Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention more clearly understood, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
A medicated diet machine according to some embodiments of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 7.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 4, the present embodiment provides a medicated diet machine, including: a base 100, a heating assembly 200, a medicine boiling pot 300, a plugging assembly 400 and a water supply pipe assembly 500; the heating assembly 200 is arranged on the base 100; the medicine boiling pot 300 is arranged on the base 100, the heating assembly 200 is used for heating the interior of the medicine boiling pot 300, and the medicine boiling pot 300 is provided with a water inlet hole 310; the plugging component 400 is arranged on the medicine boiling pot 300, and the plugging component 400 can move relative to the medicine boiling pot 300; the water supply pipe assembly 500 is arranged on the base 100, the water supply pipe assembly 500 can move relative to the base 100, when the water supply pipe assembly 500 is inserted into the water inlet hole 310, the plugging assembly 400 opens the water inlet hole 310, and when the water supply pipe assembly 500 is separated from the water inlet hole 310, the plugging assembly 400 closes the water inlet hole 310.
The medicated diet machine that this embodiment provided is provided with heating element 200 on the base 100, and medicine boiling kettle 300 can be placed on base 100 for heating element 200 can heat medicine boiling kettle 300, is provided with in the medicine boiling kettle 300 and holds the chamber, holds the intracavity and is used for placing medicinal material and water, and heating element 200 heats medicinal material and water in the medicine boiling kettle 300, thereby can decoct the hot water of decoction. In the process of boiling the medicine, the water in the medicine boiling pot 300 is gradually evaporated, and in order to avoid the problem of dry burning, the water supply pipe assembly 500 is added to add water into the medicine boiling pot 300. Specifically, the medicine decocting pot 300 is provided with the water inlet hole 310, and the water supply pipe assembly 500 may be inserted into the water inlet hole 310, thereby completing the water adding operation. The medicine boiling kettle 300 is provided with the plugging component 400, the plugging component 400 can close the water inlet 310, specifically, the water inlet 310 is closed by the plugging component 400 in the water adding process, so that oxygen is not easy to enter the accommodating cavity through the water inlet 310, thereby avoiding entering a large amount of oxygen in the medicine boiling kettle 300, in the water adding process, the water supply pipe component 500 pushes the plugging component 400, so that the plugging component 400 is separated from the water inlet 310, the water supply pipe component 500 can be inserted into the water inlet 310, along with the insertion of the water supply pipe component 500, the plugging component 400 is gradually separated from the water inlet 310, the water supply pipe component 500 replaces the plugging component 400 to plug the water inlet 310, so that, in the inserting process and the plugging of the water supply pipe component 500, a large amount of oxygen does not enter the medicine boiling kettle 300, after water is added, the water supply pipe component 500 is pulled out of the water inlet 310, along with the pulling out of the water supply pipe component 500, the water inlet 310 is gradually closed by the plugging component 400, when the water supply pipe component 500 is separated from the water inlet 310, the water supply pipe component 500 does not need to ensure that the medicine boiling kettle 300 does not need to be easily subjected to be decocted by a medicine decocting cover.
The water supply pipe assembly 500 moves relative to the medicine boiling pot 300, so that a user can move the water supply pipe assembly 500 to add water into the medicine boiling pot 300, and a driving assembly can be arranged to drive the water supply pipe assembly 500 to move, thereby realizing the function of automatically adding water.
The boiler 300 may be separated from the base 100, and a user may easily clean the boiler 300.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, in a possible embodiment, the medicated diet machine further includes: the sealing assembly 600, the sealing assembly 600 is sleeved on the water supply pipe assembly 500, and when the water supply pipe assembly 500 is inserted into the water inlet hole 310, the sealing assembly 600 contacts with the medicine boiling pot 300.
In this embodiment, the water supply pipe assembly 500 is provided with a sealing assembly 600, and the sealing assembly 600 can seal a gap between the water supply pipe assembly 500 and the kettle 300. Specifically, when the water supply pipe assembly 500 is inserted into the water inlet hole 310, since the water supply pipe assembly 500 can move relative to the water inlet hole 310, there is a gap between the water supply pipe assembly 500 and the wall of the water inlet hole 310, which may cause a small amount of oxygen to enter the medicine decocting pot 300. As shown in fig. 1, 4, 5, and 6, in one possible embodiment, the occlusion assembly 400 includes: the blocking piece 410 is arranged on the medicine boiling pot 300, and the blocking piece 410 can move relative to the medicine boiling pot 300; the elastic member 420 connects the blocking member 410 and the medicine boiling pot 300, when the water supply pipe assembly 500 is inserted into the water inlet hole 310, the elastic member 420 is in an elastically deformed state, the blocking member 410 opens the water inlet hole 310, and when the water supply pipe assembly 500 is separated from the water inlet hole 310, the elastic member 420 is in an original state, and the blocking member 410 closes the water inlet hole 310.
In this embodiment, the blocking member 410 can move relative to the medicine decocting pot 300, the blocking member 410 has a sealing function, the blocking member 410 blocks the water inlet hole 310 so that oxygen is not easily introduced into the medicine decocting pot 300 through the water inlet hole 310, and when the water supply pipe assembly 500 is inserted into the water inlet hole 310, the blocking member 410 is pushed and separated from the water inlet hole 310. The blocking member 410 is connected to the elastic member 420, and when the blocking member 410 is pushed, the blocking member 410 can drive the elastic member 420 to deform, so that when the water supply pipe assembly 500 is inserted into the water inlet hole 310, the elastic member 420 is in an elastic deformation state, and at this time, the elastic member 420 accumulates elastic potential energy. In one possible embodiment, as shown in figures 1, 4 and 6, the carafe 300 comprises: the kettle body 320 and the guide bracket 330, the guide bracket 330 is arranged on the kettle body 320, and the guide bracket 330 is used for guiding the sealing member 410.
In this embodiment, a holding cavity is provided in the pot body 320, the medicinal materials and water can be added into the pot body 320, a guiding bracket 330 is provided on the pot body 320, and the guiding bracket 330 guides the plugging member 410. In one possible embodiment, the closure 410 is located within the kettle 300.
In this embodiment, the installation position of the blocking piece 410 is limited, specifically, the blocking piece 410 is located inside the medicine decocting pot 300, and when the blocking piece 410 blocks the water inlet 310 and the water inlet 310 opens the water inlet 310, the blocking piece 410 is located inside the medicine decocting pot 300, so that the blocking piece 410 is not easily contacted with the components outside the medicine decocting pot 300, and the blocking piece 410 is prevented from being contacted by dirt or damaged.

In one possible embodiment, shown in conjunction with fig. 1 and 4, a seal assembly 600 includes: a limiting member 610 sleeved on the water supply pipe assembly 500; the sealing member 620 is sleeved on the water supply pipe assembly 500, and when the water supply pipe assembly 500 is inserted into the water inlet hole 310, the sealing member 620 is clamped between the limiting member 610 and the medicine boiling kettle 300.
In this embodiment, the sealing assembly 600 is composed of two parts, i.e., a limiting member 610 and a sealing member 620, the limiting member 610 is sleeved on the water supply pipe assembly 500, and the limiting member 610 is fixed on the water supply pipe assembly 500, so the limiting member 610 is not easy to move relative to the water supply pipe assembly 500, the sealing member 620 is disposed on one side of the limiting member 610, when the water supply pipe assembly 500 is inserted into the water inlet 310, the limiting member 610 and the medicine boiling kettle 300 clamp the sealing member 620, so that oxygen is not easy to enter the water supply pipe assembly 500 and the medicine boiling kettle 300, thereby sealing the water supply pipe assembly 500 and the water inlet 310 is realized, in the water adding process, oxygen is not easy to enter the medicine boiling kettle 300, the anti-oxidation effect on the medicinal materials is further improved, the medicinal effect of the medicinal soup decocted by using the medicated diet machine can be kept, and the use experience of a user on the medicated diet machine is promoted.
The sealing member 620 may be a rubber pad which is deformed when being clamped, thereby improving sealing effect between the water supplying tube assembly 500 and the kettle 300.
The sealing member 620 may be fixed to the limiting member 610 in an adhering manner, after the sealing member 620 is used for a long time, the sealing performance of the sealing member 620 may be reduced, and the sealing member 620 and the limiting member 610 are fixed in an adhering manner, so that the sealing member 620 is conveniently replaced, and the sealing member 620 is ensured to maintain good sealing performance.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, in a possible embodiment, the medicated diet machine further includes: a water tank 700, the water tank 700 being provided to the base 100, and the water supply pipe assembly 500 being communicated with the water tank 700.
In this embodiment, the base 100 is provided with the water tank 700, the water supply pipe assembly 500 is communicated with the water tank 700, water in the water tank 700 flows to the medicine boiling pot 300 through the water supply pipe assembly 500, and thus water is added into the medicine boiling pot 300, and the water tank 700 is arranged on the base 100, so that the medicated food machine has a water storage function, even if no water source exists, water can be added into the medicine boiling pot 300, and a user does not need to carry the medicated food machine to a position close to the water source, which is beneficial to improving convenience in the medicine boiling process.
Of course, in other embodiments, the medicated diet machine may not include the water tank 700, but the water supply pipe assembly 500 is connected to the water source to supply water to the medicine boiler 300.
The water supply tube assembly 500 includes a tube body and a pump body capable of pumping water of the water tank 700 or a water source into the tube body and injecting the water into the medicine boiler 300 through the tube body.
In other embodiments, the machine further comprises a connector disposed on the base 100 and a water supply member detachably connected to the connector, the water supply member being communicated with the water supply pipe assembly 500 through the connector.
The water supply piece is arranged, so that the medicinal food machine has the water storage function. When the user needs to drink water, the water in the water supply member flows to the water supply pipe assembly 500 through the switching joint. As shown in fig. 1, in a possible embodiment, the medicated diet machine further comprises: a liquid discharge channel and a medicine receiving pot 800, wherein the liquid discharge channel is arranged on the base 100, and a first end of the liquid discharge channel is communicated with the medicine boiling pot 300; the medicine receiving pot 800 is detachably disposed on the base 100, and the second end of the liquid discharge channel is connected to the medicine receiving pot 800.

In a possible embodiment, shown in fig. 1 and 7, the kettle body 320 comprises: the medicine bottle comprises an outer pot 321, an inner pot 322 and a medicine discharge pipe 323, wherein the bottom of the outer pot 321 is provided with a liquid discharge port which is communicated with a liquid discharge channel; the inner pot 322 is positioned in the outer pot 321; the medicine discharge pipe 323 is arranged in the inner pot 322, the first end of the medicine discharge pipe 323 is positioned in the inner pot 322 and higher than the bottom wall of the inner pot 322, the second end of the medicine discharge pipe 323 passes through the inner pot 322 and extends into the outer pot 321, and the first end of the medicine discharge pipe 323 is higher than the second end of the medicine discharge pipe 323.
In this embodiment, the inner pot 322 and the outer pot 321 are communicated through the drug discharge pipe 323, the inner pot 322 is used for placing medicinal materials and water, since the first end of the drug discharge pipe 323 is higher than the bottom wall of the inner pot 322, after water is added, as long as the water level does not exceed the first end of the drug discharge pipe 323, the decoction cannot be discharged through the drug discharge pipe 323, as the outer pot 321 is heated, the temperature of the inner pot 322 also rises gradually, the decoction in the inner pot 322 is boiled gradually, the boiled decoction can roll in the inner pot 322, the partially boiled decoction can overflow the first end of the drug discharge pipe 323, the decoction flows into the outer pot 321 through the drug discharge pipe, the bottom wall of the outer pot 321 is provided with a liquid discharge port, the liquid discharge port is communicated with the liquid discharge passage, the decoction flows into the liquid discharge passage through the liquid discharge port, and the decoction in the liquid discharge passage flows into the drug receiving pot 800. In the main process, the weight of medicinal material is great, so the medicinal material can sink to the bottom of interior kettle 322, when the decoction boils, the first end of arranging medicine pipe 323 can overflow to the decoction of liquid, and the medicinal material of solid is difficult for in kettle 321 outside through arranging medicine pipe 323 runner, has played filterable function in other words, and in the medicinal material was difficult for getting into outer kettle 321, so the leakage fluid dram was difficult for taking place to block up, can improve the smooth and easy nature of arranging the medicine in-process. Through the position of kettle 322, discharge pipe 323 and outer kettle 321 in the reasonable setting, need not set up filter unit in medicine boiling kettle 300 and just can filter the decoction, moreover, the medicinal material of solid deposits in the bottom of kettle 322, compares in the form of solid medicinal material attached to on filter unit, and the medicinal material of interior kettle 322 bottom is convenient for clear up, is favorable to improving the clearance convenience of user to medicine boiling kettle 300.
In order to increase the liquid discharge speed, the medicine discharge pipe 323 is vertically arranged in the medicine boiling kettle 300, the second end of the medicine discharge pipe 323 faces the liquid discharge port, and the decoction passing through the medicine discharge pipe 323 can be directly discharged from the liquid discharge port.
In a possible embodiment, the medicated food machine further comprises: the detection piece is arranged in the inner pot 322 and is used for detecting the water level in the inner pot 322.
In this embodiment, the inner pot 322 is provided with a detecting member for detecting the water level in the inner pot 322, specifically, in the process of boiling the medicine, the detecting member continuously detects the water level in the inner pot 322, when the water level in the inner pot 322 is lower than a preset height, it indicates that water needs to be added into the inner pot 322, the detecting member can transmit a detection signal to the controller of the medicated food machine, and the controller controls the water supply pipe assembly 500 to add water into the medicine boiling pot 300. In order to implement the automatic water adding function, a driving part, for example, a driving cylinder, which can drive the water supply pipe assembly 500 to move, may be provided on the base 100, such that the water supply pipe assembly 500 can automatically extend into or out of the water inlet hole 310.
If the user needs to manually control the water supply pipe assembly 500 to add water, a reminding component can be arranged on the base 100, the detection component transmits the detection signal to the controller, and the controller controls the reminding component to work and reminds the user that the current medicinal food machine needs to add water. The reminder component can be a light source component or a sound source component.
The base 100 is provided with a control panel on which a user can select a main program and determine the amount of water to be added according to the main program.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, in a possible embodiment, the medicated diet machine further includes: a filter element 900, the filter element 900 being disposed in the base 100, the filter element 900 extending into the drain.

a kettle body;
the guide support is arranged on the kettle body and used for guiding the plugging piece.
