The invention provides a milk bottle cleaning machine.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, the baby bottle cleaning machine 10 includes a first shelf 12 and a spray device 14. The first shelf 12 is for holding a baby bottle. The spraying device 14 is used for connection with a water supply. When the water supply device supplies water to the spraying device 14, the water sprayed from the spraying device 14 can clean the milk bottle on the first shelf 12. The water supply device may be a water supply device of the milk bottle cleaning machine 10, and at this time, the water supply device belongs to a part of the milk bottle cleaning machine 10, and is usually a water tank or a water tank built in the milk bottle cleaning machine 10; the water supply may also be a water supply located outside the bottle cleaner 10, in which case the water supply is not part of the bottle cleaner 10, typically a faucet for accessing a municipal water supply.
It should be noted that a milk bottle generally includes a bottle body 22, a nipple 24, and a milk cap. When the bottle cleaner 10 is used to clean a bottle, the bottle is typically disassembled into a bottle body 22, a nipple 24, and a milk cap, and then the bottle body 22 and/or nipple 24 and/or milk cap are placed on the first shelf 12 for cleaning. It will be appreciated that the above-described baby bottle cleaning machine 10 may clean a cup having a shape similar to that of the bottle body 22 of a baby bottle, and that the above-described baby bottle cleaning machine 10 may also clean an appliance having a shape similar to that of the nipple 24 or the milk cap, that is, the above-described baby bottle cleaning machine 10 is not limited to cleaning a baby bottle, but may also clean a cup having a shape similar to that of the bottle body 22 of a baby bottle and an appliance having a shape similar to that of the nipple 24 or the milk cap.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-3, spray device 14 includes a lower spray assembly 300 and an upper spray assembly 400. The lower spray assembly 300 is intended to be positioned below the baby bottle, i.e., the lower spray assembly 300 is intended to be positioned below the first shelf 12. The lower spray assembly 300 has a spray column 310, the spray column 310 being adapted to communicate with an external water supply. The upper spray assembly 400 is intended to be positioned over a baby bottle, i.e., the upper spray assembly 400 is intended to be positioned over the first shelf 12. The upper spray assembly 400 has a hollow spray arm 410, the hollow spray arm 410 being adapted to communicate with an external water supply. The hollow spray arm 410 is rotatable and has a water outlet hole 410a for washing the baby bottle.
In the above-described baby bottle cleaning machine 10, when the opening of the bottle 22 and/or nipple 24 and/or milk cap is directed downward, the lower spray assembly 300 sprays water upward, so that the inside of the bottle 22 and/or nipple 24 and/or milk cap can be cleaned, and the upper spray assembly 400 sprays water downward, so that the outside of the bottle 22 and/or nipple 24 and/or milk cap can be cleaned; and when the opening of the bottle 22 and/or nipple 24 and/or milk cap is up, the lower spray assembly 300 sprays water upward, so that the outer side of the bottle 22 and/or nipple 24 and/or milk cap can be cleaned, and the upper spray assembly 400 sprays water downward, so that the inner side of the bottle 22 and/or nipple 24 and/or milk cap can be cleaned. That is, the above-described baby bottle cleaning machine 10 can simultaneously clean the inside and outside of the cleaning bottle body 22 and/or the nipple 24 and/or the milk cap, satisfying the cleaning requirement of the baby bottle. And the water spray column 310 of the lower spray assembly 300 and the hollow spray arm 410 of the upper spray assembly 400 are both used for being communicated with a water supply device, so that the lower spray assembly 300 and the upper spray assembly 400 can have larger water pressure, and the inner side and the outer side of the bottle body 22 and/or the nipple 24 and/or the milk cover can have better cleaning effect. The shower device 14 can thus enhance the cleaning effect of the baby bottle cleaning machine 10.
In the present embodiment, the lower spray assembly 300 has a water inlet 300a, and the water inlet 300a communicates with the spray column 310 and the water supply device. That is, in the present embodiment, the lower spray assembly 300 may be directly in communication with the water supply. In this manner, the lower spray assembly 300 may be made to have a greater water pressure, and the lower spray assembly 300 may be better suited for cleaning the inside of the bottle 22 and/or nipple 24 and/or milk cap.
In this embodiment, the spraying device 14 further includes a connection pipe 500. The connection pipe 500 communicates the water inlet 300a and the hollow spray arm 410. That is, in the present embodiment, the water supply device, the lower spray assembly 300, and the upper spray assembly 400 are sequentially communicated, so that the upper spray assembly 400 is indirectly communicated with the water supply device. The hollow spray arm 410 of the upper spray assembly 400 has a higher water pressure than the manner in which water is sprayed into the washing chamber above the feeding bottle through the spray column 310 (at this time, the water pressure in the washing chamber is smaller), and the water having a higher pressure sprayed from the hollow spray arm 410 can better wash the bottle 22 and/or the nipple 24 and/or the outer side of the milk cap under the action of gravity. And the water supply device, the lower spray assembly 300 and the upper spray assembly 400 are sequentially communicated, and one water supply device can be adopted to supply water to the lower spray assembly 300 and the upper spray assembly 400 at the same time, so that the structure of the milk bottle cleaning machine 10 is simpler and the volume is smaller. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the bottle cleaning machine 10 may have two water supplies, one supplying water directly to the lower spray assembly 300 and the other supplying water directly to the upper spray assembly 400, and the connecting tube 500 may be omitted.
In this embodiment, the lower spray assembly 300 further includes a hollow plate 320. The spray column 310 and the water inlet 300a are both in communication with the hollow plate 320. The end of the connection pipe 500 remote from the hollow spray arm 410 communicates with the hollow plate 320. That is, in the present embodiment, the water supply device, the water inlet 300a, the hollow plate 320 and the water spray column 310 are sequentially communicated, and the water supply device, the water inlet 300a, the hollow plate 320 and the connection pipe 500 are sequentially communicated, so that the water inlet 300a is indirectly communicated with the water spray column 310 and the connection pipe 500 is also intermittently communicated with the water inlet 300a. In this way, it is more convenient for the spouting column 310 and the connection pipe 500 to communicate with the water inlet 300a at the same time. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the connection pipe 500 may also be directly connected to the water inlet 300a.
In this embodiment, the spray column 310 and the connection pipe 500 are both positioned on the upper side of the hollow plate 320, the water inlet 300a is positioned on the lower side of the hollow plate 320, and the water inlet 300a is at least partially offset from the water inlet 500a of the connection pipe 500. That is, in the present embodiment, the water inlet 300a is not disposed opposite to the water inlet 500a of the connection pipe 500. In this way, when the water supply device supplies water through the water inlet 300a, water can better flow to each portion of the hollow plate 320, and not directly flow into the connection pipe 500 through the water inlet 300a and the water inlet 500a of the connection pipe 500, so that a large water pressure can be ensured in the hollow plate 320, and further a large water pressure can be ensured in the water spray column 310. And the spray column 310 and the connection pipe 500 are both positioned at the upper side of the hollow plate 320, and the water inlet 300a is positioned at the lower side of the hollow plate 320, which is more beneficial to the layout of waterways. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the water inlet 300a may also be located on the upper side of the hollow plate 320.
In this embodiment, a plurality of spray columns 310 are provided, and the plurality of spray columns 310 are arranged at intervals, so that the lower spray assembly 300 can achieve a wide cleaning range. In this embodiment, the hollow spray arm 410 can rotate so that the upper spray assembly 400 can also achieve a wide range of cleaning. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the hollow spray arm 410 is rotatable with respect to the connection pipe 500.
In this embodiment, the plurality of water spraying columns 310 includes a plurality of first water spraying columns 310a and a plurality of second water spraying columns 310b, the plurality of first water spraying columns 310a are disposed around the water inlet 300a at intervals, the plurality of second water spraying columns 310b are disposed around the water inlet 300a at intervals, and the plurality of second water spraying columns 310b are located at the outer periphery of the plurality of first water spraying columns 310 a. In the present embodiment, each first water spray post 310a is configured to be disposed corresponding to a bottle body 22 of a downward-opening feeding bottle, and each second water spray post 310b is configured to be disposed corresponding to a nipple 24 or a milk cap of a downward-opening feeding bottle.
Since the distance from the first water spray column 310a to the water inlet 300a is smaller than the distance from the second water spray column 310b to the water inlet 300a, the water pressure of the first water spray column 310a is greater than that of the second water spray column 310b, and thus the first water spray column 310a may be used to clean the inside of the bottle 22 that is more difficult to clean, while the second water spray column 310b may be used to clean the inside of the nipple 24 and/or the milk cap. That is, in the present embodiment, the positions of the plurality of water spraying columns 310 are arranged based on the water inlet 300a, so that the bottle 22 and/or the nipple 24 and/or the milk cap can be cleaned more conveniently. Moreover, the bottle 22 may be positioned in the middle of the first shelf 12, and the nipple 24 and/or milk cap may also be positioned on the outer periphery of the first shelf 12, thereby facilitating stable support of the bottle 22 and nipple 24 and/or milk cap by the first shelf 12.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the water outlet of the first water spraying column 310a is a first water outlet 312, and the first water outlet 312 is circular. Thus, the water flow from the water outlet of the second water spraying column 310b can be cylindrical, which is more beneficial to cleaning the inner side of the bottle 22.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the water outlet of the second water spraying column 310b is a second water outlet 314, and the second water outlet 314 is elongated. In this manner, the water flow from the water outlet of the second water jet 310b may be blade-shaped, which may be more advantageous for cleaning the inside of the nipple 24 and/or the milk cap. Specifically, in the present embodiment, two semicircular plates 316 are disposed at one end of the second water spraying column 310b near the hollow spray arm 410, and the two semicircular plates 316 are arranged at intervals and define a second water outlet 314, and the second water outlet 314 communicates with the second water spraying column 310 b.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the hollow plate 320 includes a main body portion 322, and a first branch portion 324 and a second branch portion 326 protruding on an outer peripheral wall of the main body portion 322. The number of the first branches 324 is the same as that of the first water spraying columns 310a, and each first water spraying column 310a is disposed at the free end of one first branch 324. The number of the second branch portions 326 is the same as that of the second water spraying columns 310b, and each second water spraying column 310b is disposed at the free end of one second branch portion 326. In this way, by controlling the length of the second branch 326 in the radial direction to be greater than the length of the first branch 324 in the radial direction, the plurality of second water spray columns 310b can be located at the outer peripheries of the plurality of first water spray columns 310a, which is very convenient for the plurality of second water spray columns 310b to be located at the outer peripheries of the plurality of first water spray columns 310 a.
In the present embodiment, the plurality of first branch portions 324 and the plurality of second branch portions 326 are staggered in the circumferential direction of the main body portion 322. As such, when multiple nipples 24 and/or milk caps are placed on the outer perimeter of the bottle 22, the first leg 324 is more convenient for cleaning the bottle 22, while the second leg 326 cleans the nipples 24 and/or milk caps.
In this embodiment, the main body 322 is rectangular. In the length direction of the main body 322, the main body 322 has two first branch portions 324 in the middle, and each end of the main body 322 has one first branch portion 324 and two second branch portions 326. That is, in the present embodiment, when the number of the spray columns 310 is eight, the four first branch portions 324 and the four second branch portions 326 are alternately arranged, and the middle portion of the main body portion 322 has two first branch portions 324, and each end portion of the main body portion 322 has one first branch portion 324 and two second branch portions 326. This arrangement provides for the simultaneous cleaning of multiple bottles 22 and multiple nipples 24 and/or milk caps.
In the present embodiment, the connection pipe 500 is located between the two first branch portions 324 in the middle of the main body portion 322. In this way, it is more convenient to make the water pressure of the first branch portions 324 substantially the same, while it is more convenient to make the water pressure of the second branch portions 326 substantially the same.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the length of the first branch portion 324 located at the end of the main body portion 322 is smaller than the length of the first branch portion 324 located at the middle of the main body portion 322, so that when the position of the connecting pipe 500 is centered, the end of the plurality of first branch portions 324 may be located on the same circle, and thus the water pressure of the plurality of first branch portions 324 may be the same. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the lengths of the plurality of second branch portions 326 are substantially the same, so that when the positions of the connecting pipes 500 are used as the center, the ends of the plurality of second branch portions 326 may be located on the same circle, so that the water pressures of the plurality of second branch portions 326 may be the same.
In this embodiment, the lower spray assembly 300 further includes a water receiving tube 330. The water receiving pipe 330 is located at the lower side of the hollow plate 310 and communicates with the hollow plate 310. The end of the water receiving pipe 330 away from the hollow plate 310 is the water inlet 300a. It is understood that in other embodiments, the water receiving tube 330 may be omitted, and the water inlet 300a may be directly formed on the hollow plate 310.
In this embodiment, the lower spray assembly 300 further includes a mounting tube 340. The mounting tube 340 is located at an upper side of the hollow plate 310 and communicates with the hollow plate 310. The connection pipe 500 is coupled with the installation pipe 340. In this way, it is very convenient for the connection pipe 500 to indirectly communicate with the water inlet 300a. It is understood that in other embodiments, the mounting tube 340 may be omitted, and at this time, the connection tube 500 may be directly inserted into the communication hole of the hollow plate 310.
In the present embodiment, the outer peripheral wall of the mounting tube 340 is provided with a protruding block 350, and the end surface of the connecting tube 500 away from the hollow spray arm 410 is recessed with a clamping groove 510. The clamping block 350 is clamped in the clamping groove 510. In this way, the connection pipe 500 is firmly fixed with the installation pipe 340. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the latch 350 is in interference fit with the latch 510, wherein at least one of the latch 350 and the latch 510 has elasticity. Thus, the mounting tube 340 is more easily firmly fixed with the mounting tube 340. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the connecting tube 500 is in interference fit with the mounting tube 340, such that the connecting tube 500 is firmly fixed to the mounting tube 340, and the clamping block 350 and the clamping groove 510 may be omitted.
In the present embodiment, the outer circumferential wall of the mounting tube 340 is convexly provided with a guide post 360, and the end surface of the connection tube 500 remote from the hollow spray arm 410 is inwardly formed with a guide groove 520. The guide posts 360 are slidably engaged with the guide slots 520. In this way, the connection pipe 500 is easily and rapidly coupled with the installation pipe 340. Specifically, in the present embodiment, there are two guide posts 360, and the two guide posts 360 are oppositely disposed on the outer peripheral wall of the mounting tube 340. Correspondingly, the number of the guide grooves 520 is two.
In this embodiment, the connection tube 500 includes a first tube segment 502 and a second tube segment 504 that are connected, with the first tube segment 502 having an inner diameter that is greater than the inner diameter of the second tube segment 504. The first pipe section 502 is sleeved outside the mounting pipe 340. The inner diameter of the second tube section 504 matches the inner diameter of the mounting tube 340. In this way, the connection pipe 500 can be conveniently sleeved with the installation pipe 340, and the inner diameter of the water flow pipeline can be ensured to be basically unchanged after the sleeve connection, so that the fluctuation of water pressure can be avoided.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 6, the mounting tube 340 has a fitting portion 340a at an end remote from the hollow plate 320. The connection tube 500 also includes a third tube segment 506 that connects the first tube segment 502 and the second tube segment 504. In a bottom-up direction, the outer diameter of the mating portion 340a gradually decreases, and the inner diameter of the third tube segment 506 gradually decreases. The inner wall of the third tube segment 506 mates with the outer wall of the mating portion 340a. In this way, the installation tube 340 is very conveniently assembled with the connection tube 500 in a positioning manner.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 7, the lower side of the hollow spray arm 410 has a mounting hole 410b communicating with the hollow spray arm 410.
