The side plate main panel 441 is provided with an upper extension plate 442 extending upward and a lower extension plate 443 extending downward near the inner side of the upper and lower edges thereof, respectively. A clamping table 4421 with an upward clamping direction is arranged on the inner side surface of the upper extension plate 442 close to the upper edge, and the clamping table 4421 can be clamped and matched with a corresponding position on the upper top cover 450. A buckle 4431 with an upward clamping direction is arranged on the inner side surface of the lower extension plate 443 close to the lower edge, and the buckle 4431 can be in clamping fit with a corresponding clamping groove on the rack 100; meanwhile, the lower extension plate 443 is further provided with a slot 4432, which can be matched, positioned and connected with a corresponding structure on the rack 100. Further, a gusset 446 is provided at a position on the lower end of the inner surface of the rear extension plate 444 corresponding approximately to the height of the catch 4431 of the lower extension plate 443, and a mounting hole is provided in the gusset 446 so as to be screwed into a corresponding position of the rack 100, thereby fixing the side panel to the rack 100 by a bolt. The design of side panel makes things convenient for the installation of purifier inside device to maintain on the one hand, and on the other hand easily changes purifier surface modeling.
As shown in fig. 1 and 10, an upper cover 450 is installed on the upper side of the housing 100. The upper cap 450 is formed with at least one hole, and here, 2 holes, which are a hot water pipe hole 456 and a steam pipe hole 457, respectively. The hot water pipe hole 456 is used for a water pipe for supplying hot water to the water purifier to pass through, and the steam pipe hole 457 is used for a steam discharge pipe generated after the water purifier heats water to pass through. Further, the hot water pipe hole 456 and the steam pipe hole 457 are located on the upper header 450 near the rear end edge and are arranged side by side in the width direction. Therefore, all the electric wires and the water pipes of the water purifier can be positioned at the rear side, and when the water purifier is normally used, the pipelines can be hidden at the rear side and cannot be seen easily, so that the water purifier is attractive in whole and relatively high in safety.
On the lower side of the upper top cover 450, near the front end, there are 3 snaps 452, which can be correspondingly snapped into engagement with the notches 4162 on the front panel 410. The left and right edges of the lower side of the top cover 450 are respectively provided with a buckle which can be correspondingly matched with the clamping groove 4132 on the front panel 410. Screw holes 453 are further provided on the lower side of the upper top cover 450 near the left and right edges, and can be engaged with the corresponding mounting holes of the frame 100 and fastened and connected by screws. The lower side surface of the upper top cover 450 is provided with a convex pressing block 454 close to the middle part, so that a pipeline arranged on the upper side of the rack 100 can be pressed tightly, and the smoothness of circulation is ensured.
As shown in fig. 1 and 11, a base 460 is mounted on the bottom of the frame 100. Be provided with probe position 464 on the medial surface of base 460 for the installation detection probe that leaks when filter flask kneck or purifier internal piping produce the leakage, can in time discover. Many strengthening ribs 465 can be set up on the medial surface of the base all around of probe position 464, and the fixed stability of test probe installation is convenient for to increase strength. The edge of the left and right sides of the inner side of the base 460 is provided with 2 fasteners 462 at intervals, which can be engaged with the engaging slots 4432 on the side panel. The inner side of the base 460 is provided with a screw hole pillar 463 at each of the four corners, which can be matched with a corresponding mounting hole on the frame 100 and is fastened and mounted by screws.
In some embodiments, the housing assembly further includes a dust cover 470. The dust cover 470 can cover the front panel 410 and can be connected to the front panel by one or more of clamping, screwing, and gluing. Here, the dust cover 470 is connected to the front panel 410 in a snap-fit manner, specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 12, two side edges of the dust cover 470 extend backward to form a U-shaped plate structure, and 2 snap-fit protrusions 472 are provided at intervals in the up-down direction on the inner side edges of the two side edges 471. Two clamping grooves 418 are correspondingly arranged on the outer side surfaces of the left side plate 412 and the right side plate 413 of the front panel 410, and are matched and clamped with the clamping grooves 418 through clamping protrusions 472. Of course, the dust cover 470 may also be a slot that is engaged with the protrusion of the front panel 410, or other detachable connection means, which is not limited to the above. The shield 470 prevents on the one hand that the dust from getting into in the organism through filter flask patchhole 414, and on the other hand can cover filter flask patchhole 414, avoids the filter flask tip to expose outside, improves the whole pleasing to the eye degree of purifier.
Meanwhile, the inner side of the dust cover 470 is provided with an anti-reverse protrusion 473 corresponding to the filter bottle insertion hole 414 on the front panel 410 for determining the installation direction of the dust cover 470. The connection manner of the panel and the rack 100 in the above embodiments is only an example, and is not limited thereto, for example, the fasteners and the slots may be reversed, the screw connection manner may be increased or decreased, the welding or gluing connection manner may be used in part or all of the areas, and the like.
In another embodiment of the present invention, a water purifier is provided, which includes a housing assembly, the housing assembly includes the housing assembly for water purifier mentioned in the above embodiments, and further includes a filter bottle and a waterway plate assembly (not shown in the figure). A filter bottle is inserted into the filter bottle insertion hole 414 of the front panel 410 and is received in the filter bottle receiving chamber 110 of the housing 100; the water route board holding tank is opened at the rear side of frame 100, installs water route board subassembly in it, and the inboard of water route board subassembly has the coupling, can with the terminal mouth of a river switch of filter flask, and the outside of water route board subassembly sets up water pipe head, and external pipeline can be received on the water pipe head in the water route board subassembly outside through last pipeline panel hole 421 of backplate 420. The portable water purifier shell structure is integrally ensured to be installed, the maintenance is convenient, and the universality of series products and other factors play favorable roles.

Claims (10)

1. A shell component for a water purifier comprises a shell body,
a frame (100) provided with at least one filter flask accommodating cavity (110) for accommodating and mounting a filter flask;
a front panel (410) mounted on the front side of the rack (100);
a back plate (420) mounted on the rear side of the rack (100);
the filter flask accommodating cavity is characterized in that the filter flask accommodating cavity (110) on the rack (100) is transversely arranged along the front and back sides, and two ends of the filter flask accommodating cavity penetrate through the front and back sides of the rack (100) to form a front side opening and a back side opening; at least one filter bottle insertion hole (414) is formed in the front panel (410) along the front-back direction, and the filter bottle insertion hole (414) corresponds to the front side opening of the filter bottle accommodating cavity (110); pipeline panel holes (421) are formed in the back plate (420) along the front-back direction.

The casing assembly of claim 1, wherein the front panel (410) comprises a front main plate (411), and a left side plate (412) and a right side plate (413) which are bent and extended backward from left and right edges of the front main plate (411); the inner side of the front panel (410) is connected with the rack (100) through one or more modes of clamping, screw connection and glue joint.
3. The housing assembly for a water purifier as recited in claim 2, wherein the filter bottle insertion hole (414) has a hole edge extending to a rear side of the front main plate (411) to a front side opening of the filter bottle receiving chamber (110) to form a convex ring (415).
4. The case assembly for a water purifier as recited in claim 1, wherein the pipeline panel hole (421) comprises a wire surface hole (421 a) and a water pipe surface hole (421 b) spaced apart from each other, the wire surface hole (421 a) being for passing an electric wire connected to the inside and the outside of the water purifier, and the water pipe surface hole (421 b) being for passing a water pipe connected to the inside and the outside of the water purifier.

The housing assembly for a water purifier as recited in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein side panels are installed on both left and right sides of the housing (100); the side panel comprises a side panel main panel (441), the rear side edge of the side panel main panel (441) extends backwards and is bent inwards to form an arc-shaped rear extension plate (444), and the inner sides of the upper edge and the lower edge of the side panel main panel (441) are respectively provided with an upper extension plate (442) extending upwards and a lower extension plate (443) extending downwards.

The housing assembly for a water purifier as recited in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein an upper top cover (450) is installed on an upper side of the housing (100); the upper top cover (450) is provided with a hot water pipe hole (456) and/or a steam pipe hole (457), the hot water pipe hole (456) is used for a water pipe for supplying hot water to the water purifier to penetrate, and the steam pipe hole (457) is used for a steam discharge pipe generated after the water purifier heats water to penetrate.
7. The housing assembly for a water purifier as recited in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a base (460) is installed at the bottom of the housing (100); and a probe position (464) is arranged on the base and used for installing a water leakage detection probe.
8. The housing assembly for a water purifier as recited in any one of claims 1-4, further comprising a dust cover (470); the dust cover (470) can cover the front panel (410), and the dust cover and the front panel are connected in one or more modes of clamping, screwing and gluing.
9. The case assembly for a water purifier as recited in claim 8, wherein an inner side of the dust cap (470) is provided with an anti-reverse protrusion (473) corresponding to the filter bottle insertion hole (414) of the front panel (410) for determining an installation direction of the dust cap (470).
10. A water purifier characterized by using the case assembly for water purifiers according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
