It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, specifically, the second reinforcing ribs 124 are disposed on the first connecting portion 121 and the arc-shaped transition portion 123, so as to further enhance the structural stability of the second bracket 120, effectively improve the bearing capacity of the second bracket 120 on the first bracket 110, and further improve the weight of the bracket assembly of the through lamp 130.
In an alternative exemplary embodiment, the second bracket 120 is received at a position corresponding to the center of gravity of the first bracket 110. It should be noted that the second bracket 120 is disposed at a position corresponding to the center of gravity of the first bracket 110, so as to bear the load in the direction of gravity of the first bracket 110.
In an alternative exemplary embodiment, the first bracket 110 is disposed corresponding to a position of a center of gravity of the through lamp 130. It should be noted that this is so arranged that the through lamp support member 100 composed of the first bracket 110 and the second bracket 120 better supports the through lamp 130.
Illustratively, the first bracket 110 is a weight balance member, i.e., the second bracket 120 is coupled to a central position of the first bracket 110. It should be noted that the second bracket 120 is disposed at the center of the first bracket 110, and can effectively support the weight of the through lamp 130, improve the vertical mode of the through lamp 130 and the entire bumper, and avoid the risk of resonance vibration of the through lamp 130 and the bumper during the driving process of the vehicle.
In an alternative exemplary embodiment, both side edges of the second bracket 120 are provided with the flange structures 125.
It should be noted that, the two side edges of the second bracket 120 are respectively provided with the flange structures 125, so as to effectively improve the bearing capacity of the second bracket 120 on the first bracket 110, and further improve the bearing capacity of the bracket assembly of the through lamp 130 in the gravity direction.
With continued reference to fig. 1, 9 and 10, the present invention further provides a vehicle including a frame 210, a bumper assembly 220 and the above-described transfixion light assembly 10; the second face of the first bracket 110 of the penetration lamp assembly 10 is connected to the bumper assembly 220, and the first bracket 110, the second bracket 120, and the penetration lamp 130 of the penetration lamp assembly 10 are connected to the frame 210.
The present invention provides a vehicle, which includes the above-mentioned through light assembly 10, so as to have the above-mentioned pedestrian protection benefit, and at the same time, the weight of the through light 130 carried by the through light assembly 10 is effectively improved.
In an alternative exemplary embodiment, a lock mounting plate 230 is further included, the lock mounting plate 230 is mounted to the frame 210 and the impact beam, and the second bracket 120 is connected to the frame 210 through the lock mounting plate 230. That is, the second bracket 120 is indirectly connected to the frame 210, is directly connected to the lock mounting plate 230, and the lock mounting plate 230 is directly connected to the frame 210. It should be noted that, with such an arrangement, the rigidity of the lock mounting plate 230, the frame 210 and the impact beam can be fully utilized, the mounting rigidity of the bumper can be greatly improved, meanwhile, the horizontal cantilever length of the first bracket 110 is reduced, the bearing capacity of the first bracket is improved, and the gap surface difference during assembly is ensured. Further, the through lamp assembly 10 can be made compact and lightweight, thereby achieving cost reduction and weight reduction.
Specifically, the second bracket 120 is bolted to the lock mounting plate 230.
Specifically, the top end of the frame 210 is provided with a first mounting position 211 for mounting the through lamp 130, and specifically, the first mounting position 211 may be a threaded hole, so that a bolt passes through the first mounting hole 1313 on the connecting leg 131 of the through lamp 130 and is connected with the first mounting position 211. The frame 210 is further provided with a second mounting position 213 for connecting the first bracket 110, and the second mounting position 213 may be a boss provided with a threaded hole, so as to receive and connect the bracket leg 113 on the first bracket 110.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the embodiments of the present invention.
It should be noted that the various features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner without departing from the scope of the invention. In order to avoid unnecessary repetition, the present invention does not separately describe various possible combinations.
