In some embodiments, the top of the hot can assembly 200 is provided with a water inlet, a steam outlet, and the bottom is provided with a water outlet. The gas-liquid separation cartridge 600 is mounted in the moisture separation cartridge mounting place 160 on the upper side of the housing 100. The exhaust port of the hot tank assembly 200 is connected to the gas-liquid separation box 600 through a water pipe. The gas-liquid separation box 600 may condense the water vapor generated from the hot tank module 200, and separate the gas to be discharged, so that the normal pressure is substantially maintained in the hot tank module 200. The water inlet of the hot tank assembly 200 is located at the top and cooperates with the gas-liquid separation box 600 exhaust structure, and purified water can smoothly flow back into the hot tank assembly 200 without pressurization. There is a clearance between the peripheral side wall of the hot can assembly 200 and the inner wall of the hot can receiving cavity 120, which avoids the difficult installation of the hot can assembly 200 caused by processing and assembling errors. The top of the hot can assembly 200 is covered with a thermal insulating material, preferably foam, which can provide both thermal insulation and heat retention to the hot can assembly 200.
In some embodiments, the motor 700 is positioned below the water component region in region C and next to the hot can assembly 200, with the motor 700 inlet facing the hot can assembly 200 and being plumbed to the water outlet of the hot can assembly 200.

Persons of ordinary skill in the art, having benefit of the teachings of the present invention, will readily appreciate that alternative structures to those disclosed as possible may be substituted for the alternative embodiments disclosed, and that the disclosed embodiments may be combined to create new embodiments, which likewise fall within the scope of the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A zoned-partition frame for a water purifier, comprising a frame (100); it is characterized in that the preparation method is characterized in that,
the rack (100) is provided with a hot tank accommodating cavity (120) for accommodating the hot tank assembly (200), and the hot tank accommodating cavity (120) is configured to allow the hot tank assembly (200) to be vertically installed in the hot tank accommodating cavity (120);
a waterway board accommodating cavity (130) is vertically arranged on the frame (100) at a position opposite to the hot tank accommodating cavity (120) and is configured for mounting a waterway board assembly (300);
a rack (100) space forming area C located between the hot tank accommodating cavity (120) and the waterway plate accommodating cavity (130); a partition plate extending from the hot tank accommodating cavity (120) to the water channel plate accommodating cavity (130) is arranged in a C region on the rack (100), and the C region is divided into two regions which are separated from the left side and the right side of the rack (100) and are a water component region and an electric component region respectively.

The zonal isolation frame of claim 1, wherein the frame (100) is provided with a filter bottle receiving cavity (110) for receiving a filter bottle (500), the filter bottle receiving cavity (110) being configured to be arranged in a transverse direction; the region C is formed by the rear side of the hot tank accommodating cavity (120), the front side of the water path plate accommodating cavity (130), the upper side of the filter bottle accommodating cavity (110) and the upper side surface of the frame (100) in a surrounding mode.

The zone partition frame for a water heater according to claim 2, wherein the partition plate has a front side extending to a side wall of the hot tank receiving chamber (120), a rear side extending to a bottom wall of the water passage plate receiving chamber (130), a lower side extending to a peripheral wall of the filter bottle receiving chamber (110), and an upper side extending to an upper side wall of the frame (100).

The zonal isolation frame of claim 2, wherein a water pump mounting location (150) is provided in a water component area of the rack (100) in the area C, the water pump mounting location (150) configured to mount a water pump (800) for pumping hot water out of the hot tank assembly (200); and/or a circuit board mounting position (170) is arranged in an electrical component area of a C area on the rack (100), and the circuit board mounting position (170) is configured to mount a circuit board (900) for electrically controlling the water purifying and heating machine; and/or the water component area of the C area on the frame (100) is also provided with a motor mounting position (140), and the motor mounting position (140) is configured to mount a motor (700).

The area-partitioned frame for a water heater according to claim 4, wherein the circuit board mounting position (170) is a box shape having side walls on all sides, and a wiring groove (171) is formed on an upper portion of the side wall of the circuit board receiving cavity (130), and/or a front side cutout (172) is formed on a side wall of the hot tank receiving cavity (120), and/or a lower side cutout (173) is formed on a side wall of the filter bottle receiving cavity (110).

The area separating frame for the water purifying and heating machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the filter bottle accommodating chamber (110) is provided with an open opening (121) at the chamber wall at one side close to the water component area, and is provided with a wire hole at the chamber wall at one side close to the water component area; and/or a hole (132) is formed in the cavity bottom wall of the water circuit board accommodating cavity (130) relative to the C area.
7. The zone-partitioned frame for water heater according to claim 6, wherein the frame (100) is provided with a heat tank fixing pillar (124) at a side close to the open opening (121) below the filter bottle accommodating chamber (110).
8. The zoned-partitioned frame for a water heater according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the partition plate is provided with another line hole communicating the water component region and the electric component region.
9. A housing assembly for a water heater comprising a frame and a cabinet (400) mounted on the frame, wherein the frame employs a zoned-type frame for a water heater according to any of claims 1 to 8; the housing (400) is mounted on the rack (100).
10. A water purifying heater including a housing assembly, wherein the housing assembly is the water purifying heater housing assembly of claim 9.
