The utility model provides a feeding bottle cleaning machine.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the baby bottle washing machine 10 includes a first rack 12 and a shower device 14. The first rack 12 is for holding baby bottles. The spraying device 14 is used for connecting with a water supply device. When the water supply device supplies water to the spraying device 14, the water sprayed from the spraying device 14 can clean the feeding bottle on the first shelf 12. The water supply device can be a water supply device carried by the feeding bottle cleaning machine 10, and at this time, the water supply device belongs to a part of the feeding bottle cleaning machine 10, and the water supply device is usually a water tank or a water tank arranged in the feeding bottle cleaning machine 10; the water supply device may be a water supply device located outside the baby bottle washing machine 10, in which case the water supply device is not part of the baby bottle washing machine 10, and the water supply device is typically a faucet connected to a municipal water supply system.
It should be noted that a nursing bottle generally includes a body 22, a nipple 24, and a cap. When the baby bottle is cleaned by the baby bottle cleaning machine 10, the baby bottle is typically disassembled into the bottle body 22, the nipple 24 and the milk cap, and then the bottle body 22 and/or the nipple 24 and/or the milk cap are placed on the first rack 12 for cleaning. It will be appreciated that the bottle washing machine 10 can wash cups similar in shape to the body 22 of a baby bottle, and that the bottle washing machine 10 can also wash utensils similar in shape to the nipple 24 or a nipple cap, i.e., the bottle washing machine 10 is not limited to washing baby bottles, but can also wash cups similar in shape to the body 22 of a baby bottle and utensils similar in shape to the nipple 24 or a nipple cap.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-3, the spray device 14 includes a lower spray assembly 300 and an upper spray assembly 400. The lower spray assembly 300 is adapted to be disposed below the feeding bottle, i.e., the lower spray assembly 300 is adapted to be disposed below the first rack 12. The lower spray assembly 300 has a spray post 310, the spray post 310 being adapted to communicate with an external water supply. The upper spray assembly 400 is adapted to be disposed above the feeding bottle, i.e., the upper spray assembly 400 is adapted to be disposed above the first rack 12. The upper spray assembly 400 has a hollow spray arm 410, and the hollow spray arm 410 is used for communicating with an external water supply device. The hollow spray arm 410 is rotatable and has an outlet hole 410a for washing the baby bottle.
In the above-described baby bottle washing machine 10, when the openings of the bottle bodies 22 and/or the nipples 24 and/or the milk caps are directed downward, the lower spray assemblies 300 spray water upward to wash the inner sides of the bottle bodies 22 and/or the nipples 24 and/or the milk caps, and the upper spray assemblies 400 spray water downward to wash the outer sides of the bottle bodies 22 and/or the nipples 24 and/or the milk caps; and when the openings of the bottle body 22 and/or the nipple 24 and/or the nipple cover are directed upward, the lower spray assembly 300 sprays water upward to clean the outside of the bottle body 22 and/or the nipple 24 and/or the nipple cover, and the upper spray assembly 400 sprays water downward to clean the inside of the bottle body 22 and/or the nipple 24 and/or the nipple cover. That is, the baby bottle washing machine 10 can wash and wash the inner side and the outer side of the bottle body 22 and/or the nipple 24 and/or the milk cap at the same time, so as to meet the washing requirements of the baby bottle. And the spray post 310 of the lower spray assembly 300 and the hollow spray arm 410 of the upper spray assembly 400 are used to communicate with a water supply device, so that the lower spray assembly 300 and the upper spray assembly 400 can have a large water pressure, and thus, the bottle body 22 and/or the nipple 24 and/or the milk cap can have a good cleaning effect on both the inside and the outside. Therefore, the spraying device 14 can improve the cleaning effect of the baby bottle cleaning machine 10.
In this embodiment, the lower spray assembly 300 has a water inlet 300a, and the water inlet 300a communicates with the spray post 310 and the water supply device. That is, in the present embodiment, the lower spray assembly 300 may be directly communicated with the water supply device. In this manner, a greater water pressure may be provided to lower spray assembly 300, and lower spray assembly 300 may be better suited for cleaning the inside of bottle 22 and/or nipple 24 and/or the milk cap.
In this embodiment, the spraying device 14 further includes a connection pipe 500. The connection pipe 500 communicates the water inlet 300a with the hollow spray arm 410. That is, in the present embodiment, the water supply device, the lower spray assembly 300, and the upper spray assembly 400 are sequentially communicated, so that the upper spray assembly 400 is indirectly communicated with the water supply device. The hollow spray arm 410 of the upper spray assembly 400 has a greater water pressure than the spray column 310 that sprays water into the spray chamber above the baby bottle (in which case the water pressure in the spray chamber is lower), and the water sprayed from the hollow spray arm 410 under a higher pressure can better clean the outside of the bottle body 22 and/or nipple 24 and/or the milk cap under its own weight. And the water supply device, the lower spray assembly 300 and the upper spray assembly 400 are communicated in sequence, and one water supply device can be adopted to simultaneously supply water to the lower spray assembly 300 and the upper spray assembly 400, so that the structure of the milk bottle cleaning machine 10 is simpler, and the volume is smaller. It is understood that in other embodiments, the baby bottle washing machine 10 may have two water supply devices, one supplying water directly to the lower spray assembly 300 and the other supplying water directly to the upper spray assembly 400, and in this case, the connection pipe 500 may be omitted.
In this embodiment, the lower spray assembly 300 further includes a hollow plate 320. The spray post 310 and the water inlet 300a are both in communication with the hollow plate 320. An end of the connection pipe 500 remote from the hollow spray arm 410 communicates with the hollow plate 320. That is, in the present embodiment, the water supply device, the water inlet 300a, the hollow plate 320 and the water spray post 310 are sequentially communicated, and the water supply device, the water inlet 300a, the hollow plate 320 and the connection pipe 500 are sequentially communicated, so that the water inlet 300a is indirectly communicated with the water spray post 310, and the connection pipe 500 is also indirectly communicated with the water inlet 300a. Thus, it is more convenient for the spray post 310 and the connection pipe 500 to communicate with the water inlet 300a at the same time. It is understood that the connection pipe 500 may directly communicate with the water inlet 300a in other embodiments.
In this embodiment, the water spray pillars 310 and the connection pipe 500 are located at an upper side of the hollow plate 320, the water inlets 300a are located at a lower side of the hollow plate 320, and the water inlets 300a are at least partially misaligned with the water inlets 500a of the connection pipe 500. That is, in the present embodiment, the water inlet 300a is not disposed opposite to the water inlet 500a of the connection pipe 500. Thus, when the water supply device supplies water through the water inlet 300a, water can better flow to each part of the hollow plate 320 instead of directly flowing into the connection pipe 500 through the water inlet 300a and the water inlet 500a of the connection pipe 500, so that a large water pressure can be ensured in the hollow plate 320, and the water spray column 310 can be ensured to have a large water pressure. And the spray column 310 and the connection pipe 500 are both located at the upper side of the hollow plate 320, and the water inlet 300a is located at the lower side of the hollow plate 320, which is more beneficial for arranging the water path. It is understood that in other embodiments, the water inlet 300a may be located on the upper side of the hollow plate 320.
In the present embodiment, there are a plurality of the spray columns 310, and the plurality of spray columns 310 are arranged at intervals, so that the lower spray assembly 300 can realize a wide range of cleaning. In this embodiment, the hollow spray arm 410 is rotatable so that the upper spray assembly 400 can also achieve a greater range of cleaning. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the hollow spray arm 410 is rotatable with respect to the connection pipe 500.
In the present embodiment, the plurality of spray pillars 310 includes a plurality of first spray pillars 310a and a plurality of second spray pillars 310b, the plurality of first spray pillars 310a are disposed around the water inlet 300a at intervals, the plurality of second spray pillars 310b are disposed around the water inlet 300a at intervals, and the plurality of second spray pillars 310b are disposed around the periphery of the plurality of first spray pillars 310 a. In the present embodiment, each of the first spray columns 310a is configured to correspond to the body 22 of a downwardly opening nursing bottle, and each of the second spray columns 310b is configured to correspond to the nipple 24 or the milk cap of a downwardly opening nursing bottle.
Since the first post 310a is spaced from the water inlet 300a less than the second post 310b is spaced from the water inlet 300a, the water pressure of the first post 310a is greater than the water pressure of the second post 310b, and the first post 310a may be used to clean the inside of the bottle body 22, which may be more difficult to clean, while the second post 310b may be used to clean the inside of the nipple 24 and/or the milk cap. That is, in the present embodiment, the positions of the plurality of spray pillars 310 are arranged with reference to the water inlet 300a, thereby facilitating the cleaning of the bottle body 22 and/or the nipple 24 and/or the milk cap. Furthermore, the bottle 22 may be positioned in the middle of the first shelf 12 and the nipple 24 and/or milk cap may be positioned on the periphery of the first shelf 12 to facilitate stable support of the bottle 22 and nipple 24 and/or milk cap by the first shelf 12.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the water outlet of the first water jet 310a is a first water outlet 312, and the first water outlet 312 is circular. Thus, the water flow from the water outlet of the second water jet column 310b can be cylindrical, which is more beneficial for cleaning the inner side of the bottle body 22.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the water outlet of the second water jet 310b is a second water outlet 314, and the second water outlet 314 is an elongated shape. In this manner, the water flow from the outlet of the second water jet 310b may be in the shape of a blade, which may facilitate cleaning of the inside of the nipple 24 and/or the milk cap. Specifically, in this embodiment, two semicircular plates 316 are disposed at an end of the second water jet 310b close to the hollow spray arm 410, the two semicircular plates 316 are spaced apart from each other and define a second water outlet 314, and the second water outlet 314 is communicated with the second water jet 310 b.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the hollow plate 320 includes a main body 322, and a first branch portion 324 and a second branch portion 326 protruding from the outer peripheral wall of the main body 322. The number of the first support portions 324 is the same as the number of the first water jet 310a, and each of the first water jet 310a is disposed at a free end of a first support portion 324. The number of the second branch portions 326 is the same as that of the second spraying columns 310b, and each second spraying column 310b is disposed at the free end of one second branch portion 326. Thus, by controlling the length of the second branch 326 in the radial direction to be greater than the length of the first branch 324 in the radial direction, the plurality of second sprinkler beads 310b can be located at the periphery of the plurality of first sprinkler beads 310a, which is very convenient for the plurality of second sprinkler beads 310b to be located at the periphery of the plurality of first sprinkler beads 310 a.
In the present embodiment, the plurality of first branch portions 324 and the plurality of second branch portions 326 are staggered along the circumferential direction of the main body portion 322. Thus, when a plurality of nipples 24 and/or caps are disposed around the bottle 22, it is more convenient for the first branch portion 324 to clean the bottle 22, and the second branch portion 326 to clean the nipples 24 and/or caps.
In the present embodiment, the main body 322 has a rectangular shape. The main body 322 has two first branches 324 at the middle portion thereof in the length direction of the main body 322, and one first branch 324 and two second branches 326 at each end portion of the main body 322. That is, in the embodiment, when the number of the water jet columns 310 is eight, the four first branch portions 324 and the four second branch portions 326 are alternately arranged, the middle portion of the main body portion 322 has two first branch portions 324, and each end portion of the main body portion 322 has one first branch portion 324 and two second branch portions 326. So arranged, it is very convenient to clean multiple bottles 22 as well as multiple nipples 24 and/or milk caps at the same time.
In the present embodiment, the connection pipe 500 is located between the two first branches 324 in the middle of the main body 322. In this manner, it is more convenient to make the water pressure of the plurality of first branches 324 substantially the same, and it is more convenient to make the water pressure of the plurality of second branches 326 substantially the same.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the length of the first branch 324 located at the end of the main body 322 is smaller than the length of the first branch 324 located at the middle of the main body 322, so that the ends of the plurality of first branches 324 may be located on the same circle when the center of the circle is located at the connecting pipe 500, and thus the water pressure of the plurality of first branches 324 may be the same. Specifically, in this embodiment, the lengths of the second branch portions 326 are substantially the same, so that when the position of the connection pipe 500 is used as a center, the end portions of the second branch portions 326 may be located on the same circle, so that the water pressures of the second branch portions 326 may be the same.
In this embodiment, the lower spray assembly 300 further includes a water receiving pipe 330. The water receiving pipe 330 is located at the lower side of the hollow plate 310 and is communicated with the hollow plate 310. The end of the water pipe 330 away from the hollow plate 310 is the water inlet 300a. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the water receiving pipe 330 may be omitted, and in this case, the water inlet 300a may be directly opened on the hollow plate 310.
In this embodiment, the lower spray assembly 300 further includes a mounting tube 340. The mounting pipe 340 is located at an upper side of the hollow plate 310 and communicates with the hollow plate 310. The connection pipe 500 is coupled to the installation pipe 340. Thus, it is very convenient for the connection pipe 500 to be indirectly communicated with the water inlet 300a. It is understood that in other embodiments, the mounting tube 340 may be omitted, and in this case, the connection tube 500 may be directly inserted into the communication hole of the hollow plate 310.
In this embodiment, the outer peripheral wall of the mounting tube 340 is protruded with a latch 350, and the end surface of the connection tube 500 far from the hollow spray arm 410 is recessed to form a latch 510. The latch 350 is locked in the locking groove 510. Thus, the connection pipe 500 and the installation pipe 340 are firmly fixed. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the latch 350 is in an interference fit with the latch groove 510, wherein at least one of the latch 350 and the latch groove 510 has elasticity. Thus, the installation tube 340 is more favorably and firmly fixed with the installation tube 340. It is understood that in other embodiments, the connecting tube 500 is sleeved with the mounting tube 340 in an interference manner, so that the connecting tube 500 and the mounting tube 340 are also fixed firmly, and in this case, the fixture blocks 350 and the clamping grooves 510 may be omitted.
In this embodiment, the outer circumferential wall of the mounting tube 340 is provided with a guide post 360 thereon, and the end surface of the connection tube 500 away from the hollow spray arm 410 is recessed to form a guide groove 520. The guide posts 360 are slidably engaged with the guide slots 520. Thus, the connecting pipe 500 and the mounting pipe 340 can be sleeved quickly. Specifically, in the present embodiment, there are two guiding pillars 360, and the two guiding pillars 360 are oppositely disposed on the outer circumferential wall of the installation tube 340. Accordingly, there are two guide grooves 520.
