panel 11 has a first width W1, the second side panel 12 has a second width W2, and the second width W2 is less than the first width W1; two sides of the fourth side plate 14 and the third side plate 13 respectively form a first step 147, so that the fourth side plate 14 and the third side plate 13 respectively have the same third width W3 and fourth width W4, and the third width W3 is greater than the fourth width W4. Thus, the first side plate 11 and the third side plate 13 can be assembled to form a complete L-shaped cushioning and positioning portion, the second side plate 12 and the fourth side plate 14 can be assembled to form a complete L-shaped base, and when the two protectors are combined, the step is provided to prevent the combination of the two protectors from protruding (as shown in fig. 16).
The assembly of the protective member of the present invention is described as follows:
first, the sheet material shown in fig. 11 is folded along the main plate folding line 1A to form an L-shaped frame (see fig. 12).
Next, the first side plate 11 and the third side plate 13 are bent along the folding lines thereof to form a first side frame 11A and a third side frame 13A, respectively, that is, the first side frame 11A and the third side frame 13A jointly form a buffer positioning portion (as shown in fig. 13) accommodated in the L-shaped frame, and then the release paper of the first adhesive layer 117 and the second adhesive layer 138 is torn to expose the adhesive. Next, the second side plate 12 and the fourth side plate 14 are bent along the folding lines thereof to form a second side frame 12A and a fourth side frame 14A, respectively, that is, the second side frame 12A and the fourth side frame 14A together form a base (as shown in fig. 14 and 15) accommodated in the L-shaped frame, and the opposing surfaces of the first side frame 11A and the second side frame 12A are fixed to each other by a first adhesive layer 117, and the opposing surfaces of the third side frame 13A and the fourth side frame 14A are fixed to each other by a second adhesive layer 138, so as to form the protector (as shown in fig. 14) of the present invention. Further, the protector can be set in various sizes depending on the difference in the size of the article.
Two paper buffer protectors are combined for use, the third glue layer 152 of one paper buffer protector is adhered to the first plate 11 of the other buffer protector, the third glue layer 152 of the other paper buffer protector is adhered to the first plate 11 of the one buffer protector, one end of the first glue layer 117 of the one paper buffer protector is adhered to the fourth frame 14A of the other buffer protector, and one end of the first glue layer 117 of the other paper buffer protector is adhered to the fourth frame 14A of the one buffer protector, so that the two paper buffer protectors are combined and fixed with each other to form the combined protector (as shown in fig. 16).
As shown in fig. 17, by the combined protection member of the present invention, since the step is formed between the buffer positioning portion and the base, both ends of the article 2 can be inserted into the buffer positioning portion and supported by the step of the base, and then the article 2 is put into the packing box 3 together with the two combined protection members (as shown in fig. 18) to complete the packing.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 19, the difference between the first embodiment and the third embodiment is that the first side plate 11 and the third side plate 13 of the present embodiment are respectively provided with at least one bent structure 4 for adaptively supporting the non-planar protruding member. The adaptive structure 4 is a circular hole, a long circular hole, an elliptical hole, a rectangular hole, a circular hole with a plurality of teeth 42 on one side in the hole, a long circular hole with a plurality of teeth 42 on one side circular edge in the hole, an elliptical hole with a plurality of teeth 42 on one side elliptical edge in the hole, and a hole structure 41 in the rectangular elliptical hole with a plurality of teeth 42 on one side elliptical edge in the hole. The aperture structure 41 spans the first, second and/or third sides of the first and third side panels 11, 13 without interfering with the jack or board. The number of adapter structures 4 provided on the same side panel is set according to the position and number of non-planar protruding parts on the article 2. The present invention is exemplified by the fitting structure 4 being an elliptical hole having a plurality of teeth 42 formed on one elliptical edge thereof in the hole of the first side surface and the second side surface, and the provision of the plurality of teeth 42 facilitates smooth loading of the article 2 having the non-planar projecting member into the protector and also increases the stability of the article 2 after loading into the protector.
Example four
As shown in fig. 20, the fourth embodiment is different from the second embodiment in that the first side plate 11 and the third side plate 13 of the present embodiment are respectively provided with at least one bent adapting structure 4 for adapting and supporting the non-planar protruding component. The adaptive structure 4 is a circular hole, a long circular hole, an elliptical hole, a rectangular hole, a circular hole with a plurality of teeth 42 on one side in the hole, a long circular hole with a plurality of teeth 42 on one side circular edge in the hole, an elliptical hole with a plurality of teeth 42 on one side elliptical edge in the hole, and a hole structure 41 in the rectangular elliptical hole with a plurality of teeth 42 on one side elliptical edge in the hole. The aperture arrangement 41 spans the first, second and third sides of the first and third side panels 11, 13. The number of adapter structures 4 provided on the same side panel is set according to the position and number of non-planar protruding parts on the article 2. The present invention is exemplified by the fitting structure 4 being an elliptical hole having a plurality of teeth 42 formed on one elliptical edge thereof in the hole of the first side surface and the second side surface, and the provision of the plurality of teeth 42 facilitates smooth loading of the article 2 having the non-planar projecting member into the protector and also increases the stability of the article 2 after loading into the protector.

Claims (10)

1. A combined paper buffer protection piece is characterized in that a paper board is integrally formed to comprise:
the main board is a rectangular plate body, a main board folding line is formed on the main board to form a first board and a second board, and the main board can be bent to form an L-shaped frame body by the main board folding line;
wherein, the symmetrical opposite two sides of the first board are respectively connected with a first side board and a second side board in a bendable way, and the first side board and the second side board are respectively provided with a plurality of folding lines which are parallel to the connecting edge of the first board, so that the first side board and the second side board can be respectively bent to form a first side frame body and a second side frame body;
the first side plate is provided with at least one first inserting plate and two second inserting plates, the two second inserting plates are positioned at two ends of the first side plate, the second side plate is provided with at least one first inserting hole, and one end edge of the first plate is provided with a fourth inserting plate; or a first glue layer is arranged on the first side plate;
the symmetrical opposite two side edges of the second plate are respectively connected with a third side plate and a fourth side plate in a bending way, and a plurality of folding lines parallel to the connecting edge of the second plate are respectively formed on the third side plate and the fourth side plate, so that the third side plate and the fourth side plate can be respectively bent to form a third side frame body and a fourth side frame body;
the third side plate is provided with at least one third inserting plate, the fourth side plate is provided with at least one second inserting hole and two third inserting holes, the two third inserting holes are positioned at two ends of the fourth side plate, one end edge of the second plate is provided with a protruding plate, and the joint of the protruding plate and the second plate is provided with a fourth inserting hole; or the third side plate is provided with a second adhesive layer, one end edge of the first plate is provided with a protruding plate, and the protruding plate is provided with a third adhesive layer;
when the first side plate and the second side plate are respectively bent to form the first side frame body and the second side frame body and are accommodated in the L-shaped frame body, the first plug board is inserted into the first jack, so that the first side frame body and the second side frame body are mutually fixed; or the first side frame body and the second side frame body are mutually adhered and fixed by the first adhesive layer;
when the third side plate and the fourth side plate are respectively bent to form the third side frame body and the fourth side frame body and are accommodated in the L-shaped frame body, the third plug board is inserted into the second jack, so that the third side frame body and the fourth side frame body are mutually fixed; or, the opposite surfaces of the third side frame body and the fourth side frame body are mutually adhered and fixed by the second adhesive layer;
wherein, a second plug board is inserted into a third plug hole to fix the first side frame body and the fourth side frame body; or one end of the first adhesive layer is adhered to the fourth frame body so as to fix the first frame body and the fourth frame body mutually;
and when the second side plate and the fourth side plate are respectively bent to form the second side frame body and the fourth side frame body and are accommodated in the L-shaped frame body, the second side plate and the fourth side plate are in parallel contact with each other to form a base of the L-shaped frame body, and a buffering positioning part is formed in the L-shaped frame body together with the first side frame body and the third side frame body.

The combined paper buffer protection member as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first side plate has a first length, the third side plate has a second length, the second side plate and the fourth side plate have the same third length, and both the first length and the second length are smaller than the third length, whereby the buffer positioning portion composed of the first side plate and the third side plate and the base composed of the second side plate and the fourth side plate contact each other and form a step with each other.
3. The combined paper bumper guard of claim 1 or 2, wherein the first side plate has a first width, the second side plate has a second width, and the second width is less than the first width;
the two sides of the fourth side plate form a first-level step respectively, one side of the third side plate forms a first-level step, the other side of the third side plate forms a second-level step, so that the fourth side plate is provided with a third width and a fourth width respectively, the third side plate is provided with a third width, a fourth width and a fifth width respectively, the third width is greater than the fourth width, and the fourth width is greater than the fifth width.

The modular paper bumper guard of claim 3, wherein the first and second insert plates are stamped and formed into the inverted U-shaped plate on the first side plate, the third insert plate is stamped and formed into the inverted U-shaped plate on the third side plate, the first insert hole is stamped and formed into the slot on the second side plate, and the second and third insert holes are stamped and formed into the slot on the fourth side plate.

The combined paper bumper guard of claim 4, wherein each of the first insert plate, the second insert plate and the third insert plate has a neck portion formed adjacent to the connecting edge thereof, the neck portion having a width equal to or smaller than a width of the corresponding first receptacle, the second receptacle or the third receptacle.
6. The modular paper bumper guard of claim 5, wherein the fourth insert plate is a n-shaped plate integrally formed at the end edge of the first plate, and the fourth receptacle is a slot punched at the junction of the first plate and the second plate.
7. The combined paper buffer protector as claimed in claim 6, wherein the fourth side of the second side plate and the fourth side of the fourth side plate are formed with a notch at the side adjacent to the protruding plate, respectively.
8. The combined paper bumper guard of claim 2, wherein the first adhesive layer, the second adhesive layer and the third adhesive layer are double-sided adhesive tapes.
9. The combined paper buffering protector as claimed in claim 7 or 8, wherein the first side plate and the third side plate each have at least one fitting structure bent to form a fitting structure for fitting and supporting the non-planar protruding member.
10. The combined paper cushioning protector as claimed in claim 9, wherein said fitting structure is one of a circular hole, an oblong hole, an elliptical hole, a rectangular hole, a circular hole having a plurality of teeth formed on one side of the hole, an oblong hole having a plurality of teeth formed on one side of the circular edge of the hole, an elliptical hole having a plurality of teeth formed on one side of the elliptical edge of the hole, and an oblong hole having a plurality of teeth formed on one side of the elliptical edge of the hole.
